Abstract

This study aims to improve fine arts skills of children aged 5-6 years through the application of collage techniques at KB Az-zahra Agrabinta District, Cianjur Regency. The background of this research departs from the results of observations which show that most children have not been able to express themselves, explore materials, or imagine optimally in art activities. This study used the method of Classroom Action Research (CTA) with the Kemmis and McTaggart model which was carried out in two cycles. The research subjects were 25 children in group B. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, documentation, and assessment of children's work. The results showed that the application of collage techniques was significantly able to improve children's fine arts skills. Collage activities provide stimulation to creativity, fine motor skills, focus, and children's confidence in expressing ideas visually. Thus, the collage technique proves to be effective as a learning method that supports the development of fine arts in early childhood. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of five independent variables—perspicuity, efficiency, dependability, stimulation, and novelty—on the attractiveness of PayLater services, and their impact on user decisions in using the service. The research method used is quantitative with an associative approach and multiple linear regression analysis techniques through SEM-PLS. The results of the validity test show that all indicators have an outer loading value > 0.7, while the composite reliability and AVE values ​​indicate the consistency and validity of the construct. The goodness-of-fit model test produces an SRMR value of 0.051 (<0.08), indicating that the model is appropriate. The R-square value of 0.777 indicates that 77.7% of the variation in attractiveness is explained by the five independent variables. The F-square test shows that stimulation has a moderate effect (0.157), while other variables have a small effect (values ​​between 0.067–0.114). Path analysis shows that all hypotheses are significantly accepted (p < 0.05), with stimulation having the strongest influence on attractiveness. This finding reinforces the importance of innovation, emotional, and system clarity elements in driving user interest in PayLater services in the e-commerce ecosystem.

Abstract

The cosmetics industry is experiencing significant growth, with halal cosmetics emerging as a critical segment driven by religious considerations. This study investigates the factors influencing halal cosmetic purchase decisions among Muslim consumers using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The research explores the complex interplay between product attributes, price, promotion, religiosity, and halal labeling in shaping consumer purchasing decisions. Employing a survey method with 120 respondents, the study reveals that halal labeling is the most dominant factor in purchase decisions, with religiosity playing a crucial mediating role. Product attributes significantly influence religiosity, while price and promotion demonstrate minimal impact. The findings highlight that spiritual considerations and religious conformity far outweigh conventional commercial factors in halal cosmetic purchasing. This research provides valuable insights for marketers and manufacturers in understanding the nuanced decision-making process of Muslim consumers, offering both theoretical contributions and practical implications for the halal cosmetics market.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the improvement of student learning outcomes in Citizenship Education (PKn) through the implementation of problem-based learning models in the fourth grade of SD Negeri 008 Bonai Darussalam. This type of research is classified as classroom action research (CAR). The research was conducted in 2 cycles, with each cycle consisting of 2 meetings, and in each meeting there are 4 stages: planning, action, observation, and reflection. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation and tests. The subjects of this research are 25 students from Class IV A of SD Negeri 008 Bonai Darussalam. The data analysis technique used both qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the Problem Based Instruction (PBI) model can improve the learning outcomes of fourth-grade students at SD Negeri 008 Bonai Darussalam. In the first cycle, student engagement was still low with a completeness of only 48% in the first meeting, which increased to 64% in the second meeting. In the second cycle, there was a significant improvement with the learning completeness reaching 76% in the first meeting and 84% in the second meeting. The activities of both students and teachers were also categorized as very good. Therefore, the PBI model has been proven to be effective in enhancing learning outcomes and student engagement in Social Studies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the comparison between business screening and financial screening models used in global Islamic stock indices through the lens of maqashid shariah. The research employs an explanatory method based on literature review and expert interviews. The findings reveal that current screening models remain legal-formalistic and do not fully reflect the substantive values of maqashid shariah such as social justice, environmental protection, and business ethics. Therefore, a reformulation is needed to ensure the screening models fulfill not only legal compliance but also promote public benefit and prevent harm. This study recommends developing a maqashid-based screening framework that is more holistic and socially transformative.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan media video terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII di SMP Nurul Islam. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada rendahnya hasil belajar siswa yang disinyalir akibat kurang menariknya metode pembelajaran konvensional. Dalam menghadapi tantangan era digital, media video dipandang sebagai alternatif inovatif yang dapat menjembatani kebutuhan siswa akan pembelajaran visual dan interaktif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif korelasional dengan populasi seluruh siswa kelas VIII, dan sampel sebanyak 35 siswa yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui angket dan dokumentasi nilai, yang kemudian dianalisis dengan bantuan SPSS versi 31 melalui uji validitas, reliabilitas, dan regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh item kuesioner valid dan reliabel. Uji regresi menunjukkan nilai koefisien korelasi (R) sebesar 0,992 dan koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,984, yang berarti 98,4% variasi hasil belajar siswa dipengaruhi oleh penggunaan media video. Temuan ini membuktikan bahwa media video berperan signifikan dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi bagi pendidik untuk mengintegrasikan media video sebagai strategi pembelajaran yang relevan dengan kebutuhan generasi digital.

Abstract

Tempe sebagai produk fermentasi kedelai memiliki potensi bisnis yang menjanjikan, salah satunya melalui pengolahan menjadi keripik tempe. Di kawasan H.Aom Dalam, home industry keripik tempe Startoon masih menghadapi kendala dalam pemasaran, terutama minimnya pemanfaatan media digital seperti Instagram. Tujuan dari pengabdian Masyarakat ini untuk membantu mengoptimalkan penggunaan teknologi informasi sebagai media promosi bagi home industry keripik tempe Startoon agar mampu bersaing di pasar yang semakin kompetitif. Metode yang digunakan meliputi observasi, wawancara, penyuluhan, dan pelatihan pembuatan serta pengelolaan akun Instagram. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa media sosial Instagram efektif meningkatkan jangkauan pemasaran dan interaksi dengan konsumen tanpa biaya besar. Implikasi dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatnya kesadaran pelaku usaha rumahan terhadap pentingnya digital marketing serta kemampuan untuk mengelola promosi secara mandiri, yang pada akhirnya dapat mendorong pertumbuhan usaha dan memperluas akses pasar secara berkelanjutan

Abstract

This community service activity was carried out in Sladi Village with the goal of improving the digital literacy of village officials through the utilization of Artificial Intelligence (AI) plugins in Microsoft Word and Excel. The main issue faced by the village officials was their limited ability to use digital technology, which resulted in administrative tasks being carried out manually and inefficiently. Therefore, this digital literacy training aimed to enhance the skills of village officials in utilizing digital tools, especially AI, to support their administrative work. The method used in this activity was Participatory Action Research (PAR), which involved the stages of diagnosing, action planning, action taking, evaluating, and specifying learning. Evaluation of the activity was conducted using Likert scale questionnaires and open-ended questions to collect feedback from participants regarding their understanding and responses to the training provided. Data analysis was carried out using SPSS to calculate the mean, standard deviation, and qualitative findings from the open-ended questions. The evaluation results showed that the benefits of the activity (mean = 4.2) and the intention to implement AI (mean = 4.2) received the highest scores, indicating that the participants found the training highly beneficial and were motivated to apply AI in their daily tasks. On the other hand, the understanding of AI in Excel (mean = 3.7) and the assessment of the material (mean = 3.7) showed that further in-depth learning was needed to improve participants' comprehension and skills. Overall, the activity successfully improved the skills of village officials and raised collective awareness to transition towards a more efficient and adaptive digital village administration. This training is expected to positively contribute to the digital transformation in the village.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of salary and recognition on the performance of teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Salafiyah Al-Rahmah Mojorejo, Pungging District, Mojokerto Regency. The background of this research is based on the importance of the role of teachers in the education system and the fact that teacher performance often does not meet the expected standards. This study uses a quantitative approach to test three hypotheses: (1) the impact of salary on teacher performance, (2) the impact of recognition on teacher performance, and (3) the combined impact of salary and recognition on teacher performance. Data were collected through interviews with the madrasah head and other relevant research instruments.The research findings show that: (1) The salary variable has a significant impact on teacher performance (t-statistic 2.917 > t-table 1.761; significance 0.010). (2) The recognition variable has a significant impact on teacher performance (t-statistic 3.820 > t-table 1.761; significance 0.002). (3) Together, the salary and recognition variables have a positive and significant impact on teacher performance, with a coefficient of determination of 58.2%.These findings emphasize the importance of salary and recognition factors in improving teacher performance in the madrasah environment. The results of this study can serve as a basis for policymakers to improve the quality of education through improved teacher performance.

Abstract

Logo merupakan salah satu hal penting dalam sebuah bisnis. karena logonya. identitas produk dan meningkatkan daya tariknya kepada konsumen. Selain logo, media promosi salah satunya tentu saja spanduk. Bahkan di era teknologi, pentingnya spanduk tidak berkurang. Namun permasalahan yang terjadi adalah mitra tidak mempunyai logo sebagai identitas usaha dan tidak mempunyai banner sehingga tidak dapat diketahui oleh masyarakat sekitar lokasi usaha dan konsumen kesulitan dalam mencari lokasi usaha. Pengabdian pada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan cara membuat logo dan desain banner yang berisi poin-poin penting agar mudah diingat dan berdampak pada perubahan peningkatan penjualan dan wawasan pemasaran bagi para pebisnis rumahan. Metode yang digunakan adalah tahap perancangan, tahap persiapan, dan tahap pelaksanaan. Hasil dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat mitra sudah mempunyai logo dan terdapat logo pada kemasan rotinya, kemudian sudah dipasang banner pada usaha rumahan tersebut, sehingga konsumen secara luas memahami bahwa rumah tersebut adalah usaha roti, sehingga memudahkan agar konsumen dapat membeli secara langsung.
