Abstract

The aims of this study are to analyze the effect of motivation on job satisfaction, on employee performance, and to analyze the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance. Population on this research is all the civil servants at Bali Tourism Institute Nusa Dua, Bali, which used 74 respondents which were selected as sample by simple random sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to respondents then analyzed using descriptive analyze and Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the study showed that a) motivation gives positive and significant impact on job satisfaction, b) motivation give positive and significant impact on employee performance, c) job satisfaction give positive and significant impact on employee performance. The implication of this research is that with the appreciation and recognition of the work and supported by a fair system of supervision would be able to increase employee motivation and drive the spirit to finish the job, so it will be able to improve the performance of employees in terms of both quality and quantity. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh sistem reward dankomitmen organisasional terhadap kinerja dan pengaruh sistem reward terhadap komitmenorganisasional kepala bagian. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh kepala bagian dana dankepala bagian kredit pada 28 BPR di Kabupaten Gianyar. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 36 orangditentukan dengan formula Slovin. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakankuesioner dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data digunakan PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkanbahwa sistem reward berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional. Sistem reward juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja kepala bagian, dankomitmen organisasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja kepala bagian.Implikasi penelitian ini adalah dengan penerapan sistem reward yang baik akan mampumeningkatkan komitmen organisasional dan kinerja kepala bagian. Komitmen organisasionalyang kuat juga dapat meningkatkan kinerja kepala bagian.

Abstract

This study examined about the influence of job satisfaction and work motivation against the organizational commitment and employee performance. The samples using a proporrionate stratified random sampling technique and based on predetermined criteria, the sample size was 99 respondents. The results showed that influence existence is directly significant positive on job satisfication, work motivation, organizational commitment against the employee performance

Abstract

Abstract?The aim of this study is to analyze the influence of harmonic to power losses in transformator atSedapMalam feeder by using the help of ETAP power station, so we can obtain how .much the influence of harmonic in distribution system. By measuring THDv and THDi in DT0042, DT0048 and DT0319 transformator we got THDv value of 1.1% in DT0042, 1.56% in DT 48 and 1.23% in DT0319 from maximum margin of 5.0% in THDV according to IEEE 519–1992 standard. As for THDi we got thevalue of 9.36% in DT0042, 12.4% in DT0048 and 14.2% in DT0319 from maximum margin of 8.0% in THDi according to IEEE 519 –1992 standard. On other side, the result by running ETAP power station we got THDi value of 1.59% in D00T42, 1.95% in DT0048 and 1.71% in DT0319. As for THDv we got running result of 12.22%in DT0042, 12.96% in DT0048 and 13.54% in DT0319. Based on the result of performed analisis of the influence of harmonic to power losses in transformator at SedapMalam feeder, we obtained that the amount of power losses was 43,2 kW before having harmonic and 45,7 kW after having harmonic. The raise of 2,5 kW was caused by occurance of harmonic in DT0042, DT0048 and DT0319 transformator from total of 44 existed transformators Keywords :Distribution, Harmonic,THDv,THDi, Power Losses.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of participative leadership, financial rewards, and physical work environment to employees satisfaction PT. Nadia Kencana Denpasar. This research was conducted at PT. Nadia Kencana Denpasar by taking 54 samples of employees. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. The number of samples obtained by using random sampling method is as much as 54 respondents. Based on the analysis found that participative leadership, financial rewards and physical work environment simultaneously significant effect on employee job satisfaction with the value of F (67.521)> F table (2.76). participative leadership, financial rewards and physical work environment partially positive effect on employee job satisfaction. This can be evidenced from the t value of participative leadership (3,488)> t table (1.671). Financial rewards (2,164)> t table (1.671). Physical work environment (2,203)> t table (1.671).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keadilan organisasional dan keterlibatan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasional pada karyawan. Metode penentuan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik simple random sampling dengan sampel sebanyak sebanyak 61 orang karyawan tetap dan kontrak pada Bounty Hotel - Bali. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keadilan organisasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional. Keterlibatan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasional. Penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan untuk menambah variabel lain karena penelitian ini hanya memandang komitmen organisasional dipengaruhi oleh keadilan organisasional dan keterlibatan kerja, namun tidak menutup kemungkinan komitmen organisasional dapat dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain seperti kepuasan kerja, kepeminpinan, stress kerja, maupun faktor lainnya yang dapat mempengaruhi komitmen organisasional. Peneliti selanjutnya juga diharapkan untuk dapat mengambil sampel diluar lingkungan industri perhotelan serta menggunakan model lain sebagai alat analisisnya. Kata kunci: Keadilan Organisasi, Keterlibatan Kerja, Komitmen Organisasional.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap motivasi kerja dan kinerja karyawan Klumpu Bali Resort Sanur. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Klumpu Bali Resort Sanur dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh yaitu 52 orang karyawan. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara dan melalui penyebaran kuisioner dengan menggunakan skala Likert.Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif, analisis faktor konfirmatori dan analisis jalur.Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan, semakin baik budaya organisasi maka semakin tinggi tingkat motivasi kerja yang dimiliki oleh karyawan.Selanjutnya ditemukan bahwa budaya organisasi dan motivasi kerja juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dimana jika budaya organisasi semakin baikdan motivasi kerja semakin tinggi maka dapat memberikan efek pada peningkatan kinerja karyawan. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Work Family Conflict terhadap kepuasan kerja, mengetahui pengaruh Keterlibatan Kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja dan mengetahui pengaruh Stres Kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Hotel Amed Cafe dan Bungalow. Responden penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang berjumlah 50 orang. Pengumpulan data dengan  penyebaran kuesioner menggunakan skala Likert 5 poin untuk mengukur 31 indikator. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian membuktikan terdapat pengaruh negatif antara Work Family Conflict terhadap kepuasan kerja artinya apabila work family conflict semakin tinggi maka dapat menurunkan kepuasan kerja karyawan. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif antara Keterlibatan Kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja, artinya jika keterlibatan kerja tinggi maka kepuasan kerja karyawan meningkat. Terakhir, penelitian menunjukkan hubungan yang negatif antara Stres Kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja, artinya semakin tinggi stress kerja yang dirasakan karyawan, maka kepuasan kerja karyawan akan menurun.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Freight Express Indonesia Denpasar Branch. Samples are taken by 32 respondents using census method. Methods of data collection is done through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The data collection is done by distributing questionnaires using 5-point Likert scale to measure 16 question items. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques and multiple linear regression. The analysis showed that financial incentives, non-financial incentives and motivation have a significant effect on job satisfaction. Companies should consider the factors that may affect job satisfaction, in this case it is suggested that the company pay attention to the financial incentives, non-financial and work motivation. It aims to improve employee job satisfaction, productivity and progress for the company.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The problem often faced by companies related to the human resource potential resource is maintained to keep a commitment and improved performance. Phenomenon that often occurs in the performance of a company that has been so good can be destroyed, either directly or indirectly affected by the level of employee satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the effect of job satisfaction to organizational commitment and employee performance. There are 129 respondents for the samples employees of Koperasi Krama Bali. From the results of this study proved that the positive effect on job satisfaction organizational commitment, which means that the higher the level of job satisfaction organizational commitment is increasing. Organizational commitment proved positive but not significant effect on the performance, the higher the organizational commitment of employees the motivation to improve performance, but this does not happen in practice. Job satisfaction proved to have a positive impact on employee performance, which means that the higher the job satisfaction of employees, the more motivated the employees to improve their performance as well. To increase the organizational and employee performance, the implications that can be carried out by Koperasi Krama Bali is to increase employee job satisfaction.   Keywords: Job satisfaction, organizational commitment, employee performance
