Abstract

One's commitment to the organization (organizational commitment) is often a very important issue in the world of work. Employees who are emotionally committed to the organization demonstrate higher performance, reduce absenteeism, and likely to quit their jobs reduced. The realization that the higher the employee's performance will depend on organizational commitment. Higher organizational commitment will be affected by the employee job satisfaction and organizational support. The purpose from this research for analyze: (1) the influence of organizational support against job satisfaction, (2) the influence of organizational support against organizational commitment, (3) influence of job satisfaction employee against organizational commitment. Amount of samples in this research as many as 60 people employees on Cooperative Savings and Loans in territory North Denpasar. Engineering samples is Random Sampling and data is were collected with using questionnaire. Technique of analysis which used is Model Analysis of Path. Result of research find that support influential organizations positive against job satisfaction of employees, support influential organizations positive against organizational commitment and job satisfaction employee has positive influence against commitment organizational. Implications from the results of this research is the support organizations need be given maximally in order to enhance the job satisfaction employee on Cooperative Savings and Loans in territory North Denpasar. When satisfaction officer job increased will be able enhance the of organizational commitment of employees on Cooperative Savings and Loans in territory North Denpasar. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and explain the mediating role of organizational citizenship behavior on the relationship of transformational leadership on employee performance of cooperatives in Tabanan. The study population were employees of cooperatives in the district of Tabanan with a sample size is 114 respondents in 25 cooperatives. The sampling technique is done by simple random sampling technique. The research instrument used questionnaire and analysis methods using Partial Least Square (PLS) with software SmartPLS 2.0. The results showed (1) transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on OCB (2) transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (3) OCB has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees (4) OCB mediate partially and positive and significant relationship between leadership transformasional and employee performance. The implication of this study indicated that transformational leadership was found as a major factor in improving employee performance.. Suggestions for the results are expand the orientation research in wider scope industry and organization to reach more obtain results.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap motivasi dan kinerja karyawan.  Penelitian ini menguji tiga hipotesis  yaitu: (1)  Gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan; (2) Gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi karyawan dan (3) Motivasi karyawan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.  Penelitian ini  mengambil sampel sebanyak 62 responden. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, analisis factor,  dan analisis jalur (path analysis). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara  kepemimpinan transformasional dengan kinerja karyawan; (2) ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kepemimpinan transformasional dengan motivasi karyawan; (3) ada pengaruh positif signifikan  antara motivasi karyawan dengan kinerja karyawan. Beberapa saran yang perlu disampaikan adalah untuk memperkuat kepemimpinan transformasional, perlu ditingkatkan  kemampuan bawahan untuk menangani masalah dalam pekerjaan, meningkatkan kepercayaan bawahan terhadap keputusan yang dibuat pemimpin.  Peningkatan  motivasi karyawan dilakukan dengan transparansi kebijakan dalam penentuan imbalan. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah adanya pengaruh tidak langsung antara kepemimpinan transformasional dengan kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi kerja. Kata Kunci :   Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Motivasi, Kinerja Karyawan. Abstract This study aimed to determine the effect of transformational leadership on employee motivation and performance. Tested three hypotheses: (1 ) a significant effect of transformational leadership to employee performance, (2 ) a significant effect of transformational leadership to the employees motivation , and ( 3 ) employee motivation is directly significant effect on employee performance. This study using  62 employees  as sample. The data analysis technique used  descriptive analysis, factor analysis,  and path analysis. The conclusion of this study were: ( 1 ) there is a positive and significant effect between transformational leadership with employee performance, (2 ) there is a positive and significant effect between transformational leadership and motivation of employees, (3 ) there is a significant positive effect between employee motivation to employee performance. Some suggestions that need to be addressed to strengthen the transformational leadership is necessary to improve the ability of subordinates to deal with problems at work , improving confidence in the decisions made subordinate by the leader. Improved employee motivation do with the policy of transparency in the determination of benefits and reward system. The implication of this study is the indirect effect between transformational leadership with the work performance of employees through employee motivation. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of worker attitudes, subjective norms and behavioral control toward Intention to Comply on the policy of implementation Occupational Health, Safety and Environment (K3L). Respondents in this study were all employees and construction workers on the project Watermark Hotel & Spa Bali at Jalan Raya Uluwatu, Jimbaran, Bali, filmed contractor PT. Hutama Regional Office IV Bali, NTB, and NTT. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique, researcher have consideration, that the workers who made the respondents are the workers whose jobs are directly related to the operational activities in the field of this project. The respondents amounted to 105 people. The research instrument used questionnaires and analysis techniques used were multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the attitude of the workers in the implementation of safety policies in a positive and significant effect on Intention to Comply, subjective norm, and a significant positive effect on Intention to Comply, and control the behavior of workers and significant positive effect on Intention to Comply. Implications of research namely, the theory of planned behavior (TPB) is determined by beliefs held by individuals, depending on the knowledge and control of the control that. Control control factors consist of internal and external. TPB only focus on individual psychological determinants. Attitudes may also be influenced by demographic factors. Thus, it becomes a very important factor to be considered in future research. Not all research topics can be implemented and tested by TPB, associated with different problems.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study examines the relationship among organizational culture, job satisfaction and employee motivation at the Hard Rock Hotel Bali. The research objectives are 1) To determine the effect of organizational culture on job satisfaction at the Hard Rock Hotel Bali 2) To determine the effect of job satisfaction on employee motivation at the Hard Rock Hotel Bali 3) To determine the effect of organizational culture on employee motivation at Hard Rock Hotel Bali. Respondents in this study were 200 employees of Hard Rock Hotel Bali. This study used analysis of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the application software Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS) and the Special Package for StatisticsScience (SPSS). The results showed that 1) organizational culture has positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of employees at the Hard Rock Hotel Bali. 2) job satisfaction has positive and significant impact on employee motivation at the Hard Rock Hotel Bali. 3) organizational culture has positive and significant impact on employee motivation at the Hard Rock Hotel Bali. The implication of this research is to improve the existing organizational culture, so the aspect of job satisfaction can be met, because generally high employee job satisfaction can increase employee motivation. Abstract

Organizational citizenship behaviour is the behavior of the extra that are not part of the formal obligations of an employee's work, but support the functioning of the organization effectively. This study aimed to analyze the effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment and Organizational citizenship behaviour. This research was conducted at the office of the Rector of Udayana University using sample that 57 non-government employees. Data were collected by interviews and questionnaires. Subsequently collected data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and Partial Least Square. The Results of this study concluded that job satisfaction is significant positive effect on organizational commitment and Organizational citizenship behaviour. Other results also indicate that organizational commitment is a significant positive effect on Organizational citizenship behaviour. The implications of this study indicate that the need for efforts to improve satisfaction with co-workers and increasing voluntary participation and support functions of the organization both professionally and social nature.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of ethical leadership and organizational justice on counterproductive work behavior and to know the role of organizational justice in mediating the effects of ethical leadership to counterproductive work behavior. The sample are 142 Discovery Kartika Plaza Hotel Kuta employees, using probability sampling method. This study used the PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis. The result is that ethical leadership had negative and significant impact on counterproductive work behavior. Organizational justice also found to have a negative and significant impact on counterproductive work behavior. Furthermore, justice organization proved to partially mediate the influence of ethical leadership to counterproductive work behavior. This study implicates that employees pay more attention to organizational justice as their benchmark to remain loyal to the organization as indicated by the low level of employment deviations that occur. It is important for top management Discovery Kartika Plaza Hotel's to give attention to distributive justice as a major factor that determines the reflection of organizational justice.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Quality of human resources could affect the achievement of vision, mission and organization goal through the suitability between individual value and organization value..? This research is aimed to know role of work satisfaction mediation toward relationship between congruency individual value and organization value with organizational commitmen and employee’s OCB in Regional Agency of Food and Drug Control of Denpasar. Population in this research are 96 responden  that work at in regional agency of food and drug control of Denpasar. Primary data was taken from respondent. Multiple regression analysis methode was used for hypothesis analysis as well ( Baron and Keynes, 1986) with SPSS version 17.0 was used as software application and then using a Sobel test to determined the effect if it’s significant. The result showed that (1) Congruency individual value  and organization value gave significant positive effect toward Organizational Commitment (2) Congruency individual value  and organization value gave significant positive effect toward OCB (3) Congruency individual value  and organization value gave significant positive effect toward work satisfaction (4) Work Satisfaction gave significant positive effect toward Organizational Commitment (5) Work satisfaction gave significant positive effect toward OCB (6) Work Satisfaction gave positive partially mediation but not signifikan toward relationship congruency individual and organization value with commitment organizational and employee’s OCB. Suggested for further research in order to broaden the scope of research into multiple organizational and separating respondendts into each position group, as well as examining in particular the role of intrinsic job satisfaction and extrinsic job satisfaction to see more job satisfaction factors affect the value of individual relationship and organizational values to organizational commitment and employee’s OCB in Regional Agency of Food and Drug Control of Denpasar. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan  terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan.  Terdapat tiga hipotesis yang diuji, 1. Pengaruh kepemimpinan  terhadap kepuasan kerja, 2. Pengaruh kepemimpinan  terhadap kinerja karyawan 3. Pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Lokasi penelitian di Wake Bali Art Market Kuta,dengan sampel sebanyak 72 karyawan, menggunakan analisis Partial Least Square. Hasil  penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kepemimpinan  terhadap kepuasan kerja,   positif dan signifikanantara kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja. Demikian pula adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diisarankan,  perlunyaketerlibatan pemimpin pada pengambilan keputusanuntuk kelancaran kerja karyawan.  Perluperbaikan gaji serta tunjangan yang banyak dikeluhkan. Kinerja perlu ditingkatkan,difokuskan pada kehadiran, kerjasama dan pencapaian target. Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan, Kepuasan Kerja, Kinerja

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of Transformational Leadership on Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment. The research have conducted on employees of Perusahaan Daerah Pasar Kota Denpasar. The total sample of 169 employees, the data was collected using a questionnaire. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) with the support of SMARTPLS 2.0 software. The results of this study concluded that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, transformational leadership has a positive and significant  effect on organizational commitment and job satisfaction is a significant positive effect on organizational commitment. The findings indicate that the influence of transformational leadership on organizational commitment is indirect, mediated by job satisfaction. Managerial implications of this research on human resource strategy to pay more attention to employee’s satisfaction with improve the implementation of transformational leadership to increase organizational commitment of employee’s in Perusahaan Daerah Pasar Kota Denpasar.
