Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan penjelasan mengenai peran komitmen organisasional dalam memediasi pengaruh stres kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap intensi keluar. Pengumpulan data menggunakan sample jenuh terhadap 63 responden dimana semua responden berasal dari Abalone restauran. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data Partial Least Square (PLS) dan dalam penghitungan peran mediasi menggunakan Variance Accounted For (VAF). Penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil bahwa stres kerja terhadap intensi keluar berpengaruh positif. Stres kerja juga terhadap komitmen organisasional berpengaruh negatif. Kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasional berpengaruh positif. Kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasional terhadap intensi keluar karyawan berpengaruh negatif. Stres kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap intensi keluar dimediasi oleh komitmen organisasional.

Abstract

The term of organizational justice used in this study was the degree to which organization member perceived about the overall organizational procedures, rules, and policies which are connected to their job. The aim of this study was to explore the quality, strength, and significance of the relationship between three types of organizational justices (procedural, distributive and interactional) to job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The study would investigate the relationship between organization chief agent in the Polícia Nacional De Timor-Leste (PNTL). Data was collected through questionnaire and the data which had been collected and be analyzed using descriptive and path analysis. The results showed that the perception of chief agent member in the PNTL about organizational justice had a positive significan effect on their job satisfaction. This research also found that the job satisfaction of chief agent member had a positive significan effect on organizational commitment in the Polícia Nacional De Timor-Leste (PNTL).

Abstract

Leaders of the organization must learn and understand the behavior of subordinates and pushed to the achievement of organizational goals effectively. This study aimed to analyze the influence of leadership on work behavior and performance of employees and to analyze the effect of the work on the performance of the employee's behavior. This study uses 92 respondents employees in Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I Khusus Ngurah RaiBali. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to the respondents. The collected data were analyzed by using Partial Least Square. The research showed that leadership is a significant positive effect on work behavior, work behavior is positive influence on employee performance. The study also showed  that leadership is not significant positive effect on employee performance. The implications of this study emphasize the important role of leadership in improving employee behavior. The performance of employees will be increased if the leadership has integrity and is able to carry out the vision and  mission organization so employees are more passionate in carrying out the work.

Abstract

The purpose of research is to analyze the influence of work overload, role ambiguity and organization culture  against job stres employees BPS Province of Bali. BPS Bali includes 10 work units that 9 units of district(city) and one work unit BPS Province. A study population of as many as 274 respondents. The sampling technique using a Krejcie Table  with an error rate of 5% yield samples are 159 respondents. Kind of causality and research including research with survey method and data collection via questionnaires. The results of data analysis showed that partial work overload, the ambiguities of roles and organizational culture affects to job stress.

Abstract

Term incentive used in this study is the extent to which incentives can motivate members of the organization (employees) to achieve the goals of the organization (company). The purpose of this study was to analyze the significance of the effect of giving incentive and job satisfaction on organizational commitment and work motivation. Research was conducted on the employees of QNB Bank Indonesia Area Surabaya. Data collected by a questionnaire distributed to all employees and employee. Data have been collected and analyzed using descriptive analysis and path analysis. The results showed that giving incentive and job satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on organizational commitment. The study also found that giving incentive and job satisfaction of employees QNB Bank Indonesia Area Surabaya has a significant positive effect on employee work motivation at the Bank QNB Indonesia Area Surabaya.

Abstract

Discipline of Civil Servants (PNS) is always in the spotlight of the public who are users of its services. This condition is a persistent challenge and dilemma for the state apparatus. The study, titled influence concern to order and customer orientation to employee discipline Udayana University Rectorate use 129 employees as the study sample. Test equipment used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression model to test for normality, multicollinearity test and test heterocedastisity as classical assumptions. Hypothesis test showed that there is a positive and significant effect either by the concern to order and customer orientation to employee discipline Rectorate of Udayana University. Implementation of the results of the test course is to increase the quality of both these aspects. Focus increase for concern to order is the proper understanding of the duties and responsibilities of employees. Improving the quality of customer orientation is directed at developing the ability to use information systems strategy.

Abstract

OCB an extra role shown by a person so as to affect the performance of the organization. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between personality with organizational citizenship behavior, and knowing moderation transformational leadership role in the relationship of personality with organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) with Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The research instrument used 79 respondents out of 379 employees at the State General Hospital. The results showed that personality has a positive and significant impact on OCB. Furthermore Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant impact on OCB. This indicates that the higher the effect of transformational leadership, the higher OCB owned by employees and employee proficiency level. While in the interaction did not prove transformational leadership role as moderating the relationship between the personality of the OCB. The implication of this research is to serve as a reference in future recruitment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze: (1) influence of organizational support to employee performance, (2) influence of organizational support to organizational commitment and (3) influence organizational commitment to employee performance. A total of 77 employees of the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Denpasar is used as a sample with sampling technique that is saturated sampling. The data obtained were analyzed by descriptive analysis and SEM-PLS. The result of this study found that organizational support had positive and significant effect on employee performance, with coefficient value was 0,389 and t statistics value was 4,086 (> t critical 1,96). The effect of organizational support on organizational commitment resulted in coefficient value of 0.634 and t statistics of 9.091 (> t critical 1.96) which means significant. Furthermore, organizational commitment also has a significant positive effect on employee performance, with coefficient value of 0.363 and t statistics value of 4.635 (> t critical 1.96). This study proves that employees who get support from the organization proved able to increase organizational commitment to work which implies to the better performance displayed by employees of the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Denpasar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasional karyawan. Responden penelitian adalah 66 orang karyawan. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan digunakan teknik Partial Least Square (PLS) untuk menganalisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan stres kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap komitmen organisasional dan kepuasan kerja selanjutnya kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasional.

Abstract

Performance is the result of work produced by employees in accordance with its role in the organization. Employee performance is one very important thing in a company to achieve the goal that every effort should be made to the company of increasing. This study aimed to analyze the influence of leadership and empowerment of employees on work motivation and performance of employees. This research was conducted at the Department of Education Youth and Sports Regency Tabanan using sample that 59 employees. Data were collected by conducting interviews and questionnaires. Subsequently collected data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and Partial Least Square. The results of this study concluded that the leadership is significant positive effect on work motivation. Empowerment is significant positive effect on employee performance and motivation. Work motivation is significant positive effect on employee performance. Furthermore, Leadership is not significant positive effect on employee performance.
