Abstract

Abstract-Commitment is an important component for successful durable relations that are a constituent of the implementation of Supply Chain Management. This study aims to develop organizational commitment for supply chain strategies success. The current research was conducted in the churches in Bali, Bukit Dua Prayer Church of Nusa Dua and Immanuel Tabanan. A total of 1,045 members of the congregation were gathered by the assembly and congregants. Thereafter, they were relegated to active assemblies and congregations, resulting in a total of 120 assemblies and administrators, for a total of 120 respondents. Inferential analysis in this study uses a structural equation model based on variance or component-based structural equation models, known as partial least squares. Results are as follows. Misbehaviour of church management has a positive and significant effect on conflict. That is, the stronger the misbehaviour management, the more conflict in Bukit Doa Nusa Dua Congregation and Immanuel Tabanan Gongregation. Religious social values do not affect conflict. However, results further indicate that despite the strength of congregations’ religious values, conflict continues because it cannot be avoided in any organisation. Misbehaviour has a positive and significant effect on organisational commitment, as well as affects changes in church commitment. The higher the Misbehaviour, the higher the commitment to make improvements in church governance, organisationally and faithfully. Religious social values have a positive and significant effect on organisational commitment, and will affect changes in church commitment. The higher the religious social values, the higher the organisational commitment of the congregation. Results showed that conflict has a positive and significant effect on organisational commitment and supply chain strategies. Conflict also will affect changes in church commitment. The higher the conflict, the higher the commitment to make improvements in church governance, organisationally and faithfully.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine (1) the effect of customer satisfaction on customer commitment of light steel users at Adrian Pratama Putra in Denpasar City; (2) the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty of Baja Ringan users at Adrian Pratama Putra in Denpasar City; and (3) the influence of customer commitment on customer loyalty of Baja Ringan users at Adrian Pratama Putra in Denpasar City. The research method used is quantitative research methods with the type of research cinfirmatory research. The research sample was 100 Adrian Pratama Putra customers in Denpasar City, selected by accidental sampling. The data analysis used was Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The results showed that (1) Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer commitment of Baja Ringan users at Adrian Pratama Putra in Denpasar City; (2) Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty of Baja Ringan users at Adrian Pratama Putra in Denpasar City; and (3) Customer commitment has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty of Baja Ringan users at Adrian Pratama Putra in Denpasar City.

Abstract

Industri kecil dan menengah memiliki peran strategis dalam pembangunan ekonomi di Indonesia, terutama dalam menyerap tenaga kerja unskill dan semi skill. Selama ini terbukti mampu membantu keluar dari krisis keuangan yang terjadi. Sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan strategi yang tepat guna memberdayakan industri kerajinan secara optimal. Penelitian ini menggunakan cluster sampling dan respondennya adalah mereka yang berperan dalam pemberdayaan UKM. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis SWOT untuk menghasilkan strategi besar seperti penelitian strategi. Hasil penelitian ini: faktor strategis internal yang mempengaruhi pembangunan berkelanjutan IKK di Bali, diantaranya adalah perspektif keuangan yang terdiri dari; ketersediaan modal kerja dan efektivitas penggunaan dana; perspektif pelanggan yang terdiri dari dukungan promosi, pangsa pasar, dan harga produk. faktor strategis eksternal antara lain perspektif keuangan antara lain tingkat inflasi, tingkat pertumbuhan ekonomi, tingkat suku bunga, dan ketersediaan bahan baku dengan harga yang terjangkau; perspektif pelanggan, termasuk budaya masyarakat, sikap masyarakat, dan pertumbuhan populasi. Abstract

This study aims to analyse the effect of work life balance on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. This research was conducted at a non-star hotel in Sanur Bali by taking 72 samples of millennial employees. Data was collected by using a questionnaire using a questionnaire. The collected data were analysed using Warp PLS inferential analysis. The results of the study state that work life balance has a significant effect on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Job satisfaction  have a significant effect on organizational commitment. This study also found that job satisfaction partially mediates the effect of work-life balance on organizational commitment.

Commission of Supervisor I: Dr. I Gede Riana, SE., MM, Commission of Supervisor II: Dr. Augusto Da C. Soares, SE., MM. This study aims to analysis (1) influence of the work environment on employee performance, (2) influence of the work environment on employee involvement, (3) influence of teamwork on employee performance, (4) influence of teamwork on employee involvement, (5) the effect of employee involvement on employees performance, (6) the role of employee involvement mediates the working environment relationship on employee performance, (7) the role of employee involvement mediates teamwork relationship to employee performance. The population in this study was 680 of all MAP employees at the Dili, the sample using the slovin formula so as to get 156. Data were analyzed using the Smart-PLS The research findings the work environment, teamwork, influence positive not significantly to employee performance. This research shows that work environment, teamwork is not able to improve employee performance. The effect of work involvement on employee performance found that involvement had a positive significant effect on employee performance. The role of employee involvement mediates the working environment relationship, teamwork is full mediation. Keywords: Work Environment, Teamwork, Employee Engagement, Employee Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) The influence of motivation on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior of employees of the Entrepreneurship Training Agency, Dili, Timor-Leste. (2) The Effect of Organizational Commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior of Employees of the Entrepreneurship Training Agency, Dili Timor-Leste. (3) The Effect of Job Satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior of Employees of the Entrepreneurship Training Agency, Dili, Timor-Leste. The population in this study amounted to 33 employees who work at the Head Office of the Entrepreneurship Training Agency, Dili, Timor-Leste by determining the saturated sample of the sample with the highest to lowest respondent rates. The findings of this study are to obtain the highest average value is 42.4%. Then the lowest value obtained a value of 0.001%. Keywords: Motivation, Organizational Commitment, Job Satisfaction, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).

Abstract

Leadership style is the way a leader chooses to direct or coordinate the work that will be given to his subordinates. The leadership style chosen by a leader depends on the goals of the organization or company, who is being led, and the type of business led by the leader. Systematic review using the Google Scholar database. Search results using the keyword leadership style in maintaining business continuity in the MSME industry" using the Google Scholar electronic data base. After carrying out an analysis based on a complete composition, namely 5 articles used in this article. The results of this research show that there are many types of leadership styles, but the choice of leadership style depends on the situation and conditions of the organization or business being led. The types of leadership styles include democratic leadership style, authoritarian leadership style and leadership styles that are appropriate to current conditions, namely transactional and transformational. MSMEs are a type of small business that also requires a leadership style that is appropriate to the type of business and the goals of the business to maintain the stability or sustainability of the business. Leadership style is a method or tactic used by a leader to direct and coordinate activities in an organization so that organizational goals are expected to be achieved.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the role of career satisfaction, career planning, and employee turnover intention at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Semarapura Branch. This study used a sample of 36 people determined based on saturated sampling technique. The method used in this research is observation and survey method with questionnaire and interview techniques with inferential statistical analysis tool path analysis. The results showed that career planning has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Career planning has a positive and significant effect on career satisfaction. Career satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Career satisfaction mediates the relationship between career planning and turnover intention. The implication of this research is to prove the traditional turnover theory and its relation to the research variables. This research also offers the benefits of career satisfaction, managing career planning on turnover intention.

Abstract

Converse is a canvas shoe that is very popular nowadays and is always a trend among young people. This study aims to measure the effectiveness of social media marketing variables on purchase intention by using brand awareness variables as a mediator, so this study uses consumer behavior theory. This study uses a sample of 100 respondents taken using the non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. The data in this study were collected using a questionnaire method that was distributed offline to respondents. The data that has been collected is then analyzed by the classical assumption test, path analysis test, and testing the role of mediating variables using the Sobel test. The results of this study indicate that social media marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, social media marketing has a positive and significant effect on brand awareness, brand awareness has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, and brand awareness is able to partially mediate the influence of social media marketing on purchase intention. Converse shoe management is expected to continue to provide complete information about Converse products through social media and maintain brand awareness of Converse shoes to increase purchase intention.

Abstract

Determinant performance innovation can varies depending on context organization or industry certain. Many factors decider performance involving innovation combination internal and external aspects. Companies or organizations that succeed at innovation can often combine some or all of these factors to create an environment that supports the development and implementation of new ideas. This research aims to conduct a literature review study of company innovation performance. This research uses the literature study method to determine the measurement of company innovation performance of 56 articles related to innovation performance and its determining factors. The research was carried out by comprehensively identifying and conceptualizing the determinant framework for innovation performance in terms of (1) Innovativeness and attributes; (2) The impact of Ambidextrous Leadership On innovation performance; (3) Impact of knowledge management strategy on innovation performance; (4) The impact of creative self-efficacy on innovation performance; and (5) Conceptualization of determinants and their impact on innovation performance. The research results found that a company's ability to dynamically manage its resources is the main key to improving company performance. Thus, companies must have effective strategies in managing their resources and facing changes in the business environment to remain competitive.
