One of micro finance institution that has proliferated in Bali is Village Credit Institutions (VCI). VCI is a kind of micro finance institution which the owner by the traditional village and the only one micro finance institution that is managed by customary in Indonesia. This study aimed to analysis the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on VCI performance with Catur Purusa Arta (CPA) culture as a moderating variable. The research was conducted at Gianyar, Bali with 86 VCI as a sample. Methods of the data collection used interview techniques and questionnaires. Before analysis, the data qualify was test validity and reliability using SPSS. Furthermore, the data have collected was analysis using descriptive analysis and Moderation Regression Analysis (MRA). The results showed that entrepreneurial orientation is significantly affect on VCI performance. CPA is not significant effect on VCI performance. Moreover, the findings explained that CPA not significant strengthen in the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on VCI performance.

Authentic leaders are greatly aware how to think and behave to be considered by others as being aware of themselves and aware of others’ in perspective values. Those who have authentic values have great moral strength are aware of the situation they face, are confident, optimistic, resilient, and have a high moral character. The purpose of this study to analyze the influence of authentic leadership and work engagement on innovative work behaviour. This research was conducted at PT. Eka Graphic Bali with a total sample of 96 employees. The collected data were afterwards analyzed using the multiple linear regression. The results of the study revealed that authentic leadership and work engagement are able to improve innovative work behaviour. The findings of this study also indicated that work engagement has a stronger influence than authentic leadership on innovative work behaviour.

Entering the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) has forced various business organizations to change the business paradigm from labor based business or traditional patterns lead to a modern business that is knowledge-based business. This study aims to analysis the role of Intellectual capital (human capital, relational capital and structural capital) in developing the service performance at Village Credit Institutions (VCI). This research was conducted at 35 VCI in the Municipalities over Denpasar, Indonesia. Here, the 35 VCI’s was tested to obtain hypotheses using descriptive and inferential analysis Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the study concluded that human capital and relational capital are significantly influence on services performance. In contrast, structural capital does not significantly influence on service performance.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of entrepreneurial orientation and market orientation on innovation. This study was conducted on silver craftsmen in Gianyar, Bali. Here, the population of silversmiths lives at Celuk Village, Gianyar, Bali. In addition, the number of correspondent samples around 89 industries with using purposive sampling technique. The data were collected through distributing questionnaires which were given directly to the silversmith owners. The data has also gone through instrument testing which states that it is valid and reliable. Here, the collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques to obtain correlation between entrepreneurial orientation and market orientation on innovation. The results show that entrepreneurial orientation and market orientation have a positive and significant effect on innovation with 0,859 R2 value. This research implies that increasing innovation can be done by implementing strategies such as expanding the market through advertising, distribution channels, and implementing marketing strategies. Another implication of this study indicates that the entrepreneurial orientation and market orientation is a culture of the business that must be applied to the artisans because it can accelerate process of creation of organizational innovation.

The success of a company is largely determined by the services provided. The company always trying to improve the employees performance with a hope that the company's goals. Employees are not merely objects in achieving goals, but also become a planners, implementer and controllers who always play an active role in realizing the company's goals, and have thoughts, feelings and desires that can affect their attitude towards work. The organization wants employees who willing to do tasks that are not listed in their job descriptions without any sense of pressure. This study aims to analyse the effect of workload on role stress with burnout as a mediating variable. This study we use questionnaire instrument 74 respondents (employees). The result shows that the relationship between workload on burnout was not significant. The effect between workload on role stress has a significant. The relationship between role stresses on burnout has a significant. Furthermore, the workload has significance effect burnout when the employee felt role stress.

This study aim to analyze the influence of visitor experience on satisfaction and the revisit intention. The population were visitors to the museum using the accidental sampling approach. accidental sampling is a technique of determining the sample by chance, that is, anyone who happens to meet the researcher can be used as a sample, if it is considered suiTabel as a data source. The number of samples used was 216 visitors that valid for analized before data collection, the instruments used in the study were tested first using validity and reliability tests to make sure the instruments were valid and reliable. The analytical used is descriptive and inferential analysis with the Warp Partial Least Square approach. The results showed that experiential marketing had a significant effect on learning in museums, visitor satisfaction, and the desire to return. Learning in museums has a significant effect on visitor satisfaction, but has a weak effect on the desire to visit again. Furthermore, visitors who are satisfied tend want to visit again.

ABSTRAK Semakin meningkatnya kebutuhan masyarakat akan jasa perhotelan memicu berkembangnya bisnis perhotelan di Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran kepuasan kerja dalam memediasi pengaruh keadilan organisasional terhadap OCB. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Princess Keisha Hotel, Denpasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh (sensus), dimana menggunakan keseluruhan populasi yaitu 40 orang sebagai unit analisis. Data di analisis menggunakan teknik analisis jalur (Path Analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keadilan organisasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, keadilan organisasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), serta kepuasan kerja secara positif dan signifikan memediasi keadilan organisasional terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).

Employee performance is an important component of the quality of the work of the company that is realized from the work of the employee. A number of things that need to be considered so that employees have optimal performance is the company must pay attention to the factors that affect employee performance. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of transformational leadership, communication and compensation on employee performance. This research was conducted at BPR Balaguna Perasta, Klungkung. This study uses a saturated sample method, which uses a total of 36 Balaguna Perasta BPR employees as respondents. Data collection is done through interviews and questionnaire collection. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that transformational leadership determines positive and significant impact on employee performance, communication has positive and significant on employee performance, as well as compensation has positive and significant impact on employee performance.

OCB is a positive behavior that will have an impact on the organization as a whole so it is important for organizations to encourage the emergence of OCB behavior for each employee the purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of work motivation, organizational commitment and job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior PNS at the Badung Regency DPRD Secretariat. The number of samples in this study were 87 civil servants using the probability sampling method which is a saturated sample technique. Data collection in this study was carried out through questionnaires and interviews. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that work motivation, organizational commitment and job satisfaction have a significant influence on OCB.

Withholding effort is a tendency employee to reduce work contribution as the possibility of an individual in giving less than maximum effort on tasks associated with the job. The purpose of this study is to analyze the remuneration fairness influences, supervisor competencies and group cohesiveness on withholding effort. The population in this study was all administrative employees with the status of civil servants and probationary civil servants who were actively working in the Institute Hindu Dharma Negeri Denpasar. The number of respondents were 80 people. The research data was primary data obtained from questionnaires. This study used confirmatory factor analysis and multiple linear regression analysis as analytic technique. The results show that fairness of remuneration has a negative and significant effect on the withholding effort, supervisor competencies has a negative and significant effect on the withholding effort, group cohesiveness has a negative and significant effect on the withholding effort.
