Abstract

These  research     initiation and  background    by  implementation  service  on channel and placement with counselor in developing  selves  extracurricular action at  Senior High School  Negeri 12  Padang, these  research is  purposed  for  description  been doing by counselor at   Senior High School   Negeri 12 Padang. These  research   is purposed  for  seeing    how   is   assignment   service program  on channel and placement  extracurricular action  at  Senior  High School  Negeri  12 Padang, with   lay out research  that is  (1)  Assignment and planning   service program   on channel and placement by doing counselor extracurricular  action. (2)  Implementation   service program on channel and placement extracurricular action.  (3) Evaluation/Assessment. These research face off research qualitative, the research consist of all informant counselor at Senior High School Negeri 12 Padang.  The collecting data by doing   with   document and questioner upon   implementation   on channel and placement service by counselor extracurricular action. The  resulting   research  have  found  out  that is 1)  assignment and  planning   service  program   on channel and placement  extracurricular action  have   implemented  with  good category, 2) Implementation   service program  on channel and  placement  extracurricular act   have implemented   with good category, 3) Evaluation/assessment  of  implementation  service program  on channel and  placement  extracurricular act  into  good category.

Abstract

The researchers raised concerns about the study: What are the factors inhibiting the implementation of the guidance and counseling program evaluation by teachers and guidance counseling in SMA Negeri Padang City. The research objective was to describe: (1) Internal factors inhibiting the implementation of the guidance and counseling program evaluation by teachers guidance and counseling. (2) External factors inhibiting the implementation of the guidance and counseling program evaluation by teachers guidance and counseling. This research is a descriptive. The population the guidance and counseling teachers amounting 89 people. A technique used in the sampling is random sampling cluster. So the total sample of 30 people. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. While the percentage of data analysis techniques used. The results of this study revealed that: (1) A total of 31.1% of teacher’s guidance and counseling  experiencing barriers to internal factor guidance and counseling program evaluation. (2) A total of 28.4% of teacher’s guidance and counseling experiencing barriers to external factors guidance and counseling program evaluation.

Abstract

 This study aimed to describe the factors that cause anxiety learners in the national exams in SMP Negeri 1 Sasak Ranah Pasisie West Pasaman. This type of research is a descriptive study sought to describe a phenomenon, fact, event or occurrence that is going on. The population in this study was students at SMP Negeri 1 Sasak Ranah Pasisie West Pasaman IX class consisting of three classes with the number 109. In this study the samples were taken by using purposive random sampling technique, this sampling technique based on considerations specific or particular purpose, of the total population three so that the sample obtained by totaling 52 learners are IX1 class, IX2 and IX3. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire compiled by the scale, while the techniques for data analysis using techniques percentage of the result in sentences that are grouped into five categories, namely: a little much, much, pretty much, and a lot less. The research results revealed that: 1) factors that cause of anxiety learners in the national exams in SMP Negeri 1 Sasak Ranah Pasisie seen domains of cognitive factors including the many categories. 2) factors that cause students anxiety in the face of national exams in SMP Negeri 1 Sasak Ranah Pasisie seen of biological factors including the many categories. Based on the study results, the authors suggest that more students prepare for the national exams, with an insight and knowledge of learners and mental preparation for the national exams.

Abstract

Ased on observations by the author, it was found that students are not disciplined in the study, then the authors would like to examine the factors that affect student learning in the discipline not MTsN Tarung Durian, with the aim of research is to describe the internal and external factors that affect learners not discipline in learning in MTsN Tarung Durian. This research is a descriptive study. Of researchers took the study population was all students in Tarung Durian in class VIII MTsN the academic year 2011/2012. By sampling random sampling technique. Sample size was 68 people. Data analysis using the percentage formula.Results of research conducted can be described as follows: 1) The internal factors affecting learners do not learn in the discipline in MTsN Durian Tarung included in the category of very many, is visible from, a) physical factors ,b) psychological factors 2) external factors that affect undisciplined learners in learning in MTsN Durian Tarung including on many categories, is visible from, a) family factor, factor b) school factors, c) factors. The suggestion of this research is expected to the school and parents to pay more attention to learners learn to be more disciplined in order to better learning outcomes.

Abstract

Social relationship is a relationship between people who need each other. Phenomena that occur in students related to social relationships is having problems students misunderstandings when it comes, it often happens that is not related to the social good. Group counseling services are in guidance and counseling services that can be used to improve the learners social relationships. By conducting group counseling services, students will be given the understanding and practice. This study aims to reveal the effectiveness of group counseling services in improving learners social relationships. This study aims to reveal the effectiveness of group counseling services in improving learners social relationships. This type of research is experimental with pretest and posttest design was used to test whether group counseling services can improve learners social relationships . Two groups are selected using purposive sampling is in class X SMK N 2 Island Arbor . Each group consisted of 11 students. Group counseling services with the application of the experimental group while the control group did not apply group counseling services . Collected data on social relationships statistical method of Pearson Product Moment using excel program. The findings of this study are: There are significant differences between the social relationships that learners control group was not given guidance services group with social relationships learners experimental group given group counseling services.

Abstract

This research departed from phenomena in the field, the adolescents feel very depressed by their parents so that there were from them who rebelled, and there are from them less of attantion of their parents, even there some parents giving more confidence to their children until made their children be sad , angry , daydreaming, fear ,shy, and often feel dissatisfied with what they have. Than this research raised about: Factors influencing adolescent emotions. The research purposes are to describe: 1) internal factors that influence adolescent emotions. 2) External factors that influence adolescent emotions. Techniques in this research is descriptive quantitative, this research population were all adolescents in Jorong Murni Panti. The sampling technique is the total sampling, a total sample of 47 people. The instrument used was a questionnaire, while the percentage of data analysis techniques used. Results of this research revealed that the internal factors that influence adolescent emotions are in many categories, and external factors that influence adolescent emotions were categorized lot. Based on the results of the research authors suggest to adolescents, in order to know the factors that influence emotions. To the Program, in order to give birth the teacher professional of GC. For writer self, in order to be material input and add insight about teenagers emotions.

Abstract

This research is conducted by researchers discovered a phenomenon that is still found in the field, who was twice learners have problems related to value and respect the character does not have the value of responsibility. So the researchers raised the issue of research on the role of teachers in helping to establish the value of BK respect the character and responsibilities of students at SMAN 7 Kerinci. This research is descriptive research that seeks to describe the situation for what it is. The study population was all students at SMAN 7 Kerinci, amounts 713 people. Techniques used in sampling was multistage random sampling ie sampling using a sampling technique or method. The samples in this study were 73 respondents. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. As for the use of data analysis techniques percentage.The research results revealed that : (1) The role of counselors  in helping to establish the value of BK comity character, ie treat others nicely categorized quite well, good manners towards others considered good enough , listen to what other people are categorized quite well, not insulting or making fun of other people categorized quite well, never threatened or forced on people requested category is quite good, and do not judge people before knew him pretty well categorized. (2) The role of counselors in helping to establish the value of responsibility characters, which is considered quite good reliable, do a good job is categorized something good, do not blame others well categorized and classified using mind before acting is quite good.

Abstract

The problem in this research based on phenomena that researcher found in the field, some of college students as guidance and counseling teacher candidate have difficulty to compose guidance and counseling program, so that researcher interest to solve this problem about ability of guedance and counseling teacher candidate to compose their guidance and counseling program (study at collage student 2010 of STKIP PGRI west sumatera). The purpose of this research to describe: (1) knowledge of student to compose guidance and counseling program. (2) student aptitude in compose guidance and counseling program.This research was descriptive research that try to describe the way thing are. The population in this research was all collage student 2010 of STKIP PGRI west sumatera. The amount of population was 321 student. Technique to take the sample in this research use random sampling. Random sampling is one of technique to take the sample randomly without care about level of population, so that the sample in this research became 36 students. Instrument that researcher use was quetionare, meanwhile to analize the data researcher use percentage technique.The result of this reserch describe that: (1) knowledge of students to compose guidance and counseling program was pour category. (2) student aptitude in compose guidance and counseling program was enough category. Based on researcher research, researcher suggest for guidance and counseling teacher candidate to improve their ability in manage guidance and counseling program, for the lecturer its hoped for them to guide the college students guidance and counseling candidate to the field, and make sure the students were realy have guidance and counseling program before go into the field, and for next researcher can develope this research more extend and give more significance.

Abstract

In this research, the writer found some Problems based on a phenomena in the field is the women who are anxious to get a couple who can not make ends meet any women who worry about getting at domestic violence (domestic violence), the researchers raised concerns about the level of anxiety research women who are in a period early adulthood in entering marriage in Nagari Inderapura Pura Kecamatan Air Pura Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan. The purpose of this study is to describe: (1) women who are in early adulthood to meet physiological needs, (2) The level of anxiety women who are in early adulthood in meeting the psychological needs. This research is a descriptive study that sought to describe the situation for what it is. The overall study population was adult women who enter marriage early in the Nagari Inderapura Kecamatan Air Pura Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan, techniques used in sampling is total sampling 86 people. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire, while the percentage of data analysis techniques used. The results revealed that: (1) Rate women who are in early adulthood in meeting the physiological needs as much as 50 % in the high category. (2) The level of anxiety women who are in early adulthood in meeting the psychological needs as much as 87 % in the very high category. Based on the results of the study authors suggest in adult women enter marriage early in order to know and understand what the purpose of a wedding. Business courses so that students knowledge about the professionalism of marriage and further research in order to follow up on these results from a wider aspect.

Abstract

This research was motivated by utilization of facilities and infrastructure guidance and counseling are not effective by counselor at school. This study aimed to look at how utilize of facilities and infrastructure were done by counselor to make effective service activities at SMP Negeri se-Kecamatan Lengayang Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan. The research objectives are: 1) Describe the form of utilization of  facilities guidance and counseling by counselor at SMP Negeri se-Kecamatan Lengayang Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan, 2) Describe form of infrastructure utilization by counselor at SMP Negeri se-Kecamatan Lengayang Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan. This research was qualitative research. This research took six existing counselor at SMP Negeri  se-Kecamatan Lengayang Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan, as research informants they were: SMP N 1, 2, 3 and 4 Lengayang. Data were collected through interviews and observation and documentation of the utilization of counseling and guidance facilities and infrastructure  by counselor. From the analysis of interviews and observations revealed that counselor difficulty carrying out activities with utilization guidance and counseling  facilities and infrastructure. The existing facilities: data collection tool, tool storage, administrative supplies and complete support  was not complete  while infrastructure that provide there like: workspace counselor, living and individual counseling.
