Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi adanya kejenuhan belajar peserta didik dan masih adanya guru Bimbingan Konseling yang belum menggunakan metode yang bervariasi dalam melaksanakan bimbingan kelompok. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan: Profil kejenuhan belajar peserta didik,  Pelaksanaan bimbingan kelompok oleh guru BK mengunakan metode diskusi, Model rancangan layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan menggunakan metode diskusi untuk mengurangi kejenuhan belajar peserta didik.  Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan mixed method. Teknik pengambilan sample menggunakan purposive sampling dengan tiga puluh tiga partisipan. Sedangkan penelitian kualitatif, informan kunci penelitian yaitu satu Guru Bimbingan Konseling  kelas XI IPS satu dan dua orang informan tambahan . Instrumen yang di gunakan yaitu angket dan pedoman wawancara. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam pengolahan data menggunakan presentase. Untuk analisis data kualitatif  melalui reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil  penelitian tentang kejenuhan belajar peserta didik kelas XI IPS satu di SMAN satu VII Koto Sungai Sarik dilihat dari: Secara umum profil kejenuhan belajar peserta didik pada kategori rendah. Pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan kelompok untuk mengurangi kejenuhan belajar peserta didik yang dilakukan guru bimbingan dan konseling belum memberikan hasil yang maksimal karena belum menggunakan metode-metode yang bervariasi.  Model  ditemukan bahwa masih adanya peserta didik yang mengalami kejenuhan belajar dan pelaksanaan bimbingan kelompok masih belum bervariasi. Model rancangan layanan bimbingan kelompok untuk mengurangi kejenuhan belajar peserta didik. Dapat diambil kesimpulan sebagai berikut: kejenuhan belajar peserta didik berada kategori rendah dan belum berada pada kategori sangat tinggi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi adanya kecemasan berkomunikasi peserta didik yang belum tercapai dan ada Guru Bimbingan Koseling belum menggunakan metode bervariasi dalam melaksanakan bimbingan kelompok. Tujuan penelitian adalah mendeskripsikan: Profil tingkat kecemasan berkomunikasi peserta didik, Pelaksanaan bimbingan kelompok oleh guru BK mengunakan metode role playing. Model rancangan layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan menggunakan metode role playing dalam membantu mengurangi tingkat kecemasan berkomunikasi peserta didik. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan mixed method.Populasi penelitian saya tiga puluh peserta didik. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Total sampling dengantiga puluh partisipan instrumen yang digunakan yaitu angket dan wawancara  sedangkan untuk analisis data menggunakan presentase dan reduksi data, penyajian data penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Hasil penelitian tentang Kecemasan Berkomunikasi peserta didik XI MIPA  SMA PGRI 2 Padang dilihat dari:  Secara umum profil  keterampilan komunikasi peserta didik pada kategori cukup tinggi, Pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan kelompok dalam mengurangi kecemasan berkomunikasi peserta didik yang dilakukan guru BK belum memberikan hasil yang maksimal karena selama ini guru Bk kurang memberikan metode-metode yang bervariasi. Model rancangan layanan bimbingan kelompok dalam membantu mengurangi kecemasan berkomunikasi. dapat diambil kesimpulan sebagai berikut: kecemasan berkomunikasi peserta didik berada pada kategori cukup tinggi dan belum berada pada kategori sangat rendah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi adanya perilaku membolos dari peserta didik Fase F SMAN 1 Kecamatan Payakumbuh. Guru bimbingan dan konseling belum memberikan layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan menggunakan metode diskusi pada permasalahan perilaku membolos. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan : 1) gambaran perilaku membolos peserta didik sebelum mengikuti layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan menggunakan metode diskusi, 2) gambaran perilaku membolos peserta didik sesudah mengikuti layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan menggunakan metode diskusi, 3) efektifitas bimbingan kelompok dengan menggunakan metode diskusi untuk meminimalisir perilaku membolos peserta didik. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen dengan desain penelitin One-Group-Posttest Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 8 orang dan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 8 orang peserta didik yang memiliki perilaku membolos yang diambil dengan teknik total sampling. Instrument yang digunakan adalah angket dan studi dokumentasi sedangkan untuk analisis data persentase pretest dan postest menggunakan interval skor dan menggunakan uji normalitas, homogenitas, dan uji t. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : 1) gambaran perilaku membolos peserta didik sebelum mengikuti layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan menggunakan metode diskusi berada pada kategori cukup tinggi, 2) gambaran perilaku membolos peserta didik sesudah mengikuti layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan menggunakan metode diskusi berada pada kategori rendah. 3) Terdapat efektivitas bimbingan kelompok dengan menggunakan metode diskusi untuk meminimalisir perilaku membolos peserta didik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini direkomendasikan kepada guru BK agar mampu untuk memberikan layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan menggunakan metode diskusi sebaik mungkin serta diharapka bisa menggunakan layanan tersebut untuk memberikan layanan pada permasalahan tidak masuk kelas lagi setelah jam istirahat yang memiliki kategori tinggi, dan menurunkan perilaku membolos hasil penelitian secara umum dari kategori cukup tinggi menjadi rendah

Abstract

This research is prompted by issues surrounding learning difficulties, such as students struggling to comprehend lessons, lagging in completing assignments, achieving below-average academic performance, and exhibiting poor study habits. The objectives of this study are: 1) To outline the learning difficulties experienced by students; 2) To devise a plan for implementing classical counseling services utilizing discussion methods to address these learning difficulties. The research methodology employed is descriptive analysis. The study population consists of 32 students, all of whom were included in the sample using the total sampling technique. Data collection was facilitated through a questionnaire, with percentage classification used for data analysis. The findings indicate that: 1) The depiction of students' learning difficulties falls within a relatively high category; 2) A plan for implementing classical counseling services, focusing on the theme of "overcoming learning difficulties," was devised based on identified problems and insights from learning difficulties theory. As a result of this research, it is recommended that counselors employ discussion techniques with Class XII IPS 3 students at Senior High School 1 Harau to address the learning difficulties identified in this study. Implementation of classical counseling services is advised.

Abstract

This study is prompted by the issue of bullying, particularly the presence of students who are subjected to such behavior. The objective of this research is twofold: 1) To depict the characteristics of students who are victims of bullying, and 2) To devise a plan for implementing individual counseling services grounded in a behavioral approach utilizing Assertive Training techniques for students who are victims of bullying. The research methodology employed in this study is descriptive analysis. The study population consists of 3 students from SMA N 8 Padang who have experienced bullying. Sampling was conducted using the Total Sampling technique, wherein all members of the population were included as samples, totaling 3 individuals. Data was collected through a questionnaire and subsequently analyzed using percentage classification. The findings of the research indicate that: 1) The portrayal of students who are victims of bullying falls within the fairly high category, and 2) The framework for executing individual counseling services based on a behavioral approach utilizing Assertive Training techniques, focusing on addressing physical and verbal bullying, has been developed based on the identified issues and findings from bullying theory. Based on the outcomes of this study, it is suggested that BK teachers implement individual counseling services employing Assertive Training techniques for students at SMA N 8 Padang to address the challenges faced by students who are victims of bullying, as outlined in this research.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon aggressive behavior in students from broken homes, which can interfere with their social and emotional development. The study aims to describe aggressive behavior before and after Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) counseling with cognitive disputing techniques, as well as test its effectiveness in reducing aggressive behavior. The research used an experimental method with a One Group Pretest-Posttest design. Samples were determined through purposive sampling techniques with a population of 14 people and a sample of 2 people, instruments in the form of questionnaires, and data analysis was carried out with percentage intervals and t- tests. The results showed that before counseling, aggressive behavior of students was in the high category, while after counseling with cognitive disputing techniques, aggressive behavior was in the low category. The results of the t-test showed a significant difference between before and after the intervention, proving the effectiveness of REBT counseling. This study recommends BK teachers to apply REBT counseling with cognitive disputing techniques as a strategy to reduce the aggressive behavior of broken home students at SMK Negeri 2 Bukittinggi.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of transactional analysis counseling using the empty chair technique to measure the level of assertiveness of students who are victims of bullying. However, some students who are victims of bullying at SMAN 1 Gunung Talang have low assertive behavior. This quantitative research with an experimental approach uses a one group pretest-posttest design. The sample is students who are victims of bullying with a low level of assertiveness. Measurements were carried out using questionnaire instruments and by conducting individual counseling with two treatment sessions or treatment with individual counseling using the empty chair technique. The research results showed a significant increase in the assertive behavior of students who were victims of bullying, with the average score increasing from 118 in the pretest to 178 in the posttest and a t-count of 0.0285 with a degree of freedom of 2. The t-test value was used to determine each independent variable against the dependent variable. If the t count ˃ t table or the significance value of the t test is 0.05 then it can be concluded that individually the independent variable has a significant effect on the dependent variable, then the explanation obtained is the sig value. (2-failed) = 0.0285 ˂ 0.05 means that this test is significant or that there is a difference in the average assertive behavior before and after carrying out transactional analysis counseling using the empty chair technique. This means that there is a significant difference from transactional analysis counseling using the empty chair technique to increase the assertive behavior of students who are victims of bullying

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya tingkat komunikasi interpersonal peserta didik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) Gambaran komunikasi interpersonal peserta didik sebelum diberikan layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan metode sosiodrama, (2) Gambaran komunikasi interpersonal peserta didik setelah diberikan layanan tersebut, dan (3) Efektivitas bimbingan kelompok dengan metode sosiodrama dalam meningkatkan komunikasi interpersonal. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen dengan desain one-group pretest–posttest. Populasi dalam penelitian ini peserta didik keslas VII5 yan memiliki masalah komunikasi interpersonal sebanyak 10 orang, sampel penelitian berjumlah 10 orang peserta didik kelas VII.5 SMP Negeri 1 V Koto Kampung Dalam yang dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa angket, sedangkan analisis data dilakukan menggunakan statistik deskriptif interval persentase dan analisis uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Gambaran sebelum diberikan layanan, komunikasi interpersonal berada pada kategori kurang baik dan sangat kurang baik (2) Gambaran setelah diberikan layanan, berada pada kategori baik dan sangat baik (3) Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan sebelum dan sesudah diberikan bimbingan kelompok dengan menggunakan metode sosiodrama untuk meningkatkan komunikasi interpersonal peserta didik. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa efektivitas bimbingan kelompok dengan menggunakan metode sosiodrama berhasil untuk meningkatkan komunikasi interpersonal peserta didik. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar guru BK secara rutin memberikan layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan metode sosiodrama atau teknik lain yang relevan, serta memanfaatkan sarana dan prasarana sekolah secara optimal.Kata Kunci: Bimbingan Kelompok, Metode Sosiodrama, Komunikasi Interpersonal.

Abstract

Social ethics are an essential aspect of students’ social development as they influence the quality of social interactions and the learning environment in schools. Low social ethics among students are still frequently found, such as impolite language, lack of honesty, low tolerance, and limited empathy toward peers. This study aimed to examine the effectiveness of group guidance services using the sociodrama method in improving students’ social ethics. This research employed a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental design using a one group pretest-posttest model. The research subjects consisted of 10 students from class VII.1 of SMP Negeri 1 Lembang Jaya, Solok Regency, selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a social ethics questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis techniques included percentage interval classification and t-test analysis. The results indicated that before the implementation of group guidance using the sociodrama method, students’ social ethics were categorized as low to moderate. After the intervention, students’ social ethics improved significantly and were categorized as high to very high. The t-test results revealed a significant difference between pretest and posttest scores with a significance value of p < 0.05. These findings indicate that group guidance services using the sociodrama method are effective in enhancing students’ social ethics. Therefore, it is recommended that school counselors apply the sociodrama method as an alternative strategy in group guidance services to foster positive social behavior and improve students’ interpersonal ethics within the school environment.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of low student confidence which has an impact on learning engagement, courage to speak up, and the quality of interaction in the classroom. The purpose of this study is to describe the level of confidence of students before and after being given group guidance services with discussion methods and to test the effectiveness of these services in increasing confidence. The research uses a quantitative approach with an experimental method through a one group pretest and posttest design. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling so that all participants are made research subjects. The data collection instrument is in the form of a confidence questionnaire that has gone through validity and reliability tests. Data analysis was conducted using percentage intervals to describe the categories of confidence levels, while service effectiveness testing was conducted using the t-test. The results showed that before treatment, students' confidence was in the categories of quite high, low, and very low. After being provided with group guidance services with the discussion method, the level of confidence increased and was in the categories of quite high, high, and very high. There is a significant difference between the condition before and after treatment. Thus, group guidance services using the discussion method were declared effective in increasing students' confidence at school.
