Abstract

This study aims to explain the mechanism of marriage financing with a multiservice Ijarah contract at BMT NU Kediri City. The research method is qualitative, using a case study approach, and it is supported by primary and secondary data. Data collection through interview, observation, and documentation methods are analyzed by condensation, display, and conclusion methods and validated by data and source triangulation methods. The mechanism of marriage financing at BMT NU Kediri City is a form of cooperation between the customer and BMT NU, through a multiservice Ijarah financing contract with several stages, such as; The customer applies for financing to BMT NU Kediri City through financing analysis with the 5C principle, The customer goes to the BMT office with the husband or wife/guardian as a witness, The customer brings administrative requirements, The customer signs the note, and the customer receives the disbursement of funds by the specified. The purpose of this financing is to facilitate financing customer's Ijarah multiservice.

Abstract

This research explores the policy transformation of student admission from Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru (PPDB) to Seleksi Penerimaan Murid Baru (SPMB) through the lens of rhetoric or substance. It investigates whether this shift reflects genuine policy reform or merely rhetorical packaging. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach; the research collected data through observation, in-depth interviews, and analysis of policy documents related to student admission practices. This study was conducted at two public junior high schools in the central area of Jambi City. The findings reveal that the transformation from the PPDB to SPM is not fully substantive; rather, it functions largely as a rhetorical response to public pressure. Nevertheless, the SPMB policy introduces several procedural adjustments, including greater flexibility in technical guidelines and modifications to the transfer pathway. These findings suggest the need for more comprehensive reforms to ensure that policy changes meaningfully improve equity and transparency in new student admission.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the resource mobilization strategies used by the Indonesian Tauhid Tasawuf Study Council (MPTT-I) in spreading Sufism teachings in South Aceh and its ability to survive amidst resistance from mainstream religious authorities. The study employed a descriptive qualitative method, collecting data through in-depth interviews, observations of da'wah activities, and documentation studies. Data analysis was conducted through interactive data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing techniques, and validity was strengthened by triangulation of sources and methods. The results indicate that the successful development of MPTT-I is supported by the utilization of material resources such as da'wah facilities and voluntary support from the congregation, as well as human resources through cadre structures and charismatic leadership. Furthermore, symbolic capital and social networks, including the use of digital media, play a significant role in strengthening the movement's legitimacy and expanding its support base. MPTT-I is also responsive to criticism and competition from religious authorities at the local level. In conclusion, MPTT-I is able to combine traditional da'wah practices with modern organizational strategies, thus maintaining its existence and development within the socio-religious dynamics of South Aceh. These findings emphasize the importance of resource mobilization for the sustainability of socio-religious movements in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study developed a green synthesis approach for silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) using ethanolic extracts of Chromolaena odorata leaves (LCo) collected from geothermal areas, followed by post-synthesis incorporation of patchouli oil (PO) to improve antimicrobial performance. The synthesis was optimized using Response Surface Methodology (RSM) based on AgNO₃ concentration and pH, with surface plasmon resonance (SPR) as the response indicator. Successful formation of AgNPs was confirmed by characteristic SPR absorption in the visible region. Structural and morphological analyses indicated the involvement of plant-derived functional groups in nanoparticle stabilization, with predominantly spherical particles and some aggregation observed. Antimicrobial testing against Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, and Candida albicans showed that the PO-AgNPs-LCo system exhibited a slightly higher inhibition zone compared to AgNPs-LCo alone, indicating a marginal enhancement in antimicrobial activity. These results suggest that geothermal-derived plant extracts can be effectively utilized for AgNPs synthesis, while post-synthesis incorporation of natural oils may provide additional functional modification. However, the observed enhancement remains limited, indicating the need for further optimization and mechanistic studies. Overall, this work highlights a simple and eco-friendly route for developing plant-based antimicrobial nanomaterials.
