Abstract

The students' learning motivation in high school is still relatively low to participate in physics learning. This research aims to enhance students' learning motivation using Augmented Reality (AR)-based interactive E-Modules in physics learning on global warming materials. The method used is pre-experimental, with the design of one pretest-posttest group and analysis techniques using the Rasch stacking model. The research sample comprised 36 students in class X at Sukabumi City High School. The data collection instrument is in the form of a learning motivation questionnaire that three lecturers have validated. The analysis showed that all students experienced increased positive learning motivation. The use of AR-based interactive E-Module was able to increase the learning motivation of students in the medium category by 64% (23 students), the high category by 11% (4 students), and the low category by 25% (9 students). These findings show that AR technology in physics learning can significantly increase students' motivation to learn and increase their engagement and understanding of physics subjects. Thus, AR technology has the potential to be an effective tool in more interesting future learning methods, especially in complex subjects such as physics.

Abstract

Keadilan sebenarnya ada dimana-mana, sebagaimana hukum-pun juga ada dimana-mana. Keadilan dapat muncul dalam berbagai bentuk, baik keadilan sosial, ekonomi, politik dan sebagainya, akan tetapi semuanya memang mahal harganya. Hukum nasional (yang dalam bahasa akademik disebut hukum positif), tidak bisa menjadi penjamin terwujudnya keadilan itu  Keadilan, kemakmuran dan kebahagiaan, tidak akan jatuh dari langit, dan tidak akan hadir sebagai bagian kehidupan manusia tidak berusaha untuk mendapatkannya. Bahkan, terkadang manusia (baik secara individu maupun kelompok) telah berusaha secara maksimal dengan mendayagunakan akal pikirannya, akan tetapi keadilan, kemakmuran dan kebahagiaan tetap jauh juga dari kenyataan. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Hukum dan kekuasaan dalam mewujudkan keadilan sosial masyarakat. Bagaimana hokum dan Keadilan Sosial Dalam UUD 1945. Mempergunakan metode yuridis normatif, dengan titikberat pada penulusuran studi pustaka, dengan cara menelaah (terutama) data sekunder yang berupa: bahan hukum primer, yiatu UUD NRI 1945 dan bahan hukum sekunder diperoleh melalui pengkajian hasil penelitian, seminar, buku-buku, jurnal ilmiah yang memuat doktrin dari para pakar. Proses analisis digunakan      metode analisis kualitatif.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the legal certainty in the mechanism of transferring land rights through a deed of authority to sell, by integrating philosophical, juridical, and sociological perspectives. Philosophically, legal certainty is seen as the embodiment of justice and moral values that require every legal instrument, including the power to sell, to be based on the principles of legality and justice in order to create a harmonious social order. The juridical approach emphasizes that the use of the power to sell must fulfill formal and material requirements under the Basic Agrarian Law and its derivative regulations. In this case, the role of the Notary or PPAT (a government official) as the authorized official is key in realizing the legal force and certainty of the status of land rights. This research uses an empirical juridical method with a legal analysis approach. Data was collected through observation and interviews to verify the procedure for making deeds, the mechanisms of administrative and taxation verification, and the role of authorized officials. The results showed that the validity of the power of attorney to sell depends heavily on administrative completeness, such as clearly stating the identities of the parties, the object, and the power of attorney clause. A systematic and transparent deed-making procedure, conducted by a notary or land official, has been proven to minimize potential disputes. Administrative verification integrated with tax compliance further strengthens the legitimacy of transactions. Thus, a deed of power of attorney to sell made by statutory regulations can increase legal certainty and legal protection for the parties, especially for bona fide buyers.

Abstract

Cuci tangan pakai sabun merupakan tindakan untuk membersihkan jemari dan tangan dengan menggunakan air yang bersih yang bertujuan untuk membunuh kuman dan mencegah penyakit yang berhubungan dengan sistem pencernaan. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dalam membuat paper soap karena dinilai praktis dan bisa menambah penghasilan. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Pesantren Irsyadul Islamiah, Kabupaten Labuhanbatu. Metode pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dengan memberikan penyuluhan, pelatihan pembuatan paper soap, dan dilaksanakan monitoring dan evaluasi untuk mengukur peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan siswa. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan siswa sebesar 27.73%

Abstract

This research is a research in the coffee bean industry business, namely UKM Kopi Powder Adinda G19 Lubuklinggau City which has not implemented the appropriate preparation of financial reports according to the Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small and Medium Entities. This study uses data collection methods, by observing and recording directly at the research site (observation), conducting direct question and answer questions at the source (interview), and documentation by reading literature guidelines. This type of qualitative research and data analysis techniques use descriptive qualitative methods. The results of this study indicate that the preparation of the financial statements of the UKM Kopi Powder Adinda G19 Lubuklinggau City is not suitable, only the format of income and expenditure is in the preparation of the financial statements. The recording is still very simple due to the lack of knowledge regarding the preparation of financial reports according to applicable standards so that the Adinda G19 Ground coffee UKM has not been able to produce financial report compilations that are in accordance with the standards.

Abstract

Academic burnout is a common phenomenon among students, both past and present, characterized by a condition of mental exhaustion due to excessive academic pressure. Some of the factors that cause academic burnout are high academic demands, accumulation of course assignments, pressure to maintain a cumulative grade point average (GPA) to maintain scholarships or meet parental expectations, and difficulty dividing time between academic and non-academic activities. Academic burnout consists of three main dimensions: Exhaustion, cynicism, and low personal satisfaction. This research will focus on analyzing the coping strategies used by students to deal with academic burnout. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature study that examines various previous studies related to the phenomenon of academic burnout, the factors that cause it, and the coping strategies used. The research steps include collecting references from academic journals, books and articles, as well as critical analysis to synthesize an understanding of the topic. The results showed that students tend to use two coping strategies, namely problem-focused coping strategies, which seek immediate solutions to the problems they face, and emotion-focused coping strategies, which manage negative emotions caused by academic pressure. The conclusion of this study shows the importance of choosing coping strategies that are in accordance with individual characteristics to minimize the impact of academic burnout. Because these strategies are believed to support mental health and improve students' academic performance. ABSTRAK Burnout akademik merupakan fenomena umum di kalangan mahasiswa, baik dulu maupun sekarang, yang ditandai dengan kondisi kelelahan mental akibat tekanan akademik yang berlebihan. Beberapa faktor yang menyebabkan kelelahan akademik, yaitu tuntutan akademik yang tinggi, penumpukan tugas mata kuliah, tekanan untuk mempertahankan indeks prestasi kumulatif (IPK) untuk mempertahankan beasiswa atau memenuhi harapan orang tua, serta kesulitan untuk membagi waktu antara kegiatan akademik dan non-akademik. Burnout akademik terdiri dari tiga dimensi utama: Kelelahan, sinisme, dan rendahnya kepuasan pribadi. Penelitian ini akan berfokus pada analisis strategi coping yang digunakan oleh mahasiswa untuk menghadapi kejenuhan akademik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi literatur yang mengkaji berbagai penelitian terdahulu yang berkaitan dengan fenomena bunrout akademik, faktor penyebabnya, dan strategi coping yang digunakan. Langkah-langkah penelitian meliputi pengumpulan referensi dari jurnal akademik, buku dan artikel, serta analisis kritis untuk mendapatkan sintesis pemahaman mengenai topik tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa cenderung menggunakan dua strategi coping, yaitu strategi coping yang berfokus pada masalah, yaitu mencari solusi langsung dari masalah yang mereka hadapi, dan strategi coping yang berfokus pada emosi, yaitu mengelola emosi negatif yang diakibatkan oleh tekanan akademik. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan pentingnya pemilihan strategi coping yang sesuai dengan karakteristik individu untuk meminimalisir dampak dari burnout akademik. Karena strategi ini diyakinin dapat mendukung kesehatan mental dan meningkatkan performa akademik mahasiswa.

Abstract

Multimodal literacy based on TPACK (Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge) is an educational approach that integrates technology with pedagogical and content knowledge to develop multimodal literacy in students. Multimodal literacy refers to the ability to understand, analyse, and produce texts that combine various modes of communication such as written text, images, sound, video, and interactivity. Focus of this research is to find out TPACK-based multimodal literacy in improving English narratives for IT students of UM-Tapsel. English narrative is a form of writing or conversation that tells an event or series of events in English. The main purpose of narration is to tell a story or explain an event in detail, giving a clear picture of what happened, who was involved, when and where the event occurred, as well as how and why the event occurred. In addition, the purpose of this study is to find out the perspectives and levels of mutilmodal literacy of students in English narratives.The method used in this research is qualitative in the form of a case study. The sample size is 40 students of Faculty of Science and Technology, Information Technology study programme. Questionnaires were used to collect data in this study.

Abstract

The low ability of students in analyzing values in fable texts is influenced by several factors such as reading interest, difficulty understanding and digesting important information in reading and difficulty in conveying the contents of the reading that has been read. This study aims to improve the ability to analyze the values of fable texts using the Sharing Reading Literacy learning model in class X students of SMA Negeri 2 Padangsidimpuan. This study uses a classroom action research (CAR) method which is implemented in stages starting from the design, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The subjects in this study were 35 class X students. The results of this study indicate that the Sharing Reading Literacy learning model can improve students' ability to analyze values in fable texts. This is evidenced by the increase in student learning outcomes from before being given the action and the second stage after being given the class action to 85. Student effectiveness in learning activities also increased with student involvement in the learning process. The application of the Sharing Reading Literacy learning model has proven effective in improving the ability to analyze the values of fable texts in class X students of SMA Negeri 2 Padangsidimpuan. It is hoped that the results of this study can be a reference for further research related to classroom action research that can create effective learning strategies.

Abstract

Identifikasi masalah merupakan kegiatan awal yang dilakukan dalam proses mencari dan menemukan sumber masalah, dimana seorang guru dituntut mampu melakukan identifikasi masalah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauhmana mahasiswa PPG dalam jabatan Universitas Muhammadiyah Tapanuli Selatan mengidentifikasi masalah matematika. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kuantitatif deskriptif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumen hasil penilaian di LMS Space PPG Daljab 2023. Tagihan identifikasi masalah pada siklus 1 dan 2 diunggah ke LMS. Penilaian menggunakan rubrik yang ada di LMS Space PPG Daljab 2023. Seluruh mahasiswa PPG Daljab angkatan 3 matematika tahun 2023 dari Universitas Muhammadiyah Tapanuli Selatan adalah subjek dari penelitian ini. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan statistik kuantitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata kemampuan identifikasi masalah mahasiswa termasuk dalam kategori baik, dimana mahasiswa memberikan solusi terhadap masalah matematika yang terjadi dalam kehidupannya.
