The rising level of a development implementation results, the productivity in the entire national economic power needs to be more enhanced. Theses development can give an optimal results to increase the prosperity, includes banking services. A bank health shows the bankâ€™s ability to maintain its public trust, intermediary functions, and financial traffic. It used by the government to implement the economy wholly to compete in the world free trade liberalization era. The aims of these studies are to determine the influence of Risk-Based Bank Rating on Bankâ€™s Profitability Level of State-Owned Banks Listed Indonesian Stocks Exchange in 2007-2013 Period. The research used secondary data in time-series. The samples are 4 banks from 38 banks populations. The data analyzed using a multiple regression model. The results of the research found (1) Risk-Based Bank Rating has significant influence on Bankâ€™s Profitability simultaneously, (2) Credit Risk and (3) Liquidity Risk has negative significant influence on Bank Profitability, (4) Market Risk has positive significant influence on Bank Profitability, while (5) Capital has no significant influence on Bank Profitability of State-Owned Banks Listed Indonesian Stocks Exchange in 2007-2013 Period. For State-Owned Banks management parties, should always conducts restudying comprehensively and continuously to create a risk management effectively to avoid the unexpected scenario in the future. Abstract : The Food aspect has a great influence and is a significant driver in Indonesiaâ€™s economy. Tuna house is the most well-known tuna restaurant in Manado, since it is the first restaurant that made tuna fish popular. To maintain the popularity of Tuna HouseMega Mas Manado, the restaurant needs to consider abo.ut the quality of the food. This research aims to analyze and evaluate Food Quality of Tuna House Mega Mas Manado. In order to define these variables this research takes a quantitative approach by obtaining data through questionnaires using convenience sampling in which 100 customers of Tuna House Mega Mas Manado are the respondents. To analyze the data this research uses Importance and Performance Analysis as the research method. There are 4 variables included in the analysis and 5 indicators for each variable. From the results of analyzing 4 variablesthere are 2 varibles that are importance to the customers and customers feel satisfied with the performance, and those variables are taste and freshness. There are 2 variables that have low importance and performance also to the customers, and those variables are innovative food and presentation, so the restaurant can be focused on other aspects or variables.Â Keywords: foodquality, importance and performanceanalysis

Abstract: Function of a company not only to increase profit but also responsible to the environment and society where the company located. This activity called Corporate Social Responsibility. CSR means that a corporation should act in a way that enhances society and be held accountable for any actions that affect people, their communities, and their environment. The objectives of this research is to evaluate importance and performance of the implementation of CSR program based on people and planet program at PT. Tirta Investama. method of the research is using importance performance analysis. The population observed all people who lives in Airmadidi Bawah, with sample size as many as 100 respondents and sampled using purposive sampling. The result showed that waste management, water access, education and health facilities, environmental conservation, and communication are attributes that very important and also the performance of the company is high, while the other attribute there is a very important but low performance, then not important but performance is high, and last there is attribute located in unimportant and low performance. From the results of this research, the researchers suggest PT Tirta Investama to pay attention and improve the attributes that have low performance and maintain programs that has high performance to get better.Â Keywords: corporate social responsibility, people and planet, importance and performance analysis

Abstrak : Sumberdaya manusia merupakan hal terpenting dalam setiap organisasi meliputi setiap aspek yang ada di dalam organisasi. Suatu organisasi perusahaan didirikan karena mempunyai tujuan dan maksud tertentu yang ingin dan harus dicapai. Dalam mencapai tujuannya setiap organisasi dipengaruhi oleh perilaku organisasi. Salah satu kegiatan yang paling berpengaruh dalam perilaku organisasi adalah kinerja karyawan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kinerja karyawan di beberapa Indomaret di Kota Manado dengan menggunakan pengukuran Balanced Scorecard. Penulis menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif yaitu metode yang dalam meneliti status sekelompok manusia, suatu objek, suatu kondisi, suatu sistem pemikiran atau pun suatu kelas peristiwa pada masa sekarang. Dari hasil penelitian bahwa kinerja karyawan dibeberapa Indomaret di Kota Manado masuk dalam kategori memuaskan. Mengingat Kinerja yang dilihat dari perspektif keuangan, perspektif pelanggan, perspektif proses bisnis internal dan perspektif proses pembelajaan memuaskan maka pihak indomaret harus memperhatikan faktor-faktor tersebut.Kata Kunci : kinerja karyawan, sumberdaya manusia, pengukuran kinerja, balanced scorecard

Abstrak : Manajemen rantai pasokan merupakan bidang kajian yang terletak pada efisiensi dan efektifitas aliran barang, informasi, dan aliran uang yang terjadi secara simultan sehingga dapat menyatukan SCM dengan pihak yang terlibat. Tujan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahuiÂ proses manajemen rantai pasokan Spring bed PT. Massindo Sinar Pratama Kota Manado. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kondisi penerapan proses manajemen rantai pasokan PT. Massindo Sinar Pratama Kota Manado sudah baik. Hal ini terdapat dalam proses pemesanan bahan baku sampai proses produksi yang terjadi dari para supplier, perusahaan hingga ke tangan konsumen sudah baik perusahaan lebih meningkatkan kualitas produksi dengan menjaga alur supply chain management dalam kegiatan produksi dari para supplier, perusahaan, retailer hingga ke tangan konsumen.Â Kata kunci : supply chain management, Spring bed

Abstract: An increase in the number of foreign tourists coming into Indonesia, especially North Sulawesi is very high. The Government should increase the number of each facility. Foreign tourists need a wide range of facilities to enjoy every sightseeing trip in Manado. Maximizing the existing public facilities is very important. The aim of this study is to identify and analyze the Effect of Visa-free toward hotel business sector in North Sulawesi. This research used snowball analysis. The type of this research is descriptive research and used qualitative research method. Population in this research are HRD employees and marketing employees of Lion hotel. The samples of this research are 20 informants. Based on the result, this research found out that Visa-free gives effect toward Hotel business sector. The result shows that visa-free entry policy has a positive impact on the number of tourist arrivals. For hotel business, especially Lion Hotel Very need to pay attention to the things that become the criteria of customer satisfaction. In particular, in the increase in employees Â work ethic and the way employees interact with guests of the hotel in order to create a good impression for all hotel guests who visit.Â Keywords: visa free, hospitality, tourism, marketing, and snowball method.

Abstrak: Rantai pasok, transportasi merupakan salah satu hal yang sangat penting dalam sistem logistik. Konteks rantai pasok, transportasi berperan penting karena sangatlah jarang suatu produk diproduksi dan dikonsumsi dalam satu lokasi yang sama. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan strategi rantai pasok yang di implementasikan dengan sukses memerlukan pengelolaan transportasi yang tepat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana supply chain minuman cap tikus Desa Palamba, Kabupaten Minahasa. Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan selama 1 bulan dari bulan Oktober 2016 sampai bulan November 2016. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa rantai pasok minuman cap tikus Desa Palamba, Kabupaten Minahasa adalah baik karena lokasi pengolahan cap tikus oleh para petani Desa Palamba berada pada jarak yang dekat dan pendistribusian cap tikus tidak membutuhkan biaya transportasi.Â Kata kunci: rantai pasok, cap tikus

Abstract: Human resource becomes one of the very important aspect in the organization in order to be able to mobilize the rest of the resources. In the organization, it is hard to avoid conflict and conflict also might bring damage, to deal with organizational conflict, the leadership role and skill become important to be implemented and good leadership is become the alternative solution. This research aims to analyze the influence of transformational and transactional leadership in conflict management in PT Pos Indonesia Main Branch Office Manado. This research uses quantitative method with questionnaires used to collect the data, and Multiple Linear Regression as the tool of analysis. As the total sample are 47 employees. The result shows that transformational leadership style has a positive relationship and a significant influence toward conflict management also transactional leadership style has a positive relationship and a significant influence toward conflict management at PT Pos Indonesia Main Branch Office Manado. From the results, it is suggested for the company to consider about having an improvement in human resource, with the application of transformational leadership and transactional leadership style in managing conflicts.Â Keywords: transformational leadership, transactional leadership, conflict management

Abstrak: Keputusan pembelian akan dilakukan dengan menggunakan kaidah menyeimbangkan sisi positif dengan sisi negatif suatu merek ataupun mencari solusi terbaik dari perspektif konsumen yang setelah konsumsi akan dievaluasi kembali. Faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen adalah strategi harga, kualitas produk, dan suasana. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh strategi harga, kualitas produk, dan suasana terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Rumah Kopi Billy Megamas Manado. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Data diperoleh dengan cara membagikan kuisioner kepada 63 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : Strategi Harga, Kualitas Produk dan Suasana secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Pada Rumah Kopi Billy Megamas Manado. Strategi Harga secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Pada Rumah Kopi Billy Megamas Manado. Kualitas Produk secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Pada Rumah Kopi Billy Megamas Manado. Suasana secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Pada Rumah Kopi Billy Megamas Manado. Untuk itu, perusahaan harus mempertahankan Strategi Harga dan Suasana yang ada agar keputusan pembelian dapat ditingkatkan.Â Kata Kunci : strategi harga, kualitas produk, suasana, keputusan pembelianÂ

Abstract: This research will analyze purchase decision on two e-comers, which are mataharimall.com and lazada.co.id. Both of them claim they are number one online shopping in Indonesia. This research conducts objective to know the differences in purchase decision based on security factor, brand factor, price factor, promotion factor and information factor between Mataharimall.com and Lazada.co.id users in Manado. But both are still have the advantages and disadvantages of Mataharimall.com and Lazada.co.id. The averages indicators ofÂ purchase decisionÂ are brand,Â price, promotion, security and information. And its depends to consumer to choose where they want to shopping. There is no significant difference in purchase decision based on security factors between both online shop, there is no significant difference in purchase decision based on brand factors between both online shop, there is asignificant difference in purchase decision based on price factors between both online shop, there is no significant difference in purchase decision based on promotion factors between both online shop, there is no significant difference in purchase decision based on information factors between both online shop.
