Abstract

Technological developments in this era make many things easy, from accessing information to shopping on the internet. These days, many people choose to type what they will buy in internet searches and the results of these searches can have an effect on purchase decision. The higher growth rate of social media users makes entrepreneurs choose marketing strategies by utilizing the internet to communicate, provide information and promote their business to consumers. The purpose of this study is to find out whether the influence of celebrity endorsement and electronic word-of-mouth on Generation Z’s purchase decision of Scarlett Whitening products. This study uses quantitative method and the researchers distributed questionnaires and samples and used 100 respondents. The results of this study found that celebrity endorsement and electronic word-of-mouth partially had a significant positive effect on Generation Z’s purchase decision of Scarlett Whitening products and the results also showed that celebrity endorsement and electronic word-of-mouth simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on generation z’s purchase decision.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of external and internal trigger of impulsive buying on esport player undergraduate student at the Sam RatulangiUniversity and also to find out the consequences of it.  The method that used in this research is qualitative method with 15 informants as the respondents for the research distributed by social media. The result of this research shows that internal trigger has the most influencing for esport player to make impulsive buying and also for some of esport player feel the consequences after make impulsive buying such as the feeling or regret. Description qualitative were used to help the data analysis in this research.

Abstract

Child's attitude can  influence parents purchasing decisions. Playground can affect the activities of children and parents. Companies need to consider providing and developing Playground which can also be profitable for the company. Because in Manado there is minimal availability of Playground at the Restaurant. This research doing by In Depth Interview Method. There are several things that affect customer integration with the Playground,  Kids Fun, Child's Appetite, Child Safety, and Parents' Comfort. Customers will integrate well for the company if the company also pays attention to the integration that customers show. What are their desires and complaints. Customers can fulfill what they expect.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of Korean wave, brand ambassador, brand image on purchase intention of Somethinc skincare product in Manado simultaneously or partially. The research variables consist of, X₁ is Korean wave, X₂ is Brand ambassador, X₃ is Brand image and Y is Purchase Intention. Research data is primary data, obtained from the results of the distribution of questionnaires design with the likert scale. The sample of the research was the female and user skincare in Manado. Test instruments using Validity and Reliability Test using SPSS. Technique Analysis, Multiple regression, Classic Assumption Test, Hypothesis Test (F-Test and t-Test). The result showed that Korean wave has negative effect on Purchase Intention, while Brand ambassador and Brand image has positive effect on Purchase Intention.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the effect of experiential marketing and customer satisfaction towards customer loyalty at IBOX Manado Town Square. The data used in this research is a primary data, collected from over 100 respondents who are the customers of IBOX Manado Town Square. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. The data was processed by path analysis. The results showed that the experiential marketing have directly positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at IBOX Manado Town Square and customer satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at IBOX Manado Town Square. Experiential marketing indirectly have a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction at IBOX Manado Town Square.Keywords: experiential marketing, customer satisfaction, customer loyalty

Abstract

Abstract: Nowadays, there are many business competitors that causing many choices for the customers to make a purchase. Therefore, the company must carry out the marketing strategy properly in order to attract customer’s purchase decision. Good product quality and attractive promotions are important factors in customer purchase decision process so that repeat purchases can occur. The aims of this research are to analyze the influence of product quality and promotion to customer purchase decision in Ragey 21 Politeknik. This research uses questionnaires data collection techniques with the respondent data of 100 people. This study uses Multiple Linier Regression with the help of SPSS 25. The result of this study showed that product quality and promotion has a positive influence on customer purchase decision partially. Simultenously, product quality and promotion has a positive influence on customer purchase decision. It is important for Ragey 21 to keep building and maintaining the quality of the product. The promotions have been done well, it needs to be improved in the delivery of information to the customer, so that the customer can easily recognize and comprehend the information provided. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyzing customer loyalty of shopeepay in restaurant industry at manado,. 100 samples were collected with questionnaire distributed to the respondent who have experience using digital payment platform especially shopeepay. this research used quantitative method Data analysis used Multiple Linear Regression analysis method conducted by using SPSS 25 version software. The result of this research shows that performance expectation, effort expectation, social influence, facilitating condition, hedonic motivation, price value, and habit have a positive and significant influence to customer loyalty of shopeepay in restaurant industry at Manado and 6 points likert scale was used to help the data analysis in this research for analyzing customer loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to evaluating Impact of Web Design, Customer Service, Security, and Fulfillment towards Customer Satisfaction of Online Shoppers Platform in Sam Ratulangi Manado. This research used quantitative method. 100 samples were collected with questionnaire distributed to the Sam Ratulangi University Students. The result of this research shows that Web design, Customer Service, Security, Fulfillment have a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction on online shoppers platform on the customers in Sam Ratulangi University in Manado and 6 points Likert scale was used to help the data analysis in this research for the Impact of Web Design, Customer Service, Security, and Fulfillment towards Customer Satisfaction of Online Shoppers Platform.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemilikan kas, pandemi covid-19 dan struktur aset baik secara simultan ataupun parsial terhadap profitabilitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan 5 sampel perusahaan subsektor telekomunikasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari analisis ini menunjukkan bahwa cash holding, pandemi covid-19 dan struktur aset berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap profitabilitas. Sedangkan, secara parsial kepemilikan kas dan pandemi covid-19 tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. Untuk struktur assets secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. Kata Kunci: kepemilikan kas, pandemi covid-19, struktur aset, profitabilitas

Abstract

Kualitas pelayanan, inovasi produk, dan store atmosphere merupakan faktor penting yang berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan karena faktor tersebut dapat menimbulkan rasa nyaman maupun tidak nyaman bagi pelanggan. Konsumen cenderung merasa puas ketika dapat dilayani dengan baik, merasakan kemudahan dalam berbelanja, dan tempat yang nyaman atau gampang dikunjungi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, inovasi produk, dan store atmosphere terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Starbucks drive thru kawasan Megamas Manado baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan drive thru Starbucks kawasan Megamas Manado. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 responden dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda, uji t dan F, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, inovasi produk tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, store atmosphere berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Kualitas pelayanan, inovasi produk, dan store atmosphere secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Starbucks drive thru kawasan Megamas Manado.   Kata Kunci: kualitas pelayanan, inovasi produk, store atmosphere, kepuasan pelanggan
