Abstract

This study aims to describe how the visitor’s assessment of the facilities of the blue lagoon tourism village in Yogyakarta. As well as obstacles and efforts made in improving the quality of facilities. This research uses a quantitative descriptive method. There are 99 samples taken and determined by the researcher based on the Slovin technique. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out by questionnaires, documentation and observation. Likert scale is used to measure value intervals in quantitative data. This research uses Spillane theory. The result of the study indicated that the visitor’s assessment of the facilities of the blue lagoon tourism village in Yogyakarta is in good category. Abstract

Hotel is one type of accommodation that uses part or all of the part for lodging services, food and beverage providers and other services for the general public which are managed commercially. one of the departments in the hotel, one of which is the front office. Front office is the front office. in the context of the definition of a hotel, the front office is a department in the hotel which is located at the front. This study aims to determine the management efforts of the Angkasa Garden Hotel in maintaining the service quality of front office employees at the Angkasa Garden Hotel Pekanbaru. The method used in this research is quantitative with descriptive design. This study intends to collect data or descriptions related to employee services at Angkasa Garden Hotel Pekanbaru. Angkasa Garden Hotel Pekanbaru is a 3-star hotel founded by PT. Great Space Kencana. Angkasa Garden Hotel Pekanbaru was built on March 12, 2011, and began to be operational on June 10, 2012. The authors conclude that the service quality of Front Office employees at Angkasa Garden Hotel Pekanbaru is very good. This can be seen from the acquisition of each guest research that the author has described in the research questionnaire that the author has distributed to guests at Angkasa Garden Hotel Pekanbaru. With the results, namely the Reliability aspect with very good results, the Responsiveness aspect with very good results, the Assurance aspect with the Doubtful results, the Empathy aspect with very good results and the last Tangible aspect with very good results. From the results of the fifth aspect, the Assurance aspect has the lowest score among other aspects. Keywords : Service Quality, Front Office, Hotel

Abstract

Hotel is a form of accommodation that is managed commercially, provided for everyone to obtain lodging services along with food and drink and others for everyone who stays at the hotel. The storage system is a system that is needed in storing goods for ease of work, storage can be created and the discovery of items that have been stored can be easily found when these items are to be used. Store is a building used to store goods. This study aims to find out how the equipment storage system is at the Angkasa Garden Hotel Pekanbaru store. Angkasa Garden Hotel Pekanbaru is a 3 star hotel founded by PT. Angkasa Megah Kencana which was built on March 12 2011, and started operating on June 10 2012. Abstract

This paper aims to provide information and understanding of the impact of tourism on the economic sector, social and cultural life, and the environment. Globally, tourism can be said to be one of the leading sectors that make a major contribution to global GDP. It is not surprising that many countries depend on tourism for their economy and many countries are trying to develop their tourism potential. Rapid development and massive negative and positive impacts on the economic sector, social and cultural life, and the environment. The bad impact of tourism must be comfortable and well managed by the government, tourism actors, and the community. One that can be applied is visitor management which is an administrative step to preserve the environment, social culture, and economy without tourist satisfaction. visitor management is carried out by balancing the needs of tourists, the needs of the community, the needs of tourism actors, and the environmental situation. Abstract

This research is entitled Quality of Waiters Service During the Covid-19 Pandemic at the Novotel Hotel Restaurant Pekanbaru. This study aims to determine the Quality of Waiters Service During the Covid-19 Pandemic at the Novotel Hotel Restaurant Pekanbaru, In addition, this study also aims to determine the form of restaurant service at the Novotel Hotel. This research is a quantitative research using a descriptive approach that describes and explains the situation that occurs by collecting data and information in the field. The samples used in this study were 100 people. This research was conducted at the Novotel Hotel Pekanbaru restaurant. The research was carried out for 4 months, starting from January - April 2021. The key informants in this study were 1 Food and Beverage Manager Novotel Pekanbaru. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of the study, it can be said that the Quality of Waiters Service During the Covid-19 Pandemic at the Novotel Pekanbaru Restaurant was good in all respects which refers to the grand theory of service quality which includes Tangibles (Physical Evidence), Realibility (Reliability), Responsieveness (responsiveness), Assurance (Assurance) and Empathy. This is evidenced by the results of scores from visitors who have visited the Novotel Pekanbaru restaurant in 2021 with good scores. Keywords: Service Quality, Waiters, Restaurant, Guests

Abstract

Tourism in Indonesia is an important economic sector, the development of tourism in Indonesia is currently growing rapidly. The development of the tourism sector is promising and provides many benefits to the government, society and the private sector. This is because tourism is a sector that has competence and opportunities to be developed as an asset that is used as a promising source for the government or the community around tourism objects. One of them is West Sumatra Province which is a strategic tourism area where every region has natural beauty which has tourist attractions in every destination that is presented in almost every region in West Sumatra but currently the promotional activities carried out are still not fully running. one-way flow of information or persuasion or made to direct an organization or person to action that creates exchange in marketing by planning and executing a good promotion strategy will also generate revenue and visits. One of the tourist objects in Bukit Tinggi studied is the Bukit Tinggi Panorama Tourism Object which aims to find out how the Bukit Tinggi Panorama Tourism Object is promoted. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method to analyze problems based on data collection techniques in the form of observation, in-depth interviews, and analysis. The Promotion Strategy includes conditional reporting in advertising, sales promotion, public relations and personal selling. Based on the results of the research that has been done, as a whole from the results of observations and interviews, it can be concluded how the Promotion of the Bukit Tinggi Panorama Tourism Object has been carried out although there is still much to be improved. Abstract

Bokor Tourism Village is a village located in West Rangsang District, Kepulauan Meranti Regency, Riau Province which is quite well-known and has the potential to become a tourist destination as well as a venue for holding various international scale events. Through this potential, the Bokor Tourism Village management forms a travel composition that is packaged in a tour package to provide convenience for tourists. This study aims to see how the form of stakeholder contributions and the management of Bokor Village tour packages. This study uses descriptive qualitative method. The concept of this study uses management theory. In collecting data, researchers used interviews, observation, literature and documentation using key informants and supporters as sources of data information. The results showed that the Management of Bokor Village Tourism Packages, Kepulauan Meranti Regency, Riau Province was still not optimal, this was evidenced by the implementation that was not running as it should and the lack of oversight from stakeholders. Then another concern is the lack of tourist objects that can be visited in tour packages and road access to Bokor Village. This is due to the absence of assistance from academics, travel agents and other relevant stakeholders. This makes the Bokor Village Tourism Package Management less successful. Abstract

The hotel's front office or front office department is the main part of the hotel, because the front office department is an information center for guests. There are several sections in the front office, namely bell boy, bell drive, reception, and night audit. The reception is the first place guests will meet. The receptionist must give a good impression to every guest who comes to the hotel. This research was conducted at Prime Park Hotel Pekanbaru. Prime Park Hotel Pekanbaru is one of the 4 star hotels in Pekanbaru. In welcoming guests at Prime Park Hotel Pekanbaru, they already have good and correct standards from the start of preparation, the process of welcoming guests, and the services provided by the receptionist in welcoming guests. The receptionist plays an important role in welcoming guests. This study aims to determine the implementation of the receptionist in welcoming guests. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, data collection techniques in this study using observation, documentation, interviews so that a very clear picture can be obtained. Informants in this study were Ast fom and receptionist at Prime Park Hotel Pekanbaru. Based on research, it shows that the standard of welcoming guests by the receptionist at Prime Park Hotel Pekanbaru is quite good, it's just that an inadequate number of employees makes many receptionist tasks hampered. Abstract

The tourism sector is a sector that has the potential to be developed as a source of regional income. The development and utilization program of regional tourism resources and potential is expected to contribute to economic development since the Covid-19 hit, a lot of tourism has been lost due to adverse impacts. One of Tour&Travel that is still running well in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic is CV Bilava Tour, which is one of the BPWs which is a BPW which has various tour packages sold for families, government groups and so on. do not yet have adequate promotions and tourism targets, especially to promote their tour packages. Promotion is a one-way flow of information or persuasion or is made to direct an organization or person to actions that create exchanges in marketing by planning and implementing a good promotional strategy that will also increase the income of Bilava Tour. Therefore, this study aims to find out how to implement the promotion mix Tour Packages on Bilava Tour. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method to analyze problems based on data collection techniques in the form of observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The Promotion Strategy includes reporting on conditions carried out in advertising, direct marketing, public relations and personal selling. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, for the entirety of the results of observations and interviews, it can be concluded that the Implementation of the Tour Package Promotion Mix for the Bilava Tour during the Covid-19 Pandemic has not fully worked out as targeted, although there are still shortcomings. Abstract

ABSTRACT Mempura Subdistrict has a variety of tourism potentials ranging from natural wealth, artificial tourism, historical relics, Malay art and culture as well as a silent witness to the government of the Siak Kingdom after being transferred from Artificial. This writing aims to compile a Tour Package based on the tourism potential in Mempura District. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, the subjects of the study are the Siak Regency Tourism Office, Mempura District Office, and tourist attraction managers . Data collection is carried out through literature studies, observations, interviews and documentation. The results of this study show that in Mempura District there are natural attractions, Cultural Attractions and Artificial attractions . Accessibility to Mempura District is very easy to reach through land access and also water and road conditions are quite good. The amenity in Mempura District is quite complete and there is an Anciliary that houses tourist attractions in Mempura District.
