Abstract

This study aims to design a Cultural Tourism Package Arrangement in Tanah Datar District, West Sumatra Province. This study used a qualitative method with a qualitative descriptive approach to explain and describe the conditions that occurred at the research location by collecting data and information in the field. The informants in this study are the Head of Service, Tourism Managers, and the Community. In this study, the data collection techniques used were case studies, interviews, observation and documentation. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that cultural tourism in Tanah Datar is very abundant and diverse, so that with this abundance and variety, tourist visits should increase every year. Coupled with the sale of Cultural Tourism Packages in the future, it will make tourists more interested in visiting Tanah Datar Regency. In addition, this Cultural Tourism Package can provide additional information for tourists about what tours are in Tanah Datar Regency. Key words: Preparation.Cultural.Tour Packages. Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan ini sebagai upaya membantu masyarakat akan penyediaan air bersih. Teknologi dalam penyediaan air bersih adalah salah satu aspek penting dalam memenuhi kebutuhan dasar manusia akan air yang aman dan sehat. Teknologi filtrasi air satu solusi yang efektif untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini. Namun, kesadaran dan pemahaman masyarakat terhadap teknologi ini sering kali kurang. Oleh karena itu, program sosialisasi transfer teknologi dan pelatihan menjadi penting. Sosialisasi transfer teknologi melibatkan pengenalan teknologi filtrasi air kepada Masyarakat Mak Teduh dihadiri dari perwakilan 3 dusun berjumlah 35 orang tentang jenis-jenis filter air, proses pembuatan, dan cara penggunaannya. Pelatihan praktis juga merupakan bagian integral dari program ini, memungkinkan masyarakat untuk menguasai keterampilan dalam pembuatan dan pemeliharaan filter air. Dampak dari program sosialisasi transfer teknologi dan pelatihan ini meningkatnya pengetahuan masyarakat tentang teknologi filtrasi air, dapat mengurangi risiko terpaparnya penyakit air yang dapat berakibat fatal, meningkatkan kualitas hidup, dan mendukung pembangunan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Kebakaran hutan dan lahan merupakan suatu bencana yang sering terjadi di Provinsi Riau. Terhitung sejak awal Januari 2023 hingga saat ini luas lahan yang terbakar di Riau sudah mencapai 1.184,36 hektare (Ha). Tingginya angka kebakaran hutan dan lahan yang terjadi setiap tahun ini tentunya dapat merusak kualitas lingkungan hidup. Diperlukan usaha serius dan berkesinambungan untuk dapat menurunkan, mencegah dan mengontrol kebakaran hutan dan lahan yang terjadi. Hal ini penting dilakukan agar jumlah kebakaran hutan dan lahan gambut yang diakibatkan oleh manusia dapat ditekan dengan melakukan salah satu usaha yaitu melalui program pemberdayaan ekonomi kelompok masyarakat. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan kepada masyarakat tentang cara peningkatan pendapatan ekonomi masayakat sekitar melalui budi daya madu. Dengan adanya transfer teknologi ini diharapkan kelompok masyarakat mampu menguasai cara budi daya madu sebagai upaya pencegahan karhutla yang dapat mengahasilkan pendapatan. Metode penerapan yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah melalui metode ceramah dan diskusi. Pada sesi pertama disampaikan beberapa materi terkait cara budidaya madu.

Abstract

The purpose of the service is to increase the capacity of the tourism awareness group (Pokdarwis) in carrying out the duties and functions of developing Bandar Bakau ecotourism. To carry out this activity, the method that will be used is Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA). The method involves more target communities actively by studying rural conditions and life and wants the community to share, improve, and analyze their knowledge of local conditions and life then make plans and then act or action. The partners or target community consisted of the Village Government, the Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis), local communities and arts and culture activist groups. There are problems both from external and internal groups that have implications for less than optimal performance, namely lack of ability in institutional management and lack of ability to innovate and creatively develop existing potential. For this reason, the main activities of this service are Managerial, Technical, and Social Development as well as Innovation, Creativity, and Marketing Training. This activity went well where the response of the community and activity partners was very positive. Things that need to be followed up include providing intense mentoring and coaching efforts to Pokdarwis so that they become established and independent in carrying out their functions in developing Bandar Bakau Ecotourism

Abstract

Frontliner PT. Ivan Wisata Nusantara Pekanbaru strives to provide optimal service for customer comfort. Namely by making a departure schedule on time, providing documents regarding information during the trip to customers, responding well to special customer requests, being responsible and helping with customer problems, helping with travel documents, as well as dealing with every customer complaint and problem. Frontliner Service at PT. Ivan Wisata Nusantara in Pekanbaru City. Receiving Guests, Serving Customers, Selling Products, Building Good Relations and Contacting Customers. This research uses a qualitative method with a qualitative descriptive approach to describe and explain the situation that occurred by collecting data and information in the field. The key informants in this research are the Main Director, Employees and Customers. In this research, the data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that having a uniform is mandatory, providing a comfortable waiting room, prioritizing service, providing service in good language, providing solutions and providing good facilities for customers. Abstract

Facilities are facilities and infrastructure that support the operations of tourist attractions to accommodate all tourist needs, do not directly encourage growth but develop at the same time or after the attraction develops. In this case, facilities can be divided into main, supporting and ancillary facilities. This research aims to determine the facilities of the Wave River tourist attraction in Sipungguk Village, Kampar Regency, Riau Province and to determine visitor perceptions of the facilities of the Wave River tourist attraction. In this research, the author used quantitative methods as a data processing procedure. The data processing techniques used were observation, questionnaires and documentation using a Likert scale as a measuring tool. Based on the research results, the facilities at the Wave River tourist attraction in Sipungguk Village, Kampar Regency, Riau Province, are in the good category. Abstract

This research aims to determine the factors that influence the performance of roomboys at Turi Beach Resort Batam. This research uses a qualitative method with a qualitative descriptive approach to describe and explain the situation that occurred by collecting data and information in the field. The key informants in this research are SPV Room and Roomboy employees. In this research, the data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. Based on the research results, it can be concluded. Romboy Turi Beach Resort Batam has six factors that influence Roomboy performance, namely work equipment, skills and experience, building shape, room facilities, room cleaning techniques and supervision. Of these six factors, the average respondent strongly agrees that these factors influence the performance of Roomboy at Turi Beach Resort Batam. However, there was one factor where the informants did not agree, namely the room facilities factor, but only one informant disagreed out of the four informants. The building shape factor really influences the performance of Roomboy at Turi Beach Resort Batam because Turi Beach Resort Batam is famous for its building shape and the distance between rooms is quite far. This makes Roomboys have a bit of a problem, especially Roomboys who are quite old because they get tired easily when cleaning from one room to another. Keywords: Factors, Performance, Turi Beach

Abstract

This study aims to describe the potential of educational tourism that can be used as a tourist attraction as the first step of tourism development in Ngalian Village. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, literature studies, and documentation studies. The analysis was carried out with the 4A's tourism product component approach and the research instrument was an interview with Ngalian Village stakeholders. The problems raised in this study are what are the potential attractions of educational tourism in Ngalian Village and what kind of community participation in the educational tourism program in Ngalian Village, Widodomartani. The results of this study indicate that (1) Ngalian village can already be categorized as an educational tourism village because there are tourist attractions that contain high educational value. Tourist attractions or tourist attractions in Ngalian village consist of natural attractions, artificial tourism, cultural tourism and culinary tourism. These educational tourism attractions are then classified into 4 types of educational tourism, namely sciences educational tourism, sports educational tourism, cultural educational tourism and agro-tourism. The identification of tourism development through the 4A's approach in implementation is very good, this is evident from the increasing tourist visits and the ability of the community to manage tourism activities in Ngalian village. (2) The Ngalian village community has a high role in participating in the educational tourism program in Ngalian village. This form of participation in its implementation can be seen from mental and emotional involvement, willingness to give something and a sense of responsibility. Abstract

The activity of sending goods or expedition services is increasingly preferred by the community. More and more people use delivery services, so the implementation of timely handling of goods delivery becomes very important to win the competition. In package delivery services, of course, consumers really want satisfying service from package delivery service companies, namely with fast and timely delivery of goods, guaranteed security. This study aims to determine the implementation of the handling of air shipments at PT. Angkasa Pura Kargo Pekanbaru, based on research that has been done in the field, this research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The research subject is PT. Angkasa Pura Cargo Pekanbaru. data collection is done by using literature, documentation, observation. Interviews and documents. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of handling goods delivery by air has various kinds of SOP obtained, namely: Reservations, Operations, storage of goods, and delivery of goods are carried out in accordance with the SOPs set by the company PT. Angkasa Pura Cargo, so that the goods received by the customer are in good condition and according to the time set. Keywords : Air Cargo, Reservations, Operations, Delivery of Goods.
