Abstract

This study aims to analyze facility management at the Suaman Hot Springs tourist attraction in Rokan Hulu Regency. As one of the leading natural destinations in Riau Province, Suaman Hot Springs has great potential to attract tourists but still faces several challenges in facility management. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with data collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The study focuses on four management functions: planning, organizing, directing, and controlling, applied to the main, supporting, and complementary facilities. The results show that while most facilities are in fairly good condition, improvements are still needed in public restrooms, parking areas, and accessibility. Major obstacles include limited budget, lack of human resources, and the absence of a formal organizational structure. Therefore, long-term planning and cross-sector collaboration between the government, tourism managers, and the community are necessary to support the sustainability of this destination. This research is expected to serve as an evaluation material and provide strategic recommendations for facility development that prioritizes visitor comfort and increased tourist visits. Abstract

Umrah is one of the major acts of worship in Islam which is carried out in the Holy Land, namely Mecca. Umrah means performing tawaf at the Kaaba and sa'i between Shofa and Marwah. Indonesia is one of the countries that has the largest Muslim population in the world, who perform the Hajj and Umrah every year. Thus, to make your pilgrimage easier, you can use an Umrah travel agency. One of the Umrah travel agents in Pekanbaru is PT. Annajwa Tour & Travel can make it easier for people to carry out the Umrah pilgrimage without any obstacles. If they want to carry out the Umrah pilgrimage then people can use the Umrah hajj travel services available at PT. Annajwa Tour & Travel. This research aims to find out excellent service in Umrah packages at PT. Annajwa Tour and Travel. This research uses qualitative methods to explain the situation that occurred by collecting data and information in the field. The sources of informants in this research were the Head of the Office and Umrah pilgrims at PT. Annajwa Tour and Travel. In this research, the data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research reveal excellent service at PT. Abstract

Kampung Dayun, Siak Regency, Riau Province is one of the tourist villages that uses the principle of Community Based Tourism (CBT) in its development process. Community Based Tourism (CBT) is a concept of developing tourist destinations by empowering local communities to be directly involved in tourism activities. The purpose of this study is to determine the form of community participation in the application of Community Based Tourism (CBT) in Kampung Wisata Dayun, Siak Regency, Riau Province and to determine the impact that occurs in the process of implementing Community Based Tourism (CBT) in Kampung Wisata Dayun, Siak Regency, Riau Province. This research employs a qualitative descriptive research method. The theory used in this study uses four stages according to Cohen and Opchoff in Mulyadi, namely decision making, implementation, benefit taking and evaluation. The results of this study are the Forms of Community Participation in the Implementation of Community Based Tourism (CBT) in Dayun Tourism Village, Siak Regency, Riau Province which has an impact on community involvement in various activities without coercion. increase the amount of income, improve the quality of human resources, create local tour guides, open job vacancies, and increase the income of local communities in real terms. Abstract

Indonesia has great potential in the tourism sector. Tourism is an important sector in supporting very fast economic growth and providing job opportunities. We can see that its natural resources, national culture and history, unique festivals and ceremonies attract tourists. This research aims to find out the types of food ingredients included in the gluten menu and to find out how to manage the gluten menu at the Pangeran Beach Padang restaurant. In managing the gluten menu there are several steps including planning, organization, implementation, monitoring and evaluation. This type of research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach to describe and explain the situation that occurred by collecting field data and information. The key informant in this research is Cook. Meanwhile, data collection techniques in this research used interviews, observation and documentation. Based on the results of research that has been carried out, so far the management of the gluten menu is quite good, although there are several things that influence the process of managing the gluten menu. By taking steps to manage the gluten menu, you can improve the quality of the menu and provide the best presentation. To know the steps for managing gluten menus in restaurants can ensure consistency, safety, efficiency and quality in carrying out tasks for the gluten menu management process. The research provides suggestions and hopes for hotels to be able to maintain and increase employee comfort by providing facilities for employees. Keywords: Gluten, Menu, Hotel, Restaurant

Abstract

The community empowerment program through capacity building for home-industry entrepreneurs is an important step in supporting local economic growth, especially amid increasingly competitive business conditions. This community service activity was carried out in Sekip Subdistrict, Pekanbaru, with a primary focus on cash-flow management and digital promotion training for home-based business owners. The problems identified in the field included limited understanding among entrepreneurs regarding making it difficult for them and plan long-term budgets. In addition, low digital literacy resulted in many home-industry products being unable to reach wider markets. Through this program, participants received training on simple cash-flow management using daily recording methods, preparation of monthly financial reports, and strategies for separating business and personal finances. Practical mentoring was conducted to ensure that participants could apply these techniques independently. In the aspect of digital promotion, participants were trained to utilize various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, and online marketplaces. The training materials included creating engaging content, basic product photography techniques using simple devices, and strategies for maintaining consistency in digital marketing.Evaluation results showed a significant improvement in participants’ understanding of financial management and digital-based promotion techniques. In addition, several participants succeeded in increasing sales after applying the digital promotion techniques taught. Overall, the program contributed positively to strengthening the business capacity of the community in Sekip Subdistrict and opened opportunities for sustainable income growth. For program sustainability, continued mentoring and collaboration with local government are needed so that the impact can be further optimized.

Abstract

Garden agro tours Tenayan Raya Pekanbaru city, it is one of the attractions that deserve to be developed, because the number of visits from year to year continues to increase. The reason the researchers chose the agro- tourism of pekanbaru city of riau province is the first agro tourism area in pekanbaru city and the agro- tourism park is quite interesting, which combines farming areas, farms and game riders into a beautiful area. This study aims to describe the segmentation of tourists in Taman Agro Tourism Tenayan Raya Pekanbaru City Riau Province. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method. From the result of the research, it is known that the geographical segmentation of 86% comes from the city of Pekanbaru and 14% from outside Pekanbaru, female demographic segmentation is 67% and males 33%, age 26- 35 years 39% , 83% are married and 17% are unmarried, then on average have 4 core family members, 59% senior high school education, with an average job as an entrepreneur of 40% with monthly expenses of Rp. 3,000,000-4,000,000. Then psychologically tourists who come to visit the Agro Park Tenayan Raya Tour Pekanbaru city on average with families, tourists who come more happy to use a motorcycle. The average tourist knowing information about Taman Agro Wisata Tenayan Raya Pekanbaru City comes from relatives of 81% and is willing to recommend the location to others by 93%. Tourists who come to visit with the aim to relax by 46%. Tourists who use restaurant and gazebo facilities as many as 100 people, fruit garden as many as 60 people, mini market as many as 40 people, fishing ponds, 37 people, toilets as many as 30 people and outbound arena, outfit, rice fields, vegetable garden 29 people sebalamak. While the tourists who are interested in doing activities such as, taking 88 people, 60 people harvest, 37 people fishing, 29 agro-educational and outbound activities, 18 archery, flying fox as many as 11 people and family gathering as many as 6 people .
