Abstract

Social Media Marketing is an activity in interactive marketing communication that occurs between companies and customers. The goal is to make sales of products or services that the company has. This research was conducted to determine the effect of digital marketing through social media instagram on purchasing decisions at PT Riau Wisata Hati, Pekanbaru. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative with multiple regression analysis techniques. The data instrument test in this study uses the Validity, Reliability, Normality, Autocorrelation of the Research Model, Multicollinearity, Heteroscedasticity, Analysis of the Coefficient of Determination (R) F Simultaneous, T Partial. The results of this study indicate that the Instagram Social Media Marketing Variable has a positive relationship and has a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Umrah packages at PT Riau Wisata Hati. Abstract

Souvenirs are an important part of a tourist city, one of the potential attractions that supports the development of tourist areas is typical food. And this research aims to create an alternative to matoa fruit galamai to improve the procedure for making galamai with various fruit flavors such as matoa fruit. If you already know the steps for making matoa fruit galamai products, it will be an inspiration of knowledge for people who want to increase their income by opening a business. The method used in this research is qualitative description. The result of this research is the very distinctive taste of matoa fruit, its chewy texture is brownish in color. The packaging color used is white. What is contained in this research is of course intended to be able to apply the new strategies obtained and as a reference for further research regarding new alternatives to this matoa fruit. Abstract

Indonesia is an archipelagic country that has its own natural beauty, one of which is the province of West Sumatra. West Sumatra's leading tourism sector includes natural beauty, culinary and hospitality. West Sumatra is located on the west coast in the central part of the island of Sumatra which borders the provinces of North Sumatra, Riau, Jambi and Bengkulu. One of the areas visited by tourists is the city of Padang. Prince Beach Hotel is located at Jl. Ir. H Juada No. 79, Flamboyan Baru, West Padang District, Padang City, West Sumatra 25115. The Pengeran Beach Padang Hotel is very strategically located in the center of Padang city so it is a very popular hotel in the city of Padang and has many fans. The aim of this research is to find out what factors influence the performance of outsourced employees in the public area at Pangeran Beach Hotel Padang. The public area workforce at Pangeran Beach Hotel Padang does not use its own workforce but instead uses additional workforce from outside (Outsourcing). Outsourcing is the use of labor from third parties to complete certain jobs within the company. This research method uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The results of this research are that the factors that influence the performance of outsourced employees have several important indicators in them, namely personal factors, leadership factors, team factors, system factors and situational factors. Abstract

One of the developing countries in Asia that is experiencing progress in the tourism sector is Indonesia. The Indonesian government's efforts to advance it are starting to improve the entire tourism sector, including hotel accommodation, tourist attractions and the culinary sector. Pangeran Beach Hotel Padang is one of the four star hotels in the city of Padang. Its strategic location is on Jl. Ir. H Juanda, Flamboyan Baru, where there are many tourist attractions and shopping centers, so this area is busy with tourists passing by. A hotel certainly has many facilities, one of which is restaurant facilities. The restaurant at the Pangeran Beach Hotel is called Mentawai Restaurant. The aim of this research is to explain the management pattern of the typical Prince Beach Hotel Padang breakfast menu. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach to describe and explain the situation that occurred by collecting data and information in the field. The results of this research are that in managing the breakfast menu, there are several important indicators that must be carried out, namely planning, organization, implementation and supervision. There are three types of breakfast menu served in Mentawai restaurants, namely Continental breakfast, Western breakfast and Indonesian breakfast so there are many variations of food served. The presentation or service carried out at this restaurant is self service, guests are invited to take their own food and drinks. The conclusion that can be drawn from this research is that menu management is an activity of planning, compiling and processing a breakfast menu in a hotel. Abstract

This research aims to determine the implementation of the Soriek River Tourism Lake Promotion in Kuantan Singingi Regency. Personal Selling, Mass Selling, Sales Promotions, Public Relations and Direst Marketing. This research uses a qualitative method with a qualitative descriptive approach to describe and explain the situation that occurred by collecting data and information in the field. The key informants in this research are BUMDES, BUMDES Staff, Village Head, Village Staff and Visitors. In this research, the data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the Soriek River tourist attraction is conducting sales presentations and distributing brochures and giving discounts to visitors, holding competitions, giving prizes to visitors and collaborating with the government to carry out promotions. Abstract

Umrah is one of the recommended acts of worship in Islam. It is impossible for everyone to be able to travel long distances by themselves, so a guide is needed who can make their pilgrimage easier, namely by using an Umrah travel agency. One of the Umrah travel agents in Pekanbaru is PT. Amanah Travel can make it easier for people to carry out the Umrah pilgrimage without any obstacles. If you want to carry out the Umrah pilgrimage then people can use the available Umrah hajj travel services. PT. Amanah Travel has a permit as an Umrah travel organizer with the RI Kemenang Decree number No. 67/2020. Its strategic location is located at Jl. Pope No. 127D, West Tangkerang Kel, kec. Marpoyan Damai, Pekanbaru City, Riau. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The research was carried out in June-December 2023. The results of this research were the implementation of promotions for Umrah tour packages at PT. Amanah Travel. The things contained in this research certainly make it easier for people to travel to the holy land so that their worship can be carried out comfortably, safely and without any obstacles. Abstract

Aero Sport Park, also known as Angkasa Pura Aircraft Park is one of the tourist attractions in Pekanbaru. The purpose of this research is to find out what tourist attractions are owned by the Aero Sport Park tourist attraction that can be enjoyed by visiting tourists based on the criteria of tourist attraction something to see, which is a tourist attraction that must have something that can be used as a spectacle by visitors. Something to do, is something that tourists can do to give a feeling of happiness. And something to buy, is a facility for tourists to shop. This research is qualitative research. Data collected through observation, documentation, and literature study. After the data is collected, the data is analyzed descriptively qualitatively and presented in the form of a report. The results showed that Aero Sport Park fulfills the criteria of the tourist attraction something to see, the audience can see the fuselage, observe the crowd, watch the event, and see the sunset by the lake. Something to do, visitors can color, play bicycles and electric motorbikes, play in the playground, feed rabbits, and ride carousels. And something to buy, visitors can buy local to oriental food. Abstract

Tanjung Village is a village located in one of the districts in Riau, namely Meranti Islands Regency, precisely in the city of Sealtpanjang which is quite famous and has the potential to become a tourist destination for the Meranti people. Telaga Air Merah Village focuses on managing the reservoir so that water tourism is definitely the main choice. Many Meranti residents spend their time off work to unwind at Telaga Air Merah, especially teenagers who enjoy capturing Instagrammable pictures. This research aims to see how promotions are implemented through digital media used by the management and the Telaga Air Merah tourism awareness group. In addition, it aims to find out what obstacles are faced by the management in this research using a qualitative descriptive method. The concept of this research uses Management theory. In collecting data, researchers used interview techniques, observation, literature study and documentation using key informants and supporters as sources of data information. The results of the research show that the implementation of promotions through digital media at the Telaga Air Merah tourist attraction still needs a lot of improvement, especially in the field of introducing digital media promotions. This is proven by the implementation not running as it should in the management of the tourist attraction. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job placement and work experience on employee performance at Tampan Mental Hospital, Pekanbaru City partially and simultaneously. This study used a questionnaire as a data collection tool distributed to 73 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing, and determination keofisien using SPSS 16. 16. Based on the results of the research, job placement partially affects the performance of employees at the Tampan Mental Hospital, Pekanbaru City. Work experience partially affects employee performance at Tampan Mental Hospital, Pekanbaru City. Abstract

Batu Limau Beach is a beach tourism in Ungar District, this research aims to find out the description of the attraction of beach tourism in Batu Limau Beach and the efforts of the local government regarding the attraction of beach tourism in Batu Limau Beach. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The subjects of this study are tourists, the Batu Limau Village Government, Batu Limau Beach tourism business actors, Batu Limau Village Youth Organization, and the local community. This research was carried out using data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study show that Batu Limau Beach has a beach tourist attraction in the form of unique and interesting rocks. Around the beach there are many unique rocks that resemble human life forms. The Government's efforts to develop the Batu Limau Beach Attraction still have many shortcomings in terms of facilities and promotion of tourist attractions.
