Abstract

The development of Indonesia's industry is currently changing from commodity-based to manufacture-based. The manufacturing industry cannot be separated from the role of the packaging industry. So it is necessary to have Human Resources with good performance to be able to help achieve the goals and vision and mission of the company. Employee performance comes from two factors, namely individual factors and organizational environmental factors. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work stress and psychosocial factors consisting of job demands and work organization on employee performance in packaging companies through leadership quality. The method used is PLS-SEM with a sample of 75 people. The results showed that work stress had a significant effect on employee performance (p-value = 0.000), job demands and work organization had no significant effect on employee performance (p-value = 0.501 on job demands and p-value = 0.658 on work organization) , leadership quality has no significant effect on employee performance (p-value = 0.685), work stress has no significant effect on employee performance through leadership quality (p-value = 0.740), and job demands and work organization have no significant effect on employee performance through quality leadership (p-value=0.877 on job demands and p-value=0.725 on work organization). While the r-square value which shows the influence of work stress variables, job demands, work organization, and leadership quality on employee performance is 63.7%.

Abstract

Sick Building Syndrome is a combination of health problems that a human feels only when doing activities inside a building. This situation is due to various factors, such as ergonomic factors and a work environment that is not in accordance with applicable regulations. The office building of the Port Service Company has poor building conditions, such as a poor ventilation system, some work facilities that are not ergonomic, and the physical environment of lighting and work climate that is not up to standard. This study was conducted to determine the general description of the incidence of SBS in the office building of the Port Services Company and to determine the effect of work posture and work environment on SBS complaints. The statistical method used in this study is binary logistic regression test. The results of statistical testing showed that work posture (p-value=0.018) and lighting (p-value=0.027) had an effect on sick building syndrome.

Abstract

The ability of a leader and member of the DPRD, in the industrial era 4.0 is required to have the capacity of human resources in accordance with the era. Making a policy strategy for the capacity of human resource development in the council is a very important thing needed by the regional government and the central government. The DPRD Secretariat needs to become a professional plenary staff in line with the strengthening of the role and position of DPRD in the regional government system. The discussion is related to the presence of PP No. 41 of 2007 concerning Regional Government Organizations. Government Regulation No. 41 of 2007 concerning the Secretariat of the DPRD, Article 4 states that the secretariat of the DPRD is an important factor in empowering the DPRD, where it plays a role in assisting and facilitating DPRD members in carrying out their duties and functions. Abstract

Desa merupakan kesatuan masyarakat yang memiliki batas wilayah dan mengurus urusan pemerintahannya sendiri. Kabupaten Bandung memiliki hampir 200 desa dengan kondisi geografis dan demografis yang berbeda-beda. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melakukan eksplorasi data dan informasi yang dapat dijadikan sebagai dasar argumentatif dan ilmiah terkait karakteristik modeling/profiling wilayah pemilihan desa berdasarkan potensi demografis dan geografis di Kabupaten Bandung. Metode yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini melalui studi pustaka dan studi lapangan. Studi lapangan dilakukan melalui observasi non partisipan, wawancara, Focus Group Discussion (FGD) dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan bahwa terdapat tiga klasifikasi desa, yaitu desa swadaya yang sifatnya masih tradisional, adat istiadat masih sangat kental hubungan antar sosial masih sangat-sangat erat, desa swakarya yang juga disebut desa transisi adalah desa yang setingkat lebih maju dari desa swadaya, dimana adat istiadat masyarakat desa sedang mengalami perubahan pola pikir masyarakat dan bertambahnya pekerjaan di desa sehingga mata pencaharian sudah mulai berkembang tidak lagi bergantung pada bertani, beternak atau hasil hutan, dan desa swasembada  dimana masyarakatnya telah mampu memanfaatkan dan mengembangkan sumber daya alam dan potensinya sesuai dengan kegiatan pembangunan regional. Hal ini telah menunjukkan adanya pemetaan desa di Kabupaten Bandung.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Young voters in the head of village election simultaneously 2019’s are a new generation of voters who have different characteristics and characters, backgrounds, experiences and challenges from the previous generation of voters. Most of them come from among students, have good economic status, and generally live in urban or surrounding areas. They are very open to learning new, critical and independent things. The contribution of young voters in the field of village politics is based on the role of youth as controlling agents. Young voters, especially in villages, can provide insight to village communities regarding the head of village elections so that the community can actively participate in village head elections in order to minimize abstentions. The role of political education for young voters is very important to be implemented in achieving a high level of success in the head of village election simultaneously in Bandung Regency in 2019. Key words: political education, young voters, the head of village election ABSTRAK Pemilih muda pada pilkades serentak di Kabupaten Bandung tahun 2019 adalah generasi baru pemilih yang memiliki sifat dan karakter, latar belakang, pengalaman dan tantangan yang berbeda dengan para pemilih generasi sebelumnya. Sebagian besar di antara mereka berasal dari kalangan pelajar, berstatus ekonomi baik, dan pada umumnya tinggal di kawasan perkotaan atau sekitarnya. Mereka sangat terbuka untuk mempelajari hal-hal yang baru, kritis dan juga mandiri. Kontribusi pemilih muda dalam bidang politik desa berlandaskan atas peran pemuda sebagai Agen controlling. Pemilih muda terutama di desa dapat memberikan wawasan kepada masyarakat desa terkait pemilihan kepala desa agar masyarakat dapat turut aktif berpartisipasi dalam pemilihan kepala desa guna meminimalisir golput. Peran pendidikan politik bagi pemilih muda sangat penting untuk dilaksanakan dalam mencapai tingkat kesuksesan yang tinggi pada pilkades serentak di Kabupaten Bandung Tahun 2019. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the zinc content in several types of fish from the Batanghari River as an alternative zinc supplement for children with ISPA. The method used is descriptive analytical to analyzing the results of the zinc level examination and comparing zinc levels in different types of specimens. The results of the research showed that the average zinc content in gabus fish, patin, and lambak was 0.7867 mg/100 gr. The result showed that there is a difference the average zinc content in gabus fish, patin, and lambak (p<0,05) . Keywords: Zinc supplementation; River fish; Acute Respiratory Infection.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the levels of Fe and Zn serum in patients with pulmonary TB with DM and without DM. The research method used is descriptive-analytical with a cross-sectional approach. The results showed that the average level of iron (Fe) serum in patients with pulmonary TB was 111.67 μg / dL, and the average level of iron (Fe) serum in patients with pulmonary TB with DM was 61.23, μg / dL. For serum zinc levels, the average level of zinc (Zn) serum in patients with pulmonary TB was 101.29 μg / dL, and the average level of zinc serum in patients with pulmonary TB with DM was 76.38 μg / dL. The study concludes that there is a difference in the average levels of Fe and Zn in patients with pulmonary TB and patients with pulmonary TB with DM. Keywords: Fe, TB, TB-DM, Zinc

Abstract

Lahan terbuka menjadi kebutuhan utama bagi kehidupan masyarakat, terutama setelah COVID-19. Pandemi yang berlangsung selama lebih dari dua tahun makin menyadarkan masyarakat bahwa ruang terbuka adalah hal yang penting untuk diupayakan keberadaannya. Di antara beberapa hal yang bisa dilakukan adalah pemanfaatan lahan kosong di sekitar bantaran sungai dengan mengubahnya menjadi kawasan yang ramah lingkungan. Salah satu sungai yang dapat dikembangkan untuk menjadi sarana rekreasi terletak di Desa Kemantren, Kecamatan Tulangan, Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Kawasan ini diharapkan menjadi tempat wisata bertemakan "Urban Tourism" yang dapat dinikmati oleh masyarakat desa ataupun warga sekitar. Pemanfaatan lahan ini akan membawa dampak yang positif bagi Dusun Kemantren, karena selain warganya dapat menikmati Urban Tourism, mereka juga dapat melakukan kegiatan ekonomi di tempat wisata baru. Kas dusun pun akan terisi dengan potensi-potensi yang mengikutinya. Untuk mewujudkan fungsi tersebut, diperlukan suatu perencanaan yang memenuhi prinsip-prinsip penataan lanskap yang baik, mulai dari studi literatur, survey lokasi, analisis tapak, hingga proses perencanaan itu sendiri. Diawali dengan sketsa ide dan dilanjutkan dengan pengembangan model 3D, hasil desain dan perencanaan telah dilaksanakan sebagian dengan membuat lampu penanda dinamis yang diletakkan di dekat jalan masuk pemukiman. Selain itu, pengelolaan sampah yang menjadi perhatian utama menjadi dasar pembagian tempat sampah menjadi dua, organik dan anorganik. Sampah organik akan masuk ke dalam proses pengomposan dan sampah anoganik dapat disetorkan ke bank sampah atau diproses sebagai bahan dasar kerajinan tangan yang memiliki nilai guna dan ekonomi. Perancangan dan pembuatan Urban Tourism di Dusun Kemantren, Sidoarjo ini mengkolaborasikan institusi pendidikan dengan pemerintah desa, sehingga penerapan ilmu dapat maksimal dengan dilakukannya pengabdian masyarakat, dan pihak desa juga dapat merasakan manfaatnya secara nyata.

Abstract

Abstrak Pertanian merupakan sektor utama di Indonesia yang merupakan basis pangan nasional terpenting. Di Kabupaten Bandung, terdapat salah satu daerah yang dapat mempertahankan usaha pertanian ditengah arus konversi lahan yang terletak di Kec. Rancaekek tepatnya di Desa Sukamanah. Peluncuran program Petani milenial di Jawa Barat dilatar belakangi rendahnya produktifitas pangan karena jumlah petani semakin sedikit. Tujuan dari pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini yaitu menumbuhkembangkan semangat kewirausahaan pertanian di kalangan generasi milenial melalui pemanfaatan teknologi informasi/industri/inovasi/infrastruktur, meningkatkan produksi pangan, serta meningkatkan kualitas SDM dalam manajemen usaha pertanian. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan sosialisasi, pelatihan, penerapan teknologi, pendampingan dan evaluasi. tim sedia tani melaksanakan pendampingan pada  Gabungan kelompok Tani (GAPOKTAN) Sukamukti yang dihadiri oleh 30 anggota kelompok tani. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dilakukan dengan cara mengimplementasikan Aplikasi SEDIA TANI yang telah dibangun Tim sebagai solusi yang ditawarkan untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang terjadi saat ini. Dengan akses pasar yang lebih luas melalui platform online, potensi penjualan dan pendapatan petani bisa meningkat. Kata Kunci: pemanfaatan; sedia tani; pengelolaan; pendistribusian produksi; komunitas; petani milenial Abstract Agriculture is a major sector in Indonesia which is the most important national food base. In Bandung Regency, there is one area that can maintain agricultural businesses amidst the flow of land conversion located in Rancaekek District, precisely in Sukamanah Village. The launch of the Millennial Farmer program in West Java was motivated by low food productivity because the number of farmers is decreasing. The purpose of this Community Service is to foster a spirit of agricultural entrepreneurship among the millennial generation through the use of information technology/industry/innovation/infrastructure, increase food production, and improve the quality of human resources in agricultural business management. The methods used are socialization, training, application of technology, mentoring and evaluation. The Sedia Tani team provided mentoring to the Sukamukti Farmer Group Association (GAPOKTAN) which was attended by 30 members of the farmer group. Community Service activities are carried out by implementing the SEDIA TANI Application that the Team has built as a solution offered to overcome current problems. Abstract

Politeknik Perkapalan Negeri Surabaya has workshops or laboratories that generate hazardous waste from practical learning activities. Currently, hazardous waste is not stored in accordance with regulations, it will pose a danger to the environment and human health. Therefore, this research requires a design for hazardous waste storage that complies with the Minister of Environment and Forestry Regulation number 6 of 2021. The design of fire extinguisher requirements is based on the Regulation of the Minister of Manpower and Transmigration of the Republic of Indonesia No. Per.04/Men/1980 and the design of lighting based on SNI 03-6575-2001. This research discusses the design of hazardous waste storage, including the characteristics of hazardous waste, the design of packaging and the supporting facilities. The characteristics of hazardous waste at the Politeknik Perkapalan Negeri Surabaya consist of flammable waste, toxic waste, and infectious waste. While, the packaging for hazardous waste is equipped with symbols and labels according to their characteristics and volume. The design of the hazardous waste storage building at the Politeknik Perkapalan Negeri Surabaya has dimensions of 11 m x 7 m, equipped with 12 lights and light fire extinguishers, taking into account the location, facilities, and emergency response.
