The aim of this research is to optimize the community empowerment model in Cimahi City through the One Product One RW (OPR) program after the Covid-19 pandemic. After the Covid-19 pandemic, Cimahi City became one of the cities in West Java Province that was affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. It is hoped that by re-implementing the OPOR program, the community will be more efficient and able to compete to create a prosperous Cimahi City. descriptive research method with a Mixed Method Sequential Explanatory model approach. The data collection and processing process will predominantly use a quantitative approach, supported by an explanation of the qualitative approach. The survey results will be processed using SPSS version 20 and Ms. Excel, while the interview data will be processed using NVivo12. The research results for the implementation quality of the One Product One RW (OPOR) Program in Cimahi City in 2023 are at an implementation quality score of 85. A score of 85 for the implementation quality of the OPOR Program indicates high implementation quality. It can be identified that the highest score is in the dimension of compatibility between the user group and the OPOR implementing organization with an implementation quality score of 86.8. , an indicator with 93% of respondents agreeing that the OPOR Program needs to be evaluated if it is to be continued and an indicator with 88.4% of respondents agreeing that the OPOR Program will be continued. This value shows that more respondents tend to want the OPOR program to be evaluated first before continuing. If the OPOR Program is to be continued, note that there needs to be a grouping of participants based on their business clusters, because the implementation of OPOR in 2023 is considered to combine fashion clusters with food, drink and craft value is unfair in terms of assessment weight.

This study aims to provide in-depth knowledge for partners/community of Margahayu District, Bandung Regency through legal advocacy related to the use of Simadu (Integrated Village Management Information System) as a means of public service. The method used is the lecture method and legal advocacy related to the legal aspects of online-based public services through Simadu as well as participatory methods to explore various problems found in the field. Legal advocacy to village and sub-district officials in the Margahayu District, Bandung Regency because the use of Simadu does not rule out the possibility of legal problems, so that all village and sub-district officials really need legal advice to anticipate and resolve legal problems that arise due to the use of Simadu such as related data personal.

The development of Indonesia's industry is currently changing from commodity-based to manufacture-based. The manufacturing industry cannot be separated from the role of the packaging industry. So it is necessary to have Human Resources with good performance to be able to help achieve the goals and vision and mission of the company. Employee performance comes from two factors, namely individual factors and organizational environmental factors. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work stress and psychosocial factors consisting of job demands and work organization on employee performance in packaging companies through leadership quality. The method used is PLS-SEM with a sample of 75 people. The results showed that work stress had a significant effect on employee performance (p-value = 0.000), job demands and work organization had no significant effect on employee performance (p-value = 0.501 on job demands and p-value = 0.658 on work organization) , leadership quality has no significant effect on employee performance (p-value = 0.685), work stress has no significant effect on employee performance through leadership quality (p-value = 0.740), and job demands and work organization have no significant effect on employee performance through quality leadership (p-value=0.877 on job demands and p-value=0.725 on work organization). While the r-square value which shows the influence of work stress variables, job demands, work organization, and leadership quality on employee performance is 63.7%.

Sick Building Syndrome is a combination of health problems that a human feels only when doing activities inside a building. This situation is due to various factors, such as ergonomic factors and a work environment that is not in accordance with applicable regulations. The office building of the Port Service Company has poor building conditions, such as a poor ventilation system, some work facilities that are not ergonomic, and the physical environment of lighting and work climate that is not up to standard. This study was conducted to determine the general description of the incidence of SBS in the office building of the Port Services Company and to determine the effect of work posture and work environment on SBS complaints. The statistical method used in this study is binary logistic regression test. The results of statistical testing showed that work posture (p-value=0.018) and lighting (p-value=0.027) had an effect on sick building syndrome.

Tumbuh kembang yang tidak optimal disebabkan salah satunya oleh kelainan otak, hingga menyebabkan gangguan pada tumbuh kembangnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan gangguan tidur dengan perilaku pada anak yang menderita autism. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif korelasi, dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi pada penelitian berjumlah 26 anak autism dengan sampel sebanyak 26 anak autism, teknik penelitian ini menggunakan total sampling yang diukur gangguan tidurnya dengan Children’s Sleep Habits Quistioner (CSHQ) dan perilaku dengan Clild Behavior Cheklist (CBCL) oleh pengasuhnya di 2 sekolah asrama pada yayasan anak berkebutuhan khusus di wilayah Kota Depok. Hasil dari penelitian ini terdapat hubungan antara gangguan tidur dengan perilaku yang dinyatakan p value 0,036. Variabel ini dapat berpeluang untuk kejadian gangguan tidur lebih dari 7 kali (Odd Rasio = 7.000) dengan nilai Convidance Interval terendah sebesar 1.014 dan nilai tertinggi sebesar 48.312 dibandingkan responden yang memiliki perilaku negatif anak autis. Penelitian ini direkomendasikan untuk orang tua dalam memperhatikan anak yang berada di sekolah berasrama dan guru dapat memberikan terapi untuk anak berkebutuhan khusus khususnya yang mengalami gangguan tidur dan perilaku seperti anak yang mengalami autism.

The ability of a leader and member of the DPRD, in the industrial era 4.0 is required to have the capacity of human resources in accordance with the era. Making a policy strategy for the capacity of human resource development in the council is a very important thing needed by the regional government and the central government. The DPRD Secretariat needs to become a professional plenary staff in line with the strengthening of the role and position of DPRD in the regional government system. The discussion is related to the presence of PP No. 41 of 2007 concerning Regional Government Organizations. Desa merupakan kesatuan masyarakat yang memiliki batas wilayah dan mengurus urusan pemerintahannya sendiri. Kabupaten Bandung memiliki hampir 200 desa dengan kondisi geografis dan demografis yang berbeda-beda. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melakukan eksplorasi data dan informasi yang dapat dijadikan sebagai dasar argumentatif dan ilmiah terkait karakteristik modeling/profiling wilayah pemilihan desa berdasarkan potensi demografis dan geografis di Kabupaten Bandung. Metode yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini melalui studi pustaka dan studi lapangan. Studi lapangan dilakukan melalui observasi non partisipan, wawancara, Focus Group Discussion (FGD) dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan bahwa terdapat tiga klasifikasi desa, yaitu desa swadaya yang sifatnya masih tradisional, adat istiadat masih sangat kental hubungan antar sosial masih sangat-sangat erat, desa swakarya yang juga disebut desa transisi adalah desa yang setingkat lebih maju dari desa swadaya, dimana adat istiadat masyarakat desa sedang mengalami perubahan pola pikir masyarakat dan bertambahnya pekerjaan di desa sehingga mata pencaharian sudah mulai berkembang tidak lagi bergantung pada bertani, beternak atau hasil hutan, dan desa swasembada dimana masyarakatnya telah mampu memanfaatkan dan mengembangkan sumber daya alam dan potensinya sesuai dengan kegiatan pembangunan regional. Hal ini telah menunjukkan adanya pemetaan desa di Kabupaten Bandung.

ABSTRACT Young voters in the head of village election simultaneously 2019â€™s are a new generation of voters who have different characteristics and characters, backgrounds, experiences and challenges from the previous generation of voters. Most of them come from among students, have good economic status, and generally live in urban or surrounding areas. They are very open to learning new, critical and independent things. The contribution of young voters in the field of village politics is based on the role of youth as controlling agents. Young voters, especially in villages, can provide insight to village communities regarding the head of village elections so that the community can actively participate in village head elections in order to minimize abstentions. The role of political education for young voters is very important to be implemented in achieving a high level of success in the head of village election simultaneously in Bandung Regency in 2019. Key words: political education, young voters, the head of village election ABSTRAK Pemilih muda pada pilkades serentak di Kabupaten Bandung tahun 2019 adalah generasi baru pemilih yang memiliki sifat dan karakter, latar belakang, pengalaman dan tantangan yang berbeda dengan para pemilih generasi sebelumnya. Sebagian besar di antara mereka berasal dari kalangan pelajar, berstatus ekonomi baik, dan pada umumnya tinggal di kawasan perkotaan atau sekitarnya. Mereka sangat terbuka untuk mempelajari hal-hal yang baru, kritis dan juga mandiri. Kontribusi pemilih muda dalam bidang politik desa berlandaskan atas peran pemuda sebagai Agen controlling. Pemilih muda terutama di desa dapat memberikan wawasan kepada masyarakat desa terkait pemilihan kepala desa agar masyarakat dapat turut aktif berpartisipasi dalam pemilihan kepala desa guna meminimalisir golput. This study aims to analyze the zinc content in several types of fish from the Batanghari River as an alternative zinc supplement for children with ISPA. The method used is descriptive analytical to analyzing the results of the zinc level examination and comparing zinc levels in different types of specimens. The results of the research showed that the average zinc content in gabus fish, patin, and lambak was 0.7867 mg/100 gr. The result showed that there is a difference the average zinc content in gabus fish, patin, and lambak (p<0,05) . Keywords: Zinc supplementation; River fish; Acute Respiratory Infection.

This study aims to determine the levels of Fe and Zn serum in patients with pulmonary TB with DM and without DM. The research method used is descriptive-analytical with a cross-sectional approach. The results showed that the average level of iron (Fe) serum in patients with pulmonary TB was 111.67 μg / dL, and the average level of iron (Fe) serum in patients with pulmonary TB with DM was 61.23, μg / dL. For serum zinc levels, the average level of zinc (Zn) serum in patients with pulmonary TB was 101.29 μg / dL, and the average level of zinc serum in patients with pulmonary TB with DM was 76.38 μg / dL. The study concludes that there is a difference in the average levels of Fe and Zn in patients with pulmonary TB and patients with pulmonary TB with DM. Keywords: Fe, TB, TB-DM, Zinc
