Abstract

Menurut konvensi Safety of Life at Sea (SOLAS), semua kapal harus memiliki Electronic Navigation Chart (ENC) dengan menggunakan Electronic Chart Display and Information System (ECDIS) sesuai standar IHO yang akan berlaku pada tahun 2018. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dari kegiatan pembuatan ENC adalah tersedianya peta laut navigasi elektronik (ENC) di Perairan Sungai Jambi yang sesuai dengan standar produk ENC S-57 edisi 3.1. Kegiatan pembuatan ENC menggunakan data peta laut Indonesia nomor 48 Sungai Jambi skala 1 : 50.000 edisi ke 9 koreksi BPI sampai dengan Desember 2017 dalam format*.Jpg yang diperoleh dari Dinas Peta Pusat Hidro-Oseanografi. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan mendigitasi langsung lembar lukis teliti berupa raster menggunakan perangkat lunak Caris S-57 Composer. Hasil dari proses digitasi tersebut dikoreksi dengan optimasi, validasi dan analisa sesuai refensi S-58 sampai tidak ada nilai kesalahan yang muncul. Tampilan ENC sesuai dengan dokumen ENC S-52, sehingga peta ENC dapat digunakan pada ECDIS sebagai sarana bantu navigasi elektronik. ENC Sungai Jambi telah tersedia sehingga dapat digunakan oleh berbagai macam jenis kapal yang telah menggunakan ECDIS untuk berlayar di daerah tersebut.

Abstract

Pelabuhan Labuhan Haji dibangun bertujuan untuk mengantisipasi padatnya aktivitas di Pelabuhan Lembar yang terletak di Lombok Barat dan Pelabuhan Kayangan di Lombok Timur. Belum tersedianya ENC di Selat Alas dengan Sekala Approach. Selain itu berdasarkan monitoring pergerakan kapal melalui marinetraffic lalu lintas kapal di Selat Alas cukup ramai. Sehingga perlu kiranya untuk melakukan pembuatan ENC di Selat Alas. ENC merupakan peta elektronik atau peta digital yang dapat di akses dengan perangkat ECDIS sehingga dapat menampilkan informasi yang terdapat pada peta laut. Tujuan penulisan ini untuk mengetahui tahapan pembuatan ENC dengan sekala 1:45.000 menggunakan Caris S-57 Composer 4.1. Metode yang digunakan dalam pembuatan ENC ini dengan cara mengcapture objek Point, Line, Area pada LLT, PLI dan Citra Satelit, menggunakan Software Caris S-57 Composer 4.1 sesuai dengan ketentuan dokumen-dokumen spesifikasi produk ENC, S-52, S-57, S-58, S-65. Hasil dari proses capture selanjutnya dilakukan proses validasi dengan Caris S-57 Composer 4.1 sampai tidak terdapat nilai kesalahan yang muncul (Critical Errors, Errors, Warnings). Agar mendapatkan produk Cell ENC yang maksimal yang merupakan bagian dari Quality Assurance, dilaksanakan validasi pembanding menggunakan Software SevenCs Analyzer yang berbasis S-58 yang bertujuan untuk memastikan pada produk ENC yang dihasilkan sudah bebas dari nilai kesalahan. Pembuatan ENC dengan ID4263R2 sekala 1 : 45.000 di peraian Selat Alas Nusa Tenggara Barat sudah terpenuhi. Dalam proses validasi pada pembuatan ENC dilaksanakan dengan mengunakan dua software, yaitu Caris S-57 Composer 4.1 dan SevenCs Analyzer.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh bukti fisik dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen yang terjadi pada mahasiswa baru program studi unggulan Universitas BTH. Teori yang dipakai pada penelitian ini adalah variabel bukti fisik diteliti melalui fasilitas laboratorium sementara kualitas produk diwakili oleh kualitas lulusan. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif yang bersifat asosiatif kausal. Data yang diperoleh berasal dari kuesioner data ordinal menggunakan skala likert terhadap mahasiswa program studi farmasi tingkat 1 tahun ajaran 2022/2023 berjumlah 264 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fasilitas laboratorium tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan kuliah melalui hasil uji t yang menunjukkan nilai thitung (1,058) < ttabel (1,666). Sementara kualitas lulusan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan kuliah yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai thitung (5,575) > nilai ttabel (1,666). Namun, secara simultan variabel fasilitas laboratorium dan kualitas lulusan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan kuliah yang ditunjukkan melalui Fhitung (22,649) > Ftabel (3,12).

Abstract

Women and literary works are inseparable unity. This is where the study of feminism in literary works oriented towards the state of women in literature was born. This study describes aspects of women's image contained in the group of women's short stories by Mochtar Lubis. The method applied to this study is qualitatively decisriptive. Data in research is analyzed by applying content analysis techniques, data collection processes applying library techniques, reading techniques, and recording techniques. The results and findings of the study are four forms of female imagery, namely: (1) physical image, (2) psychic image, (3) family image, and (4) community image. In addition, Mochtar Lubis's women's short story collection book can also be used as an alternative teaching material in short story learning which in the revised edition of the 2013 curriculum is contained in K.D. 3.8 about identifying the value of life contained in short stories and K.D. 3.9 about analyzing elements of short story builders by making the short story collection book as an increase in the wealth of short stories used in learning.

Abstract

The article explores the inherent relation between faith and culture in human life, individually as well as communally. The writer particularly analyses the Christian faith in the Javanese context, where he finds out that there is a close connection between the ascetic-mystical practice in Christianity and the one of the Javanese tradition, namely Serat Wedhatama. Serat Wedhatama (‘ajaran utama’, ‘prime instruction’ or ‘primary teaching’, which means ‘exalted wisdom’) was composed by Kanjeng Gusti Pangeran Adipati Arya Mangkunegara IV (KGPAA Mangkunegara IV,1809–1881), a prominent poet of Surakarta Principality, Central Java. Wedhatama praises morality (wirya, arta, winasis – dignity, wealth, knowledge) which is consistent to the mystical Javanese Islam, in contrast to the more self-consciously Orthodox Islamic community. With regard to religion (agama: ageming aji), with its four levels of sembah raga, sembah cipta, sembah suksma, sembah rasa (worshipping God with one’s body, mind, and soul to be in unity with the Almighty), Wedhatama seems to be correspondent with the long ascetic-mystical Christian tradition. The writer argues that the encounter of the two traditions is precisely the excellent way of being a true Javanese Christian as well as witnessing to the society at large.

Abstract

Semakin meningkatnya perilaku pengguna internet agar dapat mengakses konten-konten yang diinginkan, menjadikan administrator perlu untuk menjaga kestabilan dan kecepatan dalam akses internet. Meningkatnya jumlah pengguna tidak diimbangi dengan penambahan bandwidth internet. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang ada, penelitian ini adalah melakukan implementasi proxy server menggunakan squid proxy yang terintegrasi dengan mikrotik pada sistem operasi ubuntu 11.10, serta monitoring traffic jaringan berbasis website menggunakan bahasa pemrograman php dan mysql sebagai database. Dari hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan, system dapat berfungsi 100% , dengan dapat digunakannya pemblokiran situs dengan watu yang ditentukan, serta halaman monitoring dapat berjalan sesuai dengan kebutuhan sistem.

Abstract

Reading books by parents to children in the family is essential to manage properly. This study aimed to find and explain the management of parents' book reading curriculum in early childhood in family life. This study uses qualitative field research, which focuses on examining texts in references and research articles that discuss the introduction of literacy and reading activities in the family. The data collection technique used is documentation in the form of data sources from various reference sources, both journal articles, research results, and reference books. Data analysis techniques are carried out by reviewing data based on the scientific point of view, analyzing and criticizing the data studied comprehensively, and presenting the results in its findings. The results of his research are that the management of the curriculum for reading books for parents to children is carried out through (1) management in building family literacy goals which are carried out by getting used to reading books; (2) managing the provision of reading materials in the family which is carried out by organizing and managing a place for books in a strategic family room and managing reading interesting books, according to interests, and by the stages of child development; (3) management of routine reading activities so that it becomes a habit in the family; (4) award-based assessment management of book reading activities that have been carried out.

Abstract

Returning as the title of the third series of novels, Rapijali by Dee Lestari is the primary key in understanding this novel in psychology and sociology. For this reason, this research was conducted to find and explain the events of Rapijali's identity contestation in a personal and social context so that the meaning of the philosophy conveyed through Rapijali can be understood from a psychological and sociological perspective. The method used is qualitative-textual research that examines the novel Rapjali: Kembali by Dee Lestari by looking at the psychological and sociological aspects using content analysis. Content analysis is related to reviewing aspects of the contestation of the events of Rapijali's return from the personal and social aspects of the characters and correlating them with psychological and sociological contexts. The result of the findings is the contestation of events in Rapijali: Again, it is built on a collective (sociological) consciousness that positions the Rapijali band as a home and family that can lead its members to find achievement and existence. From here, Rapijali is essentially home and a place for members to return to find their real (psychological) family and love. After returning to Rapijali, the end of love and family leads its members to find happiness in love and family in a personal and social context.

Abstract

Gender sebordination is a condition of injustice experienced by a particular gender that is manifestly invisible but can be felt. This study aims to describe gender subordination in the collection of short stories ‘Bukan Permaisuri’ by Ni Komang Ariani. This research uses qualitative research methods. The data in the study were analyzed using content analysis techniques, data collection applying library techniques, listening techniques, and note-taking techniques. This study uses the validity of data involving related experts so that research data is more guaranteed and objective. The results and findings of this study are that there are three forms of gender subordination, including: including (1) physical subordination, (2) psychological subordination, (3) social subordination. The gender subordination that occurs in the perempuam figures in the collection of short stories that are treated by not considering them important and not calculated in people's lives.

Abstract

There are many ways to introduce social-emotional skills to early childhood, one of which is storytelling. Researchers took three strategies to introduce social-emotional skills in early childhood through animal storybooks that parents and educators could read, these three strategies include a strategy for reading picture stories, a storytelling strategy using hand puppet media, and a strategy using flannel board media. The data collection technique used by researchers is the documentation method. This research is an analysis of an animal storybook for early childhood.
