Abstract

The OVO application, despite having a large user base in Indonesia, has received low ratings compared to other digital wallet apps on the Google Play Store and App Store. Users frequently complain about the user experience, which greatly affects their overall satisfaction. This study evaluates the user experience and usability of the OVO application using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) and System Usability Scale (SUS). The UEQ results show that efficiency is excellent (1.55), while attractiveness, perspicuity, dependability, and stimulation are above average (1.56, 1.67, 1.33, and 1.16, respectively). However, the novelty aspect falls below average (0.64), indicating a need for improvement. The SUS score is 77.53, classifying the application as "Acceptable" with a "C" grade and an overall "Good" rating. Addressing identified shortcomings can enhance user experience and usability, ultimately improving user satisfaction. This study contributes valuable empirical data to the field, offering insights for researchers and practitioners in assessing the user experience and usability of mobile applications.

Abstract

Ar-Rasyid Islamic Hospital is an organization in the health sector that supports the health of the people of Palembang City. The increase in hospitals causes stakeholders to choose the best choice among other hospitals. Therefore, hospitals must have a strategy to provide maximum service to stakeholders by implementing a customer relationship management model. With the website-based CRM modeling at the Ar-Rasyid Palembang Islamic Hospital, this is a recommendation for maintaining and increasing patient loyalty. One of them is modeling at the CRM level, where market segmentation is carried out for all groups of patients by means of service automation such as customer service, FAQs, criticism of suggestions, questionnaire polling data using the Community Satisfaction Index, and parts of it, so that it can survive during business competition. After conducting research, it was found that there was an increase in the quality of hospital services because the average per element was on the verge of 80–90%, which had a very good A value. In the context of CRM, this index helps identify the success or failure of CRM modeling in meeting customer needs and expectations. Through CRM modeling with SMIs, companies can identify factors that contribute to customer retention. By understanding customer needs and preferences through the Community Satisfaction Index. With this CRM modeling, it can maintain the existence of the hospital business in the long term and ensure that patients do not switch to competitors.

Abstract

Social media is transforming business, costumer relations, and behavior. The involvement of customers and impacts from social media affect product or service performance. This is because the consumer’s reviews are another important factor that builds brand image by showing product advantages and disadvantages. In order to enhance the business environment, the company may utilize this knowledge base to evaluate and enhance its business activities. The knowledge base approach might help the company or organization examine and extract information by using knowledge extraction. In this research, knowledge Extraction utilize Aspect-based Sentiment Analysis as the method for a better understanding and improving in analyze Gojek application reviews with Machine Learning approach by using Support Vector Machine (SVM).

Abstract

E-learning termasuk metode pembelajaran yang memakai teknologi informasi serta bisa diakses melalui internet, sehingga memungkinkan pembelajaran jarak jauh tanpa pertemuan langsung. E-learning berfungsi untuk menerapkan praktik pengelolaan pengetahuan (knowledge management) khususnya dalam berbagi pengetahuan (knowledge sharing). Beberapa kajian sudah menginvestigasi berbagai faktor yang mempengaruhi penerimaan pembelajaran melalui e-learning. Namun, kajian tentang berbagai faktor berbagi pengetahuan yang mempengaruhi adopsi e-learning dalam konteks pasca-pandemi masih terbatas dalam literatur yang ada. Oleh karena itu, kajian ini mempunyai tujuan mengembangkan Model Konfirmasi Harapan (Expectation Confirmation Model) dengan mempertimbangkan faktor berbagi pengetahuan (keterbukaan komunikasi, kepercayaan personal, motivasi berbagi, kegunaan teknologi, serta persepsi kemudahan pemakaian teknologi) untuk menguji kelangsungan pemakaian e-learning, terutama di Universitas Sriwijaya. Kajian ini memakai metode Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) untuk menguji validitas model yang dikembangkan. Data kajian dikumpulkan dari mahasiswa aktif Universitas Sriwijaya yang memakai ataupun sedang memakai e-learning dalam perkuliahan. Hasil kajian ini memperlihatkan jika faktor berbagi pengetahuan, termasuk keterbukaan komunikasi, kepercayaan personal, motivasi berbagi, kegunaan teknologi, serta persepsi kemudahan pemakaian teknologi, termasuk faktor penting dalam menentukan kelangsungan pemakaian layanan e-learning di Universitas Sriwijaya.

Abstract

PLN, as Indonesia’s electricity utilities company, upholds AKHLAK values, where every employees must innovate in doing their work. The purpose of this research is to analyze the extent of the role of transformational leadership on innovative work behavior with knowledge sharing as the mediation variable. This research uses a quantitative approach with PLS-SEM modeling assisted with Smart-PLS application with 70 employees as respondents by distributed questionnaires.  The outcome implies that transformational leadership and knowledge sharing have a significant influence on innovative work behavior, as well as knowledge sharing partially mediates between transformational leadership and innovative work behavior. Future research is expected to discuss other leadership variables that are in accordance with the prevailing trends and wider research objects.

Abstract

Sistem Informasi Akademik Universitas Sriwijaya (SIMAK UNSRI) memiliki peranan penting dalam meningkatkan pelayanan kepada mahasiswa. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan evaluasi untuk mengetahui bagaimana pandangan pengguna terhadap website ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi usability dan user experience SIMAK UNSRI dengan menggunakan metode User experience questionnaire (UEQ) dan System Usability Scale (SUS). Data dianalisis berdasarkan 4 angkatan berbeda yaitu angkatan 2020 sampai 2023. Hasil analisis UEQ menunjukan bahwa angkatan 2023 memiliki penilaian yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan angkatan 2020-2022, nilai tertinggi pada semua angkatan berada pada skala perspicuity dengan nilai rata rata yaitu 1.790 sedangkan nilai terendah berada pada skala novelty dengan nilai rata rata -0.617. Hasil pada analisis SUS, skor tertinggi diperoleh angkatan 2022 yaitu 71.525 sedangkan skor terendah diperoleh pada angkatan 2020 yaitu 68.2, secara keseluruhan semua angkatan masuk dalam kategori “Good”. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa website SIMAK UNSRI dapat diterima dan angkatan 2020-2023 sudah memiliki pengalaman pengguna yang baik, tetapi masih perlu dilakukan peningkatan terutama pada aspek kebaruan.

Abstract

Suatu organisasi dapat mengatasi persaingan yang semakin ketat dengan menggunakan teknologi informasi. Suatu organisasi dapat menjadi lebih baik dalam melakukan segala kegiatan operasionalnya jika dapat memanfaatkan keunggulan teknologi. Aplikasi CISEA adalah aplikasi yang digunakan perusahaan sebagai media informasi dan komunikasi karyawan. Peneliti mengevaluasi pengalaman dan kemampuan pengguna menggunakan aplikasi CISEA. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan metode yaitu pada aspek pengalaman pengguna menggunakan metode User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) dan aspek Usability menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS). Hasil pengukuran kebergunaan (usability) menggunakan pengujian SUS yang diberikan kepada 30 responden diperoleh nilai rata-rata skor SUS mencapai 82.5 maksudnya aplikasi CISEA dalam kategori “excellent” dengan penilaian grade skor yaitu “B” yang menyatakan aplikasi CISEA bisa diterima oleh pengguna. Hasil kepada 30 responden dengan enam elemen pengukuran kuesioner UEQ, yang meliputi apsek attractivesness (Daya Tarik) mendapat nilai rata-rata 1,22 memberikan nilai posistif/baik, aspek perspicuity (Kejelasan) mendapat nilai 1,26 memberikan nila positif/baik, aspek efficiency (efisiensi) mendapat nilai 1,18 memberikan nilai positif/baik, aspek dependability mendapat nilai 0,96 memberikan nilai positif/baik, aspek stimulation (stimulasi) mendapat nilai 0,82 memberikan nilai yang positif atau baik serta elemen inovatif (kebaruan) mendapatkan nilai 0,89 memberikan nilai positif/baik.

Abstract

Tokopedia, a prominent e-commerce platform in Indonesia, generates vast amounts of user feedback, offering valuable insights into customer satisfaction through sentiment analysis. However, sentiment analysis of app reviews specifically on Tokopedia reviews remains underexplored. Sentiment analysis, also known as opinion mining, categorizes user sentiments into positive or negative, offering insights into user preferences and service shortcomings. While traditional text representation techniques like TF-IDF are widely used for sentiment analysis, they lack the semantic richness provided by advanced word embeddings such as Word2Vec and FastText, which excel at capturing contextual relationships between words. These methods have shown potential to enhance the performance of machine learning models in sentiment analysis tasks. This study evaluates the performance of three machine learning algorithms—Support Vector Machine (SVM), Random Forest (RF), and Gaussian Naïve Bayes (NB)—combined with Word2Vec and FastText feature extraction. A dataset of 59,811 Tokopedia app reviews was scraped from the Google Play Store, preprocessed, and subjected to feature extraction using Word2Vec and FastText. SVM achieved the best performance, with an accuracy of 89.06% using FastText and 89.02% using Word2Vec. RF ranked second with accuracies of 88.07% for FastText and 88.14% for Word2Vec. NB showed the lowest performance, achieving 84.26% with Word2Vec and 83.73% with FastText. Differences in performance between Word2Vec and FastText embeddings were minimal across all algorithms, highlighting their comparable effectiveness. These results underscore SVM’s consistent superiority across various configurations for sentiment analysis.

Abstract

Financial transaction fraud can result in devastating consequences for the stability of companies, as well as huge losses for shareholders, the industry, and even the market as a whole. As fraud in financial transactions increases, there is a need for effective methods to accurately detect and prevent fraudulent activities. This study aims to compare the performance of five machine learning models, namely Random Forest, K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN), Decision Tree, XGBoost, and Extra Trees, in detecting financial transaction fraud using an imbalanced dataset. To overcome the data imbalance problem, three resampling techniques are applied, namely Synthetic Minority Oversampling Technique (SMOTE), Adaptive Synthetic Sampling (ADASYN), and Undersampling. Experiments were conducted with two training and test data sharing ratios, namely 70:30 and 80:20. The evaluation results showed that the XGBoost model was the most consistent, with the highest ROC AUC value of 99%, especially after the application of resampling techniques. The 80:20 data ratio resulted in a more balanced distribution and better model performance in detecting the minority class, particularly after resampling. This study concludes that the XGBoost model with resampling techniques is highly effective in addressing data imbalance.

Abstract

Dalam dunia organisasi, pengetahuan merupakan salah satu aset paling berharga. Melalui Knowledge Sharing, pengetahuan tersebut dapat dimanfaatkan secara efektif dan tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh Budaya Organisasi (BO), Kepemimpinan Transformasional (KT), dan Motivasi (MT) terhadap Knowledge Sharing (KS), serta dampaknya terhadap Kinerja Organisasi (KO). Pada penelitian ini, pengolahan data menggunakan metode Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), sebuah teknik analisis yang memetakan hubungan antar variabel laten secara simultan, serta dapat menguji validitas, reliabilitas, model struktural, dan hipotesis. Teknik ini cocok untuk menangani hubungan yang kompleks antar variabel dan sampel kecil. Penelitian ini melibatkan 87 responden dari organisasi Satu Amal Indonesia. Faktor-faktor yang diteliti meliputi pengaruh BO, KT, dan MT terhadap KS, serta hubungan KS dengan KO. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa BO memiliki pengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap KS, yang tetap selaras dengan temuan penelitian sebelumnya terhadap BO. Sebaliknya, KT dan MT menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap KS, di mana KT mendorong keterlibatan anggota dalam berbagi pengetahuan, dan MT berperan penting dalam meningkatkan partisipasi individu dalam KS. Selain itu, KS terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap KO, mengindikasikan bahwa pengetahuan yang dibagikan secara efektif dapat meningkatkan kinerja organisasi.
