Abstract

Transportation and food delivery services are one of the driving sectors of the digital economy in Indonesia. The e-Conomy SEA 2023 report shows that the transportation and food delivery services sector experienced a decrease in GMV in 2023 by 8% from the previous year. The decline in GMV indicates a decrease in transaction value in the transportation and food delivery service sector. GoPartner is an application developed by GoTo to assist driver partners in carrying out various services in the gojek application which is one of the applications engaged in the transportation sector and food delivery services. Drivers as people who provide services directly to consumers are certainly one of the factors that influence customer behavior in using services. To find out the problems faced by drivers, this research conducts knowledge discovery through topic modeling on GoPartner application reviews using BERTopic, LDA, and NMF, each of these methods has a different approach. Based on the research results and the quality of the topics generated, BERTopic and LDA have better quality in analyzing GoPartner user reviews.

Abstract

In this modern era, the use of technology in various fields of life is growing, especially in the financial sector such as digital payments. Digital payments are transactions made via the internet with various forms or electronic payment applications. This research utilizes one of the e-wallet applications, namely the DANA Application. As one of the digital payment applications, DANA's service quality is an important factor in competing with various e-wallet applications or other competitive digital payment applications, sentiment analysis of massive amounts of incoming review data is needed to understand user perceptions and satisfaction levels in order to help companies in decision making. This research analyzes 69632 user review data from May 1 to June 28, 2024, then classifies reviews into positive, negative, and neutral reviews based on aspects to find out the dominant aspects in the review data, as for the aspects determined in this study are mobile applications, interfaces, service performance, and security. This research compares various classification method algorithms to determine the performance of the model, the comparison results show that the Random Forest algorithm has the best performance of other algorithms studied based on evaluation metrics with accuracy 0.82, precision 0.82, recall 0.82, f1_score 0.82, AUC-ROC 0.92, and Cross Validation Mean Accuracy 0.822. This research is expected to produce useful and computerized knowledge extraction and provide perceptual understanding, user satisfaction, and insight into the most effective algorithms which can then help companies in making decisions in the future.

Abstract

This research focuses on the implementation and comparison of the K-Means and K-Medoids algorithms that function as poverty data clustering in South Sumatra Province, the poverty data is taken from the Central Statistics Agency of Indonesia (BPS Indonesia). This research also aims to analyze the poverty level in South Sumatra Province by including additional variables such as average years of schooling and per capita expenditure in the community in each regency or city in South Sumatra Province. Data clustering is done by both algorithms and then the performance value is Evaluated using Davies Bouldin Index DBI shows that K-Means gives better results, with a lower DBI value (0.204 at K=5) while K-Medoids has a DBI value of 0.239 at K=5, which indicates more compact and separated clusters. The superiority of K-Means is due to the homogeneous and minimal outlier characteristics of the dataset, which makes the centroid approach more optimal than medoids in K-Medoids. With these results, K-Means was chosen as the best algorithm for clustering poverty data in the region. The use of the K-Means algorithm produces a pattern in clusters related to education, economic inequality, and poverty distribution in various regions in South Sumatra. This implementation provides insight into how data clustering techniques can be applied to socio-economic data to provide policy makers in a region with information about the region, especially information about poverty-stricken areas.

Abstract

Statistik Pendidikan 2023 yang dipublikasikan oleh Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) menyatakan bahwa sarana, prasarana, dan hasil capaian proses pendidikan menjadi faktor-faktor yang memegang peranan penting dalam mendukung terwujudnya keberhasilan siswa saat belajar di sekolah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu membangun sebuah alat pendukung keputusan berdasarkan data pendidikan dasar di provinsi Sumatera Selatan dengan mengimplementasikan model business intelligence. Data pendidikan dasar yang dikumpulkan akan dintegrasikan dan disimpan ke dalam data warehouse. Selanjutnya dilakukan analisis data mining untuk mengelompokkan kabupaten atau kota menggunakan algoritma k-means clustering. Terdapat tiga pola clustering yang dianalisis dan dievaluasi menggunakan matriks evaluasi Davies-Bouldin Index (DBI), yakni pengelompokkan berdasarkan keseimbangan infrastruktur dan sumber daya pendidikan dengan nilai evaluasi 0.519, pengelompokkan berdasarkan angka siswa mengulang dengan nilai evaluasi 0.41, dan pengelompokkan berdasarkan angka siswa putus sekolah dengan nilai evaluasi 0.596. Data yang tersimpan di data warehouse dan hasil analisis clustering akan divisualisasikan dalam bentuk dashboard interaktif yang dirancang untuk meningkatkan pemahamanan terkait kondisi pendidikan dasar secara menyeluruh. Dashboard yang dihasilkan berkontribusi secara signifikan dalam mengidentifikasi kabupaten atau kota yang membutuhkan perhatian khusus sehingga memudahkan pemangku kebijakan untuk mengambil keputusan berbasis data dalam mengevaluasi maupun meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dasar.

Abstract

Advances in information technology make many human activities easier and faster. One form of information technology advancement that exists is the existence of a mobile application that can help users and management companies carry out various business processes online. Over time, people began to use applications to meet their daily needs, including the need to travel, such as booking travel tickets and hotels. One of the existing travel and hotel applications is Tiket.com and Pegipegi. Both of these applications offer the same services, making the competition even tougher. This research was conducted to compare user experiences from Tiket.com and PegiPegi using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) method by measuring the attractiveness, perspicuity, efficiency, dependability, stimulation, and novelty scales. The results showed that all UX scales from Tiket.com received positive evaluations. Whereas in Pegipegi, the attractiveness, perspicuity, efficiency, dependability, and stimulation scales received positive evaluations, but the novelty scale received neutral evaluations. From the results of the user experience comparison between Tiket.com and Pegipegi, Tiket.com gets a slightly higher user experience value than Pegipegi on all UEQ scales, but there is no significant difference for all scales.

Abstract

The widespread accessibility of the internet via smartphones, laptops, and tablets, along with the convenience of carrying these devices anywhere, has transformed social media from merely a communication tool into a key source of information. Instagram, in particular, focuses on visual aesthetics. Many government agencies in Indonesia now have Instagram accounts to engage with the public, as social media-especially Instagram-is increasingly viewed as a popular platform for information dissemination across various demographic groups. One such agency is the South Sumatra Provincial Food Crop and Horticulture Agriculture, which operates under the Instagram handle @pertaniantph.sumsel. However, engagement with their Instagram community remains low, as seen from the limited number of likes and comments on their posts. To investigate the factors contributing to this issue, a study was conducted using the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT 2) model, gathering data from 516 questionnaire respondents who follow the @pertaniantph.sumsel account. The data was analyzed using SmartPLS, revealing that Behavioral Intention significantly impacts Usage Behavior, Effort Expectancy significantly affects Behavioral Intention, Facilitating Conditions influence Usage Behavior, Habit has a significant impact on Behavioral Intention, Hedonic Motivation affects Behavioral Intention, and Social Influence also plays a key role in shaping Behavioral Intention.

Abstract

The use of social media has become a key strategy in business development in the era of information technology. Rooftopin Café utilizes social media to build relationships with customers; however, its impact on customer loyalty remains uncertain. This study aims to analyze the influence of promotion, service quality, and electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) on customer loyalty, with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 120 respondents—customers who have visited Rooftopin Café in Palembang and follow the Instagram account @rooftopin.nesia. The data were analyzed using SmartPLS. The results show that promotion, service quality, and e-WOM have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Furthermore, customer satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty. In addition, customer satisfaction is proven to mediate the relationship between service quality and customer loyalty, indicating complementary mediation. This implies that service quality affects customer loyalty not only directly but also indirectly through customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Performa pembalap Formula 1 tidak hanya ditentukan oleh hasil akhir balapan, tetapi juga oleh konsistensi catatan waktu dan lap tercepat. Penelitian ini menerapkan algoritma K-Means clustering untuk mengelompokkan pembalap berdasarkan performa mereka. Data yang digunakan mencakup hasil balapan resmi musim 2024 yang diterbitkan oleh FIA. Proses pengolahan data mencakup pengumpulan data, preprocessing, analisis eksploratori, penerapan algoritma clustering, serta evaluasi dan interpretasi hasil. Untuk menentukan jumlah cluster yang optimal, digunakan Metode Elbow dan skor Silhouette, yang menghasilkan empat kelompok pembalap dengan karakteristik performa yang berbeda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa metode ini berhasil mengidentifikasi pola performa yang relevan, memberikan wawasan bagi tim balap dalam menyusun strategi. Evaluasi menggunakan Silhouette Score menunjukkan bahwa segmentasi yang dihasilkan cukup baik dengan nilai sebesar 0.5735.

Abstract

Kepatuhan terhadap Service Level Agreement (SLA) sangat penting dalam manajemen layanan teknologi informasi untuk menjamin kualitas layanan dan mengatur ekspektasi penyelesaian insiden. Namun, banyak organisasi kesulitan memprediksi apakah tiket insiden akan memenuhi SLA, yang dapat menyebabkan ketidakpuasan pengguna, eskalasi masalah, dan beban kerja tinggi bagi tim IT. Tingginya volume tiket harian membuat identifikasi manual terhadap tiket berisiko tinggi menjadi tidak efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan model klasifikasi berbasis machine learning untuk memprediksi kepatuhan tiket terhadap SLA. Empat algoritma dievaluasi: XGBoost, Random Forest, Decision Tree, dan Logistic Regression. Tahapan mencakup preprocessing, encoding fitur kategorikal, seleksi fitur berbasis Random Forest, penyeimbangan data menggunakan SMOTE, dan hyperparameter tuning dengan Optuna. Hasil menunjukkan XGBoost memiliki performa terbaik dengan akurasi 99,98%, precision 0,9437, recall 0,9710, dan F1-score 0,9571. Selain akurat dan efisien, model ini unggul secara interpretatif melalui SHAP, yang menjelaskan kontribusi tiap fitur. Kesimpulannya, XGBoost direkomendasikan sebagai model paling andal untuk menjadi alat bantu strategis bagi manajer layanan TI dalam mengidentifikasi insiden yang berisiko tinggi gagal memenuhi SLA.

Abstract

Peningkatan jumlah penderita penyakit dalam beberapa tahun terakhir pada Provinsi Sumatera Selatan berimbas kepada evaluasi pendistribusian layanan kesehatan yang merata di setiap daerah. Penelitian ini menyoroti ketidakmerataan fasilitas kesehatan berupa layanan rumah sakit umum yang tersebar di masing-masing wilayah yang ada di Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan wawasan berbasis data sebagai acuan bagi pemerintah dalam pengambilkan kebijakan pendistribusian layanan kesehatan agar dapat lebih merata. Penelitian ini menggunakan dataset yang berasal dari BPS Provinsi Sumatera selatan dan diolah dengan algoritma K-Means melalui rapid miner dan python. Hasil dari analisis data tersebut adalah mengelompokkan wilayah Kabupaten/Kota kedalam 3 kluster yakni kluster 0 (rendah) terdiri dari 11 wilayah, kluster 1 (tinggi) terdiri dari 1 wilayah, dan kluster 2 (sedang) terdiri dari 5 wilayah. Interpretasi dari klasterisasi dan pengolahan data menunjukkan adanya ketimpangan dalam pendistribusian fasilitas kesehatan terutama antara layanan kesehatan di wilayah Kota Palembang dengan Kabupaten/Kota lainnya. Sehingga, dari temuan tersebut direkomendasikan bagi pemerintah untuk melakukan kebijakan ulang terkait pendistribusian layanan dan tenaga kesehatan di tiap daerah secara merata dan dapat menerapkan inovasi layanan kesehatan dengan pendekatan knowledge management yang dapat mengoptimalisasi pemerataan layanan kesehatan di Sumatera Selatan.
