Abstract

This study aims to determine the transparency of the Social Security services Employment in Gowa. Penelitiian type used in this approach with a qualitative description by conducting interviews. Data collection techniques in this research is observation, interview, and documentation. The results showed that: the provision of information with clarity indicator procedures, clarity of costs already quite transparent; easy access to information with indicators of the ease of getting information directly or indirectly, is also quite easy to obtain; Develop a complaints mechanism if there are rules that have been violated or request to pay a bribe to the service indicator complaints have been made; Improving the flow of information through cooperation with mass media and non-governmental institutions have been established. Efforts are being made to bring transparency BPJS Employment services Employment WSN WSN is to provide information regarding employment through labor website, then one-stop services, namely services performed in one room and provide one-day service care provision. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui transparansi pelayanan JSN Ketenagakerjaan di Kabupaten Gowa. Jenis yang digunakan dalam penelitiian ini adalah pendekatan deskripsi kualitatif dengan dengan melakukan wawancara. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: penyediaan informasi dengan indikator kejelasan prosedur-prosedur, kejelasan biaya-biaya sudah cukup transparan; kemudahan akses informasi dengan indikator kemudahan mendapatkan informasi langsung maupun tidak langsung juga cukup mudah didapatkan; Menyusun suatu mekanisme pengaduan jika ada peraturan yang dilanggar atau permintaan untuk membayar uang suap dengan indikator layanan pengaduan telah dilakukan; Meningkatkan arus informasi melalui kerjasama dengan media massa dan lembaga non pemerintah telah terjalin. Upaya yang dilakukan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan dalam mewujudkan transparansi pelayanan JSN Ketenagakerjaan adalah memberikan informasi terkait JSN Ketenagakerjaan melalui website tenagakerja, kemudian pelayanan satu atap yaitu pelayanan yang dilakukan dalam satu ruangan dan menyediakan penyediaan pelayanan one day service.

Abstract

 This study aimed to determine the role of the sub-district government in managing the UPPO program. The results of this study were expected as the input for the Kolai sub-district government in performing their duties and functions as the spearhead of Indonesian government. Academically, the results of this study were expected to provide more values which can then be compared with other scientific research, particularly the study under the problem of the role of sub-district government. This was a descriptive quantitative research, basically, this was a survey study and samples in this study were 35 people by purposive sampling technique . Data were collected by using techniques such as observation, questionnaires and developed interviews for the respondent . The data were analyzed by descriptive quantitatively, in which all the data collected by the authors, and then presented in the form of frequency tabulation completed by the responds of respondents obtained from informants , interviews , and questionnaires . The results showed an active role of sub-district government in managing UPPO program that can influence the community participation in UPPO management. By the support and assist of the sub-district government, UPPO management program can run well. Moreover, the support and assist of the sub-district government towards UPPO program management were 1. Facilitate the UPPO program 2. Facilitate meetings between the representatives agricultural services and society as of manager UPPO program 3 . Carrying out training .  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peranan pemerintah desa dalam pengelolaan program UPPO. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi masukan bagi pemerintah desa kolai dalam menjalankan tugas dan fungsinya sebagai ujung tombak pemerintahan Indonesia. Dari segi akademik, hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan memberi nilai tambah yang selanjutnya dapat dikomparasikan dengan penelitian-penelitian ilmiah lainnya, khususnya yang mengkaji masalah peranan pemerintah desa. Penelitian ini adalah Deskriptif kuantitatif, dasar penelitian yang digunakan adalah survey dan sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 35 orang menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan teknik berupa observasi, kuesioner serta dikembangkan dengan wawancara kepada responden. Data tersebut dianalisis secara Deskriptip kuantitatif yaitu menganalisis semua data yang berhasil dikumpulkan penulis, dan selanjutnya disajikan dalam bentuk tabulasi frekuensi dilengkapi dengan tanggapan responden yang diperoleh dari hasil Informan, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan peran aktif aparat pemerintah desa dalam pengelolaaan program UPPO dapat berpengaruh terhadap partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengelolaan UPPO. Dengan adanya dukungan dan bantuan dari pemerintah desa maka pengelolaan program UPPO dapat berjalan lancar. Adapun bentuk dukungan dan bantuan pemerintah desa dalam pengelolaan program UPPO adalah (1). Memfasilitasi pengadaan program UPPO (2). Memfasilitasi pertemuan utusan dinas pertanian dengan msyarakat pengelola program UPPO (3). Melakukan pembinaan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the strategy of local governments in the development of agro-tourism in the Bantaeng Regency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques in this research that observesi, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the strategy of local governments in the development of agro-tourism are socializing/community development, and the provision of technical guidance in the form of a strategic land that will be used as agro-tourism that is easily reached by visitors as well as the strategy of crop cultivation.  Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui strategi pemerintah daerah dalam pengembangan agrowisata Kabupaten Bantaeng. tipe penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu observesi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemerintah daerah dalam pengembangan agrowisata yaitu sosialisasi/pembinaan masyarakat, bimbingan teknis serta penyediaan lahan berupa tempat yang strategis yang akan dijadikan agrowisata yang mudah di jangkau oleh pengunjung serta strategi budi daya tanaman.

Abstract

Issu sertifikasi guru dan dosen telah lama digulirkan. Sertifikasi sebagai upayalegal dan pengakuan negara terhadap status profesional bagi guru. UndangundangRI No.14 tahun 2005 dan PP No.74 tahun 2008 memberikan batasanbahwa sertifikasi adalah proses pemberian sertifikat untuk guru dan dosen.Pengakuan sebagai seorang profesional dikuatkan dengan terbitnya lembaran negara yang bernama “sertifikat pendidik”. Sebuah impian yang dinantikan oleh kaum “Umar Bakri” di Tanah Air. Namun menjadi sebuah tanda tanya, “apakah menjadi guru profesional cukup dengan sertifikasi?” Menjawab pertanyaan ini perlu dilakukan analisis lebih jauh.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the shape of local government partnership with community groups in the management of mangrove forests in the village Tongke - Tongke of Sinjai Regency. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive approach. The results showed that the form of partnership that exists is a form of pseudo -partnership or quasi partnership which is an alliance between two or more parties , but do not make it an equal partnership. Planting is done by the government and community groups in the mangrove forest management can be quite good and has the potential to achieve sustainable mangrove forest. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk kemitraan pemerintah daerah dengan kelompok masyarakat dalam pengelolaan Hutan Mangrove di Desa Tongke-tongke Kabupaten Sinjai.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bentuk kemitraan yang terjalin yaitu bentuk pseudo-partnership atau kemitraan semu yang merupakan sebuah persekutuan yang terjadi antara dua pihak atau lebih, namun tidak melakukan kerjasama secara sederajat.Penanaman yang dilakukan oleh pihak pemerintah dan kelompok masyarakat dalam pengelolaan hutan mangrove dapat dikatakan cukup baikdan berpotensi untuk mewujudkan hutan mangrove yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This research is to find out how Organizational Citizenship Behavior on employees. PT Pelabuhan Indonesia Regional IV Makassar Branch. This type of research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach, the data source comes from primary data and secondary data using observation, interview and documentation techniques. The results of this study indicate that Organizational Citizenship Behavior exists in employees who work at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia Regional IV Makassar Branch from aspects 1) Altruism is a caring attitude, employees of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia Regional IV Makassar Branch are willing to help or replace colleagues who have problems, 2) Conscientious is an attitude of respect and awareness of responsibility, employees have realized what they should do, 3) Sportsmanship is an employee's sportive ness, employees who work can always tolerate the obstacles they face, 4) Courtesy is an employee attitude who always maintain relationships with others, employees always avoid conflict, both to colleagues and especially to superiors, 5) Civic Virtue is an attitude of employee participation, employees always follow all the agendas at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia Regional IV Makassar Branch.

Abstract

This study purposed to analyze the relevance of patriarchal culture with government bureaucracy. This study used qualitative by using direct interviews with related informants and this study used descriptive qualitative, namely providing an overview based on phenomena and facts that occured. The results of this study showed  there was a relevance of patriarchal culture with the government bureaucracy at the Makassar City Transportation Service which in essence patriarchy meant that the highest power was in men. This was evident in the ideology based on the dominant temperament, which was male employees who occupied the most structural positions. But for patriarchal ideology based on sex roles and status, women were essentially also able to enter the world of bureaucracy. Women were no longer a domestic service or household work but also they were able to become women career to survive their live, and their political status could also complete with men according to their hierarchical structure and career path without distinguishing gender, race, and religion.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to see the extent to which the Dottoro’ta home care is carried out as part of the smart city development program in Makassar City. The method used is a descriptive-qualitative approach which carries a literature study and uses the VOSviewer application in supporting dottoro’ta assembled research mapping. The result of this study is that the relationship between smart cities and technology is a support for the presence of Home Care Dottoro’ta in Makassar City. This is the latest innovation implemented in Makassar City. The home care service program or dottoro’ta is the first health service in Makassar that serves patients at the patient’s home, by calling service 112 and connected to the home care service or dottorot’ta. Services that are on standby and handled by professional health workers, help with adequate medical measures, administration of medicines according to the patient’s illness ambulance service refers to the hospital. By providing 48 units of Home Care cars complete with medical equipment placed in 46 Public Health Centers (PUSKESMAS) and health offices in Makassar City, it is a fairly helpful first step even though it is not optimal in facilities and infrastructure, especially makassar city has 16 sub-districts and related to Dottoro’ta is closely related to implementation, home care services, health service innovation, smart city, doctors and the best price. Tujuan artikel ini adalah untuk melihat sejauh mana terlaksananta home care Dottoro’ta sebagai bagian dari program pengembangan smart city di Kota Makassar. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif-kualitatif yang mana mengusung sebuah studi pustaka dan menggunakan aplikasi VOSviewer dalam mendukung pemetaan riset terakit Dottoro’ta. Hasil dari penelitian ini ialah keterkaitan smart city dengan tekhnologi menjadi pendukung hadirnya Home Care Dottoro’ta di Kota Makassar. Hal ini menjadi inovasi terbaru yang dilaksanakan di Kota Makassar. Program layanan home care atau dottoro’ta merupakan layanan kesehatan pertama di Makassar yang melayani pasien di rumah pasien, dengan menelpon ke layanan 112 dan dihubungkan pada layanan home care atau dottorot’ta. Layanan yang siaga dan ditangani oleh petugas kesehatan professional, pertolongan dengan tindakan medis memadai, pemberian obat obatan sesuai dengan penyakit pasien pelayanan mobil ambulance merujuk ke Rumah Sakit. Dengan menyediakan 48 unit mobil Home Care lengkap dengan perlatan medis yang di tempatkan di 46 Public Health Centers (PUSKESMAS) dan dinas kesehatan Kota makassar, menjadi langkah awal yang cukup membantu meskipun belum maksimal dalam sarana dan prasarana, terlebih kota makassar memiliki 16 kecamatan dan terkait dengan Dottoro’ta sangat erat kaitannya dengan, implementasi, layanan home care, inovasi layanan kesehatan, smart city, dokter dan harga terbaik.

Abstract

Penyelundupan narkoba di Kabupaten Nunukan merupakan persoalan penting yang harus segera ditindak lanjuti. Tindak kejahatan penyelundupan dan peredaran narkoba apabila tidak dilakukan penindakan yang tegas maka akan menimbulkan jumlah penyebarannya akan terus bertambah apabila persoalan ini terus berlangsung, maka bisa menimbulkan ancaman terhadap keaamanan dan ketahanan bangsa. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan upaya Badan Narkotika Nasional dalam penanggulangan narkoba di Kabupaten Nunukan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dengan analisis data menggunakan software NVivo 12 Plus. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa upaya yang dilakukan oleh Badan Narkotika Nasional Kabupaten Nunukan dalam mencegah penyelundupan narkoba yaitu: 1. Melakukan koordinasi baik disektor pemerintah, sektor swasta, pendidikan dan masyarakat. Badan Narkotika Nasional Kabupaten Nunukan juga telah melakukan perjanjian (Memorandum of Understanding) bersama Polres Kabupaten Nunukan, LP RRI Nunukan dan Tim Penggerak Pembinaan Keluarga. 2. Upaya preemtif yaitu berupa kegiatan Komunikasi, informasi dan edukasi P4GN melalui sosialisasi atau penyuluhan dengan memasuki komunitas masyarakat, pemerintah dan Pendidikan dan 3. Upaya preventif berupa kegiatan test urin serta operasi patroli melalui keamanan laut. Selain Badan Narkotika Nasional Kabupaten Nunukan membentuk Desa Bersih Narkoba.

Abstract

Communication Ethics play a crucial role in shaping public behavior and responses to government efforts in handling the COVID-19 pandemic in Makassar City. This study employs a qualitative descriptive research method, utilizing in-depth interviews with key informants from election organizers in Indonesia and data analysis techniques with NVivo 12 Plus software. The research explores the application of Communication Ethics principles, including the Principles of Beauty, Equality, Kindness, Justice, Freedom, and Truth, in the Instagram account @dpramdhanpomanto's posts related to COVID-19 management in Makassar City. The findings reveal that the Principles of Beauty, Equality, Kindness, Justice, Freedom, and Truth have been applied in the delivery of information regarding COVID-19 handling in Makassar City. However, public understanding and satisfaction with the application of these principles vary. Despite the government's efforts to employ these Communication Ethics principles, some community members remain unsatisfied or do not fully comprehend the principles' application. This study provides valuable insights into the importance of Communication Ethics in government-public interactions during the COVID-19 pandemic. By analyzing the case of the @dpramdhanpomanto Instagram account, the research contributes to a better understanding of how the application of Communication Ethics principles influences public perception and response. The findings offer valuable information for policymakers and practitioners to improve communication strategies and foster public trust and collaboration in addressing the ongoing pandemic.
