Abstract

This research aims to describe what the meaning of what is stored in the Youtube channel by reviewing about mental break down, which is often also considered negative by most people, especially in Indonesia itself. One episode on the YouTube channel "MARSHED" titled "From Mental breakdown To Be A Champion". The 27th episode of Chanel Marshanda was chosen by researchers because it tells the story of her personal experience when she experienced a mental breakdown. Which researchers say is particularly relevant to this study on the construction of mental breakdown meanings.In this study researchers got meaning based on the triangular element Charles Sanders Pierce, the three main elements referred to as triangle meaning or triangle of meaning. There are three angles, namely signs (signs), objects (objects), and interpretants (interpretants).From the findings of researchers,.there are many symbols that refer to the meaning in the life experience of a mental breakdown sufferer where it is Marshanda himself with the fear experienced. Marshanda also feels discomfort in life where he does not want to meet anyone. He also felt dependence on sedatives. Marshanda had wanted to kill himself before finally finding a way to heal and also how he rose from adversity.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how Clarin Hayes forms her personal branding on YouTube. This type of research is qualitative with a descriptive content analysis approach used by the researcher, which is content analysis from the point of view of Riffe, Lacy, and Fico (1998) in the youtube video of Clarin Hayes. The results show that Clarin Hayes is trying to establish personal branding as a doctor who can answer people's uncertainties through videos made with various discussions and have characteristics and Clarin Hayes is enough to prove that the personal branding that was formed was successfully carried out by Clarin Hayes.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the moral message contained in the film The New Rich People. With descriptive qualitative research methods, using John Fiske semiotics analysis though three levels, namely: Reality Level, Representation Level, and Ideology Level. The results of this study show that the film The New Rich People there are many moral message conveyed to the audience, harmonious, have children who are smart and good, love each other and care for each other, friends who are always there in a state of joy and sorrow. A simple life is better than a luxurious life but not feeling happy, not making out something can be bought with money.

Abstract

Program pengabdian masyarakat ini melibatkan pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) pada bidang kuliner yang berada di desa Ngampel Sari. Yang pada saat ini, UMKM mitra pengabdian masyarakat masih menggunakan pendekatan pemasaran secara konvensional, yang menimbulkan beberapa permasalahan. Oleh sebab itu para pelaku UMKM diperlukan pelatihan dan pendampingan tentang pentingnya brand awareness dan brand identity guna meningkatkan kualitas produk yang mereka jual. Selain itu dalam rangkain kegiatan ini, UMKM akan dibantu dalam pembuatan akun bisnis di platform intagram beserta dengan cara mengoprasikannya. Proses program ini di bagi menjadi empat tahapan yaitu observasi lapangan, memberikan solusi dari permasalahan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Dari hasil evalusi dapat dikatakan bahwa pelaku UMKM menunjukan peningkatan pemahaman mengenai brand awareness dan brand identity, serta meningkatnya jumlah pengikut atau followers instagram dari 0 sampai dengan 15.

Abstract

Karang Taruna Sedatigede is one of the most advanced youth organizations in Sidoarjo, judging by their programs. Karang Taruna Sedatigede uses Instagram as one of the media in promoting their activities. However, when viewed from a distance their account posts look less productive and the content is only in the form of pictures. So that it is necessary to increase the productivity of Instagram content for promotion to support the dissemination of information regarding work programs at Karang Taruna Sedatigede. From this, the community service activity "Training on Making Instagram Content at Karang Taruna Sedatigede" was carried out starting with poster content training on the Canva application. Furthermore, video editing training is carried out so that their Instagram content is not monotonous with only pictures, but also video content. After these two sessions, assistance was carried out for the execution of the content resulting from the training that had been carried out. From all of these activities, the results obtained were that Karang Taruna members became motivated and their productivity in creating content increased. This is proven by the promotional video content that they uploaded after the training and mentoring period was over, which had never been done before by Karang Taruna Sedatigede.

Abstract

Alvaro Group merupakan perusahaan UMKM yang berfokus dalam penjualan parfum dimana saat ini berlokasi di Sukodono,Sidoarjo. Perusahaan memiliki sistem pemasaran dengan direct selling yang dimana perusahaan memiliki team sales terbagi menjadi sales event, sales mobile, serta sales motoris. Perusahan memberikan target pada setiap harinya untuk setiap sales yaitu minimal dalam sehari 8 botol parfum sehingga sales dan perusahaan dapat terpenuhi targetnya dalam satu hari. Alvaro Group saat ini memiliki akun E-commerce Shopee tetapi masih belum optimal dalam pengelolaannya dikarenakan perusahaan masih berfokus pada penjualan secara langsung. Maka tujuan dari kegiatan ini yaitu mengoptimalkan penggunaan E-commerce Shopee untuk memberikan pemahaman pentingnya pemanfaatan pemasaran secara media digital, menganalisis strategi pengelolaan E-commerce Shopee yang digunakan oleh UMKM parfum dalam upaya untuk meningkatkan penjualan produk parfum Alvaro Group. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatnya ulasan yang diberikan oleh pelanggan yang telah puas berbelanja di E-commerce Shopee, meningkatnya penjualan parfum serta keberhasilan dalam iklan berbayar di E-commerce Shopee.
