Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of leadership, motivation, work ability and work environment on employee performance at the office of the National Narcotics Agency of North Labuhanbatu Regency. The method used is a quantitative method, with the help of the IBM SPSS 25 Software analysis tool. The data in this research is analyzed using several techniques, such as classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination test. The results of the study stated that all independent variables had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This is proven byleadership variable (X1) has a value of tcount (2.48) > ttable (1.70) with a significant value less than the probability value of 0.05 or a significant value of 0.019 <0.05, it can be concluded that the leadership variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Motivation (X2) has a value of tcount (2,68) > ttable (1.70)with a significantly smaller value than the probability of 0.05 or 0.012 <0.05, it can be concluded that motivation (X2) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Workability (X3) has a value of tcount (5,14) > ttable (1.70)which means Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected with a significantly smaller value than the probability of 0.05 or 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that work ability (X3) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The work environment (X4) has a value of tcount (8.04) > ttable (1.70) with a significantly smaller value than the probability of 0.05 or 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that the work environment (X4) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of the F test show an Fcount of 49.55 > Ftable 2.71 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. From these results, it can be concluded that leadership, motivation, work ability and work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Online shopping can be accessed through digital applications known as e-commerce applications. One of e-commerce the well-known in Indonesia is shopee. The main purpose of this research is to determine the factors that influence the variables of Information Quality, Trust, Satisfaction with Customer Participation in Shopee Online Shop Customers in Rantauprapat. This study uses non-probability sampling method with accidental sampling technique, and statistical data processing in the form of processing validity and reliability, normality testing, multiple linear regression, simultaneous test (F test), partial test (T test) and test coefficient of determination with the number of respondents as many as 100 customers. The results of this study indicate that partially Information Quality, Trust and Satisfaction have a significant effect on customer participation. Simultaneously, the variables of Information Quality, Trust and Satisfaction have an effect on Customer Participation in Shopee Online Shop Customers in Rantauprapat

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of training on work performance and career development by mediating work motivation. Respondents in this study were employees of PT. Asam Jawa in South Labuhanbatu Regency, amounting to 135 employees. Collecting data in this study using a questionnaire. The process of distributing questionnaires was carried out via online (Google form). The collected data is processed using path analysis using Amos Software Version 23. The results showed that training and motivation can improve job performance.  Training, motivation, and job performance can improve career development of employees at work. It is recommended to improve training program, motivation and work performance of employess. For further research, we suggest to increase the population and variables in order to get better results.

Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the negative and positive impacts of conflicts between employees at PT Tirtakencana Tatawarna Rantauprapat. This study aims to determine whether conflicts that occur between employees have an impact on employee performance. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach, the samples in this study are managers, supervisors and employees as the actors under study. Data collection is done by conducting interviews, observation and documentation. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that: first, there is no negative impact from the occurrence of conflicts between employees at PT. Tirtakencana Tata Warna Rantauprapat. Second, there is a positive impact from the occurrence of conflicts between employees at PT Tirtakencana Tatawarna, one of the impacts is making employees more mature in making decisions and not rash in acting that will harm themselves and also reduce dependence between employees and employees so that they understand better character of each side.

Abstract

Research was conducted at PT Bank Muamalat KCP Rantaprapat. The objective of this research was to find out: To what extent is the influence of corporate image, service quality and completeness of facilities on customer satisfaction at PT Bank Muamalat KCP Rantauprapat.  The research subjects consisted of several customers, in this study the respondents were 100 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and observations. While the data analysis method used is the Research Instrument Test, Classical Assumption Test, Simultaneous Effect Significance Test (F), Partial Effect Significance Test (T Test), Determinant Coefficient (R2) using SPSS Statistics Version 22 software, then draw the appropriate conclusions. With research results. The results showed that the Company Image, Service Quality, and Completeness of Facilities Have a Positive Effect on Customer Satisfaction at PT Bank Muamalat KCP Rantauprapat, Keywords: Company Image, Service Quality, Facilities, Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Regional Disaster Management Agency of Labuhanbatu Regency, with the aim of knowing the effect of communication, motivation, physical work environment and non-physical work environment on employee performance. This study uses quantitative methods, with several analytical techniques such as classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination test. All hypotheses in the study are declared valid, can be proven by the following description, the communication variable (X1) has a value of tcount (3.79) > ttable (1.66) which means Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, thus it can be concluded that the variable communication (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The motivation variable (X2) has a value of tcount (4.06) > ttable (1, 66) which means Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, thus it can be concluded that motivation (X2) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The physical work environment (X3) has a value of tcount (5.05) > ttable (1.66) which means Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, thus it can be concluded that the physical work environment (X3) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The non-physical work environment (X4) has a value of tcount (8.95) > ttable (1.66) which means Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, thus it can be concluded that the non-physical work environment (X4) has a positive and significant effect on performance. employee. The F test results show the Fcount value of 147.44 > Ftable 2.48, from these results, it can be concluded that communication, motivation, physical work environment.
