Abstract

As we know that multi-level marketing business is popular among Indonesian people, where the system of that business type is offering a multiple source of income by selling the product simultaneously. Multilevel marketing business is offering a second profit option that the member of the company can gaining more profit by recruiting a new member. The main purpose of this research is to find out the difference of the consumer emotion from youth and adult people on multilevel marketing business. This research used quantitative research methods that will describe and explore the role of social media and mobile usage to e-commerce in small medium enterprise and its customer. The result showed that sad, anger, disgust, surprise, emotions are no significant differences between the youth and adult towards multi-level marketing experiences, and there are significant differences for enjoy and fear emotions. From the conclusion above, the suggestions for multi-level marketing business that enjoy and fear needs to be considered as the main factor to approach customer and for surprise, disgust, anger and sad emotions not recommended to approach customer. Keywords: comparative analysis, consumer emotion, adult and youth people

Abstract

Abstract: Hospital is an important health care service provider for the community. However, Manado community still complained about how bad the health care service in Manado, they also argue that private hospitals’ service is better compared to public hospital. Therefore, one of the elements that need to be considered by the hospital in providing quality health care services is the medical staff, and one of the medical staff who is closest to the patient is the nurse, they have a great responsibility for the provision of services to the patients, this great responsibility that faced by nurses make them vulnerable to experiencing job burnout. Therefore, this study aims to find if there is a significant difference in job burnout level among nurses between public and private hospital in Manado. The sample was taken using convenience sampling technique and the sample size of this study was 100 nurses from Bhayangkara Hospital Manado and 100 nurses from GMIM Pancaran Kasih Hospital Manado. The result shows that there is no significant difference in public hospital nurses and private hospital nurses towards the level of job burnout. The human resource manager in each hospital in Manado must pay attention to the medical staff especially the nurses so that they would not experience the job burnout that can affect their performance. Keywords: burnout level, public hospital nurses, private hospital nurses

Abstract

  Abstrak: Sarana prasarana kepariwisataan merupakan fasilitas penunjang dalam proses pengembangan suatu objek wisata, khususnya bidang pariwisata. Tujuan penelitian yang akan dicapai dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara layout pengelolaan sarana prasarana terhadap objek wisata gunung mahawu di Kota Tomohon. Penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini, diambil seluruhnya dari populasi yaitu 52 orang, yang ditetapkan dengan teknik total sampling atau sampling jenuh. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa antara layout pengelolaan sarana prasarana mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap objek wisata gunung mahawu di Kota Tomohon. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut: (1) Terdapat pengaruh antara layout pengelolaan sarana prasarana terhadap objek wisata gunung mahawu di Kota Tomohon, (2) Layout pengelolaan sarana prasarana mempunyai peranan paling penting bagi pengembangan objek wisata gunung mahawu di Kota Tomohon jalur Rurukan. Kata kunci: layout, pengelolaan, sarana prasarana

Abstract

Abstract: In the competitive era, an attractive store ambiance is essential in encouraging customers to buy products. Meanwhile reasonable prices in a retail store induce customer satisfaction as well as build customer loyalty; hence value for money is important. So this research wants to analyze which of the two variables has a significant influence to customer purchase intention. Further, this research used Multiple Linear Regression as a research method. To archive the main purpose of this research, the sample size is 40 respondents. As a result of this research, both store ambience and value for money give significant influence to customer purchase intention. Hence, Indomaret Tomohon has to pay attention to their store ambience and value for money because the two factors has positive impact to customer purchase intention partially and simultaneously.Keywords: consumer purchase intention, store ambience, value for money

Abstract

Keputusan pembelian merupakan tahap dalam proses pengambilan keputusan di mana konsumen benar-benar membeli. Beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen adalah brand image, kualitas produk dan harga. Telah terjadi penurunan penjualan pada bulan maret dan pada bulan april yang diakibatkan menurunanya jumlah pelanggan  yang membeli produk J.Co. Penurunan tersebut diakibatkan munculnya pesaing-pesaing baru yang memproduksi produk sejenis sehingga sebagian konsumen beralih ke produk pesaing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand image, kualitas produk dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen di J.Co Manado. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 100 Responden yang diambil melalui metode Slovin. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda yang sebelumnya di uji dengan asumsi klasik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan Brand image, kualitas produk dan harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. Secara parsial brand image dan kualitas produk yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen dan variable harga berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. Kualitas Produk dan citra merek memiliki kontribusi terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen, maka pihak J.Co sebaiknya memperhatikan kualitas produk dan citra merek perusahaan. Kata kunci: brand image, kualitas produk, harga, keputusan pembelian konsumen.

Abstract

Despite the abundance opportunity, most of Indonesian telecommunication companies shows weak financial performance. One of the strategies to boost the financial performance is by manage the level of debt used as capital. This research is conducted with the aim to see how far is the impact of capital structure towards financial performance in Indonesian telecommunication industry. The capital structure is measured by debt to asset ratio (DAR) and debt to equity ratio (ER). Performance is measured return on asset (ROA). All telecommunication companies that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange are included in the population of this research. To determine the sample, purposive sampling method is used and telecommunication companies that meet the criteria has chosen and provide 39 data after removing 1 data outliers. This research used multiple regression analysis to test the hypotheses. This model of regression is able to explain ROA by 61% stated by the R2 value, and as for the results, DAR proven to have negative and significant effect towards return on asset. While DER shows negative but insignificant effect on return on asset.  Keywords: capital structure, debt financing, dar, der, roa, financial performance.

Abstract

Manajemen sumber daya manusia yang baik adalah manajemen sumber daya manusia yang dapat menjalankan segala sistem pelaksanaan yang berkaitan secara langsung dengan sumber daya manusia. Perusahaan memiliki suatu kewajiban untuk memberikan suatu timbal-balik bagi karyawan - karyawan yang dimilikinya untuk menciptakan suatu keuntungan yang sama bagi kedua pihak, yaitu perusahaan dan karyawan atau dengan kata lain memberikan rasa kepuasan kerja bagi karyawannya, dimana iklim organisasi dan kompensasi dapat berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan di dalam suatu organisasi. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai pada penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh iklim organisasi dan kompensasi terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT.FIF GROUP Manado. Dan metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik regresi linier berganda. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 51 karyawan dan metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu saturation sampling method, karyawan dalam perusahaan digunakan sebagai sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa iklim organisasi,kompensasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja. Untuk meningkatkan Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan, PT. FIF Group Manado sebaiknya meningkatkan bonus, pemberian penghargaan maupun upah (kompensasi) sebagai bentuk apresiasi perusahaan demi semakin meningkatkan produktivitas.Kata kunci: iklim organisasi,kompensasi,produktivitas kerja

Abstract

Xiaomi smartphone market share are increase 22% from second quarter of 2017 to second quarter of 2018 and become the most increase smartphone product market share. Consumer repurchase intention is about the consumer attitude toward the product that make them want to repurchase after have an experience of using those product. Consumer repurchase intention can be influence by some factors, complaint management, product design, and perceived quality. The aim of this study is to know the simultaneous and partial influence of complaint management, product design, and perceived product quality toward consumer repurchase intention of Xiaomi smartphone in Manado city. This research used multiple regression analysis with sample of 100 respondents. The result shows that complaint management, product design, and perceived product quality has a significant influence toward consumer repurchase intention of Xiaomi smartphone simultaneously and partially. The customers who are satisfied with the complaint management, design, and existing product quality are encouraged to repurchase the product. Also, company should seek to build products based on the concepts of value innovation in order to create value for the customers by improving the aspects of the complaint management and product design. Keywords: repurchase intention, complaint management, product design, perceived quality

 Abstract: The Electronic commerce or E-commerce is one form of development in the field of technology, it looks promising, e-commerce makes economic actors especially micro small and medium enterprises to compete and start utilize the technology, many micro small and medium enterprises that implement e-commerce systems in running their business, but from the number of transactions e-commerce in Indonesia still shows the number of transactions that are classified as low. apart from e-commerce, social media and mobile devices is also a form of world development, it used to communicate and many others, MSMEs involving social media and mobile devices in running a business, From the data there are two objectives to be achieved is what is the role of social media and mobile devices on e-commerce in MSMEs, and to ensure that the intended objectives can be achieved, qualitative methods used as a research method, as well as conducting in-depth interviews. From the interview found that the results of social media into the media in promoting and also interact with buyers and mobile devices into a tool to carry out payment transactions. Abstract

Abstract: Usually consumer must use transportation like bus, mikrolet, taxi and motor taxi,, but now consumer have freedom to choose a transportation model with more convenience, cheaper, faster, more reliable, and very accessible only with smartphone application.. The online transportation businesses in Manado City that are operating right now are Gojek, Grab, and Uber. As the traffic jam at this city is increasing day by day, it’s helps people so much. It also has an affordable price. This study is to investigate the influence of corporate reputation on the brand loyalty of Gojek. This research use a quantitative method and simple regression analysis with total sample 50 university student. The result shows that the corporate reputation has a significantly influence the brand loyalty at Gojek Manado. The customer choose Gojek as their priority in choosing an online transportation because of several causes which are: Gojek always give the customer a good service and always take a good responsibility to the customers. The management of Gojek Manado should stabilize the system in the working place to create a greater corporate reputation in purpose to get the consumer loyalty and lead the online transportation business. Keywords: brand loyalty, corporate reputation
