Abstract: Shopee is one of many online shopping center in Indonesia. Many people like to buy in Shopee because all the products are usually cheaper than at the stores itself. The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of perceived value and trust on repurchase intention in Shopee online shopping. The population of this research is all the customers of Shopee Online Shop from Manado. The sample of this research is customers of Shopee as many as 100 respondents, who already bought in Shopee 2 times or more, which are using purposive sampling. The data is analyzed by quantitative method and it is a causal research, and was using multiple linear regression analysis and processing of data using SPSS statistical program. Based on the results, research findings show that perceived value (X1) and trust (X2) proved significantly influence on repurchase intention (Y) in Shopee Online Shop. This means that the company has a good participant on people in online shopping industry. Recommendation for Shopee itself that Shopee should maintain their products so the customers repurchase intention could be increased as the perceived value and trust of the customer also increased.Keywords: perceived value, trust, repurchase intentionAbstract: Shopee is one of many online shopping center in Indonesia. Kinerja keuangan  merupakan hasil dari pencapaian keberhasilan kondisi keuangan perusahaan pada periode tertentu untuk membantu para investor dalam  mengambil keputusan berinvestasi pada suatu perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbandingan kinerja keuangan antara Bank BRI Tbk dan Bank BTN Tbk Periode Tahun 2010-2014. Metode yang digunakan Deskriptif, Alat analisis yang digunakan CAMEL yaitu, CAR, NPL, NPM, ROA, BOPO, LDR yang diambil adalah ikhtisar keuangan dan financial data and ratios di Bursa Efek Indonesia Pada Bank BRI dan Bank BTN Periode 2010-2014. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan kinerja keuangan antara Bank BRI & Bank BTN Periode 2010-2014. sebaiknya Manajemen Bank BTN lebih meningkatkan kinerja keuangan supaya kedepannya memiliki NPM, ROA, dan LDR yang baik, sehingga dapat berada dalam kategori Sehat. Abstrak: Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah Kualitas Produk, Harga dan Word of Mouth berpengaruh terhadap Minat Beli Konsumen Handphone  Mahasiswa FEB Unsrat. Populasi yang digunakan sebanyak 3421 mahasiswa S1 FEB unsrat yang terdaftar di bagian kemahasiswaan. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 97 mahasiswa S1. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dengan metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda menggunakan SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan Kualitas Produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Minat Beli Konsumen, Harga tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Minat Beli Konsumen, Word of Mouth berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Minat Beli Konsumen. Secara bersama-sama Kualitas Produk, Harga dan Word of Mouth berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Minat Beli Konsumen. Perusahaan sebaiknya mengembangkan strategi Word of Mouth dengan harapan meningkatkan Minat Beli Konsumen dan dapat digunakan sebagai rujukan untuk pengembangan serta pendalaman ilmu pengetahuan manajemen pemasaran di FEB UNSRAT. Kata Kunci: kualitas produk, harga, word of mouth, minat beli konsumen

Bubble tea also known as pearl milk tea is a popular Taiwanese tea-based drink invented in Taichung in the 1980s. Nowadays bubble tea shops are really popping up all over the world. Bubble tea shops have mushroomed all around Indonesia over the last few years. In Manado, there are at least three bubble tea brands that are very popular in town, those are Share Tea, Cha Time and Tea Presso. In today’s era, the effect of the development of business has brought the business into a very tight competition to gain the attention of customers. In order to create a successful business, it is necessary to understand the factors that motivates consumers to make purchases. The purpose of this research are to identify which bubble tea shop that people in Manado prefer the most and to identify which criteria has major influence in selecting bubble tea shop. The method used in this research is Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The main findings of this research are: 1) Based on the overall result that developed using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), Share Tea become the most preferred bubble tea shop by the consumers with score 0.52, followed by Cha Time (0.29) and Tea Presso (019). 2) Among all the criteria, flavour became the major influence or the key consideration for consumers in selecting bubble tea shop. Abstrak :Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah faktor-faktor penentu kepuasan kerja Upah, Pemimpin/Pengawas, Rekan Kerja dan Pekerjaan itu sendiri secara simultan maupun parsial berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Tenaga Harian Lepas pada Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Manado Bagian Pertamanan dan Pemakaman.Sampel penelitian ditentukan dengan metode studi sensus atau populasi dijadikan sampel sebanyak 65 THL dan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: Upah, Pemimpin/Pengawas, Rekan Kerja dan Pekerjaan itu Sendiri secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja; Upah secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja; Pemimpin/Pengawas secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja; Rekan Kerja secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja; Pekerjaan itu Sendiri secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Pihak instansi dalam hal ini Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Manado untuk dapat mengupayakan peningkatan kepuasan kerja para tenaga harian lepas (buruh) dengan menunjang faktor-faktor seperti upah yang sesuai dan adil sesuai kontribusi yang di berikan masing-masing tenaga harian lepas, meningkatkan peran pemimpin yang berorientasi pada tenaga harian lepas dan melihat hubungan diantara para tenaga harian lepas.Kata Kunci :kepuasan kerja, upah, pemimpin/pengawas, rekan kerja, pekerjaan itu sendiri

Organisasi dalam mencapai tujuannya memerlukan sumber daya manusia sebagai pengelola sistem. Keberhasilan suatu instansi pemerintahan tidak terlepas dari peningkatan sumber daya manusia. Sumber daya manusia yang unggul dan berkualitas harus selalu dikelola dan ditekankan oleh instansi untuk dapat mencapai kinerja yang diharapkan. Kinerja dalam organisasi merupakan jawaban dari berhasil atau tidaknya tujuan organisasi yang telah ditetapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara Disiplin Kerja, Penempatan Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pegawai negeri sipil di Badan Perizinan Terpadu (BP2T) Kota Manado yang berjumlah 30 orang. Sampel yang digunakan adalah dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu Analisis Regresi Berganda. Penelitian ini menemukan hasil bahwa: Disiplin Kerja, Penempatan Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja secara bersama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Begitu juga dengan Disiplin Kerja, Penempatan Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Pimpinan BP2T Kota Manado sebaiknya lebih memfokuskan aspek disiplin kerja, penempatan kerja dan lingkungan kerja, agar memberikan pelayanan yang baik dan maksimal. Abstrak : Seiring dengan berkembangnya fungsi handphone sebagai alat komunikasi, maka permintaan konsumen terhadap handphone akan semakin tinggi. Ditengah pilihan yang begitu banyak, konsumen yang semakin cerdas cenderung lebih memilih produk dan layanan perusahaan yang paling sesuai dengannya. Tujuan dari penelitian untuk melihat pengaruh citra merek, harga produk dan kualitas terhadap keputusan pembelian. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah assosiatif dan teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara Accidental Sampling dengan jumlah responden 50. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan metode analisis regresi linear berganda menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 17. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa citra merek, harga produk dan kualitas secara simultas berpengaruh terhadap variabel dependen yaitu keputusan pembelian, tetapi secara parsial variabel kualitas produk yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian sedangkan variabel citra merek dan harga tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Saran bagi pihak perusahaan agar dapat menjaga kualitas yang ada untuk mempertahankan konsumen, dari segi harga pihak perusahaan juga harus menciptakan gagasan baru dalam persaingan harga dan mengembangkan citra merek pada produk tersebut. Kata Kunci : citra merek, harga produk, kualitas, keputusan pembelian.Â

Abstract: Transport plays very vital role in the development of a country’s economy, indetermining overall productivity, quality of life of citizens, access to goods and services and the pattern for distributuion of economic activity. Motorcycle is one of land transport and included in the classification of types of private vehicles but nowadays motorcycles also perform the function of public transport. This kind of transportation is known as Ojek. Currently there are two kinds of ojek services, namely "Offline Ojek" and “Online Ojek". This research analyzed the factor that drive customer satisfaction of Go-ride Manado. Quantitative method is used to collect the data in this research. The sample of this research is 100 customers of Go-Ride in Manado. This research used the Factor Analysis Method. Based on the analysis and discussion, there are 3 main factors that drive consumer satisfaction of Goride in Manado, namely: fisrt, technology & service quality, second, company image and marketing and third, customer service.Keywords: Transport, Goride, Customer Satisfaction, Factor Analysis.

Abstract: Technology has grown in ways we never could have imagined and has an impact on just about every area of our everyday lives. No generation has felt the impact of the technological advances like this generation. New innovations in telecommunications have also had an impact on the banking industry. With equipment that surpass telephone needs, the mobile phone, and later the smartphone has created a lucrative market opportunity, as the number of people owning mobile phones far exceeds any other technological device. This study multiple linear regression analysis, investigated consumer acceptance of mobile banking, case study of bank negara indonesia (bni) with 100 customers of sam ratulangi university students that already used bni mobile banking application. Results indicated that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and perceived risk has a significant and positive influence to consumer acceptance of bni mobile banking. From this study the developers should pay attention on these factors when developing a mobile banking service. The developers and managers need to ensure consumers that bni mobile banking services are secure, to reduce the risk for the consumers. Keywords: mobile banking, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived risk

 Abstract: Nowadays, the development of e-commerce business or online trading in Indonesia has increased d in recent years. The emergence of e-commerce began to create a list of top-down services. Awareness of SMEs in Manado to take advantage of e-commerce already exists and continues to increase. The phenomenon of many SME businesses in Manado using e-commerce in marketing their products is a good sign. The purpose of this research is to know the relationship between e-commerce development of small and medium business in Manado and to reveal the problems faced by Small and Medium Enterprises in using e-commerce in Manado. This research was conducted in Manado as a developing city in Indonesia with small and medium enterprises that use e-commerce and who do not use E-commerce. Qualitative research is deployed and uses explosive research to determine the nature of Small and Medium Enterprises in Manado. The results of this study indicate that e-commerce can increase sales, income, and the number of SMEs customers in Manado. Through E-commerce products that sell and handle SMEs can be better known to people quickly. However, the problem facing SMEs in the use of ecommerce is the lack of knowledge about accessing the ecommerce system and the time limitations of SMEs actors. From the results of this study then there should be attention from the government to conduct socialization or holding a seminar to increase knowledge about ecommerce to the perpetrators SMEs Manado.  Keywords: small medium enterprise, ecommerce impact and its benefit, problem in using ecommerceÂ
