Kata kunci : Biopori , Banjir , Penyuluhan ,Resapan Air.ABSTRACTThe problem of floods hit parts of the Jambi city today, mostly caused by human activity itself. Lack of concern for protecting the environment is the main cause of flooding. Another cause of garbage disposal in watercourses, so that water cannot flow smoothly, eventually results in overflow of water. Therefore, the idea of making biopore infiltration holes comes up where the main ingredient is organic waste. The biopore hole is absorbing water into the soil and can be used to make compost. The biopore hole does not require a large area and the manufacturing process is very easy, this is certainly the right solution for areas with narrow open land. The implementation of community service activities is carried out by RT 04 community in Mayang Mangurai Village, Alam Barajo Subdistrict, Jambi City with environmental problems of water source drought. hit during the dry season and flooded in the neighborhood. From this problem solving the problem by introducing the importance of biopore as a water infiltration and fertilizing hole for the soil. Keywords: Biopore Flooding, Counseling, Water Absorption.

Abstract

Corrosion is a decrease in the quality of a metal material caused by a reaction with the environment. Corrosion cannot be eliminated, but corrosion can be slowed down in several ways by adding corrosion inhibitors and synergistic effects. Acacia bark extract (Acacia mangium Willd) with the addition of 0.02 M KI has the potential as a corrosion inhibitor for steel because it contains secondary metabolites, so it can provide a synergistic effect and increase the value of inhibition efficiency on steel. This research aimed to analyze the effect of a mixture of acacia bark extracts (Acacia mangium Willd) with the addition of KI on inhibition efficiency corrosion of mild steel in sulfuric acid media. The method used in this study is the method of weight loss, adsorption isotherms, and thermodynamic parameters, which were carried out by varying the concentration of acacia bark extract and the immersion temperature of the steel. To strengthen the research results, characterization was carried out using FTIR and SEM. The results showed that the corrosion rate of mild steel immersed in 0.75 M H2SO4 corrosive medium with the addition of 0.02 M KI increased with increasing immersion temperature. These results are reinforced by the results of FTIR and SEM analysis which show that there is an interaction between mild steel and acacia bark extract (Acacia mangium Willd) and KI 0.02 M. Based on the thermodynamic parameters, the resulting values of ∆Hads, ∆Gads, and ∆Sads show that the adsorption process of acacia bark extract (Acacia mangium Willd) in corrosive medium H2SO4 0.75 M with the addition of 0.02 M KI took place spontaneously, showing the type of physical adsorption, adsorbed stable, the adsorption process was exothermic and the degree of irregularity in the adsorption process. The inhibition efficiency of acacia bark extract (Acacia mangium Willd) with the addition of 0.02 M KI was highest at 60 °C with an extract concentration of 2.5 g/L of 81%. The higher the immersion temperature, the greater the resulting synergistic effect

Abstract

Remazol Brilliant blue is an azo dye that is widely used in textile dyeing. The most appropriate handling method to be used in overcoming problems caused by textile dye waste is adsorption. Fly ash is an adsorbent that can be used to overcome this problem. Chemical activation was carried out using 1 M HCl solution. Besides that, physical activation was also carried out at 500°C for 1 hour. Research is needed to determine the optimum conditions for fly ash in dye adsorption to produce high adsorption efficiency. XRF characterization showed that palm shell fly ash was dominated by CaO of 71.064% and SiO2 of 15.734%. Characterization using FTIR shows the presence of Si-O groups in Fly ash. To analyze the surface morphology of the fly ash adsorbent, an SEM test was carried out and it was known that the surface morphology of the fly ash adsorbent after chemical and physical activation showed pore formation. Characterization using Surface Area Analyzer showed a surface area of 13.6153 m2/g. optimum absorption conditions at pH 6 with an adsorption capacity of 15.84 mg/g. optimum contact time of 60 minutes with an adsorption capacity of 15.54 mg/g. The optimum adsorbent mass is 0.5 g with an adsorption capacity of 9.54 mg/g and the optimum adsorbent concentration is at 200 ppm with an adsorption capacity of 69.08 mg/g. In this study the adsorption model used is the Freundlich isotherm. Based on the research result, it is known that fly ash is a suitable adsorbent for dye adsorption which is characterized by high color removal efficiency. Further characterization regarding the initial conditions of fly ash is needed as a comparison for fly ash after activation

Abstract

Heavy metal biosorption by alginate immobilized durian seed has been done. The immobilization of durian seed powder to Ca-alginate was able to improve biomass adsorption process, increase uptake capacity, ease separation from solution, generate and repeat biosorbent. In this experiment the effect of pH, contact time, concentration and temperature on the uptake capacity of metal ions Zn(II) in solution were studied. Biosorption was done batch methods and result was studied Langmuir and Freundlich adsorption isotherm. The adsorption of heavy metal was optimum in pH 5 with 75 mins contact time and Zn(II) ion under the concentration of 250-300 mg/l. The adsorption isotherm data was characterized using Langmuir and Freundlich equation. The equilibrium biosorption isotherm showed that alginate immobilized durian seed process has high affinities with adsorption capacities of 25.05 mg/g. All results showed that alginate immobilized durian seed is an alternative low cost biosorbent for heavy metal ion removal from aqueous solution

Abstract

This research aims to describe the process of character formation with religious and moral values through habituation and singing methods. The approach used in the research is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques of observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis which includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Testing the validity of the data uses triangulation techniques, namely technical triangulation and source triangulation. The results of the research show that the habituation and singing method allows children to directly model what they can and cannot do. So that children get used to doing something that is good and easy to remember or sticks in the child's memory and will become a habit that forms character, religious and moral values. These two methods also make learning activities more interesting, not boring and monotonous for children.

Abstract

Jakarta, a city that has continued to develop, is marked by the growth of population in Jakarta. This growth has been accompanied by an increasing demand for land, resulting in spatial segregation. Some areas have large expanses of land, while others are densely populated and cramped. The purpose of this study is to analyze spatial segregation in the Penjaringan and Pluit Subdistricts of North Jakarta. The research employs a qualitative descriptive analysis method, spatial analysis using Moran's and Getis-Ord Gi*, and a literature review enriched with interviews. The research findings indicate clear spatial segregation between Pluit and Penjaringan, divided into positive and negative hotspot clusters representing larger vs. very narrow land parcels. It is also shown by the clustering pattern with the 0.03 Moran index value. The contrast in segregation depicts demographic and socioeconomic characteristics between the two areas. This pattern is also similar to the land value zones, where Penjaringan has lower land values than Pluit. These findings underscore the pressing need for inclusive urban planning strategies to address spatial disparities. Policies that promote shared public spaces, equitable infrastructure distribution, and mixed-use development could help bridge the socioeconomic divide. By integrating spatial equity into planning practices, urban development can foster greater social cohesion and ensure that the benefits of growth are more evenly distributed across all areas. This approach is vital for creating sustainable and inclusive urban environments.
