Dinas Kesehatan  Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah merupakan salah satu organisasi atau lembaga yang berperan dalam meningkatkan derajat kesehatan di tingkat kabupaten. Namun, masih cukup banyak terjadi kesenjangan yang kurang sesuai dengan idealisme. Masih ada beberapa kelemahan yang masih ditunjukan oleh  pegawai  Dinas Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah dimana mereka kurang termotivasi dengan pekerjaannya sehingga membuat mereka tidak menjadi pribadi yang disiplin. Berdasarkan hasil survey yang dilakukan penulis pada kantor Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi, terdapat beberapa Pegawai yang sering tidak datang kekantor. rata-rata tingkat kehadiran pegawai Kantor Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah periode Januari-Desember 2015 dengan keterangan dalam setahun ada 164 orang yang tidak hadir dengan keterangan sakit 1048 orang  dan 546 keterangan izin tidak masuk.  Tetapi, ternyata ketidak hadiran pegawai yang tetap masih memberikan kabar alasan mereka tidak masuk juga berdampak pada kinerja.  Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa Pengaruh Motivasi  dan Disiplin Kerja  terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada kantor Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah. Desain dalam penelitian ini adalah  dengan metode survey analitik dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional Study  dengan jumlah 76 sampel.  Berdasarkan uji F diperoleh hasil F-hitung lebih besar daripada F-tabel (15,056 >4,91) motivasi pegawai dan disiplin kerja pegawai secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positive terhadap kinerja pegawai. Berdasarkan Uji T Motivasi berpengaruh secara positif dan  tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, tetapi Disiplin kerja berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.   Kata Kunci: Motivasi, Disiplin kerja dan kinerja pegawaiÂ

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of learning strategies differentiated learning strategy against l iteration science on natural events material for fifth grade elementary school students in North Parigi sub-district with a total of 56 students. The samples of this study were the fifth grade class of SD Inpres 1 Toboli as the experimental class and SDN Inti P angi as the control class with the same number of students, namely 28 people. This research method uses true experimental research with the research design pretest-posttest nonequivalent control group design , data collection is done by means of observation and science literacy outcome test. Sampling was conducted using the p technique. urposive sampling technique Data analysis used SPSS 23 with the stages of normality test, homogeneity test and T test ( paired T sample). The research results at the time of pretest The average value of science literacy for the control class was 58.78, and the experimental class had an average value of 60.17. The average value of the post-test was 86.13 for the control class and 87.08 for the experimental class. Results output SPSS obtained a significance value smaller than the significance level of 0.05 (0.000 < 0.005) then H 0 is rejected and H 1 is accepted, so it can be concluded that there is an effect of differentiated learning strategies on science literacy on the material on science literacy in the material events nature in grade V elementary schools in the North Parigi sub-district.

Remaja merupakan kelompok penting dalam manifestasi penyakit tidak menular pada usia dewasa serta kelompok yang berkontribusi penting pada perbaikan gizi antar generasi. Rendahnya pengetahuan terkait “Isi Piringku” dan “Gizi Seimbang” dapat berdampak pada kemampuan memilih makanan yang harus dikonsumsi untuk meningkatkan kualitas pola makan remaja. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan gizi remaja menggunakan metode diskusi, bermain, dan praktek. Kegiatan pengabdian melibatkan 32 remaja kelas XI SMA Negeri 2 Palu serta 4 fasilitator. Pengetahuan remaja meningkat secara signifikan (p<0,05) setelah mengikuti kegiatan pengabdian. Mayoritas remaja mencapai kategori "baik" pada pengetahuan gizinya. Penting untuk menyelenggarakan pendidikan gizi yang dengan menggunakan metode diskusi, permainan, dan praktek sehingga pada remaja sehingga dapat meningkatkan pemahaman gizi.

Chayote is one type of commodity vegetables in Indonesia. It is known chayote has a high content of nutrients. The nutritional content in chayote can be efficacious as an antioxidant, antipyretic, anti-inflammatory, can reduce cholesterol levels, and hypertension. Processing of chayote into flour is so that it can be stored longer and can be processed into various snacks as desired. Chayote sticks are one of the innovations in food processing from chayote fruit flour. This study aims to determine the proximate levels of chayote sticks. The sample is crushed, then analyzed for protein content using a biuret reagent. Determination of protein levels using UV-Vis spectrophotometer at a wavelength of 549 nm and using a standard solution of bovine serum albumin as a comparison. Analysis of carbohydrate content using anthrone reagent. Determination of carbohydrate levels using UV-Vis spectrophotometer at a wavelength of 360 nm and using a standard solution of glucose as a comparison. Analysis of fat content using the soxhlation method. Determination of fat content using soxhlet tool with N-hexane as solvent in sample extraction. Analysis of water content using gravimetric method. Determination of water content using an oven tool. Analysis of ash content using gravimetric method. Determination of ash content using a kiln. The results of this study showed proximate levels in chayote sticks were that the average protein content of 10.157%, the average carbohydrate content of 49.873%, the average fat content of 32.688%, the average water content of 0.42%, and the average ash content of of 2.174%.

This study aims to determine the carbohydrate, protein, and fat content of durian (Durio zibethinus Murr) seeds from Parigi Moutong. This study consisted of two samples, namely, sample A (crushed durian seeds) and sample B (mashed and sifted durian seeds)—Soxhlet method. The results obtained in sample A for carbohydrate content of 52.8 %, protein 3.50 % and fat 2.06 % while in sample B for carbohydrate content of 43.2 %, protein 2.27 % and fat 2.25 %. Based on the results obtained, durian seed flour can be used as processed food and can be of economic value if it is further processed and traded.

Introduction: Early breastfeeding initiation is a critical intervention to reduce neonatal mortality and increase exclusive breastfeeding However, its implementation in RSIA Tinatapura Palu is still not optimal. This study aimed to assess the provision of early initiation of breastfeeding in newborns and identify the factors that inhibit it at Tinatapura Mother and Child Hospital, Methods: This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, which aims to conduct in-depth interviews through data collection from various sources of information. Results: This study found that implementation of early breastfeeding initiation at RSIA Tinatapura Palu was not optimal, with the majority of mothers reporting no IMD Key barriers included low maternal knowledge about IMD, postpartum maternal and infant health conditions, inconsistent hospital policies such as mother-infant separation after delivery (especially for sectio caesarean/premature cases) and flexibility in formula feeding without medical indication, and inadequate support from health workers, including lack of education and a tendency to recommend While hospitals claim to provide training and education, there is a gap between policy and practice on the Conclusion: The implementation of early breastfeeding initiation in RSIA Tinatapura Palu is still not running. Structured interventions are needed in the form of clear IMD protocols, increased education for mothers and families, and ongoing training for health workers to ensure consistent and standardized IMD.

The "Bukit Indah" farmer group in Simoro village is an economically/socially productive partner group, because no solution has been implemented to overcome overproduction of chayote. The potential waste from chayote is in the form of fruit waste. This waste is very abundant and most of it is left to rot. The decomposition of this waste causes an unpleasant odor and in the long term will reduce environmental quality. The aim of this service is for the team and partners to collaborate in processing chayote which exceeds production into functional food for under-five and stunted children. Implementation Method: Conduct surveys and identify farmer groups that have the potential to be involved in this program. Establishing partnerships with farmer groups who are willing to participate, the farmer group that has the potential to become a partner is the "Bukit Indah" farmer group in Simoro village. The results of the activity obtained understanding of farmer groups and female cadres in processing agricultural products into food with nutritional value and becoming an innovation in handling the problem of stunting children, increasing cadres' skills in processing chayote into food products, and processing it themselves with the materials provided and intervening with children target toddlers, the intervention was carried out for 20 days with administration 2 days apart, and after the intervention, the average weight and height of the toddlers before the intervention were 10,275 kg and 78,7 cm respectively and after the intervention it was 10,845 kg and 78,951 cm. Training on innovation of food products from chayote in community service activities can overcome stunting and provide solutions to malnutrition among under-aged children.

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mendorong dan memfasilitasi masyarakat desa khususnya Desa Kayuboko untuk mewujudkan desa mandiri melalui penguatan usaha-usaha ekonomi warga desa. Pelaksanaan pengabdian mandiri ini yang difasilitasi oleh pengabdi dilaksanakan selama bulan Februari 2024. Adapun tempat pelaksanaannya di Desa Kayuboko, Kecamatan Parigi Barat, Kabupaten Parigi Moutong. Program kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan selama 4 kali dalam kurun waktu 1 bulan lamanya. Hasil yaitu peningkatan pendapatan ibu-ibu rumah tangga. Program kerja ini berjalan dengan baik dengan sosialisasi bersama masyarakat. Dalam proses pembuatan produk usaha ibu-ibu rumah tangga ini juga kami berpartisipasi dalam pembuatan produk usaha ini bersama. Pemberdayaan peningkatan manfaat limbah kelapa (lidi, sabuk, dll) memiliki value added yaitu program kerja ini berjalan dengan baik atas bantuan anak risma. Dalam proses pembuatan lidi dari daun kelapa sedangkan asbak, sendok dari batok kelapa. Hasil kerajinan tangan ini kami meletakkannya di kantor desa. Pemanfaatan Lahan Kosong Penanaman Toga Program kerja ini masih memiliki kendala yaitu seringkali memerlukan pemeliharaan khusus, lahan yang terbatas dan kendala kebutuhan bibit. Tim pengabdi berharap kepada masyarakat di Desa Kayuboko untuk lebih bisa berbaur dan aktif dengan pengabdian selanjutnya agar program kerja mereka bisa terlaksanakan dengan baik

When the chayote harvest is abundant, the farmer group partners are unable to process all the chayote due to limited production capacity. Partners have tried to make flour products but failed. Therefore, the priority carried out by the proposer with partners is in the flour processing process and continued with the manufacture of biscuits. At the time of abundant harvest, chayote cannot be stored so technology is needed to process chayote that can be stored in the form of healthy food to increase nutritional needs. To increase the utilization of the abundance of chayote, one of them can be done in the process of making flour and processed products. The problem faced by partners is the lack of information obtained by farmer groups about the manufacture of flour and processed chayote which has nutritional value and can be used as a substitute for wheat flour for food products in the form of biscuits. Solutions to solving the problem are carried out through training or workshops and guidance on the manufacture of chayote-based flour and biscuits. Making flour from chayote and processed healthy food based on chayote flour (biscuits) can improve health and prevent malnutrition during the Covid-19 pandemic for the people of the Gumbasa sub-district, especially mothers.

Chayote for farmer groups is currently only a commodity that is directly marketed, but with an abundance of production it makes farmers lose money due to lack of demand and difficult marketing places, so there is a need for innovation in suppressing the abundance of chayote production in preventing spoilage. This service aims to provide community understanding and skills in processing chayote plants into healthy food to improve the immune system. The methods of the activities carried out are: Counseling on the importance of diversification (diversification) of processed chayote products into biscuits made from chayote flour, to increase product added value, product shelf life and increase community income of chayote farmer groups. The results achieved from the training in making dodol and chayote-based brownies can improve the health and welfare of the people of Gumbasa sub-district, Sigi Regency, especially PKK women in Pandere village. The results of this service activity can increase community knowledge and skills, in mobilizing potential resources in the form of chayote owned by the community to increase income and community welfare based on technological innovation and local wisdom.
