We elaborate on several pieces of literature before the pandemic, and this study emerges from the results of studies during the pandemic. This research method refers to a quantitative approach, which wants to see the relationship between variables; SMART PLS a test tool. The researcher conducts a reliability test by looking at CR and AVE, a validity test by looking at discriminant validity, and finally, conducting a path analysis by looking at the results of P-Values. This study indicates that meeting fatigue does not negatively affect productivity; multitasking has a positive effect on productivity, meeting fatigue can affect productivity when there are multi meetings as moderators, and multitasking affects productivity when there are multi meetings as moderators.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine elements that influence employee loyalty, as viewed through the prism of characteristics that foster the establishment of employee participation, as shown via case studies in financial services organizations. In a number of investigations, it was discovered that occupational health and safety had a significant impact in promoting employee loyalty, and this was confirmed. As a result, the goal of this study is to determine the degree to which employee loyalty is impacted by employee engagement when occupational health and safety is included as a moderator. The notion of employee engagement was the subject of the literature research conducted for this study, followed by employee loyalty and occupational health and safety. Using a quantitative approach, with reference to multivariate analytic methods, with partial least squares, and the decision-making way of looking at the P-values, this research method is carried out. The findings of this study indicate that occupational health safety does not have an effect on the relationship between employee engagement and employee loyalty; however, the presence of occupational health safety will not have an effect on the relationship between employee engagement and employee loyalty.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the relationship of performance allowances in optimizing the performance of Civil Service Civil Engineering Institute. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method. Sampling or data sources in this study were conducted purposively and for the sample size determined by snowball, interviewing techniques, data analysis using interpretive models and research results emphasizing the meaning of generalization. The results of this study indicate that each flight engineer has a workload of each. The workload is made by each employee based on job descriptions which are then outlined in the form of Employee Work Objectives (KPI). The development of achievement of KPI is one aspect in the Employee Job Achievement component, which is a reference in providing employee performance benefits, in addition to assessing the employee work discipline component. The granting of performance benefits has met the principles of fairness, fair and reasonable, competitive and transparent. Of the several motivations received by employees, performance allowances are considered the most effective to be given because by providing performance benefits employees have the ability to meet more needs, as evidenced by the desire of employees to try to carry out work optimally through efforts to achieve work performance and work discipline. Employees try to carry out the workload contained in the KPI well, carry out at least 2 additional tasks and make timely reports.
