Abstract

Tambaksari is a village in Kendal Regency that has home industries (Industri Rumahan, IR). The local government classifies these industrial activities of BUMDes (Village-Owned Enterprises) into three groups, namely IR-1, IR-2, and IR-3. Each group or class has its specific criteria. The significant local potentials in Tambaksari include fish farming and processing. The advantage of the local potential in Tambaksari is inseparable from the synergy between the local government and the people of Tambaksari. This study observed the patterns of actor interactions in 64 IRs in Tambak Sari. Data were collected from questionnaires and analyzed using the Social Network Analysis (SNA) method. The results showed that Tambaksari IRs have a network density of 5.5%, which suggests that the relationship was weak. Network analysis using UCINET illustrates the separation of the IR group, which further reinforces the existence of competition in the network. The study reveals the dominant actor in the network interaction based on the measure of degree centrality, closeness centrality, and betweenness centrality. He is the actor with id # 29 who is the Chairman of IR-2, 54 years old, who has a Pindang Fish Processing.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the sustainability of mangrove ecotourism using the Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI) and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) approaches. Based on Landsat 8 OLI satellite imagery calculation using the NDVI technique, there has been a decrease in vegetation value on Dodola Island in 2017. This condition needs to be analyzed scientifically, considering the Dodola Island mangrove area to be preserved. In addition to the interests of tourism infrastructure development. The research method used is a mixed research method through a case study approach in Dodola Island, Morotai Island Regency, North Maluku Province, Indonesia. This study adopts remote sensing techniques and decision support systems to describe the results of sustainable mangrove ecotourism analysis. This study indicates that the calculation results of Landsat 8 OLI spatial data from 2013-to 2021 show a significant decrease in vegetation value in 2017, where the maximum NDVI value is 0.30, and the minimum NDVI value is 0.11. Specifically, the mangrove area also experienced a decrease in vegetation value with a maximum NDVI value is 0.23 and a minimum NDVI value is 0.02. To anticipate environmental damage in mangrove areas, this study recommends mangrove conservation programs, namely rehabilitation, restoration, reclamation, and conservation of mangrove areas. In addition, the results of the priority analysis using the AHP approach show that the rehabilitation program is a program that needs to be prioritized because it follows the existing conditions and capabilities of the Dodola Island managers.

Abstract

Diamond Printing is one of the largest offset printing companies with 32 years of experience and is located in the city of Surabaya, East Java. Data from HRD managers explained that there was no report from observations related to employee work effectiveness in terms of coordination and synergy between employees as seen from the communication and collaboration relationships. The absence of data related to the effectiveness of the performance of CV employees. Diamond Printing in terms of communication network mapping is one of the obstacles faced by HRD in determining KPI (key performance indicator). By using the Social Network Analysis (SNA) method with the help of UCINET 6 software, it is hoped that some employees will have advantages, especially in collaboration and communication in group network structures. There are three parameters used in SNA, including: degree centrality, closeness centrality, and betweenness centrality. This study involved 104 respondents (the entire population) with a sampling technique using snowball sampling and a questionnaire as a means of collecting data. The results of this study indicate that most of the collaboration and communication network interactions are dominated by manager level employees and department heads. Based on these findings, an innovation is needed from all stakeholders from CV. Diamond Printing in developing effective communication methods between its members.

Abstract

Broiler chickens are the result of superior breeds that produce a lot of meat. In practice, however, many breeders experience crop failure, which has a serious impact on the economy and can also affect farmer quality, resulting in sanctions. The value of the performance index produced at harvest indicates the success rate of harvesting broiler chickens. Broiler crop yield data can be used to help classify broiler crop yield data using an approach method. The CRISP-DM (Cross Industry Standard Process for Data Mining) method was used in this study's data mining technique. This study compares 3 classification algorithms to determine the best algorithm and 3 feature selection methods to determine the best method for improving algorithm performance. According to the findings of this study, the Random Forest algorithm is the best algorithm for classifying harvest data, with an accuracy rate of 89.14 percent. The best way to improve the algorithm's performance is to use the Backward Elimination method, which can increase the accuracy by 7.53 percent. As a result, the Random Forest + Backward Elimination algorithm yields an accuracy value of 96.67 percent. According to this study, the factors that influence crop yield increase are FCR, number of harvests, and body weight.

Abstract

Twitter is utilized to express opinions and respond to social phenomena in real life. Responses to events through Twitter conversations are relatively fast and create popular topics. Popular topics using hashtags are often used to attract, invite and influence other users to respond as well. In May 2022, the hashtag "#LGBT" was widely discussed, which was due to the invitation of a gay couple to attend a podcast by Youtuber Deddy Corbuzier. This resulted in a decrease in Deddy Corbuzier's subscribers and the blocking of one of the TikTok accounts of a gay couple. This study aims to analyze opinions on social media that influence the decisions of other social media users. Negative impacts on content creators and affects the real-life community of religious Indonesians. An analysis of network structure, group, and actors involved was conducted using Social Network Analysis to detect and study the opinions that occurred. Network structure mapping of Density, Diameter, and Reciprocity. Group detection using Modularity and Centrality to identify influential actors. Crawling Dataset of 10,000 tweets with 7,761 nodes (actors) and 8,371 edges.
