Abstract

Abstrak :Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh faktor pelatihan struktural yang terdiri dari materi yang diajarkan, metode pelatihan, sarana/fasilitas pendukung, kemampuan instruktur, dan kemampuan peserta terhadap kinerja pegawai. Teknik sampel adalah sensus, yakni 60 orang pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olah Raga Kabupaten Bombana. Setelah dilakukan analisis regresi berganda, maka  diperoleh hasil bahwafaktor pelatihan struktural yang terdiri dari materi yang diajarkan, metode pelatihan, sarana/fasilitas pendukung, kemampuan instruktur, dan kemampuan peserta berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Kemampuan Pesertamemiliki pengaruh dominan dibandingkan dengan keempat variabel independen lainnya.Hasil ini juga didukung oleh kategori penilaian statistik deskriptif yang rata-rata tinggi.

Abstract

 ABSTRACT  This article aims to explore the process of managing teacher resources and the supporting and inhibiting factors in improving the quality of education. The approach of this research is an descritive study on ensino secundario general teachers of East Leste. The informants consisted of the principal, vice principal, homeroom teacher, subject teachers, alumni, and the administration section. Collecting data using interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis used Miles and Huberman's model. The findings of the study indicate that the management of teacher resources has regulations that are regulated by the school and the education office. The supporting factors are in order to improve the quality of education by establishing good relationships between teachers and students and being able to work together with parents of students. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor relates language, an unfavorable environment and depth in implementing teacher career development programs. Keywords: Teacher Resource Management, Education Quality, Interpretive Studies, Miles and Huberman ModelABSTRAK  Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengekplorasi proses pengelolaan sumber daya guru beserta faktor-faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah studi deskriptif pada guru ensino secundario geral Timur Leste. Informan terdiri dari kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, wali kelas, guru mata pelajaran, alumni, dan bagian administrasi. Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Serta analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan sumber daya guru memiliki regulasi yang telah diatur oleh pihak sekolah dan pihak dinas pendidikan. Pada faktor pendukung guna meningkatkan mutu pendidikan dengan menjalin hubungan baik antara guru dan murid dan dapat bekerja sama dengan orang tua siswa. Sedangkan, faktor penghambatnya kendala bahasa, lingkungan yang kurang kondisif dan kedala dalam implementasi program pengembangan karir guru. Kata Kunci: Pengelolaan Sumberdaya Guru, Mutu Pendidikan, Studi Interpretatif, Model Miles dan Huberman

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of the research is to obtain empirical evidence of the ability of quality of work life in improving job satisfaction as well as on organizational performance. In addition, to obtain empirical evidence of job satisfaction mediation capabilities. This type of research is quantitative research, and the method used is SEM-PLS. The data was obtained through a questionnaire distributed to 45 BAPPELITBANGDA Employees of Batu City. Empirical evidence obtained is that the higher quality of work life is able to encourage increased job satisfaction and organizational performance. In addition, job satisfaction is able to act as a strong mediation for the influence of quality of work life on organizational performance. These findings are supported by descriptive statistics of the three research variables that received high average respondent responses, supported by fair income in compensation indicators, adequate facilities in job satisfaction indicators, and RPJMD performance plans based on budget ceilings in OPD indicators with RPJMD.Keywords: Quality of Work Life, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Performance. ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mendapatkan bukti empiris kemampuan quality of work life dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kerja maupun terhadap kinerja organisasi. Selain itu, untuk memperoleh bukti empiris kemampuan mediasi kepuasan kerja. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif, dan metode yang digunakan adalah SEM-PLS. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 45 Pegawai BAPPELITBANGDA Kota Batu. Bukti empiris yang diperoleh adalah quality of work life yang semakin tinggi mampu mendorong peningkatan kepuasan kerja maupun terhadap kinerja organisasi. Selain itu, kepuasan kerja mampu berperan sebagai mediasi yang kuat atas pengaruh quality of work life terhadap kinerja organisasi. Temuan ini didukung oleh statistik deskriptif ketiga variabel penelitian yang mendapatkan tanggapan responden rata-rata tinggi, yang didukung oleh pendapatan adil dalam indikator kompensasi, fasilitas memadai dalam indikator kepuasan terhadap pekerjaan, serta rencana kinerja RPJMD berdasarkan pagu anggaran dalam indikator OPD dengan RPJMD.Kata kunci: Quality of Work Life, Kepuasan Kerja, Kinerja Organisasi.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of the research is to obtain empirical evidence in the form of propositions and existing models on the exploration of constraint factors and strategies for implementing tax reform to encourage increased tax revenue and taxpayer compliance. Intensive interviews were conducted to eight key informants set by snowball sampling. Qualitative approach to case studies by following three stages of analytical techniques from Strauss & Corbin, namely open coding, axial coding, and selective coding. The results obtained are in the form of four propositions, namely: Strengthening the commitment of the taxman, increasing taxpayer compliance, potentially boosting tax revenues as a sign of successful implementation of tax reform; Improving the economy, the adjustment of tax reform, supported by sophisticated management information systems, are suspected to be able to encourage the strengthening of tax reform implementation; Professional management, supported by good marketing, as well as the implementation of appropriate strategies, is suspected to be able to encourage the strengthening of tax reform implementation; as well as intensive socialization, fair law enforcement, reduced constraints are suspected to be able to encourage strengthening the implementation of tax reform.Keywords: Marketing, Socialization, Reform, Management Information Systems, Economy, Compliance, Acceptance, Management, Law, Commitment, Strategy, Constraints. ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mendapatkan bukti empiris berupa proposisi dan existing model tentang eksplorasi faktor kendala dan strategi implementasi reformasi perpajakan guna mendorong peningkatan penerimaan pajak dan kepatuhan wajib pajak. Wawancara intensif dilakukan kepada delapan key informan yang ditetapkan secara snowball sampling. Pendekatan kualitatif studi kasus dengan mengikuti tiga tahapan teknik analisis dari Strauss & Corbin, yakni open coding, axial coding, dan selective coding. Hasil yang diperoleh berupa empat proposisi, yakni: Menguatnya komitmen petugas pajak, meningkatnya kepatuhan wajib pajak, berpotensi mendongkrak penerimaan pajak sebagai tanda suksesnya implementasi reformasi perpajakan; Membaiknya perekonomian, adanya penyesuaian reformasi perpajakan, didukung sistem informasi manajemen yang canggih, diduga mampu mendorong penguatan implementasi reformasi perpajakan; Manajemen yang profesional, didukung marketing yang baik, serta penerapan strategi yang tepat, diduga mampu mendorong penguatan implementasi reformasi perpajakan; serta Sosialisasi yang intensif, penegakan hukum yang adil, kendala yang ada berkurang  diduga mampu mendorong penguatan implementasi reformasi perpajakKata kunci: Marketing, Sosialisasi, Reformasi, Sistem Informasi Manajemen, Ekonomi, Kepatuhan, Penerimaan, Manajemen, Hukum, Komitmen, Strategi, Kendala.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence regarding the role of quality of work life (QWL) in increasing job satisfaction and employee performance, including the ability of job satisfaction to mediate the effect of QWL on employee performance. This study uses a quantitative approach and the method used to analyze data is SEM-PLS. Data are obtained through questionnaires which are distributed to 45 employees of the Regional Development Planning, Research and Development Agency of Batu City. The results show that high quality of work life has an effect on increasing job satisfaction and employee performance. High job satisfaction has an effect on increasing employee performance. In addition, job satisfaction mediates the effect of quality of work life on employee performance, even though the mediating role is partial. The implication of the findings of this research is the importance of the leadership of the Regional Development Planning, Research and Development Agency of Batu City in balancing the interests of the organization and the personal lives of its employees to increase the level of employee satisfaction, so that the performance of employees and the organization is getting better.

Abstract

The research objective was to obtain empirical evidence of the role of perceived organizational support in moderating the effect of achievement motivation and work discipline on lecturer performance. The population in this study were all lecturers at Tribhuwana Tunggadewi University, totaling 191 people. The number of samples is determined by the slovin formula which produces 99 lecturers as respondents. The sampling uses probability sampling with the type of proportionate stratified random sampling. The analysis technique uses variance-based SEM (Structural Equation Model), namely PLS (Partial Least Square) with the help of the SmartPLS program. The results of the study show that achievement motivation can improve lecturer performance. Work discipline has not been able to improve lecturer performance. Perceived organizational support succeeded in strengthening the effect of achievement motivation on lecturer performance. Perceived organizational support succeeded in strengthening the effect of work discipline on lecturer performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of financial performance proxy Debt to Equity Ratio, information asymmetry, and earnings management on stock prices in banking sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2020-2022. The method used in this study is an explanatory method with a quantitative approach. While for the sampling technique itself using purposive sampling with a selected sample of 34 companies. For research analysis, namely using descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that financial performance with the Debt to Equity Ratio proxy does not have a significant partial effect on stock prices, information asymmetry has a negative and significant partial effect on stock prices, earnings management does not have a significant partial effect on stock prices, and financial performance, information asymmetry, and earnings management do not significantly affect stock prices simultaneously.

Abstract

Hampir sebagian besar masyarakat di Indonesia sebenarnya menyadari terhadap resiko yang membahayakan kesehatan apabila mengkonsumsi secara terus menerus dan berlebihan produk bumbu masak buatan pabrik dan MSG, sehingga masyarakat cenderung beralih dengan menggunakan bumbu-bumbu herbal yang aman untuk kesehatan. Dengan mencermati peluang yang menguntungkan tersebut, beberapa ibu-ibu pemulung di Kelurahan Dinoyo Kota Malang memproduksi bumbu penyedap rasa herbal secara manual. Dengan berbagai keterbatasan sumber daya, bahan-bahan alami yang terdiri dari rumput sawi langit, bawang bombay, bawang putih tunggal, gula putih dan garam grasak, diolah dan diproses secara manual dengan peralatan yang sangat sederhana menjadi produk berupa bumbu penyedap rasa herbal. Kapasitas produksi yang dihasilkan juga sangat terbatas serta membutuhkan waktu yang lama. Kedua mitra mempunyai permasalahan yang sama, yaitu permasalahan di bidang produksi dan di bidang manajemen. Karena proses produksi dilakukan secara manual, maka membutuhkan waktu proses produksi yang lama dengan kualitas produk kurang memuaskan. Sedangkan permasalah dibidang manajemen berkaitan dengan pemasaran yang masih dilakukan secara konvensinal dan pengelolaan keuangan serta pencatatan keuangan, Dengan menggunakan alat pengkristal bumbu, maka waktu proses produksi dapat dilakukan dengan lebih efisien, sehingga biaya produksi dapat diminimalisasi dan hasil produksi lebih berkualitas.

Abstract

Sharia-based financial management has become a necessity for many startups, especially those serving Islamic schools, pesantren, and foundations, given the Islamic values that underpin their operations. This article discusses the implementation of Sharia governance in startups providing Learning Management System (LMS) platforms for Islamic schools, pesantren, and foundations. This mentoring initiative identified the main challenges faced by startups, in particular limited understanding of Sharia principles in financial systems, difficulties in Sharia business contracts as syirkah, mudharabah, etc, and financial recording. Through a community service approach, we provide practical solutions to address these challenges to support the sustainability of Sharia-based startup businesses.

Abstract

In the modern work environment, perceived organizational support is an important factor in increasing work engagement and productivity. Organizations that provide emotional, professional, and structural support to employees tend to have a more motivated, loyal, and productive workforce. However, social workers, especially in the Malang City Social Service, often experience minimal organizational support, resulting in work stress, burnout, and high employee turnover. Most previous studies have used a quantitative approach, while few have examined how organizational support is socially constructed in everyday interactions. This study aims to understand how social workers in the Malang City Social Service construct the meaning of organizational support and how it affects their work engagement. This study uses a qualitative approach with a social phenomenology method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document analysis, with informants selected using homogeneous purposive sampling. The findings of the visualization construct confirm that effective organizational support acts as a catalyst in increasing work engagement, strengthening motivation, and improving the performance and productivity of social workers in the public service organization environment. Organizational support is not only an administrative aspect, but also a social phenomenon that is formed through interaction, communication, and work experience. These findings contribute to the social phenomenology literature in organizational management studies, as well as provide recommendations for social organizations to improve the well-being and engagement of social workers.
