Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi motif utama yang mendorong startup di Kota Malang menggunakan strategi financial bootstrapping, terutama dalam menghadapi keterbatasan akses pendanaan eksternal. Financial bootstrapping melibatkan pemanfaatan sumber daya internal untuk pembiayaan bisnis, yang memungkinkan perusahaan menjaga otonomi dalam pengambilan keputusan dan meminimalkan risiko terkait modal eksternal. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif studi kasus, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan analisis dokumen, serta dianalisis secara tematik dengan triangulasi data dan dengan menganalisis tiga startup yang sedang berkembang di bidang cyber security, software house dan animation studio. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motif utama meliputi keinginan untuk mempertahankan kontrol penuh atas bisnis, efisiensi operasional, dan fleksibilitas dalam menghadapi ketidakpastian ekonomi. Selain itu, faktor budaya perusahaan yang menekankan kreativitas dan efisiensi juga mempengaruhi adopsi strategi ini. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa bootstrapping bukan hanya alternatif saat modal sulit diperoleh, tetapi juga bagian integral dari manajemen keuangan yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada literatur terkait financial bootstrapping dan menawarkan rekomendasi praktis bagi pengusaha serta pembuat kebijakan untuk mendukung ekosistem startup yang lebih inklusif dan berdaya tahan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the influence of career development and work discipline on employee performance mediated by organizational culture. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling with 105 respondents. And the data is processed through Smart Partial Least Square (PLS 4) software. The results of this study indicate that the strong influence of appropriate career development is not able to encourage increased employee performance, appropriate work discipline is able to strongly encourage increased employee performance, appropriate organizational culture is able to strongly encourage increased employee performance, appropriate career development is able to strongly encourage increased organizational culture, appropriate work discipline is able to strongly encourage increased organizational culture, organizational culture is able to be a full mediation of the effect of career development on employee performance, organizational culture is able to be a partial mediation of the effect of work discipline on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of savings and loan products and service quality on customer loyalty which is moderated by customer satisfaction in the study of KPRI Yustisia customers at the Malang District Court. The sampling technique in this research uses "Non Probability Sampling", and the sampling method in this research is "Saturated Sample" (Total Sampling) of 73 KPRI Yustisia customers. Data is processed via Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) software. The research results show that savings and loan products do not have a significant effect on customer loyalty. Service quality does not have a significant effect on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction does not play a role in moderating the influence of savings and loan products on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction does not play a role in moderating service quality on customer loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this study wa to determine the effect of perceived organizational support on organizational citizenship behavior with organizational commitment as a mediating variable (Study at Btari Agency Malang City). The population in this study were all staf, both general and operational staff at Btari Agency Malang. The sampling technique in this study used "non probability sampling", and the sampling method in this study was "total sampling or census". Respondents in this study were 49 people through the Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) Software. The results of this study indicate that; (1) perceived organizatinal support has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. (2) perceived organizatinal support has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. (3) organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. (4) perceived organizatinal support and organizational commitment to organizational citizenship behavior, shows the results of organizational commitment can partially mediate the relationship of perceived organizatinal support to organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan sejauh mana Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh terhadap keinginan individu untuk tetap bekerja (intention to stay), dengan mempertimbangkan peran mediasi dari variabel Kepuasan Kerja. Studi ini dilakukan dalam konteks guru-guru di SMAN 1 Bluto, Kabupaten Sumenep. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada urgensi mempertahankan tenaga pendidik yang berkualitas, mana kepemimpinan yang transformatif, budaya organisasi yang kondusif, serta tingkat kepuasan kerja dipandang sebagai determinan penting yang dapat mempengaruhi loyalitas guru terhadap institusi tempat mereka mengabdi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain eksplanatori guna menguji hubungan kausal antar variabel. Kuesioner disebarkan guna mendapat data dari responden, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel berupa sampel jenuh di mana seluruh anggota populasi yang berjumlah 44 guru di SMAN 1 Bluto dijadikan sebagai responden. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Kepemimpinan Transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Intention to Stay maupun Kepuasan Kerja. Demikian pula, Budaya Organisasi terbukti berpengaruh positif terhadap Intention to Stay, meskipun tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Selain itu, Kepuasan Kerja memiliki kontribusi positif terhadap Intention to Stay. Namun demikian, temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Kepuasan Kerja tidak memiliki peran mediasi yang signifikan dalam menjembatani pengaruh antara Kepemimpinan Transformasional maupun Budaya Organisasi terhadap Intention to Stay.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of mental health as a moderating variable on the influence of self-compassion and work environment on subjective well-being. The study was conducted on employees of the Malang Middle Type Excise Supervision and Service Office (KPPBC TMC Malang). The population in this study were all employees totaling 102 people. The determination of the number of samples in this study used the Slovin formula, which was 81 respondents taken based on proportionate stratified random sampling. This study uses the SEM model with the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) approach, and the statistical processing tool used is SmartPLS version 4. The results of the study indicate that higher self-compassion can increase subjective well-being. A better work environment can increase subjective well-being. Better mental health can increase subjective well-being. Mental health is able to act as a pseudo-moderation variable for the influence of self-compassion on subjective well-being. Mental health is unable to act as a predictor moderation variable for the influence of the work environment on subjective well-being.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to obtain empirical evidence of the ability of leadership style and perceived organizational support in encouraging increased OCB, both directly and through the mediation of organizational commitment. This type of research is quantitative with the SEM-PLS method. Data were obtained through questionnaires distributed to 56 ASN employees at the Probolinggo City Education Office. The sample was determined by census or saturated sample.Empirical evidence shows that both leadership style and perceived organizational support are not directly able to encourage increased organizational citizenship behavior. However, if through the mediation of organizational commitment, then these two independent variables are able to strongly increase the organizational citizenship behavior of ASN employees at the Probolinggo City Education Office. This indicates that organizational commitment is able to act as a strong mediation (fully mediation).

Abstract

This study aims to empirically analyze the influence of transformational leadership and training on performance mediated by motivation and moderated by locus of control. The population in this study were all Civil Servants of the Probolinggo City Education and Culture Office totaling 56 people and the number of samples was determined by total sampling. The data analysis technique used in this study was Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) using smartPLS software. The results of the study indicate that transformational leadership is not able to improve performance. Transformational leadership is able to improve motivation. Training is not able to improve performance. Training is able to improve motivation. Motivation is able to improve performance. Locus of control is able to improve performance. Transformational leadership is able to improve performance that is fully mediated by motivation. Training is able to improve performance that is fully mediated by motivation. Transformational leadership is able to improve performance that is pseudo-moderated by locus of control. Training is not able to improve performance that is moderated by predictors by locus of control

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai, serta peran evaluasi pelatihan sebagai variabel moderasi di Balai Besar Pelatihan Pertanian (BBPP) Ketindan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik non-probability sampling (sampling tidak berpeluang) dengan purposive sampling yaitu teknik penarikan sampel berdasarkan pertimbangan atau kriteria tertentu, kriteria yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini melibatkan pegawai negeri sipil (PNS) yang telah mengikuti pelatihan yaitu sebanyak 65 pegawai negeri sipil (PNS) yang memenuhi syarat untuk dijadikan sampel. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan software Smart Partial Least Square (SmartPLS) dan Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, sementara motivasi dan evaluasi pelatihan tidak memiliki pengaruh langsung yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Namun, evaluasi pelatihan terbukti memoderasi hubungan antara motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai, namun evaluasi pelatihan tidak terbukti memoderasi pada hubungan antara kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai di Balai Besar Pelatihan Pertanian (BBPP) Ketindan.

Abstract

The objectives to be achieved by this researcher are: (1) To analyze the influence of individual characteristics partially on the job satisfaction of employees of the Malang City Education and Culture Office. (2) To analyze the influence of work ethic partially on the job satisfaction of employees of the Malang City Education and Culture Office. (3) To analyze the influence of organizational commitment partially on the job satisfaction of employees of the Malang City Education and Culture Office. (4) To analyze the influence of individual characteristics, work ethic, and organizational commitment simultaneously on the job satisfaction of employees of the Malang City Education and Culture Office. The approach used is a quantitative approach based on the initial objective of the study, namely to explain the influence of the variables to be studied and then test the previously formulated hypothesis. The location of this research is the office of the Malang City Education and Culture Office, East Java, located at Jl. Veteran No.19, Ketawanggede, Kec. Lowokwaru, Malang City, East Java. The object of this research is the job satisfaction of employees of the Malang City Education and Culture Office. The population in this study was all employees of the Malang City Education and Culture Office, totaling 242 employees.
