Abstract

Abstract This research aims to find out: (1) how the development design of learning through PowerPoint as the media is appropriate to use, (2) how to analysis, design, development, implement, evaluation PowerPoint learning media training in MA Al-Ma'arif Sintang, and how students respond to learning media made by the teacher. The research method used is Research and Development which is product development using step-by-step development of Borg and Gall's. Based on the results of the study showed that the results of the design expert validation obtained an average value of 4.57 in the category of "very feasible", the media expert value of 3.2 in the category "feasible", and the evaluation expert value amounting to 3.1 in the "feasible" category. And from the results of product trials conducted on teachers in small group obtained an average value of 3.46 in the good category, and in the large group an average value of 4.01 in the very good category. On field research classes obtained an average value of 4.55 in the very good category. Thus, it can be concluded that the design of PowerPoint learning media training in MA Al-Ma'arif Sintang is very feasible and effective to be used as a learning guide. Keywords: Development, Training Design, Learning Media, Powerpoint.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi kurangnya minat kaum muda Dayak Mualang terhadap musik tradisional dan ada kecenderungan orang tua yang lebih berperan dalam memainkan musik tradisional, seperti musik Tebah Genang Manang Brani. Musik Tebah Genang Manang Brani merupakan musik tradisi suku Dayak Mualang yang diwariskan oleh nenek moyang suku Dayak Mualang secara turun-temurun. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) pendeskripsian minat kaum muda Dayak Mualang dalam memainkan alat musik tradisional. 2) pendeskripsian perbedaan pola ritme permainan orang tua dengan kaum muda dalam memainkan musik  tradisional Tebah Genang Manang Brani Dayak Mualang Kabupaten Sekadau. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei. Data yang terdapat dalam penelitian ini merupakan fakta mengenai musik Tebah Genang Manang Brani. Data dianalisis secara kualitatif dengan narasumber data yaitu Edmundus Linggi, Maksimus dan kaum muda Dayak Mualang serta seniman lain yang berperan aktif yang mengetahui tentang musik Tebah Genang Manang Brani. Data diperoleh melalui hasil wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan angket.   Kata Kunci: Minat, Musik, Tebah Genang Manang Brani Abstract: This reseach is conducted due to the lack of interest of young people the Dayaknese Mualang traditional music and there is a tendency of the elder are more involved to play the traditional music, such as Tebah Genang Manang Brani. Tebah Genang Manang Brani music is a tradition of  Dayak Mualang tribe which is inherited from ancestors of Dayak Mualang from generation to generation. The aim this reseach was: 1) to describe the interest  of youngsters of Dayak Mualang in playing traditional music. 2) to describe the different of rhythm pattern between the elders and youngsters in playing traditional music Tebah Genang Manang Brani of Dayak Mualang in Sekadau regency. The method of the research that was used is survey. All of the research is the fact about Tebah Genang Manang Brani. The data was analized by qualitative method with the sources such as Edmundus Linggi, Maksimus, the youth of Dayaknese Mualang and the other artists who were highly involved and knew more about Traditional Music Tebah Genang Manang Brani. Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk pengembangan modul untuk pendamping iman anak sekolah minggu dan pelaksanaan pengembangan modul untuk pendampingan iman anak sekolah minggu dengan subjek pendamping iman anak sekolah minggu adalah Paroki Santo Yosef Meraban Keuskupan Ketapang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian pengembangan Borg & Gall dengan model desain ADDIE. Data diperoleh melalui kegiatan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi yang diberlakukan pada subjek penelitian. Alur dari pelaksanaan penelitian ini melalui tiga tahapan utama yaitu (1) Tahap pra-penelitian, yang meliputi analisis  kebutuhan, penelitian dan pengumpulan data, dan tahap perencanaan, (2) Tahap pengembangan draft produk, yang meliputi mengembangkan tes kriteria, mengembangkan strategi pembelajaran, mengembangkan dan memilih bahan ajar, merancang dan melaksanakan evaluasi formatif, serta merevisi paket pembelajaran, dan (3) Tahap uji coba dan revisi evaluasi, yang meliputi uji coba tahap pertama dan  revisi hasil ujicoba pertama, dan hasil ujicoba revisi pertama di ujicobakan kembali. Hasil validasi ahli menunjukan pengembangan melalui kegiatan validasi ahli media, materi, dan desain pembelajaran sebagian besar dinyatakan valid dengan hasil pretes 68,63 sedangkan hasil posttest 77,22. Penigkatan juga dapat dilihat dari hasil uji 2 t sampel berpasangan yang menunjukan nilai hitung > t (11,09 > 1,708), artinya terdapat peningkatan pendamping iman anak sekolah minggu menggunkan modul. Dari sisi pengembangan iman dapat dilihat dari perolehan hasil pendampingan pada pembelajaran sekolah minggu melalui penggunaan modul pendamping memperoleh hasil yang baik, yang ditunjukkan dengan meningkatnya jumlah peserta didik yang hadir, dan siswa lebih aktif dalam bertanya dan menjawab pertanyaan yang disampaikan pendamping.Kata Kunci : Pendamping Iman Anak, Sekolah Minggu

Abstract

AbstractThis study aimed to examine the Music of the Eight Immortals of the Singkawang Tionghoa of West Kalimantan. This study uses the discriminative method. The form of research conducted was qualitative. The approach used in this research was ethnomusicology approach with data collection techniques used are observation techniques, interview techniques and documentation techniques. Furthermore, in this study the researchers became the key instrument, which was then assisted with other tools such as recorder, interview guide and field notes. This study used source triangulation, which is collecting data from some informants is Tjin Nen Shin, Tai Siuk Jan, H. Norman, Tjit Tji Hui and Phang Khim Thin. The results of this research are: (1) Presentation form of Music of Dewa Kecapi that was played by eight people with eight musical instrument that is Jong Khim, Thew Hian, Nyi Fu, Jai Ko Yan, Cheng, Flute, Tok and Pui. At the time of the show, the players used the costumes of the Gods. Songs played on the Eight Dewa Music Performances were traditional Chinese songs and mandarin pop songs. The main function of Music of the Eight Immortals Music as entertainment. Abstract

AbstractThe main problem of this research is concerning the process of natural science learning focusing on the standards of competency of energy and its change (electricity subject) which is still conventionally taught. The main purpose of this research is to examine the extent to which Adobe Flash can improve students’ learning outcome. The design of this research is  “One-Group Pretes-Posttest (O1 X O2) with observation and documentation used as data collection techniques. The analysis results show that: 1). The average score of pretest of learning energy and its change with adobe flash is 64 meaning that it is still far below the minimum passing score (70); 2). The average score of posttest of learning energy and its change with adobe flash is 92.33 meaning that it is far above the minimum passing score (70); 3). The range between pretest and posttest of learning energy and its change with adobe flash is 28,33. In other words, the posttest score is higher than that of the pretest. This also indicates that using adobe flash media could result in better learning outcomes for students, especially in learning about energy and its change. Next, effect size calculation yields the score of  2,04 and can be categorized as very high. In conclusion, the use of adobe flash media is highly effective for improving students’ learning outcomes. Keywords: Adobe Flash, Learning, Learning Outcome

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this research is to describe  the using of nature  environment Media in language learning to increase the  creativity of children 5-6 years old at PAUD Terpadu Negeri Pembina Ketapang. This research use qualitative approach. The subjects of research  are teachers, children, and children parents. Data is collected by watching or  observing, interview and study document. Checking data validity is done by observing dilligently and triangulation. The result of this research shows that the using of environment media has been used by the teacher in language learning at PAUD Terpadu Negeri Pembina Ketapang. The using of  nature environment media is able to build children creativity 5-6 years old and is able to create joyful learning. Children are able to develope speaking creatively by asking, expressing their feeling, and tell the story. Keywods:  nature environment media , language creativity

Abstract

AbstractThe background of this research is the researcher's awareness to improve the students' solfeggio ability at SMP Negeri 1 Sungai Kakap in a choir.The school choir of SMP Negeri 1 Sungai Kakap is always enthusiastic at participating in some events of Kuburaya district. The problem of this research is how the planning and the implementation which is done can improve the solfeggio ability. The purpose of this research is to improve the students' solfeggio ability through the choir extracurricular activity.The research method that is used in this research was classroom action research in the form of qualitative research. The assessment technique that is used was obtained through performance assessment.The indicator achievement was if there are more than sixteen (16) students got B (51-75) in the third cycle.The research result showed that the student's solfeggio ability at SMP Negeri 1 Sungai Kakap was improving through the choir extracurricular activity. Abstract

AbstractThe destination goals of this research were to describe the process of creation, analysis, and implementation of the work presented by Koper ensemble in SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Pontianak on art and culture subjects. The method used in this research was descriptive analysis method with qualitative research form. The approach used was the musical approach. The forms of data used in this research were in the form of speech, interview, video recording, photo resource, and information from members of Koper ensemble about the works. Research data were obtained from various sources; such as composers of Koper ensemble, members of Koper ensemble, and art and culture teacher at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Pontianak. The informants who were the sources of this research were Rolly Pierdian, Deandy Dozan, Faisal Malik, and Ahmad Rayhan. To test the validity of the data, researcher used the source triangulation technique. Based on the results of data analysis on the ensemble piece of Koper ensemble in SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Pontianak, the researcher can conclude that the process of creating the work of Koper ensemble has 3 stages, namely the determination of ideas, selection of instruments, and pattern making. In the notation writing, the researcher chose 3 works as the sample. These works are Malam Sepi Membara by Deandy Dozan, Naek Pesawat by Faisal Malik, and Senja by Ahmad Rayhan. The musical works of the Koper ensemble at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Pontianak can be taught through the subjects of Cultural Arts and Skills (SBK) on the standards of competence: expressing themselves through musical artwork and basic competence: identifying musical artwork.  Keywords: musical works creation process, musical works analysis, implementation, Koper ensemble, SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Pontianak

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar seni musik melalui  rancangan pembelajaran TANDUR pada siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 2 Toho. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian yaitu penelitian tindakan kelas. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan sebanyak tiga siklus. Berdasarkan pengamatan awal motivasi belajar siswa muncul sebesar 29,2 % dengan kategori rendah. Setelah diterapkannya rancangan pembelajaran TANDUR pada siklus I meningkat menjadi 44,7 % dengan kategori sedang, kemudian pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 62,8 % dengan kategori tinggi dan pada siklus III meningkat menjadi 77,6 % dengan kategori tinggi. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa rancangan pembelajaran TANDUR dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran seni musik.   Kata Kunci : Motivasi Belajar, Pembelajaran TANDUR Abstract: This research aims to increase the motivation to learn the art of music through learning design TANDUR students of class VII SMP Negeri 2 Toho. The method used in this research is descriptive method with this type of research is a classroom action research. This research was conducted three cycles. Based on initial observations of students' motivation appears at 29.2% with the low category. After the implementation of learning design TANDUR in the first cycle increased to 44.7% in the medium category, and then on the second cycle increased to 62.8% with a high category and the third cycle increased to 77.6% with the higher category. This shows that learning design TANDUR can be used to increase students' motivation in learning the art of music.   Keywords : Learning Motivation, Learning TANDUR

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara sebelum dan sesudah menerapkan model pembelajaran peer teaching terhadap daya serap siswa melalui pembuktian analisisnya. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan metode eksperimen dan menggunakan desain penelitian “one group pre-test post-test design”. Sampel penelitian diambil dengan teknik simple random sampling menghasilkan satu kelas sebagai kelas eksperimen yang terpilih yaitu kelas VII E. Populasi penelitian merupakan keseluruhan kelas VII di SMP Negeri 1 Sungai Pinyuh Tahun Ajaran 2015/2016. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan terdapat pengaruh antara sebelum dengan sesudah penggunaan model pembelajaran peer teeaching terhadap daya serap siswa pada pembelajaran ansambel musik kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Sungai Pinyuh. Pengaruh tersebut ditandai dengan adanya peningkatan melebihi 100% pada rata-rata kelas siswa ketika dibandingkan antara nilai pre-test dan nilai post-test serta pada uji hipotesis akhir t hitung yang dihasilkan adalah 2,8627 dan diketahui t tabel untuk 35 sampel dengan taraf signifikan 0,05 atau  α =5% adalah 2,032. Sehingga t hitung > t tabel yang berarti membuktikan Ha.   Kata kunci : Peer Teaching, Daya Serap Siswa dan Ansambel Musik. Abstract: This research aims to know the influence between before and after applying the learning model of peer teaching of absorbance students through its analysis of proof. This research was carried out with the method of experimentation and research design using one group pre-test post-test design. Research samples taken with the simple random sampling techniques produce a class as a chosen experimental classes, namely class VII E. The population of this research constitute a whole class vii in junior high schools 1 sungai pinyuh academic year 2015 / 2016. Based on the research done obtained conclusion is the between before with after the use of model of peer teeaching to absorption capacity students on learning ensemble music class VII Junior High School Sungai Pinyuh. The influence marked with an increase in above 100% to the average class students when compared between grades pre-test and value post-test and also on the hypothesis the end of t count produced is 2,8627 and was detected t table to 35 sample with the economic situation of significant 0.05 or = 5 % are 2,032 .So that t count > t table which means prove Ha.   Keywords: peer teaching , students absorptiveness and music ensemble .
