Abstract

X Bank is the largest sharia bank in Indonesia that was established as a merger between three state-owned sharia banks. This merger presents its own challenges with different characteristics of each bank and causing employees to adapt with the changes that occur in X Bank. These changes also play a role in the emergence of resistance to change. During organizational change, organizational support is one of the important parts that can help employees undergoing changes that occur within the organization.This study aims to examine the relationship between perceived organizational support and resistance to change on sharia bank employees post-merger.This research involved 194 samples using non-probability accidental sampling techniques. Data collection in this research is conducted using the Survey of Perceived Organizational Support (SPOS) and Resistance to Change Scale (RTCS) instruments and analyzed using Jeffreys Amazing Statistics Program (JASP). Results show that there is a negative relationship between perceived organizational support and resistance to change among X Bank employees in Banda Aceh. Results also found that perceived organizational support level for X Bank employees were averaging in the high category with resistance to change level for X Bank employees were averaging in the low category.

Abstract

The research aims to descriptively analyze and verify employee performance by considering the direct and indirect impacts of leadership factors, organizational culture or work environment. Study of 47 employees of the Aceh Restorative Justice Working Group (RJWG). Analysis uses quantitative methods and analysis techniques use path analysis models. The results of the research found several conclusions, namely (1) employee performance is influenced both directly and indirectly by hypothesized factors, namely leadership factors of 38.42%, work culture factors in institutions of 41.89% and the contribution of the work environment to performance. employee. 53. .95%, (2) Simultaneously the three factors, namely leadership, organizational culture and work environment, influence the performance of RJWG Aceh employees by 56%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of knowledge of Physical Education Study Program Students, Kebangsaan Islamic University of Indonesia about Sexual Harassment. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach using a questionnaire as its instrument. Participants in this study were 28 students who were studying at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Physical Education Study Program, Kebangsaan Islamic University of Indonesia in the even semester of 2024-2025. Based on the research that has been conducted, most students of Kebangsaan Islamic University of Indonesia understand that sexual harassment can be in the form of touching, verbal, written and visual, but some students misinterpret sexual harassment and sexual violence. Students' answers vary regarding what examples of sexual harassment are influenced by what sexual harassment means to them. The most common answers from students are about sexual harassment that occurs online or digitally. Very few students have ever seen sexual harassment or even experienced it. However, according to the students' answers above, it shows that if they see sexual harassment happening, they will report it or seek help or just tell someone else.

Abstract

The research aims to test hypotheses about the influence of leadership, competence and work discipline, partially and simultaneously on employee performance.  The study was conducted at the Bireuen Regency Agriculture and Plantation Service. Data collection took the form of a survey through a questionnaire that was prepared and tested for validity and reliability. Carried out using an associative descriptive method with a path analysis approach. The research results prove that (1) there is a significant influence of leadership on the performance of Bireuen Regency Agriculture and Plantation Service employees, namely 43.01%.  The influence of competence is 47.91% and the influence of work discipline is 43.41%. (2) Simultaneously, leadership, competence and work discipline contribute to increased performance by 46,5%. (3) There is a causal relationship between leadership and employee competency of 34.8%. The relationship between competency and employee work discipline is 48.3% and the relationship between work discipline and leadership is 41.4%.

Abstract

The study aims to analyze employee job satisfaction based on aspects of communication, motivation and work environment conducted with a case study on Bawaslu employees of Pidie Jaya Regency. The study applies an associative method with a quantitative approach by inferencing with path analysis. The sample in this study was all Bawaslu employees totaling 40 people. The results of the study are known, 1) There is an influence of communication, motivation and work environment factors directly on employee job satisfaction, respectively by 38.54%, 58.32% and 33.76%. 2) Simultaneously communication, motivation and work environment affect employee job satisfaction by 54.1%.

Abstract

The study aims to analyze the influence of training, communication and job promotion on employee performance. The study was conducted on a sample of 48 employees of BKPSDM Pidie Jaya Regency. 2) communication has an effect on employee performance. With the type of associative research with a quantitative approach. Problem analysis is proven by the path analysis model. The results found that, 1) there is a causal relationship between training variables, communication and job promotion with a fairly strong category, which gives a positive contribution of 55.5% to employee performance. 2) The provision of training has a significant direct and indirect effect on employee performance of 47.5%, while the communication factor is 50.18% and the influence of job promotion is 47.21%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between the duration of social media use and the tendency toward online shopping addiction among students at Universitas Syiah Kuala. This research is based on two main data which show that students aged 1824 are the largest group of social media users and online shopping is the most dominant internet activity. Changes in consumption patterns due to social media have the potential to trigger addictive behavior in online shopping. This research uses a quantitative approach with purposive sampling technique and the sample criteria include students at Universitas Syiah Kuala who use social media for more than three hours per day and shop online at least twice per month. The instruments used were the Social Networking Time Use Scale (SONTUS) and the Online Shopping Addiction Scale (OSAS). The analysis using the Spearman Rho test showed a significant positive relationship between the duration of social media use and the tendency toward online shopping addiction (p = 0.001; r = 0.190). Although significant, the strength of the relationship is very weak. This indicates that the longer students use social media, the more likely they are to exhibit signs of online shopping addiction, although the influence is not dominant. Other factors such as economic conditions, purposes of social media use, and individual characteristics also play a role. This study suggests that students should develop awareness in managing their time on social media to prevent excessive consumer behaviors.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara durasi penggunaan media sosial dengan kecenderungan adiksi belanja daring pada mahasiswa Universitas Syiah Kuala. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada dua data penting bahwa mahasiswa usia 18-24 tahun merupakan pengguna media sosial terbesar dan belanja daring menjadi aktivitas dominan di internet. Perubahan pola konsumsi akibat media sosial menimbulkan potensi perlilaku adiktif dalam berbelanja secara daring. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pemilihan sampel purposive dengan kriteria sampel adalah mahasiswa Universitas Syiah Kuala yang menggunakan media sosial lebih dari tiga jam per hari dan berbelanja daring minimal dua kali per bulan. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu Social Networking Time Use Scale (SONTUS) dan Online Shopping Addiction Scale (OSAS). Hasil analisis menggunakan uji Spearman Rho menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif yang signifikan antara durasi penggunaan media sosial dengan kecenderungan adiksi belanja daring (p = 0,001; r = 0,190). Meskipun hubungan tersebut signifikan, kekuatannya tergolong sangat lemah. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin lama mahasiswa menggunakan media sosial, maka kecenderungan untuk mengalami adiksi belanja daring meningkat tetapi pengaruhnya tidak dominan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin lama mahasiswa menggunakan media sosial, maka semakin besar kemungkinan mereka memiliki kecenderungan untuk mengalami adiksi belanja daring. Namun demikian, durasi penggunaan media sosial bukanlah satu-satunya faktor yang memengaruhi kecenderungan tersebut. Faktor-faktor lain seperti kondisi ekonomi, tujuan penggunaan media sosial, dan karakteristik individu turut berperan. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar mahasiswa memiliki kesadaran dalam mengelola waktu di media sosial guna mencegah perilaku konsumtif berlebihan.

Abstract

Students must be able to harmonize academic and non-academic processes, one of which is organizational activities. It is not uncommon for some students to experience the inability to coordinate academic obligations with active organizational activities, causing the adverse effects of academic procrastination. Therefore, students are expected to be able to foster mental toughness to maintain performance in conditions and circumstances. The study was conducted with the aim of knowing the relationship between mental toughness and academic procrastination in active organizational students. Using a correlational quantitative method using accidental sampling method and as many as 327 active organizational students of class 2020-2022 Syiah Kuala University became research samples by filling out the mental toughness questionnaire 18 (MTQ-18) and Tuckman Procrastination Scale (TPS) research instruments. The study showed a significant value (p) = 0.001 with a correlation coefficient of (r) = - 0.242 which means there is a negative relationship between mental toughness and academic procrastination, the lower the mental toughness, the higher the procrastination and vice versa the higher the mental toughness, the lower the academic procrastination. This study also provides implications in the form of suggestions that students can do to be able to balance college goals with organizational activities, one of which is by increasing enthusiasm for learning to reduce pressure and anxiety during the academic process so that it can also increase mental toughness in themselvesMahasiswa harus dapat menyelaraskan proses akademik maupun non-akademik salah satunya kegiatan organisasi. Tidak jarang bagi beberapa mahasiswa mengalami ketidakmampuan mengoordinasikan kewajiban akademik dengan kegiatan aktif organisasi sehingga menimbulkan dampak buruk prokrastinasi akademik. Oleh karena itu, mahasiswa diharapkan mampu menumbuhkan ketangguhan mental untuk mempertahankan kinerja dalam kondisi dan keadaan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan ketangguhan mental dengan prokrastinasi akademik pada mahasiswa aktif berorganisasi. Menggunakan metode kuantitatif korelasional dengan menggunakan metode sampling accidental dan sebanyak 327 mahasiswa aktif berorganisasi angkatan 2020-2022 Universitas Syiah Kuala menjadi sampel penelitian dengan mengisi instrumen penelitian Mental Toughness Questionnaire 18 dan Tuckman Procrastination Scale. Penelitian menunjukkan nilai signifikansi (p)=0.001 dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar (r)=-0.242 yang berarti terdapat hubungan negatif antara ketangguhan mental dengan prokrastinasi akademik, semakin rendah ketangguhan mental maka semakin tinggi prokrastinasi dan sebaliknya semakin tinggi ketangguhan mental maka semakin rendah prokrastinasi akademik. Penelitian ini juga memberikan implikasi berupa saran yang dapat dilakukan mahasiswa agar mampu menyeimbangkan tujuan berkuliah dengan kegiatan organisasi salah satunya dengan meningkatkan antusiasme belajar agar mengurangi tekanan dan kecemasan selama proses akademik berlangsung sehingga juga dapat meningkatkan ketangguhan mental pada diri sendiri.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas penerapan metode waterflooding dalam meningkatkan recovery factor (RF) di Lapangan Volve. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui analisis kinerja reservoir dan sumur menggunakan data simulasi dan data historis produksi. Beberapa parameter utama yang dianalisis meliputi RF, Voidage Replacement Ratio (VRR), Fluid In Fluid Out (FIFO), dan Log WOR terhadap kumulatif produksi minyak (Np). Selain itu, metode Sobocinski dan Cornelius digunakan untuk memprediksi waktu awal terjadinya water breakthrough. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan waterflooding secara signifikan meningkatkan RF dari hanya 3% (tanpa injeksi) menjadi 54% dari OOIP. Nilai VRR yang mendekati 1 dan grafik FIFO yang menunjukkan peningkatan produksi mengindikasikan keberhasilan injeksi dalam menjaga tekanan reservoir. Analisis sumur injeksi F-4 dan F-5 juga menunjukkan respon positif berupa peningkatan tekanan dasar sumur seiring dengan kenaikan laju injeksi. Hall Plot pada kedua sumur injeksi menunjukkan aliran steady-state dengan nilai mobilitas rasio sebesar 1. Secara keseluruhan, tiga dari lima sumur produksi menunjukkan respon positif terhadap injeksi waterflood. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa waterflooding merupakan metode yang efektif dalam meningkatkan produksi minyak di Lapangan Volve.

Abstract

Sumur “CM” mengalami penurunan performa produksi akibat berkurangnya tekanan reservoir dan meningkatnya rasio air dalam fluida produksi. Untuk mengoptimalkan kembali performa sumur tersebut, dilakukan perancangan sistem Electrical Submersible Pump (ESP) sebagai metode angkat buatan. Desain sistem ini mempertimbangkan parameter teknis seperti laju alir fluida, tekanan dasar sumur, viskositas, kandungan gas dan air, serta kedalaman sumur. Kurva Inflow Performance Relationship (IPR) tiga fase digunakan untuk memprediksi potensi produksi, sedangkan grafik kehilangan tekanan dan kurva performa pompa digunakan untuk pemilihan komponen ESP. Di samping itu, aspek kelistrikan juga dianalisis secara terintegrasi, meliputi pemilihan jenis kabel berdasarkan arus dan batas penurunan tegangan, transformator berdasarkan daya dan tegangan operasi, serta switchboard berdasarkan kapasitas arus dan daya maksimum. Hasil perancangan menunjukkan bahwa integrasi antara sistem ESP dan sistem kelistrikan yang tepat dapat meningkatkan efisiensi produksi dan meminimalkan risiko gangguan operasional. Dengan demikian,  penerapan  ESP terbukti sebagai  strategi  optimasi  produksi  yang efektif dan layak diterapkan pada sumur “CM”.
