Abstract

Penelitian dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya motivasi belajar yang dimiliki siswa seperti, kurang tekun dan tidak punya keinginan berhasil. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi motivasi belajar siswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan metode fenomenologi. Subjek penelitian sebanyak dua siswa kelas XI IPS yang memiliki motivasi belajar rendah. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner, observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan coding. Hasil penelitian terdapat faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi motivasi belajar terdiri dari faktor internal dan faktor eksternal. Saran yang dapat disampaikan bahwa siswa sangat penting memiliki motivasi belajar yang tinggi sebagai bentuk pencapaian prestasi. Karena motivasi belajar menentukan tingkat keberhasilan atau kegagalan belajar siswa, belajar tanpa adanya motivasi, sulit berhasil. Kata kunci: motivasi belajar, proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh fenomena banyaknya siswa yang mengalami kejenuhan belajar, khususnya di SMAN 3 Pemalang. Kejenuhan belajar akan membawakan dampak negatif pada siswa jika hal itu terus menerus dibiarkan. Namun, bagaimana wujud faktor yang paling menentukan menjadi penyebab kejenuhan belajar siswa khususnya di SMAN 3 Pemalang belum diketahui secara pasti, sebab belum pernah di telaah secara mendalam. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis kualitatif deskriptif. Partisipan penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI SMAN 3 Pemalang, Guru BK, Wali Kelas dan Kepala Sekolah dengan jumlah total 20 partisipan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan pedoman wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis model interaktif yang meliputi menghimpun data, mereduksi, menyajikan, dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan faktor eksternal dari sekolah merupakan faktor yang dominan menjadi penyebab kejenuhan belajar siswa di SMAN 3 Pemlang, dapat dirincikan menjadi empat poin faktor determinan yaitu metode pembelajaran dari guru monoton tanpa vaiasi, terlalu lama waktu belajar atau kurangnya waktu istirahat, tuntutan beban akademis dan lemahnya minat bakat siswa pada mata pelajaran tertentu.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Apart from the teaching and learning process at school, the role of parents influences students' success in learning. During the learning process at home, the role of parents is really needed as a substitute for the teacher at home in guiding their children and as a motivator during the distance learning process. This type of research is qualitative field research, namely: research procedures in the form of written and spoken words from people and the observable behavior of informants. The subjects of this research were children of parents who were motivated to learn. Data collection uses interviews and documentation. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis with triangulation techniques. The results of the research show that what parents do to increase children's learning motivation is by encouraging children's learning motivation, giving attention to children, providing learning facilities in a comfortable place for children, giving gifts or appreciating children's learning outcomes and knowing the results of learning achievements child. Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has also brought society towards a new system. Many aspects are affected by the COVID-19 control policy, one of which is the learning aspect. Researchers also conducted a preliminary study to understand the phenomenon of learning anxiety in Upgris Laboratory High School students through interviews with 3 teachers. Based on the interview results, it can be concluded that learning anxiety during online learning shows sufficient symptoms to be identified. Furthermore, learning anxiety after the pandemic is considered to have decreased because teachers can play a more active role in guiding students. Based on the research results that have been described, it can be concluded that social support has a negative effect on learning anxiety. This means that the higher the level of social support received by students post-pandemic, the lower their level of learning anxiety.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki korelasi antara interaksi sosial dan kepercayaan diri pada siswa kelas VII MTs NU Ma’arif Sragi. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian korelasional. Populasi penelitian mencakup seluruh siswa kelas VII MTs Ma’arif NU Sragi. Dari populasi tersebut, penelitian menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh dengan melibatkan 55 siswa dari dua kelas. Teknik analisis yang diterapkan adalah korelasi Product Moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) mayoritas siswa kelas VII MTs Ma’arif NU Sragi Pekalongan memiliki tingkat interaksi sosial yang tergolong dalam kategori sedang, dengan jumlah 23 siswa atau prosentase 42%. 2) Mayoritas siswa pada kelas yang sama memiliki tingkat kepercayaan diri yang tergolong tinggi, dengan partisipasi sebanyak 19 siswa atau prosentase 35%. Temuan ini mengindikasikan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara kedua variabel, dengan nilai korelasi sebesar 0,471. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, disarankan agar pihak sekolah dapat meningkatkan interaksi sosial dan kepercayaan diri siswa dengan menyajikan materi yang menarik sehingga dapat menarik perhatian siswa selama proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to identify the relationship between learning motivation and time management of class X students at SMA Lab School Semarang and academic achievement. This type of research is correlational research carried out in class X at SMA Lab School Semarang. The population in this study were all class X students, totaling 108. The sampling technique used Random Sampling technique consisting of 85 students. The instrument used uses a Likert scale, the analysis technique used is product moment correlation. Based on the results of the product moment correlation test, the learning motivation variable obtained r count < r table 0.854 > 0.210, the significance value was 0.000 < 0.05, the results of the time management correlation test obtained 0.789, while the academic achievement variable obtained a result of 0.671, which means that Ho is rejected and it can be concluded that the two variables are correlated. Then the correlation coefficient (r) is 0.854, 0.789, 0.671 with a positive level, so it can be concluded that there is a perfect positive relationship with a strong level of relationship.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of group guidance services using modeling techniques on work discipline among employees at Astra Motor Gajahmada Semarang. The background of this research is the importance of work discipline as one of the factors that influence productivity and efficiency in the company. This research uses a quantitative approach with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The sample consists of 30 employees selected through simple random sampling. Data was collected through a work discipline scale questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The analysis technique used is the t-test with the aid of SPSS. The results of the study show that there is a significant effect of group guidance services using modeling techniques on the improvement of employee work discipline. Where the results of the hypothesis test that have been carried out in this study are known that the results of tcal = 10.45 > 1.706 ttables. then Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. So the hypothesis reads "Group Guidance Services with Modelling Techniques Affect the Work Discipline of Astra Motor Gajahmada Semarang Employees.This shows that the application of modeling techniques can be used as an effective strategy in group guidance services to form disciplined and professional work behavior.

Abstract

The growing emphasis on competency-based and reflective learning models in global counselor education, as promoted by UNESCO and OECD frameworks, highlights the need for pedagogical innovations that foster critical thinking and learner autonomy. Responding to this global demand, this study examines the implementation of the Inquiry-Based Learning (IBL) model in the Guidance and Counseling course and analyzes students’ responses to its application. Using a qualitative descriptive design and questionnaires, the research involved 68 undergraduate students in their second and fourth semesters. The findings indicate that IBL significantly enhanced students’ engagement (by 87%), critical thinking (by 76%), and conceptual understanding of counseling theories (by 81%). Students reported that IBL encouraged greater independence, reflection, and collaborative inquiry throughout the learning process. This study addresses a notable gap in the literature: empirical evidence on IBL in counselor education—particularly in non-Western contexts remains limited. Conceptually, the results affirm the alignment of IBL with constructivist and experiential learning paradigms, offering a model that bridges theory and practice in developing the foundational competencies of future counselors. In practice, these findings underscore the potential of IBL as a transformative strategy for cultivating globally relevant, contextually grounded counselor education. Abstract

This study analyzed the influence of different dimensions of gender-based violence perceptions on the prevalence of digital violence (DV) among university students. The research background rests on the growing threat of online violence, which may be shaped by individual awareness levels. The research instrument specifically accommodated four forms of online gender-based violence: digital sexual harassment, violence based on physical appearance, violence based on gender roles, and anti-feminist violence. The study employs a cross-sectional design and involves 414 students who actively use social media as respondents. Multiple regression analysis (F-test) shows that the four perception dimensions—perceptions of sexual harassment, gender-based violence, physical appearance violence, and anti-feminist violence—simultaneously exert a significant effect on digital violence (Sig. = 0.001). These results confirm the validity of the predictive model. However, partial testing (t-test) reveals that only perceptions of sexual harassment significantly and positively influence digital violence (B = +0.304; Sig. = 0.002). The positive coefficient reflects a reporting bias: respondents with higher sensitivity to sexual harassment tend to define and report a broader range of online incidents as violence. Meanwhile, perceptions of gender-based violence, physical appearance violence, and anti-feminist violence do not provide unique predictive contributions. The study concludes that, in the context of digital violence, sexual harassment awareness is the most dominant factor. It recommends that online violence prevention programs and policies focus specifically on strengthening understanding and coping strategies related to digital sexual harassment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor kepedulian sosial anggota Karang Taruna dalam mencegah penyalahgunaan NAPZA di lingkungan Kelurahan Gayamsari. Pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain fenomenologis digunakan untuk menggali pengalaman nyata para anggota dalam menjalankan peran sosial mereka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa empat aspek utama, yaitu empati, kerja sama, tanggung jawab sosial, dan rasa memiliki komunitas, telah berperan penting dalam memperkuat upaya pencegahan. Empati memungkinkan anggota memberikan dukungan interpersonal yang tidak menghakimi kepada remaja yang berisiko. Kerja sama dengan lembaga masyarakat memperluas jangkauan edukasi dan pendampingan. Tanggung jawab sosial tercermin melalui inisiatif pribadi untuk memberikan informasi serta melakukan pengawasan lingkungan. Rasa memiliki komunitas mendorong keterlibatan aktif remaja dalam kegiatan positif sehingga mengurangi kecenderungan mereka terpapar lingkungan berisiko. Secara keseluruhan, temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa kepedulian sosial membentuk ekosistem suportif yang mendukung perilaku sehat dan membantu mencegah penyalahgunaan narkotika di kalangan remaja.
