Abstract

Volcanoes are geological phenomena that can cause significant disasters to human life and the environment, such as eruptions, pyroclastic flows, and lahars. Therefore, early warning systems for volcanoes are crucial to reduce disaster risks and provide sufficient time for evacuation. Monitoring surface temperature and the surrounding air around volcanoes is one of the key parameters in detecting volcanic activity. Temperature increases often serve as an early indication of magmatic activity beneath the surface. This study proposes an early warning system for volcanoes based on temperature sensors integrated with fuzzy logic to monitor volcanic activity in real-time. The system consists of a wireless temperature sensor network based on the Internet of Things (IoT) connected to an IoT platform for data monitoring and analysis. The SHT31D, SHT2X, BME280 and DHT11 sensors are used to measure the ambient temperature, and the temperature data is processed using fuzzy logic methods to detect changes in volcanic activity. The system was tested in both simulation and field environments using sensor node devices consisting of several temperature sensors controlled by a microcontroller. The fuzzy logic algorithm built using 256 rules is able to classify new data from sensor nodes into one of the categories of volcano vulnerability levels, namely “Normal”, “Caution”, “Warning”, or “Evacuate”. This system has the potential to serve as a real-time temperature monitoring tool for volcanoes, supporting disaster mitigation and volcanic activity risk management.

If this era is not captured properly, it will make people miss the latest information.Including how we are good at managing the world of education, quickly and accurately, all developments in the world are accompanied by internet technology, sending any data, we use it by managing data by the internet. All aspects of life will change, because of the internet, human life is without the slightest limit. Both the old, the young, the small, everything will be driven by the development of the internet. So parents must be aware of today's digital era, because if parents are careless about our children's toys, then we will not know what their children are playing. our children in cyberspace. Even though there are positive and negative influences, if we are not good at monitoring it will be very dangerous, yes if what our children play has a positive value, then our children will be very smart, but if what our children play should be , then our children will be negatively affected by the shows our children see.In the context of the world of education, learning in the digital era demands teachers, lecturers, as educators who can follow the very fast developments in science and technology to foster critical thinking in students and students. Teachers and lecturers must look for issues related to the surrounding technology and the needs of students, students and issues of everyday life. Students can use relevant concepts to solve problems creatively independently under the guidance of a professional tutorial.Management of education in this digital era is very vital for the development of students, from the elementary school level to the tertiary level, and of course assisted by professional educators who keep up with the times, so that the knowledge conveyed to students is conveyed in a coherent and clear manner as well as being able to make students become qualified.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the character of tolerance and its development strategy at Mathlabul Ulum Jambu Lenteng Islamic Boarding School Sumenep. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that the character of tolerance at Mathlabul Ulum Islamic Boarding School was developed through four forms, namely planting tolerance values, learning tolerance values, acculturation of tolerance, and Niha'i program. The cultivation of tolerance values has been the core strategy of the pesantren since its inception, which is motivated by the historical reality of the surrounding community, which is full of conflict and disharmony. The learning of tolerance values is integrated into the formal curriculum and the teaching of moral books. Acculturation of tolerance is done through activities that involve interaction with the community, such as gotong royong, night patrols, imamah prayers, and routine recitations. The Niha'i program, which consists of Real Work Lectures (KKN) and community service, is the culmination of tolerance character development. The strategy of developing a tolerance character is carried out through exemplary kai/caregiver, fostering tolerance values, and community service. The findings of this study confirm and strengthen the urgency of tolerance education in pesantren, as well as contribute a new perspective on a comprehensive and systematic model of tolerance character development.

Abstract

Talk of disarming the resistance has, of late, risen to the surface of the international public dialectic. The purpose of this study is to identify and describe the instruments used by Mahmoud Abbas in propagating the discourse of disarming the resistance in the text dimension, the discourse praxis dimension and the socio-cultural praxis dimension. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The data in this study come from Mahmoud Abbas' speeches spread in the mass media from year to year. The data was collected using reading and note-taking techniques. Data analysis was conducted using Norman Fairclough's critical discourse analysis method, which consists of three dimensions: text dimension, discourse praxis dimension and situational praxis dimension. The results are the findings of three dimensions: text dimension, discourse praxis dimension and situational praxis dimension. The Findings are Abbas' polarization of the public to support the discourse of disarmament and demonization of Hamas through the use of instruments such as: representation of the perpetrator through lexical choices made by using insults or giving official names. In addition, Abbas produces disarmament discourses by using accusations against Hamas and utilizing his political position to legitimize his propaganda.

Abstract

Forest fires frequently happen worldwide, especially in the dry season. A forest fire early warning system (EWS) is needed to prevent this disaster. The main part of EWS is the hotspot detection system. On the other side, Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) technology offers an alternative solution to detect the hotspot for poor satellite image processing accuracy. Remote sensing techniques with UAV working drones are progressively challenging. Drones can provide results in 2D and 3D images with high resolution and real-time. Therefore, in this research, we have used a photogrammetry application from the number of images collected by a UAV with an optimum flight plan for the mission to determine the location of the forest fire. This paper describes remote sensing experiments using drones to detect land fires. The experiment was carried out using a quadcopter drone of the DJI Phantom 4 Pro. The photos are processed using Agisoft Metashape Professional image processing software and become a 2D image. These images captured a fire simulation in a known location. After a high resolution (GSD – Ground Sampling Distance – 0.87cm/px) orthophoto had been generated, a color filtration algorithm detected a hotspot to detect a fire at the exact location. The results are almost zero deviation of longitude and latitude from the real location with 1.44 m2 and 1.06 m2 fire area from 2 experiments. This algorithm program has TPR and FPR are 0,78 and 0, respectively. Further research can develop an EWS with a combination of UAV and Wireless Sensor Networks.
