Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji lebih mendalam tentang implementasi pembelajaran kitab ta’lim muta’allim di PPTQ Tarbiyatuna Sragen. Fokus penelitian ini yaitu: 1. Untuk mengeimplementasikan pembelajaran kitab ta’lim muta’allim dalam membentuk kejujuran santri kepada Allah SWT, Guru, Ustadz, Ustadzah, dan sesama santri di PPTQ Tarbiyatuna Sragen. Adapun dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kaualitatif deskriptif. Sedangkan metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan observasi wawancara, dan  dokumentasi. Subjek yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pimpinan pondok, kesantrian, guru/ustadz pengajar kitab ta’lim muta’allim dan santri. Langkah-langkah dalam menganalisis data yaitu dengan melakukan triangulasi dengan teori yang sudah dipahami. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan: 1. Implementasi pembelajaran kitab ta’lim muta’allim dalam membentuk kejujuran santri kepada Allah SWT di PPTQ Tarbiyatuna Sragen: Santri tidak meninggalkan sholat lima waktu, bahkan dikerjakan secara berjama’ah dimasjid, sholat dhuha, sholat sunnah qobliyah ba’diyah, sholat tahajjud, membaca asmaulhusna tiap selesai sholat magrib, membaca wirid, membaca al-ma’tsurat (dzikir pagi petang), berdoa ketika hendak belajar, sabar dalam menjalani hidup yang sederhana dan penuh dengan keterbatasan, selalu di awasi dan tidak bebes seperti layaknya anak-anak diluar kawasan pesantren, bersabar ketika jauh dengan orangtua, suka-duka ditanggung bersama dipesantren. Implementasi pembelajaran kitab ta’lim muta’allim dalam membentuk kejujuran santri kepada guru (ustadz) di PPTQ Tarbiyatuna Sragen: Santri  sopan terhadap guru (ustadznya), tidak berjalan didepannya, tidak duduk ditempat duduknya, tidak memulai pembicaraan dengannya kecuali dengan izinnya, rendah hati atau tawaddhu’, ta’at, ta’dzim kepada guru, ada juga yang bersikap kritis tapi tetap sopan. Dalam hubungannya pun mereka dapat membedakan antara guru (ustadz) dan teman. Dan mereka menjiwai serta berusaha untuk mengamalkan pesan-pesan karakter yang ada dalam kitab ta’lim mut’allim.

Abstract

Tafsir merupakan kajian kritis dalam pemahaman Al-Qur’an, dimana pendekatan terhadap Israiliyyat menjadi subjek diskusi penting. Dalam konteks ini, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi pandangin Ad-Dakhil terhadap Israiliyyat dalam tafsir Ibnu Katsir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis bagaimana Ad-Dakhil mengelola dan menafsirkan narasi Israiliyyat dalam karyanya secara kualitatif, dengan memahami pendekatan dan kebermanaknaan yang diberikannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan analisis teks dan literature, merujuk pada sumber-sumber primer dan sekunder yang relevan. Data dikumpulkan melalui studi pustaka dan analisis isi tafsir Ibnu Katsir, dengan pendekatan hermeneutik. Untuk memahami konteks dan interpretasi. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa Ad-Dakhil dalam Ibnu Katsir mengadopsi pendekatan kritis terhadap Israiliyyat, memilahnya berdasarkan keakuratan dan kesesuaian dengan ajaran Islam serta memberikan penekanan pada apek-aspek yang mendukung dan menguatkan pesan Al-Qur’an. Penelitian ini juga menghasilkan sebelas riwayat Israiliyyat dalam enam kisah dalam Al-Qur’an yang masyhur, diantaranya: Dua riwayat dalam kisah penciptaan Khalifah dibumi, tiga riwayat dalam kisah Sapi Betina, satu riwayat dalam kisah Harut dan Marut, dua riwayat dalam kisah Bani Israil yang tersesat selama empat puluh tahun, satu riwayat dalam kisah tipu daya saudara-saudara Yusuf as, serta dua riwayat yang terdapat pada kisah Dzul Qarnain.

Abstract

Restorative Justice is a new concept of thinking that develops as a response to the retributive justice system and criminal justice that is considered unsatisfactory to the sense of justice of the community. The problem arises when drug crimes  that are considered victimless crimes cannot be applied restorative justice in them because there are no victims, on the contrary, according to other legal experts, they argue that drug abusers themselves are perpetrators and victims. On the above issues, research has been conducted to find out how South Kalimantan police investigators, especially the Ditresobat, apply restorative justice in investigations Drug crimes, what are the obstacles faced and what is the perspective of Islamic law and positive law in applying ideal restorative justice in drug investigations? This research uses a socio-legal approach combination of document studies and field studies. The source of the data was obtained from interviews with five informants (four from the South Kalimantan Regional Police and 1 informant from the South Kalimantan BNNP). Primary legal materials used by all regulations related to restorative justice  in the investigation process and case studies of investigations (using 6 case studies) of drug crimes in the South Kalimantan regional police area. Based on Pustaka searches and interview results, the application of restorative justice in the investigation of narcotics crimes by Investigators in the jurisdiction of the Indonesian National Police in the South Kalimantan Region has been running in accordance with applicable procedures but still gets obstacles derived from its own legal factors, law enforcement factors, facilities or facilities factors, and community factors. In the perspective of national law, normative references  to restorative justice  in drug crimes have not been comprehensive, so state consistency through law enforcement officials is needed in implementing different treatment between drug users and dealers. Meanwhile, in the perspective of Islamic law, victims of drug abuse who undergo rehabilitation do not deviate from Islamic criminal law because the purpose of jarimah ta'zir in addition to providing a deterrent effect to the person concerned also has a positive impact after the law is implemented, namely the safety of body and soul as the main purpose, vision and mission of the Ditresobat Polda South Kalimantan. Based on the results of the study, the researcher reconstructed 3 steps that must be taken by investigators in the jurisdiction of the Indonesian National Police in South Kalimantan Region in implementing restorative justice for drug convicts, namely by increasing the progress of investigators in law enforcement against drug addicts, synergy of assessment teams towards users and socialization of medical rehabilitation priorities over legal rehabilitation.

Abstract

Program ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan nilai-nilai Profil Pelajar Pancasila melalui program Pesantren Kilat Ramadhan di Sanggar Bimbingan Jalan Kebun. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan adalah pendidikan dengan pendampingan siswa, dengan teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Pelaksanaan program dilakukan mulai tanggal 13 Maret hingga 8 April 2023, melalui tahapan perkenalan, pembentukan panitia, sosialisasi, pelaksanaan program, lomba-lomba, penutupan program, dan evaluasi. Hasil dari pengabdian ini menunjukkan dimensi beriman, bertakwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, dan berakhlak mulia tercermin melalui kegiatan keagamaan seperti salat lima waktu, salat tawawih, witir, tahajud, duha, serta pengajian Islam. Dimensi mandiri terwujud melalui pelaksanaan berpuasa secara mandiri dan tanggung jawab terhadap diri sendiri selama berpuasa. Sementara itu, dimensi bernalar kritis tercermin dalam proses pembelajaran literasi dan numerasi di kelas. Dimensi berkebhinekaan global tercermin dari interaksi antar siswa yang berasal dari berbagai daerah dan budaya yang berbeda, serta dimensi bergotong royong tercermin melalui kegiatan bersih-bersih lingkungan bersama-sama. Terakhir, dimensi kreatif tercermin melalui penyelenggaraan lomba dan pentas kreasi siswa. Simpulan dari pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa melalui program Pesantren Kilat Ramadhan, siswa mampu menerapkan nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam kehidupan sehari-hari mereka, memperkuat karakter, dan membangun kebersamaan serta toleransi antarbudaya dalam lingkungan pendidikan.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the implementation of axiological values ​​in character education. Character education is an effort to shape a person's character, temperament, manners and personality by instilling in him noble values ​​so that these values ​​take root, are embedded in the heart, thoughts, words and deeds and show their influence on life. Having a complete understanding of axiogical values ​​will strengthen the cultivation of character education. The research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and document review. The results show that the implementation of axiological values ​​focuses more on moral conduct with an approach to instilling character education in both learning and daily activities. The challenges faced in the implementation process are family synergy that has not been maximized, personal factors, friendship environment and the development of social media.

Abstract

Islamic education plays an important role in shaping the character and personality of individuals, with the aim of not only creating individuals who excel academically but also possess noble morals. Islamic education emphasizes the axiological dimension, which discusses the values and benefits of the knowledge being taught. Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Tahfizhul Quran (MITQ) Al Firdaus Wonogiri is an Islamic educational institution committed to instilling Islamic character in its students. This study aims to analyze how the instillation of Islamic character is applied at MITQ Al Firdaus, using an axiological approach to understand its relevance and impact on students. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques including interviews, observations, and document studies. The results indicate that the instillation of Islamic character at MITQ Al Firdaus is carried out through integration in classroom learning, worship activities, and teacher role models. The impact is seen in the improvement of students' morals, making them more disciplined, honest, and caring towards others. Despite challenges such as differences in students' backgrounds and time constraints, the instillation of Islamic character remains effective through a holistic and sustainable approach.

Abstract

Islamic education is rooted in ontological principles that emphasize human existence as faithful and responsible beings. This study aims to analyze the Islamic ontological perspective in character building among students at SD Negeri 02 Karang. Islamic ontology, which focuses on the essence of existence and the relationship between humans and Allah SWT, serves as an essential foundation in the development of character values. This research employs a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with three respondents: two male teachers and one female teacher, along with photographic documentation of the interviews. The findings indicate that the implementation of Islamic ontological values, such as faith, sincerity, and responsibility, plays a significant role in shaping students' character. Teachers utilize an integrative teaching approach, connecting spiritual values with the school curriculum. This study concludes that understanding Islamic ontology can be a strategic approach to fostering a generation with character and integrity.

Abstract

Islamic educational philosophy is a conceptual framework that focuses on the intellectual, moral, and spiritual development of humans. In the modern era, characterized by the challenges of globalization and secularization, Islamic educational philosophy offers a holistic approach to shaping Muslim individuals with integrity. This study aims to explore the core principles of Islamic educational philosophy, including tauhid (monotheism), moral education (akhlak), and the comprehensiveness (syumuliyah) of Islam, while identifying the relevance and challenges of its implementation in the modern era. The research employs a literature review method with descriptive analysis of relevant journals and academic articles. The findings show that while the principles of Islamic education remain relevant, challenges such as cultural penetration and technological advancements require innovation in curriculum approaches and the prudent use of technology. This study emphasizes the importance of integrating Islamic values into modern education to shape an adaptive Muslim generation without losing its Islamic identity. This research is expected to serve as a guide for educators in addressing the dynamics of global education.

Abstract

Pesantren (Islamic boarding schools) are the oldest Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia. Over time, pesantren have been influenced by the development of education and the dynamic needs of society. Some pesantren now offer formal education and other activities aimed at enhancing the economic potential of the surrounding community by establishing pesantren as central hubs. The management and operations of pesantren are always grounded in the philosophy of education. This study aims to describe the educational philosophy at Pondok Pesantren Baitul Qur’an Wonogiri. The research model employed is field study, which involves direct engagement in the field to explore philosophical issues in khalaf pesantren (modern pesantren). The research uses a qualitative method, defined as gathering research data through interviews, observations, and document analysis. Observations were conducted directly at Pondok Pesantren Baitul Qur’an Wonogiri. This study yielded findings related to the ontological foundations of the philosophy of education at Pondok Pesantren Baitul Qur’an Wonogiri.

Abstract

This article discusses efforts to instill Islamic character values ​​through habituation activities at MIM Ngasem from the axiological perspective of Islamic educational philosophy. Islamic character education is considered an important foundation that can produce individuals who are not only academically competent, but also competent and have strong morals in accordance with Islamic teachings. This study aims to analyze the process of instilling Islamic character values ​​through habituation activities at MIM Ngasem. The approach used in this study is axiology, which is the study of values, in the context of Islamic educational philosophy. The research method used is descriptive analysis method with a qualitative approach. Data were collected through interviews and document analysis related to the curriculum and habituation activities at MIM Ngasem. The research respondents involved MIM Ngasem teachers who were involved in habituation activities. The results of the study indicate that the madrasah has concrete efforts in instilling Islamic character values ​​through habituation activities. This process involves habituation activities in the madrasah, including 6 S (smile, greet, greet, shake hands, polite, courteous), morning muroja'ah, congregational dhuha and dhuhur prayers, al Kahfi Time, throwing garbage in its place, healthy Friday, literacy, four healthy five perfect, and cleanliness checks. However, there are several challenges faced, such as lack of support from parents. This study contributes further to the understanding of habituation activities in the formation of Islamic character at MIM Ngasem. The practical implications of the results of this study can be used as a guideline for developing a curriculum at MIM Ngasem that is more effective in instilling Islamic character values, as well as a foundation for improving Islamic education policies.
