Abstract

Balai Besar Pengembangan Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan Vokasi Bidang Mesin dan Teknik Industri (BBPPMPV BMTI) as an organisasi dan Unit Pelaksana Teknis (UPT) Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan is an institution tasked with implementing education and training programs in the field of machinery and industrial engineering. Based on problem identification, information is obtained that BBPPMPV BMTI's social media needs to be optimized. This is indicated by the low engagement rate value. In an effort to increase the engagement rate value, the institution's social media content development is carried out, namely Facebook (Bbppmpv BMTI Kemdikbud), Instagram (@bmti.kemdikbud), and Twitter (@bmti_kemdikbud). The purpose of this project is to conduct planning, implementation, and evaluation on social media. The data collection method used in this project is the key informant interview method and STP (Segmenting, Targeting, Postioning) analysis analysis. The results of this project are 8 (eight) social media content and Instagram template designs from June 2023 to December 2023 accompanied by an e-manual book. The project success test through engagement rate analysis shows that after the content development is carried out, audience interaction with BPPMPV BMTI social media is in the above average or high category with the engagement rate value for Facebook is 6.72%, Instagram 4.42%, and Twitter 20.5%.

Abstract

Abstract-There are already many employees in Indonesia who support diversity in their companies, yet still many work environments in companies are homogeneous. Not much research has been conducted on the workforce demographic diversity in Indonesia and there have not been many studies on diversity in Indonesia that have explored many dimensions. This study aims to examine the effect of workforce demographic diversity on employee performance at PT XYZ. The dimensions used for workforce demographic diversity are age, gender, education, religion, and ethnic. This research was conducted using a quantitative method. The proportionate stratified random sampling technique was used to determine the sample in this study. The number of respondents used in the study amounted to 178 respondents. The data analysis technique used is simple regression analysis. In the research that has been done, the results show that demographic diversity affects the performance of employees at PT XYZ The results showed that the demographic diversity of the workforce had an effect of 29.5% on employee performance. The implication that can be used by companies based on the results of this study is to apply justice in every company activity and start applying an inclusive culture. Further research can explore more about types or dimensions of diversity. Keywords: Diversity; Demographic; Performance

Abstract

Bandung merupakan kota di Indonesia yang menjadi rujukan pasa sektor ekonomi kreatif, ini disebabkan oleh potensi yang besar yang ada di kota ini, untuk menstimulasi potensi yang ada sekaligus dapat meningkatkan taraf hidup masyarakatnya. KADIN Kota Bandung memegang peranan dalam menumbuhkan wirausaha baru ini berdasarkan amanah Pergub No 108 tahun 2015 tentang pengembangan dunia usaha. Tantangan yang dihadapi adalah menurunnya motivasi dan mental pelaku usaha jika dihadapkan persoalan usaha, sebanyak 100 wirausahawan yang terdaftar sebagai wirausahwan baru, saat ini hanya 50% wirausahawan yang aktif menjalankan usahanya, maka dari itu perlunya meningkatkan motivasi dan mental kewirausahaan melalui pelatihan. Permasalahan lain adalah kurang cakapnya wirausahawan dalam hal pemasaran era industry 4.0 terutama packaging. Dengan dasar kebutuhan tersebut pelatihan motivasi, mental dan keterampilan pemasaran diselenggarakan pelatihan ini dibuat mudah dipahami para pelaku usaha agar usahanya memiliki daya saing. Hasil pelatihan peserta sangat aktif diskusi terlihat dari banyaknya pertanyaan, dan setelah pelatihan peserta merasa mendapatkan motivasi dan mental berwirausaha yang meningkat selain itu omset usaha mengalami peningkatan rata-rata dari keempat jenis usaha sebesar 25%.

Abstract

Kekurangan bahan ajar, ketidaksediaan perangkat lunak atau software dan kompetensi guru dalam menguasai bahan ajar dan cara mengajarkan materi baru berakibat pada rendahnya kualitas pembelajaran. Kondisi tersebut dialami oleh SMKN I Cipatat pada program studi Otomatisasi dan Tata Kelola Perkantoran (OTKP). Khususnya pada mata pelajaran Kearsipan bagian penerapan pengelolaan arsip elektronik Kurikulum SMK tahun 2018 revisi, Berdasarkan kebutuhan tersebut diperlukan pengembangan bahan ajar dan blended training. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah adalah tersedianya bahan ajar atau modul dan peningkaatan kompetensi guru dalam mengoperasikan Sofftware Image ware Scan Manager (IWSM) untuk pengarsipan elektronik, merancang sistem kearsipan elektronik dan mengajarkan e-filing dengan program IWSM kepada siswa. Pada masa new normal saat ini pendekatan kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat perlu diadaptasi. Blended training berlangsung selama 5 hari kerja dilaksanakan 2 hari tatap muka langsung dan 3 hari secara daring via zoom meeting dan satu minggu di lapangan dengan mempertimbangkan protokol kesehatan. Hasil blended training menampilkan tingkat partisipasi partisipan dalam mengikuti blended training 97,5%, kenaikan penguasaan modul blended training saat sebelum serta sesudahnya 122%, dan seluruh partisipan 34 orang dinyatakan kompeten.

Abstract

The success of waqf management lies in the existence of nadzir in maximizing the role of waqf, if waqf is managed professionally and competently it will become a potential Islamic institution and can carry out its functions, its progress, and the decline of waqf can also be seen from the good or bad management of waqf. Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor is a waqf Islamic institution since 1958 which is engaged in education. The existence of waqf in Gontor has been proven until now. All of that cannot be separated from the important role of the waqf nadzir who manages waqf assets properly and correctly. This research uses qualitative methods by guiding researchers to explore and portray thoroughly and deeply. The results of this study indicate that the professionalism and competence of the waqf nadzir at Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor has been running. Understanding of the cottage, five souls and five terms, supervision, and regeneration are the implementation of the professionalism of the waqf nadzir at Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor. Training and preparation of SOPs are the implementation of waqf nadzir competence at Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor. according to the nature of education and teaching in Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor. Five terms and five souls are the basis used by waqf nadzirs to manage and produce waqf assets owned by Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor. Abstract

Currently Koperasi Warga POLBAN (kwp) has carried out increased preparation activities for the transition from conventional USP to Sharia. This community service activity is a continuation of community service 2023. The reviewer's suggestion for community service 2024 is that there is continuity in creating web-based Sharia service applications. Making Sharia service applications must follow the Sharia service SOP, while KWP does not yet have a Sharia service SOP. The purpose of this community service is to produce the design and creation of Sharia service applications using digital web applications in accordance with the Syariah-based Service Operational Procedure Standard (SOP). The design of the SOP digital application is aligned with the aspects contained in the AD and annual members meeting which are applied to the KWP. The method used is an appropriate technology program in collaboration with KWP. In this program, KWP provides the data needed for preparing SOPs. In order to collect the necessary data, observations and interviews were carried out to observe the routine activities of service units in KWP, interviews with administrators and managers regarding the real conditions faced, surveys with KWP members to find out members' opinions regarding the content of Sharia service SOPs before they were input into the digital application. The result is a digital application web for sharia services based on SOPs that have been tested on representatives of members, administrators, supervisors and KWP managers. The trial showed that the sharia service web can be operated well and easily according to their expectations.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the results of descriptive analysis of each variable and also the imfact of the effectiveness of the hybrid work system in supporting employee work-life balance at PT Senang Ganyang Lapar. The quantitative causality method is the method used in this research. Data collection techniques using questionnaires to employees at PT Senang Ganyang Lapar. The technique used for sampling in this study is the census sampling technique. The data analysis method used in this study uses SmartPLS software by conducting validity, reliability and hypothesis testing. The result of this study shows that hybrid working has a positive and significant influence on employee work-life balance at PT Senang Ganyang Lapar.

Abstract

Keterampilan wirausaha (entrepreneurial skills) diduga dapat ditingkatkan secara signifikan dengan cara menyediakan lingkungan belajar di mana siswa berinteraksi dalam dunia binsis nyata melalui kegiatan proyek langsung yang bukan hanya bersifat simulasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis serta mengadakan pengukuran keterampilan kewirausahaan dalam pembelajaran berbasis pengalaman lapangan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada seluruh mahasiswa Program Studi Administrasi Bisnis, baik program Diploma Tiga maupun program Diploma Empat. Dari penyebaran kuesioner tersebut, dapat diperoleh sebanyak 200 kuesioner terisi. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan Uji beda independent T-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa besarnya rata-rata (mean) pada kelompok mahasiswa yang sudah mendapatkan mata kuliah Small Business Project (SBP) mempunyai tingkat entrepreneurial skills lebih baik dibandingkan dengan kelompok mahasiswa yang belum mendapatkan mata kuliah SBP. Hasil penelitian ini mempunyai P-value = 0,000, sedangkan tingkat kepercayaan yang dipakai 95 % (cut-off yang dipakai = 0,05). Oleh karena P-value dari hasil penelitian ini lebih kecil dari cut-off yang dipakai (0,000<0,05), maka berarti ada perbedaan tingkat entrepreneurial skills yang signifikan antara kelompok mahasiswa yang sudah mendapatkan mata kuliah SBP dengan kelompok mahasiswa yang belum mendapatkan mata kuliah SBP, dimana kelompok mahasiswa yang sudah mendapatkan mata kuliah Small Business Project (SBP) mempunyai tingkat entrepreneurial skills lebih baik dibandingkan dengan kelompok mahasiswa yang belum mendapatkan mata kuliah SBP. Penelitian ini memberikan temuan bahwa metode pembelajaran berbasis praktik lebih berhasil daripada yang hanya berfokus lecturing.

Abstract

PT. Mitra Rajawali Banjaran (PT.MRB) is one of the subsidiaries of PT. Rajawali Nusantara Indonesia (Persero). PT.MRB is a medical equipment factory that produces various products such as condoms, syringes, gloves, and other medical devices. The company's current mail management activities still use manual methods, using handwritten agenda books as a tool for recording letters, which has some limitations in its usage. In an effort to overcome the problems that arise from manual mail management, an electronic mail management system is developed using Microsoft Access. This project aims to create an electronic archive system that can save time in recording and retrieving archives. The system development method used is the waterfall method, starting with data collection through literature study, observation, and interviews. The result of this project is a letter management application based on Microsoft Access. Based on testing and interviews with users, it was found that this system is quite effective in meeting the company's needs, including assisting in the process of archiving correspondence and searching for letters. The trial was conducted using 116 archived data for incoming and outgoing letters. 115 out of the 116 archived data were successfully found, resulting in an archival inaccuracy rate of 0.8%. This indicates that 0.8% of the evaluated archives had inaccuracies or errors in archive management. The lower the archival inaccuracy rate, the higher the accuracy and quality of archive management.

Abstract

STIE Ekuitas as one of developed college has reached to the stage that requires it to build or add infrastructure. Some of the reasons that underlie the situation is inadequate capacity of existing facilities including insufficient parking space and space limitation to develop or create a lab, discussion room, and simulation room. In order to develop the infrastructure, it requires a good planning so that the purpose of the research is to make a simulation of space requirements based on the estimated capability data from STIE Ekuitas, then prepare an infrastructure and facilities development plan and finally make a feasibility study on investment in infrastructure and facilities development plans. The method used will refer to the standard method in infrastructure development and will be analyzed in detail using quantitative descriptive methods.
