Abstract

Unit Simpan Pinjam Koperasi INTI, a subsidiary of PT Industri Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Persero) is a part of a cooperative that plays an important role in the savings and loan cooperative activities of employees of PT Industri Telekomunikasi Indonesia. The development of the Koperasi INTI with improved services makes the Unit Simpan Pinjam work optimally. Each activity of the Savings and Loans Unit produces information or data that is stored as a company archive, the information will be temporarily collected which will then be recapitulated and will be bound at the end of the year period, the binding is carried out based on the archive year, archive classification, and month. The Unit Simpan Pinjam has 5 (five) archive classifications, namely Commercial Banks, Incoming Banks, Outgoing Banks, Incoming Cash, and Outgoing Cash. The archival principle used in this archival project is a mixed principle, that is, each unit has its own storage area for each unit and at the end of the year period is stored in the cooperative's final storage area in one warehouse that is united with each cooperative unit. After binding the archives, the archives are moved to the warehouse to be stored and arranged based on a chronological storage system for the archive year and an alphabetical storage system for archive classification, namely Commercial Banks, Incoming Banks, Outgoing Banks, Incoming Cash, and Cash Out. After that, the guide's description was affixed to the filing cabinet and the table of contents was attached to the cupboard and warehouse door.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of training on performance of Taruna Siaga Bencana (Tagana), (2) the effect of human resources development on performance of Taruna Siaga Bencana (Tagana), (3) and the effect of Training and Development of Human Resources on Performance of Taruna Siaga Bencana (Tagana). The method used in this study was descriptive and verification. The data were collected by questionnaire and interview techniques. Respondents in this study amounted to 78 people who were members of Taruna Siaga Bencana (Tagana). The results of this study indicate that: (1) Training has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Tagana (9.63%). (2) Development of human resources has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Tagana (20.5%). (3) Training and development Human resources have a positive and significant effect on performance of Taruna Siaga Bencana (Tagana) with a coefficient of 47.7%, while the remaining 52.3% is influenced by other variables which are not examined in this study. Job training and Development Human resources are very beneficial for Taruna Siaga Bencana (Tagana) Kab. Subang to make them be ready in the task of disaster management stages. Therefore, training and development programs for human resources need to be improved and carried out sustainably and has a clear implementation

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Cibaduyut XYZ shoe industry center, a company engaged in the SME sector of the leather shoes and sandals. Based on preliminary survey,  company XYZ is an industry of making shoes and leather sandals with active work competence and includes a creative industry that promoted by the government.The purpose of this study is to increase work motivation on work productivity, knowledge management on work productivity and simultaneous work motivation and knowledge management on work productivity. Used Verivication methodThe results showed that work motivation was positive and significant to work productivity by 14.9%, while management knowledge affected positively and significantly to work productivity by 5.3%. While work motivation and knowledge management are positive and significant at 16.81%.Based on results,  entrepreneurs need to provide stimulus to improve productivity with rewards and penalties, such as giving bonuses to companies that reach their targets and other rewards. to continue improving the sustainability of entrepreneurs it is necessary to increase the sustainability of knowledge and experience especially models of shoes and sandals. The next researcher needs to report other variables such as human capital, ROTI (return on investment in training) and other relevant themes
