Abstract

Inventory information systems are important for companies because they are used as records related to the availability of goods during sales. In Deu Magaza, the recording of goods is still done using the manual method which has many weaknesses, it is also less effective and efficient in seeing how many items are available. Therefore, a more complete and detailed information system regarding inventory is designed to assist employees in managing goods and finding available goods more easily so as to reduce errors made. The design is done using Microsoft Access to make it easier for users to learn it. Making this inventory information system helps check the availability of goods more easily and quickly, also makes work on the inventory section more effective and efficient. Evaluation of the results of the design that has been made using the usability testing method, and it is found that the design and manufacture of the information system that has been carried out is good and in accordance with the needs, can also handle the constraints that exist in the Deu Magaza inventory section.

Abstract

The phenomenon in this study is in the form of inconsistent employee performance appraisals, an increase in the number of absenteeism of employees, and employee competency assessments that do not match the set targets. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance, competency on employee performance, and work discipline and competence on employee performance. There is a research gap from several previous studies which states that the results in this study have an influence or no effect on the variables studied, so this research has an urgency to re-examine the relationship between work discipline and competence on employee performance. This research uses the quantitative method. The population of this study was PT XYZ employees, totaling 411 people, and with a sample using the Slovin technique, a sample of 204 people was obtained. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study, namely H1, are accepted, stating that work discipline has a significant and positive influence with a percentage of 11.4%, and the remaining 88.6% is influenced by other variables. In H2 the competency variable has a significant and positive influence on employee performance with a percentage of 31.3% and the remaining 68.7% is influenced by other variables. In H3 the hypothesis is accepted that work discipline and competence simultaneously have an influence on employee performance with a percentage of 34.5% and the remaining 65.5% is influenced by other variables such as leadership, corporate culture, compensation, and others.

Abstract

Koperasi Warga Polban (KWP) merupakan koperasi yang beranggotakan pegawai Polban. Koperasi ini terletak di dalam kampus Polban. Hasil RAT yang dilaksanakan pada 28 Februari 2023 menunjukkan bahwa koperasi syariah akan dilaksanakan secara bertahap sebelum membuat perizinan. Guna pelaksanaan koperasi syariah, diperlukan adanya transparansi dari berbagai sisi mengingat di dalam koperasi syariah tidak boleh memberlakukan bunga karena dianggap sebagai riba. Pada pelaksanaannya koperasi syariah menerapkan sistem bagi hasil. Transparansi tersebut dapat dilakukan dengan baik dengan bantuan sistem informasi yang berisi mengenai semua informasi yang dibutuhkan oleh anggota. Tujuan dari PkM ini adalah untuk menghasilkan rancang bangun aplikasi koperasi syariah berbasis web pada KWP. PkM ini berupa teknologi tepat guna rancang bangun koperasi syariah berbasis web. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengembangan aplikasi ini adalah metode Agile. Aplikasi web ini dibuat menggunakan beberapa teknologi pengembangan web, seperti: (1) Vue.js, untuk sisi Front-End yang berperan dalam menyajikan tampilan visual dari aplikasi; (2). Laravel, untuk sisi Back-End yang berperan untuk melakukan pemrosesan terhadap fungsionalitas dari aplikasi; (3) MySQL, sebagai basis data dalam menyimpan data-data yang berkaitan dengan KWP. Hasilnya berupa sistem informasi KWP Berbasis Web yang siap dipresentasikan pada RAT 2024. Disarankan web yang telah dibuat terus dilakukan updating, perlu kebijakan pengamanan data dan ada pegawai khusus yang menangani web ini.

Abstract

Keterampilan wirausaha (entrepreneurial skills) diduga dapat ditingkatkan secara signifikan dengan cara menyediakan lingkungan belajar di mana siswa berinteraksi dalam dunia binsis nyata melalui kegiatan proyek langsung yang bukan hanya bersifat simulasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis serta mengadakan pengukuran keterampilan kewirausahaan dalam pembelajaran berbasis pengalaman lapangan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada seluruh mahasiswa Program Studi Administrasi Bisnis, baik program Diploma Tiga maupun program Diploma Empat. Dari penyebaran kuesioner tersebut, dapat diperoleh sebanyak 222 kuesioner terisi. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan Uji beda independent T-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa besarnya rata-rata (mean) pada kelompok mahasiswa yang sudah mendapatkan mata kuliah Small Business Project (SBP) mempunyai tingkat entrepreneurial skills lebih baik dibandingkan dengan kelompok mahasiswa yang belum mendapatkan mata kuliah SBP. Hasil penelitian ini mempunyai P-value = 0,000, sedangkan tingkat kepercayaan yang dipakai 95 % (cut-off yang dipakai = 0,05). Oleh karena P-value dari hasil penelitian ini lebih kecil dari cut-off yang dipakai (0,000<0,05), maka berarti ada perbedaan tingkat entrepreneurial skills yang signifikan antara kelompok mahasiswa yang sudah mendapatkan mata kuliah SBP dengan kelompok mahasiswa yang belum mendapatkan mata kuliah SBP, dimana kelompok mahasiswa yang sudah mendapatkan mata kuliah Small Business Project (SBP) mempunyai tingkat entrepreneurial skills lebih baik dibandingkan dengan kelompok mahasiswa yang belum mendapatkan mata kuliah SBP. Penelitian ini memberikan temuan bahwa metode pembelajaran berbasis praktik lebih berhasil daripada yang hanya berfokus lecturing.

Abstract

Perusahaan kontraktor jasa merupakan perusahaan yang memiliki potensi serta resiko bahaya yang cukup tinggi terhadap kecelakaan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan program Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) terhadap produktivitas kerja pada proyek pekerjaan maintenance pembangkit listrik di PT. Hafila Daya Utama. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif dan menggunakkan data primer dalam pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel menggunakkan non-probability sampling dengan sampel jenuh, sehingga jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 136 responden. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakkan aplikasi smartPLS-SEM. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan program Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PT Hafila Daya Utama.

Abstract

Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat merupakan suatu darma kegiatan perguruan tinggi kepada masyarakat, komunitas atau entitas bisnis. PT Senang Ganyang Lapar merupakan suatu perusahaan yang bergerak pada bidang industri makanan dan minuman. Perusahaan ini juga memiliki konsep bisnis Multi-Virtual Brand Kitchen/Cloud Kitchen. Perusahaan ini memiliki suatu divisi yaitu Product Management yang memiliki tugas pokok dalam pengelolaan menu pada platform penjualan. Pada proses pelaksanaannya terdapat suatu permasalahan mengenai komplain ketidak sesuaian menu dan juga kesalahpahaman mengenai instruksi kerja yang diberikan. Untuk dapat meminimalisir permasalahan tersebut perlunya suatu pengawasan proses kerja mengenai pengelolaan menu pada platform penjualan dan juga memaksimalkan komunikasi dua arah. Selama melaksanakan kegiatan Praktek Kerja Lapangan pada perusahaan PT Senang Ganyang Lapar di divisi Product Management juga mendapatkan pengetahuan baru mengenai proses pengelolaan menu baru pada platform penjualan.

Abstract

PT. Mitra Rajawali Banjaran (PT.MRB) is one of the subsidiaries of PT. Rajawali Nusantara Indonesia (Persero). PT.MRB is a medical equipment factory that produces various products such as condoms, syringes, gloves, and other medical devices. The company's current mail management activities still use manual methods, using handwritten agenda books as a tool for recording letters, which has some limitations in its usage. In an effort to overcome the problems that arise from manual mail management, an electronic mail management system is developed using Microsoft Access. This project aims to create an electronic archive system that can save time in recording and retrieving archives. The system development method used is the waterfall method, starting with data collection through literature study, observation, and interviews. The result of this project is a letter management application based on Microsoft Access. Based on testing and interviews with users, it was found that this system is quite effective in meeting the company's needs, including assisting in the process of archiving correspondence and searching for letters. The trial was conducted using 116 archived data for incoming and outgoing letters. 115 out of the 116 archived data were successfully found, resulting in an archival inaccuracy rate of 0.8%. This indicates that 0.8% of the evaluated archives had inaccuracies or errors in archive management. The lower the archival inaccuracy rate, the higher the accuracy and quality of archive management.

Abstract

PT Dirgantara Indonesia is a large company in the manufacturing industry sector. In the last three years, the company has experienced business challenges, namely project declines and 22% delays in completion. The factor that most influences the delay in project completion is work productivity. The decline in employee productivity is influenced by work motivation and discipline. This study aims to determine motivation, work discipline and work productivity and their interrelationships with each other partially and simultaneously on employees of PT Dirgantara Indonesia Main Directorate Area. In this study, data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis with descriptive methods. The sample was taken using a saturated sample, which used all members of the population as a sample of 117 people. The results of the study show that motivation, work discipline and work productivity of employees are included in the sufficient category. In addition, work motivation and discipline partially and simultaneously have a positive effect on work productivity with a contribution value of work motivation and discipline of 42.1% and the remaining 57.9% is influenced by other variables not used in this study.

Abstract

The role of a country's image in changing consumer views can encourage consumers to repurchase products from that country. This study focuses on the effect of a country's image on repurchase intentions with the additional influence of perceived value and perceived quality. This research method uses an explanatory method with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling technique with smart phone users and has purchased Chinese brand smart phones more than twice as a sample. The results obtained show that country image has a significant effect on repurchase intention, besides that other constructs such as perceived value and perceived quality also have a significant effect on repurchase intention. Abstract

PT Bridge Marketing Indonesia is an advertising company and has products in the form of cassava chips and yogurt. Based on the observations, it was stated that in providing information to consumers and public, PT Bridge Marketing Indonesia currently only uses social media in the form of Instagram and does not have its own website yet. This project aims to create an information media for PT Bridge Marketing Indonesia which contains a lot of information in it and can build trust from the public. This project was created using the waterfall method as a website creation design and using WordPress as website content management. The result of this project is a company profile website that can be used for PT Bridge Marketing Indonesia as an information medium. This website includes some information starting from home, about, information, product, contact and there is an order button as a link to the marketplace. This website has been tested for website quality using the webqual method and obtained an average result of 4.432 with very good criteria. It is hoped that this website can continue to be improved both in terms of features and appearance so that it can become an attractive website.
