Number of  emerging  Small  and  Medium  Enterprises  (SMEs)  in  Indonesia  has  not  been  matched  with  optimal  performance.  Manyproblems  arise  such  as  difficulty  in  marketing  products  and  limited  costs  for  marketing.  This  problem  can  be  overcome  by  utilizingInternet technology to build e-commerce portal. Portal help online marketing with no borders zone, facilitate for searching a consumer,can automate the promotion and business transactions that can help win the competition.In this research, to be built e -commerce portalSemarang-Handycraft. Utilization of information technology to achieve competitive advantage has become a necessity  for business people and managers of organizations  in the information age now. This research aim to create a customer loyalty that the information system is one part of theCustomer  Relationship  Management  to  collect  data  on  indicators  of  customer  loyalty.  Indicator  of  customer  loyalty  is  determined according  empirical  model  customer  loyalty  and  create  customer  loyalty  information  system  that  can  be  used  to  gain  competitive advantage organizations. Structural Equation Modeling is used to obtain indicators of customer loyalty. Customer loyalty info rmation system designed using prototype system development and modeling analysis using Data Flow Diagram, database design using  Entity Relationship  Diagram,  and  a  web-based  interface.  Web-based  information  systems  that  provide online  customer  survey  facilities  and analysis  results  in  the  form  of  customer  loyalty  index  values  shaped  by  the  dynamic  graphic  indicator  of  loyalty  according  to  the empirical study of customer loyalty that can be used to gain competitive advantage. The value of customer loyalty index cons ists of four main variables, namely: the ability to anticipate customer value, customer value anticipation peace, customer satisfaction, and loyalty.Keywords: Customer loyalty, Structural Equation Modeling, Index loyalty, Competitive advantage

Multi response optimization case has encountered in industrial. Multirespon Taguchi TOPSIS PCR method is used to determine the optimal combination of factors/level and calculate the optimum performance for each response. Purpose of Taguchi method is to reduce the variability, and theory Process Capability Ratio (PCR) shows the process situation in which the parts produced are good or defective. Then Technique for Order Performance by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) to determine the optimal combination multi response case. The case study using the technique of Flux Cored Arc Welding welding (FCAW) using characteristic larger is better. Performance optimal conditions for factor Welding current at 280 ampere and factor Electrode stickout at 21 mm. Then optimal performance conditions for each responses are hardness=481.145 and deposition rate=3.813. These results have a higher value when compared with the initial conditions. Measurement the service of quality has an important role in improving and evaluating the performance of a service process. Measuring the service of quality is not as easy as measuring the goods quality, because the assessment service is subjective. Therefore, ServQual dimension is used as a tool to measure the performance of service from the perspective of service’s users. Lean Six Sigma method is used to improve the performance of the services of quality that focused on the reduction of variations and the increasing of the speed of the process through the elimination of waste that occur in the flowing process. This research aims to implement the integration of ServQual and Lean Six Sigma method by controlling the process using Hotelling T2 control charts on the improvement of the quality of education services. The performance of the education services process overall is indicated by the value of the capabilities and the level of the sigma. The capability value amount 0.8407 and the level of sigma amount 2.748 indicates that the waste percentage in the process of educational services is about 10.6%. The waste of dominant on improving the quality of education services such as lecturer competencies, the status of departement accreditation, the speed in the administrative services, and the refinement of laboratory facilities especially the improvement on the computer facilities.Keywords : ServQual, Hotelling T2 control charts, Process Capability, Lean Six Sigma

Indomaret marketing strategy became one of modern market that has significant development in the last five years. Market positioning is one form of marketing strategy that functions to adjust as desired market position of market actors. Positioning has some major elements of the constituent factors of the product, price, place and promotion. Measurement of the magnitude of the influence of each factor were developed with confirmatory factor analysis. This study aims to examine the factors that influence the positioning strategy and the characteristics of the modern consumer market. The method used in the study using confirmatory factor analysis as used multivariate analysis to confirm the hypothesized model. The study was based on a case study on consumer Indomaret modern market in Tembalang, Semarang City. Results of the analysis showed that all the variables are valid and reliable indicators to measure the factors. Can be known as well as some consumer characteristics of a modern market. Among the interested consumer spending in the modern market with regard to the quality of the stuff is good, the existence of a clear price list, inventory as well as an interesting ad.

Vending machine is a machine used to sell the product automatically without any operator. Data vending machine products are classifiable in the attribute data for the category of disabled and not disabled. To maintain consistency of product quality and in accordance with market needs, it is necessary to do quality control on the activity undertaken. In the production process, to monitor the quality of service can be used multivariate control charts. Diagram control is often used is the Mahalanobis Distance and T2 Hotelling. The study was conducted on the data of defects in the production of vending machines in September 2013 to April 2015. Results showed that in the control diagram Mahalanobis Distance acquired upper limit value is 15.615 the control diagram is known there are two observations that are outside the control limits. While the T2 Hotelling control chart obtained upper limit value is 36.12 and all observations are within control limits. The production process has been good vending machine, known from the process capability of Cp value of 1.1503.Keywords: Vending Machine, Mahalanobis Distance, T2 Hotelling

Risk measurement is important in making an investment. One tool used in the measurement of investment risk is Value at Risk (VaR). VaR represents the greatest possible loss of investment with a given period and level of confidence. In the calculation of Value at Risk requires the assumption of normality and homogeneity. However, financial data rarely satisfies that assumption. Exponentially Weighted Moving Average is one method that can be used to overcome the existence of a heterogeneous variant. Daily volatility is calculated using the EWMA method by taking a decay factor of 0.94. VaR portfolio of ASII, BBNI and PTBA stocks is calculated using historical simulation method from the revised portfolio return with Hull and White volatility updating procedure. VaR values obtained are valid at a 99% confidence level based on the validity test of Kupiec PF and Basel rules. Patient Treatment Time Prediction Algorithm was very important to build an outpatient queue system at the hospital. This study aims to build a system of outpatient queues to predict the waiting time of outpatients in the eye clinic at one of Cirebon hospitals. Patient Treatment Time Prediction algorithm was calculated based on historical data or medical records of patients in the hospital with 120 patient data. The Patient Treatment Time Prediction algorithm was trained by improved Random Forest algorithm for each service and a waiting time for each service. Prediction of waiting time for each patient service was obtained by calculating the consumption of patient care time based on patient characteristics. The waiting time for each service predicted by the trained Patient Treatment Time Prediction algorithm is the total waiting time of patients in the queue for each service. This research resulted in a system that can show the time taken by patients in every service available in the eye clinic. Patient time consumption in each service produced varies according to the patient's condition, in this case based on the patient's gender and age. This research provides benefits in terms of improving performance in each department involved, optimizing human resources, and increasing patient satisfaction. This research can be developed for each department in the hospital.

Program pembelajaran untuk anak usia Sekolah Dasar (SD) akan lebih mudah disampaikan apabila menggunakan strategi pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan gaya belajar atau profil kecerdasan majemuk anak. Identifikasi profil kecerdasan majemuk anak dapat dilakukan melalui proses observasi orang tua dan guru sekolah terhadap kegiatan sehari-hari anak. Profil kecerdasan majemuk anak bersifat dinamis sehingga perlu dilakukan identifikasi profil kecerdasan majemuk secara berkala minimal satu tahun sekali. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan metode Simple Additive Weight (SAW) pada Sistem Manajemen Potensi Anak Sejak Dini (SIMPONI) berdasarkan Teori Kecerdasan Majemuk. Metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) digunakan untuk perhitungan penentuan rangking profil Kecerdasan Majemuk anak. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sistem informasi manajemen identifikasi Profil Kecerdasan Majemuk dengan pengolahan data menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Keunggulan produk yang dihasilkan penelitian ini adalah orang tua dapat melakukan identifikasi profil kecerdasan majemuk anak secara lebih mudah dibandingkan model sebelumnya yang menggunakan metode wawancara yang mengharuskan tatap muka.DOI : 10.29408/jit.v3i2.2250

The supply chain system with quality assurance and fish prediction has important role for producers and consumers regarding the need for fresh fish to be consumed in certain size.  The research aims to design quality assurance and predictive model for the fish supply chain system so that it is always available to consumers. The Fuzzy Tsukamoto method approach is used to design prediction model for required fish based on the fish provided by fishermen, and Fuzzy Mamdani approach is used to design model for quality assurance of fish needs that consumers need every week and month. This supply chain system is designed with upstream fishermen and fish sellers and as downstream fish retailers and fish consumers, while data analysis uses quantitative data sourced from fishermen and fish sellers and fish consumers. The prediction system and fish quality assurance provide output as a material for decision making in order to obtain information for agents and consumers that they can provide and supply fish as needed. A case study was conducted on the river fishery sector in Kota Bangun District. Â
