Abstract

Abstract: Based on the results of field observations on the ability to recognize the concept of number of students have not developed optimally. So it is necessary to apply Game Board. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of Game Board on the abilityto recognize concept number of children aged 4-5 years. The research was conducted at TK Tunas Kemuning Desa Kemuning Muda of Siak district. The research used experimental method with one group pre-Test post-Test design with 15 samples. The data collection technique used is an observation sheet to record about the activities occurring during the treatment given. Data analisis technique using t-test by using the SPSS program of Windows ver. 20 from the results of data analysis obtained t count of 12.773 bigger than t table = 2.145 with sig 0.000 < 0.05. It can be concluded that there are differences in the ability to recognize concept of significant numbers before and after the Game Board implementation. Based on the hypothesis test results obtained there is the influence of Game Board on the ability to recognize the concept of number of children aged 4-5 years at 57.82 %Key Words : Know the Concepts of Numbers, Game Board

Abstract

Abstract: Pra survey in TK / PAUD in Kampar Utara Subdistrict, Kampar Regency indicate to have symptoms: (1) teachers who lack preparation in teaching. (2) the existence of teachers who have low morale. (3) lack of work commitment of teachers in carrying out their duties and responsibilities as teachers. (4) the lack of compensation or wages they receive. This study aims To find out the relationship between teacher perceptions of the profession and the commitment of TK / PAUD teacher work in Kampar Utara District, Kampar District. This type of research is quantitative a correlation research approach.The population in this study used was 70 teachers. While the samples used for the trial were 20 teachers, the samples set in this study were 50 people. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire that contains a statement that will be filled by the teacher. The analysis technique data using the product moment correlation formula.The results of this study state that the teacher's work commitment in the high category is 56%, and the moderate category is 44%. The teacher's perception of the profession shows that in the very high category there were 32%, in the high category there were 54%, and the moderate category were 14%. The relationship between teacher perceptions of the profession and the commitment of the work of kindergarten / early childhood teachers in Kampar Utara District, Kampar Regency has a significant relationship. Based on the significance level X and Y smaller than α = 0.05. So variables X and Y have significant correlations. It can be reinforced, the correlation coefficient is 0.476 with a significance of 0.000 in the medium category. Key Words: Perception Profession, Work Commitment

Abstract

Abstract: Based on observations in the field it can be seen that the measurement ability of children aged 5-6 years is still in the category begins to develop. So it is necessary to use smart scales media. This study aims to determine the effect of smart scales media on measurement capabilities. This research was conducted at PAUD Cendana in the District of Rumbai Pesisir Pekanbaru City. This research used an experimental method with a pretest-posttest control group design with a sample of 30 children and use saturated sample techniques. Data collection techniques in this research are observation techniques. The data analysis technique used the t-test using the SPSS 22 program. The results of data analysis obtained t = 18.333 greater than t table = 2.048 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05. It can be concluded that there are differences in measurement abilities before and after the use of smart scales media. The influence given by the smart scales media based on the formula N Gain is 50.84%.Key Words: Measurement, Smart Scales

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk menentukan gambaran kebutuhan media pelatihan, gambaran desain, dan validitas serta kepraktisan Pengembangan Video Tutorial dalam Pelatihan Magang Kerja Siswa SMK Di PT. Sinar Energi Sulawesi. Jenis ini merupakan penelitian dan pengembangan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik observasi dan angket kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media pelatihan video tutorial dalam pelatihan magang kerja di PT. Sinar Energi Sulawesi: (i) menggambarkan perlunya media pelatihan video tutorial dalam pelatihan magang kerja siswa SMK dimulai dengan besarnya jumlah permintaan pelatihan serta terbatas waktu, jarak, dan biaya besar. memungkinkan untuk memaksimalkan hasil pelatihan, oleh karena itu perlu dibuat media pelatihan yang inovatif yakni video tutorial dalam pelatihan magang kerja. (ii) gambaran desain media pelatihan video tutorial dalam pelatihan magang kerja ini, peneliti mengadakan pertemuan dengan Tim isntruktur yang kemudian mengumpulkan materi selanjutnya membuat flowchart dan storyboard. (iii) media pelatihan video tutorial dalam pelatihan magang kerja yang dikembangkan memenuhi kriteria valid berdasarkan penilaian para ahli yaitu ahli materi dan ahli media dalam kategori Sangat Baik, sedangkan pada pengujian tingkat kepraktisan yang diperoleh dari kuisioner pelatih dan peserta pelatihan beradda dalam kategori Sangat Praktis.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Cake application on English learning outcomes of class X SMKS Muhammadiyah Sidrap. This research was conducted at SMKS Muhammadiyah Sidrap in July 2021. This research is a quantitative study using the True Experimental Design method. The population in this study were students of class X SMKS Muhammadiyah Sidrap. The class was divided into 2 groups, namely the control group with 14 students and the experimental group with 15 students. Each research group uses a different learning method. The control group learns using the lecture method, while the experimental group learns using the Cake application. Data collection techniques in this study were in the form of multiple choice tests. The data analysis technique is in the form of t-test. The result of this study is that the experimental group is larger than the control group, so it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted.

Abstract

Digital natives’ generation is inseparable from gadgets, less socializing, lack of creativity and being an individualist. The digital native’s generation wants things that are instant and lack respect for the process. The preoccupation of children with gadgets makes children socially alienated or known as anti-social. Preschool play an important role in the development of the digital native’s generation and in the future can help children use gadgets with parents. As it is known, the digital native’s generation is a kindergarten child. This study aims to determine the role of preschools in helping the use of gadgets in the digital native generation. This study used a descriptive quantitative approach with simple random sampling technique was obtained 25 kindergarten principals in Pekanbaru City. Data was collected in the form of a questionnaire via google form. Data analysis uses percentages and is presented in the tabular form. The results of the study indicate that the role of preschools in the use of gadgets in digital native generation children in Pekanbaru City is included in the low category. Only a few preschools have organized parenting education for parents. There are almost no rules governing children's use of gadgets at home, and few preschools educate children on how to use gadgets properly. It is expected for teachers and preschools to add special programs in the curriculum to provide information about positive gadget use and parenting programs that discuss digital native generation and collaborate with parents to establish rules such as frequency, duration and content of children using gadgets. Abstract

ABSTRAK   Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan yang bertujuan (1) untuk mengetahui kevalidan, (2)  kepraktisan  media  pembelajaran  google  sites  pada  mata  kuliah  Design Thinking semester IV Prodi Bisnis Digital. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan mengacu pada model pengembangan 4D. Subjek penelitian ini satu orang ahli media, satu orang ahli materi, dosen mata kuliah, dan tiga puluh dua mahasiswa. Model pengembangan 4D, yang memiliki empat tahapan, diantaranya: Define (pendefinisian) terdiri dari analisis awal atau analisis kebutuhan, mahasiswa, dan konsep; Design (perancangan) terdiri dari pengumpulan data, desain media pembelajaran, desain instrumen penelitian; Develop (pengembangan) yang meliputi langkah pembuatan media pembelajaran google sites, penilaian ahli validator, uji coba pengembangan, dan revisi produk. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, angket kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif; Disseminate (penyebaran) meliputi penyebaran media. Hasil penilaian  menunjukkan  bahwa pengembangan media pembelajaran google sites dinilai valid dilihat dari hasil validasi ahli materi pada aspek pembelajaran mendapatkan nilai rata rata 4,5 dapat dikategorikan sangat valid dan pada aspek isi dari 10 indikator, mendapatkan rata-rata 4,6 yang di kategorikan sangat valid sedangkan hasil validasi ahli media pada aspek tampilan mendapatkan hasil rata-rata 4,5 dari 9 indikator dikategorikan sangat valid dan pada aspek pemrograman dari 11 indikator penilaian, mendapatkan rata-rata hasil penilaian ahli materi 4,4 di kategorikan sangat valid. Hasil tersebut diperoleh dari dua validasi ahli yaitu ahli materi dan ahli media. ABSTRACT  This research is a development research that aims (1) to determine the validity, (2) practicality of google sites learning media in the Design Thinking course in the fourth semester of the Digital Business Study Program. This research is a development research (Research and Development) with reference to the 4D development model. The subjects of this study were one media expert, one material expert, course lecturer, and thirty-two students. The 4D development model, which has four stages, including: Define consists of initial analysis or analysis of needs, students, and concepts; Design consists of data collection, learning media design, research instrument design; Develop which includes steps to create Google Sites learning media, validator expert assessment, development trials, and product revisions. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, questionnaires then analyzed descriptively quantitatively; Disseminate (dissemination) includes the dissemination of media. The assessment results show that the development of Google Sites learning media is considered valid judging from the results of material expert validation on the learning aspect getting an average value of 4.5 can be categorized as very valid and in the content aspect of 10 indicators, getting an average of 4.6 which is categorized as very valid while the results of media expert validation on the display aspect get an average result of 4.5 out of 9 indicators categorized as very valid and on the programming aspect of 11 indicators The assessment, getting an average of 4.4 material expert assessment results is categorized as very valid. The results were obtained from two expert validations, namely material experts and media experts.

Abstract

Abstract: Miniature media for self-regulation for children aged 5-6 years wasdeveloped as a response to children who cannot say the number of hours, do not yetknow the form of waking up and coming home from school. The type of research used isdevelopment research (Research and Development). The steps taken are potential andproblems, data/information collection, design, design validation, design revision, andproduct testing. Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires anddocumentation. The instrument used is a questionnaire for validation of MiniatureMedia from media experts, material experts and educational experts. The data analysistechnique used is quantitative descriptive analysis technique. In the research, mediaexpert validation was obtained (88.60%), material expert validation (93.75%), andeducator validation (85.83%). The results of the limited trial assessment were (88.33%)with the category "Very feasible". Therefore, it can be concluded that miniature mediais suitable for use for self-regulation of children aged 5-6 years.Keywords: Early Childhood, Miniature Media, Self-Regulation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini didasari oleh pengamatan peneliti di TK IT AL-FIKRI Kecamatan Marpoyan Damai Kota Pekanbaru, pengamatan ini terhadap nilai-nilai agama dan moral pada anak belum berkembang dengan optimal. Sehingga perlu dilakukan penelitian menggunakan metode bercerita dengan multimedia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengkaji pengaruh metode bercerita dengan multimedia terhadap nilai-nilai agama dan moral pada anak usia 5-6 tahun. Penelitian ini dilakukan di TK IT AL-FIKRI Kecamatan Marpoyan Damai Kota Pekanbaru dari bulan Januari 2020 untuk observasi dan penelitian. Penelitian menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain one group pretest posttest design dengan jumlah sampel 15 anak. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan lembar observasi nilai-nilai agama dan moral anak. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji t-test dengan menggunakan I.BM SPSS statistik ver 23. Dari hasil analisis data diperoleh thitung 9,895 lebih besar dari pada ttabel = 2,144 dengan sig 0,000 < 0,05. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan nilai-nilai agama dan moral pada anak yang signifikan sebelum dan sesudah penggunaan metode bercerita dengan multimedia. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis yang diperoleh terdapat pengaruh metode bercerita dengan multimedia terhadap nilai-nilai agama dan moral pada anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK IT AL-FIKRI Kecamatan Marpoyan Damai Kota Pekanbaru 48,92%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kepuasan orang tua terhadap layanan di RA Menara Qur’an Kecamatan Pujud Kabupaten Rokan Hilir. Metode penelitian ini pendekatan kualitatif dengan analisis deskriptif. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 54 orang tua yang menyekolahkan anaknya di RA Menara Qur’an Kecamatan Pujud Kabupaten Rokan Hilir. Hasil penelitian ini adalah secara umum kepuasan orang tua terhadap layanan di RA Menara Qur’an Kecamatan Pujud Kabupaten Rokan Hilir secara umum termasuk pada kategori cukup puas, artinya orang tua merasa cukup puas terhadap layanan kualitas sekolah, layanan sarana prasarana, layanan fasilitas dan biaya pendidikan, layanan kemudahan dalam perolehan informasi dan konsultasi masalah anak, layanan rekomendasi orang tua, layanan menyekolahkan anaknya. Dilihat dari aspek kualitas sekolah kepuasan orang tua di RA Menara Qur’an Kecamatan Pujud Kabupaten Rokan Hilir termasuk kurang puas dan tidak puas yaitu masing-masing (27,8%). Dilihat dari aspek sarana prasarana kepuasan orang tua di RA Menara Qur’an Kecamatan Pujud Kabupaten Rokan Hilir termasuk tidak puas (30,9%). Dilihat dari aspek fasilitas dan biaya pendidikan kepuasan orang tua terhadap layanan di RA Menara Qur’an Kecamatan Pujud Kabupaten Rokan Hilir termasuk tidak puas (35,8%). Dilihat dari aspek kemudahan dalam perolehan informasi dan konsultasi masalah anak kepuasan orang tua terhadap layanan di RA Menara Qur’an Kecamatan Pujud Kabupaten Rokan Hilir termasuk kurang puas (33,3%). Dilihat dari aspek rekomendasi orang tua kepuasan orang tua terhadap layanan di RA Menara Qur’an Kecamatan Pujud Kabupaten Rokan Hilir termasuk kurang puas (33,3%). Dilihat dari aspek menyekolahkan anaknya kembali kepuasan orang tua terhadap layanan di RA Menara Qur’an Kecamatan Pujud Kabupaten Rokan Hilir termasuk puas (33,3%).
