Abstract

This research is based on the results of pre-research conducted at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education that some students of the 2021 intake still do not understand and master several points of basic teaching skills. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is an influence of the implementation of PLP MBKM activities on the teaching skills of FKIP students at Riau University. And the main objective of this study is to determine whether there is an influence of the implementation of PLP MBKM activities on the teaching skills of FKIP students at Riau University. The research method used is a descriptive quantitative research method with a population of all FKIP students at Riau University intake of 2021 who have participated in the 2024 PLP MBKM activities totaling 1,007 students and sampling in this study 10% of the total population to 90 respondents consisting of 14 study programs using probability sampling techniques (simple random sampling). The first stage carried out was collecting data through a questionnaire, then the results of the data tabulation were tested for classical assumptions, namely the Normality and Linearity Tests, hypothesis testing was carried out using the F Test, the Determination Coefficient Test, and the Regression Coefficient Test. Data processing with statistical analysis using a simple linear regression formula, namely Fcount> Ftable, which is 62.540> 3.95, thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Which means that variable X has an effect on variable Y. In addition, the determination coefficient value obtained the influence of variable X (Implementation of PLP MBKM activities) on variable Y (Teaching skills) of 41.5%.

Abstract

The trend of increasing HDI in Indonesia for the last few decades does not exceed 2% annually. In fact, human development is a critical factor in increasing the nation’s quality of life. Although a bunch of studies have been done dealing with its determining factors, there is no available generalized conclusion on such determinants. This article aims to find out the empirical factors determining human development in Indonesia. The regression data panel analyzed data from 34 provinces between 2010 and 2024, sourced from the Ministry of Finance and Statistics Indonesia, utilizing STATA 17.0. The results showed that there were seven factors that influenced the success of human development in Indonesia by 85.31%. This finding also indicates that each factor has different strengths and directions of influence simultaneously or partially, implying the need to increase HDI with selective action in the form of determining policy priorities. Such policies can be a lever for the success of long-term human development, and in turn, become the foundation for the development of adaptive and comprehensive policies in local governments. The future study that needs to be carried out on the Gini ratio, which represents inequality, should have implications for HDI and local spending anomalies as a continuation of the findings of this study.

Abstract

Kesulitan siswa dalam memahami materi mengurutkan dan membandingkan bilangan cacah sering kali disebabkan oleh sifat materi yang abstrak, persepsi awal bahwa matematika adalah pelajaran yang sulit, serta minimnya penggunaan media pembelajaran yang interaktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran interaktif ZaRA pada materi mengurutkan dan membandingkan bilangan cacah 1–1.000 pada mata Pelajaran matematika di kelas 3 Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) dengan model four-D (define, design, develop, dan disseminate). Data diperoleh melalui lembar validasi yang diisi oleh seorang validator sebagai ahli materi dan ahli media. Analisis data dilakukan secara kualitatif untuk saran yang diberikan validator dan deskriptif kuantitatif menggunakan perhitungan persentase kelayakan berdasarkan skala Likert. Hasil validasi ahli materi menunjukkan persentase 91,11% termasuk kategori sangat valid, yang berarti isi media telah sesuai dengan Kurikulum Merdeka, konsep matematika tepat, serta bahasa mudah dipahami siswa. Sementara itu, hasil validasi ahli media menunjukkan persentase 85% dan termasuk kategori cukup valid yaitu layak digunakan namun perlu revisi kecil. Berdasarkan kedua hasil tersebut, media pembelajaran interaktif ZaRA memiliki nilai rata-rata 88,05% yang menyatakan sangat valid. Media ini dapat membantu siswa memahami konsep bilangan cacah secara lebih konkret, menarik, dan bermakna, serta mendukung proses pembelajaran baik di sekolah maupun secara mandiri di rumah.

Abstract

This study aims to identify students' learning difficulties in mathematics on addition and subtraction material in elementary school. The method used by the researcher is a qualitative descriptive method. The data sources in this study are test results, student and teacher interview results, and documentation results taken in class. The data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions or data verification. The results of this study show that the forms of mathematics learning difficulties experienced by students consist of several components, namely difficulties in reading, difficulties in determining learning media, difficulties in writing, and difficulties in memorizing and remembering formulas. The factors causing mathematics learning difficulties originate from a lack of student interest in mathematics learning, poor student memory, many students still experiencing difficulties in reading and writing, an unconducive classroom atmosphere, and a lack of parental guidance at home.

Abstract

Artikel ini mengulas implementasi etika bisnis Islam dalam konteks digital Indonesia, khususnya di sektor e-commerce, dengan mengintegrasikan asas tauhid, keadilan ('adl), pertanggungjawaban, dan ihsan sebagai landasan kegiatan. Di tengah berbagai masalah etika seperti penyesatan dan kompromi kerahasiaan, penerapan nilai-nilai syariah secara konkret melalui ketulusan dalam deskripsi barang dagangan, perjanjian yang tegas, serta mekanisme pembayaran bebas riba terbukti berhasil dalam menumbuhkan keyakinan pelanggan. Hal ini terlihat dari informasi Evermos yang menampilkan bahwa 82% pembeli merasa lebih terlindungi memakai halaman syariah, sejalan dengan peningkatan pengguna tetap menyentuh angka 25–40% setiap tahun. Sebagai penutup, etika bisnis Islam berperan sebagai Arah mendasar yang krusial guna menciptakan usaha digital yang transparan dan lestari, namun demi meraih kesuksesan, perlu adanya dedikasi dari platform dan peningkatan pemahaman digital-syariah di antara masyarakat.
