Abstract

Mangrove ecotourism has an important role in maintaining the balance of coastal ecosystems. Mangroves have various important benefits, such as in mitigating climate change with their ability to absorb carbon and protect coastal areas from abrasion. To improve tourism development, the Geographic Information System's ecotourism suitability analysis has become an important instrument. The purpose of this study is to explore mangrove types and the value of the Tourism Suitability Index. A Geographic Information System (GIS) and Tourism Suitability Index (TSI) approach was used to analyze parameter data, including mangrove density, species richness, mangrove thickness, tides and association biota. Results show that the dominant mangrove species are Xylocarpus granatum, Rhizopora mucronata, Rhizopora apiculata, and Bruguiera parviflora, with densities varying from 4 m²/ind to 23 m²/ind. Mangrove thickness varied from <50 to >500 meters, and biota association varied from 1 to 4 groups. The average tides vary in height, providing an important hydrological context. The land suitability analysis showed great mangrove ecotourism potential in Kemboja Village, with 2,532.20 hectares classified as highly suitable (46.07%) and 2,961.86 hectares classified as suitable (53.89%) for sustainable tourism development. Unsuitable areas cover 1.61 hectares (<1%).

Abstract

This study aims to emphasize the importance of staffing planning and facilities in improving work effectiveness at SMP IT Ar-Rahman Lareh Sago Halaban, in the field of education, work effectiveness is highly dependent on the availability of a competent workforce and adequate facilities. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method at SMP IT Ar-Rahman Lareh Sago Halaban. Data were obtained through interviews, observation, and document analysis. The results showed that good staffing planning, including recruitment, training and staff development, plays a significant role in improving the performance of teachers and school staff. In addition, adequate facilities, such as comfortable classrooms, well-equipped laboratories and other supporting facilities, are also very important for creating a conducive learning environment. The findings emphasize that integrated and sustainable planning in terms of staffing and facilities is key to improving work effectiveness at SMP IT Ar-Rahman Lareh Sago Halaban. Therefore, schools need to continuously improve efforts in planning and managing human resources and educational facilities to achieve optimal educational goals.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Mendeskripsikan bentuk altruisme tokoh dalam novel Sebuah Penantian karya Septia Khoirunnisa berciri empati. (2) Mendeskripsikan bentuk altruisme tokoh dalam novel Sebuah Penantian karya Septia Khoirunnisa berciri ikhlas. (3) Mendeskripsikan implikasi dari analisis altruisme tokoh dalam novel Sebuah Penantian karya Septia Khoirunnisa pada pembelajaran sastra di SMA. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori psikologi sastra. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu teknik pustaka, teknik simak dan lanjut teknik catat. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis teks. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, adanya sikap tokoh altruisme berciri empati ada 14 data. Yaitu pada aspek kognitif dua data, aspek afektif dua belas data. Sikap tokoh altruisme berciri Ikhlas ada 15 data. terdapat kerja sama dua data, kejujuran tiga data, menolong empat data, kedermawanan lima data, mempertimbangkan hak dan kesejahteraan orang lain satu data. Implikasi pembelajaran sastra di SMA dalam novel Sebuah Penantian karya Septia Khoirunnisa ini dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di sekolah untuk mengapresiasikan sastra bagi peserta didik, dan untuk lebih memahami apa itu analisis altruisme tokoh dalam novel.

Abstract

Intracranial Space Occupying Lesion (SOL) after craniotomy poses a risk of impaired cerebral perfusion due to increased intracranial pressure (ICP). One of the non-invasive interventions is the 30° head elevation position. This study aims to determine the effect of 30-degree head elevation position on improving cerebral tissue perfusion in post-craniotomy SOL patients. The method used is Case Report evidence-based nursing care on one patient in the ICU at Umar Wirahadikusumah Hospital. The 30° head elevation intervention was carried out for four days, each 2 hours per day, with monitoring of GCS, MAP, and oxygen saturation. The results showed an improvement in consciousness status from GCS E4M5V4 to E4M6V5, a decrease in MAP from 123 mmHg to 93 mmHg, and an increase in SPO2 from 90% to 97%. It was concluded that 30° head elevation was effective in increasing cerebral perfusion, decreasing ICP, and improving the patient's neurological condition. This intervention is recommended as a standard procedure in critical care nursing for post-craniotomy patients.

Abstract

Nutrisi yang seimbang sangat penting untuk mendukung proses pertumbuhan dan perkembangan. anak usia sekolah sangat dipengaruhi oleh pola makan yang mengandung nutrisi seimbang sangat diperlukan untuk mempertahankan kesehatan tubuhuntuk mendukung sistem kekebalan tubuh, meningkatkan kemampuan intelektual, dan menjaga kesehatan secara keseluruhan. Status gizi yang optimal sangat penting untuk memastikan kesejahteraan individu. Sebaliknya, ketidakseimbangan asupan gizi, baik berupa kelebihan maupun kekurangan, dapat memicu berbagai masalah kesehatan. Anak usia sekolah yang kekurangan gizi sering mengalami gejala seperti mudah lelah, kurang bersemangat, dan kesulitan berkonsentrasi saat belajar. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan upaya edukasi kepada siswa untuk meningkatkan pemahaman mereka mengenai pentingnya gizi seimbang. Edukasi ini bertujuan untuk memperluas wawasan siswa tentang konsep gizi seimbang. Salah satu pendekatan yang digunakan untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut adalah metode Nutriedutainment, yang melibatkan Pre-test dan post-test, dan diterapkan pada Peserta didik kelas 4, di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Gunong Kleng. Melalui kegiatan ini, siswa menunjukkan pemahaman tentang gizi seimbang dengan mampu menjawab pertanyaan mengenai komponen gizi seimbang serta menyebutkan berbagai jenis makanan sehat yang termasuk dalam gizi seimbang. Sepanjang proses kegiatan, peserta memperhatikan dengan baik dan menunjukkan antusiasme yang tinggi

Abstract

The research aims to analyze the influence of service quality and product quality on product purchasing decisions. By studying YOUR cosmetic products at the Duta Cosmetic shop in Bireuen City. The research is a survey using a questionnaire instrument on a sample of 96 consumers using a purposive sampling method. Analysis was carried out using a statistical approach through multiple linear regression models and data were analyzed using SPSS version 25.0 software. By concluding that the instrument's validity and reliability are guaranteed, hypothesis testing is carried out to determine the influence between variables in the regression model. The results prove that service quality and product quality together have a significant influence on purchasing decisions, with a contribution of 76.2%. Partially, both factors, both service quality and product quality, have a significant influence on purchasing decisions

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of labor supervision carried out by the Manpower and Transmigration Office of Bengkulu Province. The research focuses on four key indicators based on the Regulation of the Minister of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia Number 33 of 2016 Article 9 Paragraph (2), namely: labor coaching, inspection, testing, and criminal investigation. This study adopts a descriptive qualitative method using data collection techniques such as in-depth interviews, field observations, and documentation. Informants include two key informants and two supporting informants from the agency and company environment. The findings reveal that labor supervision in Bengkulu Province has been implemented according to established procedures and regulations. Labor inspectors conduct coaching through socialization and counseling, inspect compliance with labor norms, test occupational health and safety (OHS) systems, and investigate alleged violations of labor regulations. However, several challenges were identified, such as a limited number of inspectors and the complexity of violations in the field. This study contributes to strengthening the function of labor supervision at the regional level and serves as a reference for formulating more effective labor protection policies. Strengthening inspector capacity and improving cross-sectoral coordination are necessary to ensure more optimal supervision outcomes.

Abstract

Kebakaran merupakan peristiwa yang tidak diinginkan namun dapat terjadi kapan saja dan di mana saja dan terkadang tidak terkendali. Tercatat sebanyak 10 kejadian kebakaran di awal tahun 2024 di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Hal ini mengakibatkan 4 rumah rusak ringan hingga berat, 1 tempat usaha hancur, dan 6 jiwa terdampak dari peristiwa tersebut. Bencana kebakaran juga terjadi rumah salah satu warga di Dusun Banaran Wonokerso di Desa Argomulyo Cangkringan, Sleman DIY, pada tanggal 3 Mei 2023 akibat dari konsleting listrik. Masalah kebakaran di tatanan rumah tangga pada umumnya tarjadi karena masih rendahnya pemahaman masyarakat terhadap upaya meminimalisassi kerugian akibat kebakaran, Oleh karena itu, masyarakat perlu memahami manajemen bencana kebakaran melalui pelatihan dan simulasi praktik penanggulangan kebakaran pada tatanan rumah tangga. Diharapkan dengan pengetahuan dan kemampuan melakukan pencegahan, mengidentifikasi risiko bencana kebakaran di rumah tangga, masyarakat Argomulyo mampu melakukan penggulangan bencana kebakaran di lingkungan keluarga dan masyarakat. Untuk itu penting dilakukan penyuluhan dan praktik simulasi kebakaran pada tatanan rumah tangga.Kata kunci: simulasi, bencana, kebakaran, rumah tangga

Abstract

This study explores the concepts of salvation and forgiveness in Christian theology, with a focus on contemporary implications and challenges in the digital age. Through theological analysis, the concept of salvation is understood as God's gift that changes character, while forgiveness becomes a call to practice love in social interactions. Contemporary challenges, including relevance in the digital age and the impact of controversial content, are driving the adaptation of these values. Believers are expected to be agents of change in building an inclusive and tolerant society. Implications for everyday life include character transformation and the role of believers in overcoming digital conflicts. In conclusion, the concepts of salvation and forgiveness are not only a theological basis, but also a source of inspiration for forming positive behavior in the dynamics of the contemporary world.

Abstract

This Community Service (PKM) activity aims to empower inmates at the Class II B Women's Correctional Institution (Lapas) in Bengkulu through interpersonal communication training, personality development, and independence. This program is motivated by the importance of increasing the social and psychological capacity of inmates so they can adapt positively, build self-confidence, and prepare themselves for social reintegration after the rehabilitation period ends. The implementation method of the activity uses an educational, participatory, and humanistic approach, which emphasizes the active involvement of participants in the training process through interactive lectures, group discussions, communication simulations, and self-reflection. The activity was attended by 40 female inmates and facilitated by a team of lecturers and students from Dehasen University Bengkulu in collaboration with the Prison. The results of the activity showed an increase in the inmates' ability to understand and apply the principles of effective interpersonal communication, such as active listening, managing emotions, and conveying messages empathetically. Participants also showed increased self-awareness, self-confidence, and motivation to improve themselves and build more harmonious social relationships. The evaluation of the activity showed that more than 90% of participants felt this activity was very useful and relevant to their needs during the rehabilitation period. This activity demonstrates the effectiveness of a communication-based and psychosocial empowerment approach in strengthening the character, personality, and independence of inmates. The program also emphasizes the crucial role of higher education institutions in supporting a humane and sustainable social rehabilitation process through synergy between academia and correctional institutions.
