Abstract

The creative economy is a sector that has potential and is the latest source of economic growth as the government's solution to prevent the national economy from slowing down in recent years. There are several creative economy sectors that have an important role in increasing the growth of the creative economy in Indonesia. One indicator of the creative economy sector that has good performance is exports, where exports are a component of GDP. This means that if there is an increase in creative industry exports, then GDP originating from the creative economy will increase and ultimately increase national economic growth. Labor also plays an important role in increasing the growth of the creative economy. The aim of this research is to see the influence of exports and labor on the growth of the creative economy in Indonesia. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data used is secondary data from 2010-2022. The research results show that the export variable has no effect on the growth of the creative economy, while the labor variable has a positive effect on GDP. If the labor variable increases by 1%, the growth of the creative economy in Indonesia will also increase by 0.07%.

Abstract

TSharia banking is a bank that conducts business based on the principles of Islamic law or Sharia. Bank Shariah has introduced various products with features and amenities aimed at attracting Generation Z to use Bank Shariah's services. The objective of this study is to analyze the factors that influence decisions regarding the use of Islamic banking services. The subject of this research is Gen Z’s in Aceh. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. Data sources using online or electronic questionnaires with Google Forms Media. The data collection method uses an anonymous demographic technique with a sample size of 102 respondents. This study examines three factors of Shariah banking users' decisions to influence their decision to use Shariah banking services among Gen Z’s in Aceh, such as service, reputation and security variables. The results show that service, reputation and security variables influence Gen Z's decision of legitimate banking services in Aceh.

Abstract

This study investigated the relationship between the level of competition between banks and revenue diversification on financial stability of commercial banks during 2008- 2013. The level of competition in this study measured by the market share of net interest income. Revenue diversification measured using Hirscman Herfindhal Index, while the bank's financial stability is measured by ZScore for banking industry. Models were analyzed using a fixed effect regression models. The results showed that the bank samples is vurnerable to the intense of competition. Although the research sample has relatively high market share, but its has not shown the resilience to face the competition. Low level of revenue diversification on bank samples showed that they did not implement a diversification strategy, then can not gain benefit from revenue diversification strategy

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the influence of company external factors such as level inflation and interest rates on stock prices in Indonesia. The data used is data monthly from January 2017 – December 2019. Data analysis techniques used in This research is multiple linear regression. The research results show that inflation and ethnicity interest partially influences stock prices in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the relationship between monetary policy and inflation in Indonesia. The research method uses quantitative descriptive. The analysis model used is a vector autoregressive model. The research results show that the money supply has no long-term effect on inflation in Indonesia. The exchange rate has a long-term effect on inflation in Indonesia. Interest rates have no long-term effect on inflation in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to explain the influence of knowledge and family factors on the sustainability of the salt industry business in Panjang District. The type of data is primary data using quantitative research methods and multiple linear regression model analysis. The results of this research state that knowledge influences the sustainability of the salt industry business. Family factors influence the sustainability of the salt industry business. Simultaneously, knowledge and family factors influence the sustainability of the salt industry business in Panjang District by 20.6%.

Abstract

Research in the form of a case study at one of the sharia pawnshops in Aceh Jaya district. In the form of survey research, descriptive and verification research types. It was found that: (1) the human capital factor based on individual capability was achieved at 78.3%. Individual motivation with an achievement level of 82%. The leadership aspect is still low at 74%. The organizational climate aspect is quite good at 82.3%, and the workgroup effectiveness aspect reaches 80.5%. The work productivity level of sharia pawnshops in Aceh Jaya is 80.67%.  (2) Simultaneously, the relationship between human capital and work productivity is 0.898 with a large contribution of human capital from the elements of individual capability, individual motivation, leadership, the organizational climate, and workgroup effectiveness to work productivity, amounting to 80.7%.

Abstract

Investors often make irrational investment decisions. Decisions are often based on judgments that are far from rational assumptions. This research aims to examine the influence of experience regret, risk tolerance, illusion of control and financial literacy on investment decisions in the crypto market. Data was collected using an online media-based questionnaire instrument via Google Form involving 112 investor respondents who actively invest in cryptocurrencies. The data was processed and analyzed using the E-Views 10 software application. The types of data in this research are primary and secondary data using quantitative research methods and multiple linear regression models. The results of this research show that experience regret, risk tolerance and illusion of control do not influence investment decisions in the crypto market. Meanwhile, financial literacy influences investment decisions in the crypto market but at a significance level of 10 percent. It is very necessary to have clear regulations in the crypto market in an effort to provide protection to investors. Remember, the definition of crypto currency has different views.

Abstract

Guidance for prospective brides (catin) is carried out to prepare Indonesian citizens who will marry and form a family, to make the family happy, to give birth to a valuable era and a good country. To achieve this goal, the Almuslim University Faculty of Health service team collaborated with the Ministry of Religion of Bireuen Regency to provide socialization or Health Education to prospective brides and grooms at the Religious Affairs Office (KUA), which is one of the KUA's tasks in pre-marital guidance activities for implementing marriage registration. The aim of carrying out this service activity is to provide education on the importance of pre-marital guidance regarding reproductive health and preparation for pregnancy viewed from an Islamic perspective for prospective brides and grooms in the KUA Simpang Mamplam District, Bireuen Regency. Issues regarding reproductive health and preparation for pregnancy from an Islamic perspective are still considered taboo to be discussed at this time, especially for the people of Aceh. To overcome this, it is necessary to carefully prepare information related to reproductive health with an Islamic perspective to prepare parents for building a household in the future. So, the target of this activity is the prospective groom and bride. Form health education activities, by planning, implementing and evaluating activities. The methods used are lecture, question and answer and discussion methods. The results obtained from this activity were that all Catins were very enthusiastic about participating in the outreach activities delivered by the team (100%), and from the results of the discussion/question and answer there were 3 people who did not understand the material presented (27%). From this activity, the service team recommends continuing to increase cooperation with the head of the local KUA to make it easier to implement/socialize premarital preparations towards a healthy and quality pregnancy.
