Abstract

Terdapat banyak tindak kekerasan yang terjadi, namun kurang mendapat perhatian serta tidak terjangkau oleh hukum, salah satunya ialah tindak kekerasan di dalam rumah tangga (KDRT). Padahal kekerasan dalam rumah tangga perlu adanya perhatian, karena bentuk kekerasan yang terjadi tidak hanya satu jenis, melainkan terdapat bentuk lain diantaranya adalah fisik, seksual, psikologis, dan penelantaran rumah tangga. Artikel ini mengeksplorasi fenomena KDRT dari perspektif hukum Islam, menggali pemahaman, pandangan, dan penanganan terhadap kasus KDRT menurut ajaran Islam. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan bagaimana hukum Islam melihat fenomena kekerasan dalam rumah tangga. Pemahaman tentang hak dan tanggung jawab suami dan istri dalam Islam juga dibahas dalam artikel ini beserta situasi kekerasan dalam rumah tangga dan langkah-langkah penyelesaiannya. Melalui pemahaman secara mendalam mengenai perspektif hukum Islam terhadap KDRT, diharapkan artikel ini dapat berperan dalam usaha mendukung atau memperkuat langkah-langkah yang diambil untuk memerangi dan mengurangi kasus KDRT.

Abstract

This research purposed to describe the improvement of integrated thematic learnig process using cooperative learning model group investigation type in Elementary School. This research is a classroom action research with qualitative and quantitative approaches. Subjects were teachers and 28 students. This research was consists of two cycles. The first cycle consists of two meetings and the second cycle consists of one meeting with stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection . The result of planning observation in cycle I  is 81,95% (B) and it increase to be 94,4% (SB)  in cycle II. The result of teacher aspect observation in cycle I is 77,6% ( C)  and it increase to be 94,4% (SB) in cycle II. The result of student aspect observation in cycle I is 77,6% (C)  and it increase to be 94,4% (SB) in cycle II.

Abstract

A company's worth is a key metric for maintaining its competitiveness in the face of fierce industry rivalry. The purpose of this study is to examine how firm value is impacted by environmental costs, environmental disclosure, environmental performance, and profitability. The study was conducted on companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2018 to 2022, employing purposive sampling to select 10 companies. Panel data regression analysis using Eviews 12 software was employed to test the hypotheses. The findings suggest that Environmental Costs do not influence Firm Value, whereas Environmental Disclosure and Environmental Performance do impact Firm Value. However, Profitability was found to have no effect on Firm Value. Based on the results of statistical tests and based on the discussion described in the previous chapter, the conclusions of this study are as follows: Environmental Cost does not affect firm value in industrial and chemical sector companies. The nature of environmental accounting disclosure is still voluntary.

Abstract

In an effective management system, the importance of human resources is increasing. Employee performance is an essential factor influencing success. In an organization, this is one of the most critical functions of a company. This study aims to determine the variables that affect employee performance and develop a theoretical basis and research model. This study used an associative descriptive quantitative method with a population of 50 respondents drawn into samples using non-probability sampling using saturated sampling / total sampling methods—data analysis techniques using linear regression with the help of SPSS software version 26. The results of this study show that the first hypothesis states that employee performance is influenced by the effectiveness of training, meaning that the better the effectiveness of training, the more improved the employee's performance. Thus, the second hypothesis states that employee performance is influenced by knowledge management, meaning that the higher the knowledge management possessed by employees, the higher the performance of employees. The third hypothesis is that employee performance is influenced by the effectiveness of training and management knowledge that can simultaneously improve employee performance. This research is expected to provide theoretical contributions to the literature in this context, certainly in the context of human resource management.

Abstract

Penelitian tentang pengembangan e-modul berbasis proyek untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif peserta didik pada materi asam basa di MAN Katingan pada Tahun Pelajaran 2022/2023. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Research and Development yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil uji kevalidan, uji kepraktisan, dan uji keefektifan e-modul yang dikembangkan. Model yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model ADDIE, subjek penelitian yaitu 27 peserta didik kelas XI MIPA 2 MAN Katingan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar angket, lembar observasi, dan instrumen tes. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis data deskriptif yaitu dengan mendeskripsikan kevalidan, kepraktisan, dan keefektifan e-modul berbasis proyek. Hasil analisis penelitian ini menunjukkan e-modul yang dikembangkan sangat valid dengan nilai 86,95, secara kepraktisan menunjukkan sangat praktis dengan nilai 89,38 diperoleh dari hasil respon peserta didik dan angket lembar observasi, dan secara efektivitas menunjukkan bahwa e-modul efektif dengan nilai 76,06 e-modul yang dikembangkan mampu meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif peserta didik yang dilihat dari hasil pretest dengan nilai 31,02 dan memperoleh nilai posttest sebesar 83,18 sehingga mencapai peningkatan pada kategori tinggi yang ditunjukkan dengan data dari nilai N-Gain yaitu 0,76. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan e-modul berbasis proyek yang dikembangkan valid, praktis, dan efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif peserta didik.

Abstract

The dynamics of globalization, modernization, and shifting values of the younger generation demand innovation in cultural governance to remain relevant and competitive. This study aims to analyze the forms of cultural governance innovation implemented by the Bone Regency Government and their impact on strengthening cultural identity and increasing regional competitiveness. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and analysis of policy documents. The results show that cultural governance innovation in Bone includes the integration of digital technology in cultural promotion, multi-stakeholder collaboration between the government, indigenous communities, and business actors, and the revitalization of cultural activities based on community participation. These innovations not only strengthen the image and identity of Bugis culture at the local and national levels but also open up creative economic opportunities that contribute to increasing regional competitiveness. This study recommends strengthening regulations, program sustainability, and increasing the capacity of cultural actors as long-term strategies for cultural governance in Bone Regency.

Abstract

Office ergonomics talk about how to make the work area in the office suitable for people who work and support the work activities they do. Meanwhile, 5S (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, and Shitsuke) is a system that makes work activities better and of higher quality. If these two principles are applied properly to an office activity, it will certainly increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the work being carried out. The introduction of the two principles was carried out for Kelurahan X employees. Information was provided through an interactive webinar format through the Zoom Meeting platform. The purpose of this activity is to provide an understanding of the importance of Ergonomics in the office and the importance of implementing 5S to the employees of the X Village office. In the early stages of implementation, information is provided through the lecture method and collects data related to the knowledge that participants currently have using a questionnaire using Google Form, then in the next stage, participants are asked to actively participate in the application of the material that has been presented previously. In the final results of data collection, it was proven that participants had understood the benefits of applying these principles by increasing the percentage of participants' understanding obtained from the final questionnaire
