Abstract

Pendekatan pembelajaran yang dapat diterapkan dalam pembelajaran matematika adalah pendekatan pendidikan matematika realistic, karena memiliki kelebihan yaitu lebih memberikan pengertian yang jelas kepada siswa tentang keterkaitan matematika dengan kehidupan sehari-hari. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh Realistic Mathematic Education (RME) terhadap motivasi belajar matematika, (2) pengaruh RME terhadap prestasi belajar matematika, dan (3) pengaruh RME terhadap motivasi dan prestasi belajar matematika pada siswa sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Kebumen. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian quasi eksperimen dengan rancangan penelitian Nonequivalent-groups Pretest Postest Design. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas IV SD di Kecamatan Kebumen.Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan teknik simple random sampling, yang meliputi SD N (4 Kutosari, Argopeni, 1 Adikarso, 3 Tamanwinangun, 1 Tanahsari, dan 1 Bumirejo). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pendekatan RME terhadap motivasi belajar matematika, (2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pendekatan RME terhadap prestasi belajar, dan (3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pendekatan RME terhadap motivasi dan prestasi belajar matematika.

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Prestasi belajar merupakan salah satu masalah dalam dunia pendidikan. Prestasi belajar matematika siswa dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor, salah satunya adalah adversity quotient dan motivasi belajar matematika. Adversity Quotient merupakan kecerdasan yang dimiliki seseorang untuk mampu bertahan dan berjuang menghadapi segala rintangan dan tantangan yang diberikan kepadanya. Motivasi belajar matematika merupakan keinginan atau dorongan untuk belajar matematika. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian akan dilakukan dengan desain analisis jalur deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa SMK Negeri di Kabupaten Buleleng kelas X, XI, dan XII tahun pelajaran 2021/2022. Hasil: Data penelitian ini adalah: (1) data Adversity Quotient dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan angket Adversity Quotient, (2) data motivasi belajar matematika dikumpulkan dengan angket motivasi belajar matematika, dan (3) data prestasi belajar matematika dikumpulkan dengan nilai ulangan semester. Kesimpulan: Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) Adversity Quotient memberikan kontribusi langsung dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar matematika sebesar 37,94%, (2) Adversity Quotient memberikan kontribusi langsung dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar matematika sebesar 48,30% dan secara tidak langsung melalui motivasi belajar matematika sebesar 16,83%, (3) motivasi belajar matematika memberikan kontribusi secara langsung dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar matematika sebesar 44,35%, (4) Adversity Quotient dan motivasi belajar matematika memberikan kontribusi secara simultan dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar matematika sebesar 57,40 %.

Abstract

In theory, work commitment can be influenced by various factors, including the work environment, professionalism, and job satisfaction. Research on work commitment in the airport sector managed by the government is still very rare, therefore the purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the work environment, professionalism, and job satisfaction on employee work commitment at the Class I Mopah Merauke Airport Operations Unit (UPBU). with a population of 110. The sample determination method uses a saturated sample, so that all employees at the UPBU Class I Mopah Office are used as samples. Variable measurements were carried out using a Likert scale. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression methods and with SPSS software. The results of the analysis show that the work environment, work professionalism, and job satisfaction have a significant positive effect on employee work commitment in Class I UPBU Mopah Merauke Office. The better the work environment, work professionalism, and job satisfaction, it will lead to better work commitment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi, gaya kepemimpinan dan pengembangan karir, terhadap kinerja pegawai BPS se-Sumatera Utara. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sejumlah 135 orang, dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 101 pegawai. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah simple ramdom sampling. Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan analisis data dengan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa kompetensi, gaya kepemimpinan dan pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai, diperlukan peningkatan kompetensi, gaya kepemimpinan dan pengembangan karir. Diantara ketiga variabel tersebut, kompetensi merupakan variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hal ini terlihat dari nilai standardized coefficients kompetensi sebesar 0,460. Hal ini dikarenakan kompetensi sebagai faktor internal individu yang dapat dikendalikan oleh individu itu sendiri. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa kinerja pegawai dipengaruhi sebesar 42,8% oleh kompetensi, gaya kepemimpinan dan pengembangan karir secara bersama-sama. Sedangkan selebihnya sebesar 57,2% adalah pengaruh faktor lain yang tidak dimasukkan ke dalam penelitian ini

Abstract

Bappeda Kabupaten Sumbawa "Pola Karir Kerja Berorientasi Kompetensi" merupakan Lembaga Sumber daya manusia yang sangat vital dalam mewujudkan kesejahteraan daerah yang terampil dan kompeten. Personil pemerintah sangat penting untuk melaksanakan proyek-proyek pembangunan daerah. Mengelola sumber daya manusia, termasuk perencanaan dan pengembangan karir, membutuhkan keahlian dan profesionalisme. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan pola karir, menetapkan standar kompetensi kerja, membangun sistem perencanaan dan pengembangan karir, dan menempatkan pekerja dalam peran. Digambarkan secara kualitatif. Metode yang digunakan adalah metodologi pengelolaan sumber daya manusia berbasis kompetensi informan. Penyelidikan ini mewawancarai 20 pejabat struktural. Analisis klaster digunakan untuk mengelompokkan tempat-tempat terkait. Lima klaster di tiga lokasi ditemukan. Akibatnya, menangani kebutuhan keterampilan kerja dan membangun jalur karir diikuti dengan rencana suksesi dapat dilakukan. Dalam pola karir, personel dapat melakukan pola mutasi melalui rotasi dan kemajuan pekerjaan secara langsung atau tidak langsung berdasarkan kemampuan posisional. Pelaksanaannya harus melalui sosialisasi dan penempatan pemberi kerja berdasarkan catatan ketenagakerjaan masa lalu, saat ini, dan prospektif. Dengan demikian, tim analisis kompetensi kerja dan forum evaluasi kerja dapat membantu mengembangkan sumber daya manusia, khususnya di Bappeda Kabupaten Sumbawa.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of the application of the PBL model on critical thinking skills and mathematics learning achievement and determine the influence of learning achievement and critical thinking of students using conventional learning. The research method uses experimental quasi. The study population was 159 learners, with a research sample of 22 learners. The instruments used are educator activity observation sheets, student activity observation sheets, questionnaires on applying PBL models, critical thinking ability tests, and learning achievement tests. Data analysis using the T-test. The results of the first hypothesis obtained by Sig. (2-tailed) were 0.00 ≤ 0.05, the average value of applying the experimental class PBL model was 78.23, the standard deviation was 11.936, the average control class was 5.025, the standard deviation was 5.025, and Sig obtained the second hypothesis. (2-tailed) was 0.00 ≤ 0.05, the average value of critical thinking of the experimental class was 82.95, the standard deviation was 13.062, and the average critical thinking of the control class was 58.00, the standard deviation was 11.940, the third hypothesis obtained by Sig. (2-tailed) is 0.00 ≤ 0.05, the average value of experimental class learning achievement is 83.64, the standard deviation is 11.871 and the average learning achievement of the control class is 59.14, the standard deviation is 11.107, the fourth hypothesis is obtained the significance value of applying the PBL (X) model of 0.001 < 0.05 and the calculated value of 3.987 > table of 1.720, critical thinking significance value (Y1) of 0.000<0.05 and calculated value of 8.337>table of 1.720, and learning achievement significance value (Y2) of 0.000 < 0.05 and calculated value of 8.337 > table of 1.720. then it can be concluded that the PBL learning model on critical thinking skills and mathematics learning achievement differs.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and describe the influence of compensation, motivation, work stress and job satisfaction on the performance of employees of the Bima Regency Social Service, both partially and simultaneously. This research uses an associative quantitative research design to look for causal relationships between independent and dependent variables. The respondents for this research were 43 employees of the Bima Regency Social Service. The research instrument is a questionnaire developed from each research variable. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS version 25 application. The research results show that employee work compensation is relatively high, as well as high employee work motivation, but there are several aspects that need to be improved. Employee work stress is relatively low, however, several employees experienced work stress during the Covid-19 pandemic. Employee job satisfaction is also high, which has an impact on high performance. Hypothesis testing shows that compensation, motivation, work stress and job satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously, have a significant effect on employee performance. It is hoped that the results of this research can provide special attention to the Bima Regency Social Service to handle employee work stress quickly and accurately. Apart from that, improving employee performance also requires attention to compensation, motivation and job satisfaction. Future researchers are expected to be able to conduct a more in-depth study regarding the appropriateness of the compensation received by employees compared to prices which continue to experience inflation from year to year, which is not commensurate with the increase in compensation received by employees, thus causing low motivation and high work stress due to the pressure of high demands. and low employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

This research examines the influence of transformational leadership, work discipline, and job satisfaction on the performance of public vocational school teachers in Bima City. Utilizing a quantitative associative research paradigm, the study sampled 108 teachers from a population of 381 using probabilistic random sampling. Data were analyzed through classical assumption testing, descriptive statistics, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 25. Results indicate that transformational leadership significantly enhances teacher performance, characterized by leaders with clear vision, creativity encouragement, and individual support. Work discipline also positively affects performance, ensuring order and optimal task execution. Job satisfaction similarly has a significant positive impact, with higher satisfaction leading to improved performance. Combined, transformational leadership, work discipline, and job satisfaction account for a significant portion of the variance in teacher performance. The findings confirm that effective leadership, robust discipline, and job satisfaction are critical for enhancing teacher performance, emphasizing a multidimensional approach in educational management. This research contributes to the literature by integrating these three variables, highlighting their combined impact in the educational context of Bima City. Future research should explore additional factors influencing performance to further optimize educational outcomes.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of interpersonal competence, operational competence, commitment and work team on the performance of supervisory consultants at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Department of Paser Regency. The research approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The population determined in this research is the Supervisory Consultant workforce at the Paser Regency Public Works and Spatial Planning Service, totaling 59 people. The sampling technique used was a saturated sample so the number of samples in this study was 59 people. In this research, the research instrument used was a questionnaire and data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS program. The results of data analysis explain that there is a positive and significant influence of interpersonal competence (X1) on performance (Y) of 0.539. There is a positive and significant influence of operational competence (X2) on performance (Y) of 0.176. There is a positive and significant influence of work commitment (X3) on the performance variable (Y) of 0.197. There is a positive and significant influence of the work team (X4) on performance (Y) of 0.226, and together the interpersonal competence variable (X1), the operational competence variable (X2), the work commitment variable (X3), and the work team variable (X4 ) has an effect on the performance variable (Y). It is hoped that the Paser Regency PUTR Service will pay more attention to the interpersonal competence and operational competence of supervisors, so that it can be improved and provide motivation so that their work commitment and work teams can be further improved.
