Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and price on customer loyalty either partially or simultaneously. The population in this study were all customers of Bubble'ku Bubble Drink and Ice Blend at Ramayana Department Store of Sukabumi City for June which as many as 900 people as the population. The sample of study was determined by Slovin formula, so that 90 sample was obtained. To test the analysis of research instruments, validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests were employed. For statistical analysis and relationship analysis, Pearson product moment correlation was used, as well as the coefficient of determination, multiple linear regression, and the t test and F test to test the null hypothesis. The findings reveal that simultaneously product quality and price significantly influence customer loyalty. By comparing Fstatistic with ttable (82.536 > 3.10), which means that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, and H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted, so the research hypotheses proposed in this study prove that product quality and price together (simultaneously) affect the customer loyalty. The contribution of product quality and price to customer loyalty is 65.5%, and the remaining 34.45% is influenced by variables not examined other than product quality and price. These variables include marketing strategy, location, promotion, marketing mix, service quality, promotion, and so on.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of promotion and price on purchasing decisions at PT. Shopee International Indonesia in the city of Sukabumi, where Shopee consumers in the city of Sukabumi also often shop through this application by looking at the promotions that PT. Shopee International Indonesia often holds and the prices offered so that in purchasing decisions there are several factors that influence in it, and this research the writer takes the promotion and price factors. In this research quantitative associative research is used with data collection techniques by observation and questionnaire. The analysis technique used is the validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis. In testing the hypothesis using partial test and simultaneous test. Based on the results obtained from this study, it shows that the influence of promotion is 52.9% and the influence of price is 40.3%. and the effect of promotion and price simultaneously that is equal to 56.6% while the remaining 43.4% is explained by other variables not included in this study that include products, places, people, processes, advertising, physical evidence.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh Green Compensation dan Green Employee Involvement terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan ISS di PT Forisa. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif dan kausal. Populasi penelitian adalah karyawan ISS di PT Forisa dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner skala Likert. Variabel independen penelitian terdiri dari Green Compensation dan Green Employee Involvement, sedangkan variabel dependen adalah kepuasan kerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Green Compensation dan Green Employee Involvement memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Karyawan yang memperoleh penghargaan berbasis keberlanjutan serta terlibat aktif dalam program ramah lingkungan cenderung memiliki tingkat kepuasan kerja yang lebih tinggi. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan pentingnya penerapan kebijakan keberlanjutan berbasis sumber daya manusia dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kerja dan mendukung budaya organisasi berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Efforts to increase literacy are needed to combat hoaxes, one of which is by providing education to prevent hoaxes through radio media. LPPL Radio Swara Perintis Sukabumi is a broadcasting institution under the auspices of Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika (Diskominfo) Kota Sukabumi. The purpose of this study is to understand the efforts of Diskominfo Kota Sukabumi in tackling hoaxes through LPPL, to understand how the role of LPPL in meeting information needs and increasing public literacy power as an effort to overcome the spread of hoaxes in Sukabumi City, and to find out the community's evaluation of the role of LPPL. This study uses qualitative methods, with data collection methods through field observations, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study illustrate that Diskominfo Kota Sukabumi and LPPL cooperate in dealing with hoaxes through various joint programs. In meeting the information needs in Sukabumi City as an effort to overcome hoaxes, LPPL comes with a variety of informative and educational broadcast programs and pays attention to the planning process to broadcasting that focuses on truth and accuracy. LPPL Radio Swara Perintis Sukabumi is also considered to have carried out its role in improving community media literacy well.
