Abstract

Kebutuhan lapangan kerja untuk kelompok lulusan sarjana masih belum terpenuhi secara merata. Hal ini karena jumlah lulusan yang banyak tidak diiringi oleh ketersediaan lapangan kerja. Selain itu para lulusan masih terfokus untuk mencari kerja dan bukan menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan. Untuk menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan diperlukan efikasi diri dan intensi berwirausaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui hubungan efikasi diri dan intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa di Kota Surabaya. Sampel pada penelitian ini, yaitu mahasiswa di empat perguruan tinggi di Kota Surabaya. Teknik pengambilan sampelnya menggunakan purposive sampling, yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel dengan cara menetapkan karakteristik tertentu yang sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian. Data terdiri dari data primer yang diperoleh dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner secara langsung kepada responden. Alat analisinya menggunakan korelasi dengan program SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada korelasi positif antara efikasi diri dan intensi berwirausaha

Abstract

Kinerja pegawai merupakan faktor penting yang berkontribusi terhadap perkembangan perusahaan. Kinerja ini dapat dilihat dari segi kualitas dan kuantitas hasil kerja yang dicapai oleh pegawai dalam menjalankan tugas-tugasnya sesuai dengan tanggung jawab yang diberikan. Untuk itu, penting bagi perusahaan untuk memahami faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi terbentuknya kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi peran modal psikologis, kualitas kehidupan kerja, dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Populasi penelitian ini terdiri dari seluruh pegawai perusahaan yang berjumlah 143 orang. Dalam penentuan sampel, metode sensus digunakan di mana seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda untuk menganalisis hubungan antara modal psikologis, kualitas kehidupan kerja, kepemimpinan, dan kinerja pegawai. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa modal psikologis berperan penting dalam membentuk kinerja pegawai. Selain itu, kualitas kehidupan kerja juga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Begitu pula dengan kepemimpinan, yang juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik modal psikologis, kualitas kehidupan kerja, dan kepemimpinan, maka kinerja pegawai akan meningkat. Implikasinya, perusahaan perlu memperhatikan faktor-faktor ini dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Selain itu, hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan kontribusi pada pengembangan ilmu perilaku organisasi dan sumber daya manusia dengan menguatkan temuan sebelumnya.

Abstract

Analysis of the intention to change jobs carried out by employees in an organization based on performance appraisal systems and job satisfaction is the goal of this study. There are several factors that play a significant role in influencing employee retention and organizational stability. That factor is the performance appraisal system and job satisfaction. Understanding the relationship between these factors can assist organizations in designing effective human resource management strategies. Researchers chose a survey method with a quantitative approach. The technique of obtaining the sample in this study was carried out randomly based on various departments in the related organization. The data collection uses a specially designed questionnaire so that the involvement of the performance appraisal system variables, job satisfaction and turnover intention can be measured. Statistical software can help to analyze the data which uses multiple regression analysis. This study found that the performance appraisal system has a significant and negative effect on turnover intention. This shows that the better the performance appraisal system implemented in the organization, the lower the employee's intention to change jobs. In addition, the negative and significant effect of job satisfaction is real on turnover intention. Jobs that can provide a sense of satisfaction for employees, the intention to change jobs is also lower. Through this research, for organizations the factors that influence turnover intention can be better understood. These findings can be used by organizations to improve performance appraisal systems and improve the factors that affect job satisfaction so as to reduce employee turnover rates

Abstract

Real Work Lecture (KKN) activities are the role of students in implementing the khataman qur'an form of community service. The Real Work Lecture (KKN) of Sunan Giri Surabaya University group nineteen was held at the Griyo Mapan Sentosa Mosque Foundation, Waru District, Sidoarjo Regency. The Sunan Giri Surabaya University KKN team took an educational work program related to religion at the Griyo Mapan Sentosa Mosque Foundation. Religious knowledge must be fostered from a young age, activities in this religious field are carried out and will always exist in the lives of local people in the Griyo Mapan Sentosa Mosque Foundation area, Waru District, Sidoarjo Regency. This study uses qualitative methods and uses observation techniques and data collection by documenting activities that have been carried out. This program can be carried out well because students are able to establish good relationships with Griyo Mapan Sentosa residents and empower themselves.

Abstract

Industri konstruksi dengan jumlah pekerja yang relatif banyak menyebabkan munculnya tantangan keamanan, kesejahteraan dan produktivitas pekerja. Penyelesaian terkait produktivitas pekerja tentu membutuhkan beberapa faktor yang turut mendukungnya seperti stres kerja, lingkungan kerja dan masa kerja. Oleh karena itu penelitian deskriptif ini akan menggambarkan masalah untuk mengembangkan produktivitas melalui pengamatan stres, lingkungan kerja, dan masa kerja. Studi dilakukan di salah satu perusahaan konstruksi berpusat di Jakarta dan tertuju pada salah satu proyek pengerjaan di Kota Malang. Ada 214 pekerja dijadikan responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Hipotesis diuji setelah melakukan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan dari stres terhadap produktivitas pekerja konstruksi. Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan dari lingkungan kerja terhadap produktivitas pekerja konstruksi. Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan dari masa kerja terhadap produktivitas pekerja konstruksi. Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan dari stres, lingkungan kerja dan masa kerja kerja terhadap produktivitas pekerja konstruksi.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of workload and burnout on employee work effectiveness. It employs a quantitative method with data collection through questionnaires. The research methodology involves data collection through questionnaires distributed to 120 employees of PT ABC in Gresik City. The sampling technique employed is saturation sampling, involving all employees of PT ABC in Gresik City. Regression analysis is utilized to test the relationship between workload and burnout variables on employee work effectiveness. The results of this study indicate a significant relationship between workload and burnout and employee work effectiveness. The higher the workload borne by employees, the higher the likelihood of experiencing burnout, which ultimately has a negative impact on their work effectiveness

Abstract

Studi ini bermaksud untuk menganalisis pengaruhnya Perceived Organizational Support (POS) dan Komitmen Organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di suatu perusahaan manufaktur di Kota Surabaya. POS mencerminkan pandangan subjektif karyawan tentang sejauh mana organisasi memiliki kepedulian terhadap kebutuhan dan kesejahteraan karyawannya, sementara komitmen organisasi mencakup tingkat keterikatan dan identifikasi karyawan dengan nilai-nilai dan tujuan organisasi. Di studi ini, data dikumpulkan melalui survei, wawancara, dan analisis dokumentasi, dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil studi mengindikasikan bahwa kombinasi POS dan komitmen organisasi memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Karyawan yang merasa didukung dan terlibat secara aktif di misi organisasi cenderung memperlihatkan kinerja yang lebih positif, motivasi untuk berinovasi, dan tingkat retensi yang tinggi. Temuan ini memperkuat konsep bahwa dukungan organisasi dan komitmen organisasi memainkan peran krusial untuk membentuk hubungan positif antara karyawan dan organisasi, serta berdampak pada efektivitas dan keberlanjutan kinerja individu.

Abstract

The development of the times has brought society to a more modern direction, including in terms of beauty care. Therefore, it is not surprising to meet the community's need for this, more and more skincare clinics are found competing with each other to satisfy their consumers. With this phenomenon, this study was conducted to find out and prove that consumer satisfaction is caused by product quality and skincare prices. The explanatory research method was chosen for this study. The sample was obtained by accidental sampling technique so that there were 80 respondents. These 80 respondents met the criteria because they had visited and used products from one of the skincare clinics in Mojokerto City. This survey was conducted to observe and find out the opinions of consumers about their satisfaction based on product quality and price. This study requires primary data from 80 respondents, therefore the questions/statements in the questionnaire will be compiled. After data from 80 respondents have been collected and all meet the requirements, data tabulation, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination test will be carried out using SPSS 26 for windows. It is known that the results of his research prove that product quality can have an effect on consumer satisfaction with significant results. Furthermore, for the price is also the same, can affect customer satisfaction significantly. It was also found that both (product quality and price) can affect consumer satisfaction with significant results.

Abstract

Community service activities (PkM) in the form of social service (baksos) through the distribution of basic food packages are a positive step to provide assistance to people in need. The distribution of food packages is not only material in nature, but also reflects significant social care and solidarity. The purpose of this PkM is to provide assistance in the form of food packages to residents around Sunan Giri University Surabaya (UNSURI). This activity involves students and lecturers to distribute food packages to residents around the campus. The stages of community service consist of methods of collecting basic necessities, targeting basic necessities, basic necessities received, methods of implementing the distribution of basic necessities. The result of this activity is the assistance provided to residents in need. Although the amount of assistance is not large, this social service has succeeded in lightening the burden on the community. This Community Service (PkM) activity has a positive impact on all parties involved, as reflected in the positive response of the community. In addition, this social service activity also provides opportunities for students to develop life skills such as empathy and concern for others.

Abstract

The quality of education is very dependent on the role of teachers in it because teachers are professional educators. Quality education processes and outcomes are also inseparable from teacher performance. Therefore, given the importance of this, various efforts are still being made to improve teacher performance such as self-discipline, self-concept and self-efficacy as will be discussed in this study. This study uses a quantitative approach by using the method of observation and questionnaire design. The population observed was 38 teachers, because the number was less than 100, the sample was determined using the census technique. The data were then tested for validity and reliability as well as the classical assumption test. In the end there is multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 26.0 program. The conclusion that self-discipline has a significant effect on improving teacher performance. Likewise, what happened to the independent variables of self-concept and self-efficacy also had a partial and significant influence on improving teacher performance. These three variables have a significant effect simultaneously on improving teacher performance.
