Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh positif pola asuh orang tua terhadap kepercayaan diri remaja dan seberapa besar pengaruhnya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Kuantitatif dengan metode regresi linier sederhana. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa nilai nilai thitung sebesar 9,312 dengan nilai sig. 0,000 < 0,05. artinya terdapat pengaruh positif antara pola asuh positif terhadap kepercayaan diri remaja. Hasil pengujian koefisien determinasi diperoleh nilai R Square sebesar 62,1% yang berarti bahwa pola asuh positif memberikan pengaruh sebesar 62,1% terhadap kepercayaan diri remaja, yang berarti terdapat pengaruh yang positif secara signifikan antara pola asuh positif terhadap kepercayaan diri remaja di RW 05 Kelurahan Sumber Kabupaten Cirebon.

Abstract

The development of the health world will certainly have a positive impact for shareholders especially in pharmaceutical companies, this is reflected by the Government's support thatprovides ease and incentives in the form of tax deductions and import duties borne by theGovernment to attract investments. With these opportunities will certainly affect the price ofstocks in pharmaceutical companies including the financial performance. Financial performance can be seen from several financial ratios, earning per share, debt to equity, andprice earning ratio. Samples on this study were as many as 7 companies for 5 years so in 35 can sample. The results of this study simultaneously all variables in this study have an effect on the stock price. Both EPS and PER variables affect the stock price, while the DER variablesnegatively affect the share price.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pola mobilitas pada kampus Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) dalam rangka mendukung pencapaian sebagai eco campus. Melalui survei primer dengan wawancara dan penyebaran kuesioner daring sebanyak 143 responden, data terkait penggunaan moda transportasi, waktu tempuh, dan perilaku berkendara dianalisis. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas warga kampus menggunakan sepeda motor sebagai moda transportasi utama karena kenyamanan dan fleksibilitasnya, salah satunya disebabkan infrastruktur pejalan kaki dan pesepeda masih kurang memadai. Untuk mencapai mobilitas kampus yang berkelanjutan, diperlukan peningkatan fasilitas pendukung bagi moda transportasi aktif dan integrasi yang lebih baik antar moda transportasi di kampus. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan profil eksisting pola mobilitas civitas akademi kampus ITS.

Abstract

This service aims to provide Juz 30 Memorization assistance to elementary school level students at DTA Tegal Heas based on Qur'anic values. The target of this service is elementary school level students at DTA Tegal Heas. The result to be achieved is the application of Qur'an-based values in students' daily lives. The technique carried out is by habituation carried out in the DTA environment, exemplary, habituation that starts from the process of entering the Assembly students shake hands with the teacher first, pray before starting learning and after learning, read short surahs, recite, and start adding memorization by being guided by accompanying students. The results of this service show that the assistance of memorizing juz 30 to elementary school level students based on quranic values at DTA Tegal Heas has gone well, around 60% have been able to master memorization of Juz 30 around 50% well along with the law of tajwid. Qur'an-based characters have begun to be embedded through habituation of habituation carried out from the time of entering the Assembly until it is completed.ABSTRAKPengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pendampingan Hafalan Juz 30 pada siswa tingkat sekolah dasar di DTA Tegal Heas berbasis nilai-nilai Al-Qur’an. Sasaran dari pengabdian ini adalah siswa tingkat sekolah dasar di DTA Tegal Heas. Adapun hasil yang ingin di capai adalah penerapan nilai-nilai berbasis Al-Qur’an dalam kehidupan sehari-hari siswa. Teknik yang dilakukan yakni dengan pembiasaan yang dilakukan dilingkungan DTA, keteladanan, pembiasaan yang dimulai dari proses masuk kedalam Majelis siswa bersalaman kepada guru terlebih dahulu, berdo’a sebelum memulai pembelajaran dan sesudah pembelajaran, membaca surah-surah pendek, mengaji, dan memulai menambah hafalan dengan di pandu oleh mahasiswa Pendamping. Hasil pengabdian ini menunjukan bahwa pendampingan hafalan juz 30 pada siswa tingkat sekolah dasar berbasis nilai-nilai al- quran di DTA Tegal Heas sudah berjalan dengan baik, Sekitar 60% sudah mampu menguasai Hafalan Juz 30 sekitar 50% nya dengan baik beserta hukum tajwidnya. Karakter berbasis Al-Qur’an sudah mulai tertanam melaui pembiasaan pembiasaan yang dilakukan sejak masuk Majelis sampai dengan selesai.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of earnings per share (EPS), return on equity (ROE), inflation, and interest rates on stock prices. The research population consists of consumer goods industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2018 to 2022. This study used a purposive sampling technique with specific criteria. The samples of this study consist of 29 companies with a total of 126 observations. The analysis was carried out using a multiple linear regression approach. The results showed that earnings per share (EPS) has a positive effect on stock prices meanwhile return on equity (ROE) has a negative effect on stock prices. On the other side, inflation and interest rates do not affect stock prices.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to provide knowledge and experience to the Papring Village community regarding innovation and natural coloring of papring batik. This activity was carried out with a counseling/lecture model about batik, design innovation, and the advantages of natural colors in batik. Furthermore, in this activity there was also practice in making batik designs and practice in making color mixtures as well as the coloring process. In this activity, the participants who took part in the activity were Papring Village community members who were members of Papring UMKM in Kampoeng Batara. Some of the universities involved in this activity are UNS Surakarta, ITB Widya Gama Lumajang, UNY, and UNIPI Tangerang. This activity was sponsored by BI Jember. This activity is expected to increase the income and economy of the Papring Village community through innovation in batik design and batik coloring, which makes Papring Batik products of higher quality. Thus, it can increase the sales turnover of Batik Papring and further improve the economy of the Papring Village community.

Abstract

This community service activity was carried out in the Pungsari area, Plupuh District, Sragen Regency, in collaboration with UKM Batik Wijaya and the Sragen Regency Government. The purpose of this activity is to foster green entrepreneurship at a UKM Batik Wijaya so that it can increase the income of the surrounding community while still paying attention to the concept of environmentally sound business sustainability. UKM Batik Wijaya produces batik products that are not inferior when compared to other SMEs. Participation of participants in this activity shows high enthusiasm in an effort to increase creativity and innovation in the production of UKM Wijaya. After the implementation of this activity, it is hoped that it can increase the income of the community, especially those who are members of UKM Wijaya and create a healthier environment in Pungsari Village.

Abstract

Abstac Stock investment is one investment that has attracted the interest of many people. Although there are risks because the stock is very sensitive to changes that can have an impact on stock prices. But stock investments offer high returns and opportunities. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of Earning Per Share, Price Earning Ratio, Price Book Value, Net Profit Margin, and Total Asset Turnover on stock prices. The population of this study is the chemical and pharmaceutical sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2018. The number of samples of this study were 8 companies, with sampling using a purposive sampling method that is sampling based on certain criteria. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression with the results showing that Earning Per Share, Price Earning Ratio, Price Book Value, and Net Profit Margin affect the stock price. Abstract

The research aims to test and find out whether there is an effect of bussiness risk, profitability, liquidity and firm size on capital structure in food and baverage sub-sector companies in 2014-2018. The object of this research is a food and baverage company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018, totaling 26 companies. The technique used is purposive sampling. The samples used in this study were 12 food and baverage companies listed on the IDX. This research uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis method. The results of this study indicate that the profitability and liquidity has affect the capital structure of food and baverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2014-2018. While the bussiness risk and firm size have no effect on the capital structure of food and baverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2014-2018.

Abstract

The excessive use of chemical fertilizers poses a threat to land integrity, leading to soil quality degradation. To counter this trend, farmers must transition towards organic farming practices. This study aims to examine the evolving process of adopting innovations in organic cultivation among farmers in dry land areas of Kalurahan Giritorto, Kapanewon, Purwosari, Gunungkidul Regency. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach, the research takes the form of a case study. Data collection involves interviews with 7 (seven) informan represent the farmer group, observations, and focus group discussions (FGDs), with triangulation techniques. Findings indicate that the adoption of organic farming innovations is feasible, albeit in a semi-organic manner. Farmers adjust their practices to align with environmentally friendly agriculture, gradually reducing the reliance on chemical fertilizers while increasing the use of organic alternatives. Despite positive acceptance and awareness, implementation encounters various obstacles, with economic constraints being the most significant. The study identifies three distinct groups of adopters: early innovator/adopter farmers, early majority farmers, and late majority/slow farmers. These groups exhibit differing characteristics in terms of farming experience, age, group dynamics, and socioeconomic conditions. For the first group, a sustainable extension design is recommended to foster continued innovation. The second group should concentrate on reinforcing motivation and learning from the early adopters. The third group, concerted efforts from extension workers and government interventions are essential to offer intensified assistance. This targeted approach aims to facilitate the continued adoption of organic agricultural innovations by providing capital for later adopter farmers because of low economic conditions.
