Abstract

The problem found in Posyandu Pudak Wangi, Lok Bahu Village, Sungai Kunjang Subdistrict, Samarinda, is the lack of cadre skills in taking anthropometric measurements. To overcome this problem, an intervention was designed in the form of anthropometric measurement training that focused on measuring body weight, height, upper arm circumference (LILA), and head circumference. The anthropometric measurement training aims to improve the skills of cadres in measuring body weight, height, upper arm circumference (LILA), and head circumference. This empowerment activity involves two main programs, namely anthropometric measurement training for cadres and making anthropometric measurement modules by cadres. The partners of this activity were seven cadres of Posyandu Pudak Wangi. Evaluation was carried out using direct observation and assessment methods to measure changes in cadres' knowledge and skills. The result of this activity was an increase in cadres' knowledge and skills related to anthropometric measurements, followed by the creation of modules as practice guidelines. This intervention is expected to contribute to improving maternal and child health services at Posyandu.

Abstract

Cases of cavities and untidy tooth arrangements in elementary school-age children in Batam are still quite high. Poor oral health in children can last into adulthood and get worse if you don't get immediate treatment from a dentist. Unfortunately, this condition is exacerbated by the lack of education and awareness among parents and teachers about children's dental and oral health. The community service activity that will be carried out is in the form of providing education to schoolchildren regarding oral problems in children. The target audience for this s elementary school students. The implementation of community service is carried out by first providing counseling and then providing assistance in the practice of the counseling. As an initial stage, the program will be implemented at public elementary school 10 in Batam City. Conducts counseling about oral and dental health and the growth and development of children's teeth for teachers and guardians of students. Teachers and guardians of students are also provided with information about various bad habits that have the risk of changing the arrangement of a child's teeth, such as biting a pencil, thumb sucking, sucking on the lower lip, incorrect swallowing methods, and an understanding of the impact of excessive consumption of sweet foods or drinks on children's health. dental health. Dental examinations carried out on students provide an overview and good feedback for students, teachers, and parents of students to pay more attention to the health of the child's oral cavity before it's too late, so that the child gets treatment as early as possible.

Abstract

The quality i of products, prices and promotions provided by the company are in accordance with the desires of consumers in deciding to purchase these products. PT.ATP DZAFIRAH JAYA MAKMUR is one of the perfume refill providers in Batam The best quality products, suitable prices and promotions that continue to be carried out by salsa perfume in accordance with what consumers need can influence purchasing decisions on salsa perfume refill in Batam City. But lately there are still consumers who feel unsure of the product, but there are also some who have begun to understand it. This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, price and promotion on purchasing decisions on salsa perfume refill in Batam City. This study uses multiple linear i regression i analysis. The number of samples was 100 respondents using a random sampling technique Probability sampling Simultaneous.of these results it can be seen that product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions of 0.001 <0.05, prices have a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions of 0.020 ​

Abstract

Islamic education is an effort of physical and spiritual guidance at the level of individual and social life to develop human nature based on Islamic laws towards the formation of an ideal human being (insan kamil) who has a Muslim personality and commendable morals and is obedient to Islam so that he can achieve happiness in the world and the hereafter. The family is the first place where the education process takes place. Then continued with school and society. The difficulties in carrying out the task of educating are very pronounced, especially when faced with the reality that the influence of the environment is so strong, even surpassing the strength of other educational factors. At times like that, parents as the first educational force in the family environment must realize their role as educators completely towards their children. Departing from that background, the author then wants to discuss it in a thesis entitled "Islamic Education from the Perspective of Zakiah Daradjat". The purpose of this study is to determine the concept of Islamic education by Zakiah Daradjat which includes: the definition of Islamic education, the responsibility of Islamic education, the educational environment, and the concept of Islamic education according to Zakiah Daradjat. This research is a Library Research, meaning pure literature (looking for books and relevant books) with the title of the thesis. And using the Content Analysis technique means analyzing the contents of books that are relevant to the title and sourced from the results of library data collection. With the Descriptive Critical Analysis method, it means describing human ideas. In this case, tracing the theme raised which is related to this research, namely the concept of Islamic Education. The collected research data was analyzed using a deductive and inductive approach. The concept of Zakiah Daradjat, especially about Islamic education, shows that in the first stage of education there are dimensions in humans, namely; physical, intellectual, faith, morals, spiritual, beauty, social-community dimensions. And related to the responsibility of education in Islam which is held by parents, teachers and society, where all of that later their children will become the successors of their family, religion and country.

Abstract

PT.Jasamarga Tollroad Operator telah melakukan pengembangan pada sistem transaksi jalan tol yang disebut Single Lane Free Flow atau pembayaran nir sentuh pada gerbang tol. Untuk mendukung sistem pembayaran nir sentuh PT.Jasamarga Tollroad Operator meluncurkan Aplikasi “Let It Flo”  yang dapat di install pada Android dan juga IOS, karna kegunaannya sangat diperlukan maka Aplikasi ini harus memiliki tingkat kegunaan serta kemudahan yang baik untuk pengguna Aplikasi guna keberlangsungan sebuah sistem Aplikasi. Aplikasi Let It Flo ini pada rating Playstore dan Appstore dinilai masih terdapat beberapa kendala seperti kesulitan login, tidak tersedia nya menu untuk pemesanan stiker rfid, tampilan yang kurang menarik, dan terdapat kendala pembayaran top up saldo. Dengan penerapan Design Thingking untuk meningkatkan usability dilakukan design ulang Prototype dan System Usability Scale untuk pengujian Prototype mendapatkan pengalaman positif dengan nilai 74% dan disimpulkan acceptable, grade scale B dan adjective good, serta acceptable pada Prototype Aplikasi Let It Flo.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has driven a significant transformation in consumer shopping behavior, primarily through e-commerce platforms. This study analyzes the influence of Shopee PayLater, Cash on Delivery (COD), and return of goods features on consumer purchasing interest in Asahan Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey technique. Data were obtained from 100 respondents through an online questionnaire based on a Likert scale and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that the return of goods feature significantly influences purchasing interest (sig. = 0.000), followed by the PayLater feature (sig. = 0.008). Meanwhile, the COD feature did not show a significant effect (sig. = 0.156). The Adjusted R Square value of 0.536 indicates that the three features can explain 53.6% of the variation in consumer purchasing interest. This finding shows that consumer perceptions of after-sales service and payment flexibility are key factors in purchasing decisions. This study provides strategic implications for e-commerce platform managers, especially Shopee, in developing service features that are more adaptive to the needs and behavior of digital consumers. The study also recommends testing other variables such as product quality, promotions, and customer reviews in further studies.

Abstract

Seiring berjalannya waktu, perkembangan teknologi semakin hari semakin meningkat pesat. Hal tersebut akhirnya memunculkan ide besar berupa penciptaan saluran layanan pengaduan dan pelaporan masyarakat DKI Jakarta melalui teknologi JAKI. Sebagai aplikasi yang masih tergolong baru, seberapa besar pengaruh dari faktor- faktor penentu penerimaan dan penggunaan belum diketahui, dikarenakan masih banyak masyarakat DKI Jakarta belum mengenal apa itu Aplikasi JAKI. Hal ini membuat bagaimana mengetahui tingkat kesuksesan aplikasi jakarta kini (JAKI) dan variabel mana yang paling mempengaruhi kepuasan pengguna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh kemudahan, kualitas terhadap aplikasi JAKI (Jakarta Kini) dan mengevaluasi kepercayaan konsumen setelah penggunaan aplikasi dengan menggunakan metode WebQual 4.0. Pengambilan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara menyebar kuesioner kepada konsumen yaitu masyarakat DKI Jakarta dengan responden sebanyak 150 orang. Dari hasil keusioner dan pengolahan data didapat dari hasil uji validasi R Hitung > R Tabel sehingga item-item pertanyaan pada kuesioner tersebut berkorelasi signifikan terhadap skor total atau dinyatakan valid. Hasil uji reabilitas didapat dari hasil nilai Cronbach’s Alpha seluruh item > 0,06. Maka dapat dikatakan bahwa seluruh item kuesioner reliabel (konsisten) sebagai alat pengumpul data dalam penelitian. Dari hasil perhitungan kepuasan pengguna aplikasi JAKI didapatkan hasil interpretasi yang menunjukan bahwa mayoritas responden merasa puas pada semua sector kriteria yang diberikan oleh aplikasi JAKI. Hal ini dapat menjadi salah satu evaluasi serta pengembang/an aplikasi yang lebih baik lagi.

Abstract

Objective : The goal of this program is toincrease public knowledge and awareness about the dangers of smoking to one's own health and the health of the family, thereby preventing the occurrence of chronic diseases. Research Methods/ Implementation Methods : This program uses an extension method in the form of delivering material using PowerPoint, with the reading of pre-test questions (before the material) and post-test questions (after the material) to the community in Argomulyo Village. Results : The results of the PreTest and PostTest show an increase in knowledge after the counseling. Conclusion/Lesson Learned : This program can enhance the knowledge and awareness of both active and passive smokers regarding the impacts of smoking and the dangers of smoking indoors, so that smokers can make better decisions to quit smoking and create a healthier environment for themselves and those around them. Thus, this program contributes to efforts to maintain public health and reduce the risk of diseases caused by exposure to cigarette smoke.

Abstract

This study analyzes the level of tax compliance among freelancers, focusing on four key indicators: tax payment compliance, tax reporting compliance, compliance with overdue tax obligations, and tax legal compliance. Data were collected through an online questionnaire from respondents working as freelancers (including content creators, photographers, MCs, and wedding organizers) in Sukabumi. The research findings indicate that freelancers generally exhibit a good to very good level of tax compliance across all indicators. The average scores for tax payment compliance, tax reporting compliance, and compliance with overdue obligations were all 72.67%, while tax legal compliance reached 80.00%. These findings suggest adequate awareness and practices in fulfilling tax obligations among the majority of freelancers. However, further analysis revealed variations in compliance levels and interesting gender differences. Males showed slightly higher scores in payment and reporting compliance, while females scored slightly higher in compliance with overdue obligations. Tax legal compliance showed equally high scores for both genders, although there was an indication of a minority of female respondents with a history of tax-related criminal offenses. This study concludes that while freelancer tax compliance is generally positive, there is a need for more specific and gender-responsive tax socialization. It is recommended that tax authorities enhance educational programs focusing on financial literacy, ease of access to digital platforms, and tailored communication strategies for each gender, to strengthen the consistency and quality of tax compliance in the future.

Abstract

The process of appointing honorary teachers as permanent teachers still faces various challenges, particularly concerning objectivity and transparency in decision-making. Many educational institutions continue to rely on manual evaluation methods to assess teacher eligibility, which are often subjective and lack measurable analytical foundations. Consequently, the appointment process does not always reflect the actual competence and performance of honorary teachers. Based on these issues, this study aims to develop a Decision Support System (DSS) based on the Analytical Network Process (ANP) method to assist schools and educational authorities in objectively, systematically, and accurately determining which honorary teachers are eligible for permanent appointment. The ANP method was chosen because it can map the interdependence among criteria and sub-criteria in the selection process. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and literature review, then processed using a pairwise comparison matrix to generate the priority weights of each criterion and alternative. The findings indicate that the ANP-based decision support system effectively improves speed, efficiency, and fairness in the teacher appointment process. The results show that the alternative Dwi Rokita achieved the highest score of 2.531439, making her the most eligible candidate for permanent appointment. Therefore, the application of the ANP method proves to be effective in supporting objective and accountable decision-making in the appointment of honorary teachers, while simultaneously contributing to the improvement of human resource quality in the education sector.
