Abstract

Economic growth is a value that shows the level of production of goods and services achieved by a country so that it can reflect the state of the country's economy. Payments using non-cash or frequently used money such as electronic money are considered more efficient and economical, so the value of electronic money transactions increases every year. This research analyzes the influence of the value of electronic money transactions, money supply and inflation on Indonesia's economic growth, in this case GDP. Secondary data from 2018 to 2022. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. From the results of the tests that have been carried out, values were foundelectronic money transactions, money supply (JUB), and inflation has a significant effect on economic growth in Indonesia. The higher the value of electronic money transactions and inflation can increase economic growth, but the greater the money supply, the lower economic growth (GDP).

Abstract

Organic coffee farming has a higher selling price than non-organic coffee, organic coffee farm business is a source of employment and income for farmers. Coffee planting in forest areas is different from coffee planting in farmers' gardens, because coffee planters in the forest are planted in between forest plants, the number of coffee plants planted in the forest becomes smaller in number (not optimal). The purpose of the research is to examine the characteristics of farmers and their businesses and to analyze the effect of the land area on organic coffee production in the Girisenang forest farmer group (Kelompok tani hutan/KTH).  The research method used is a case study, the data used consists of primary and secondary data, primary data obtained from sample farmers by census.  The analysis used is descriptive analysis and econometric analysis, namely linear regression equations.  The results showed: (1) Organic coffee farmers in (KTH) Girisenang are mainly farmers, with low education, productive age.  The average area of forest land cultivated is 1 hectare, the average number of plants is 1272 trees, fertilizing oranically, maintaining their gardens according to recommendations, harvesting coffee in the form of cerry, and (2) Land area has no significant effect on production, because the number of coffee plants in the forest land farming area are not optimal.

Abstract

This research was conducted on organic rice farmers in Krasak Village, which is an organic rice production center in Indramayu that has been certified by INOFICE. The hope of improving the welfare of organic rice farmers is often not fully achieved due to various factors, including cultivation methods that depend on chemicals and challenges in expanding farmers' knowledge and insight. The aim of this research is to evaluate the welfare of organic rice farmer households in Krasak Village, with a focus on aspects of basic needs, psychology, family development and self-actualization. This research used quantitative methods with a survey approach, conducted in Krasak Village, Jatibarang District, Indramayu Regency, West Java. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis with a Likert scale, which involves the use of a criteria scale to determine scores based on a score level formula. It was found that organic rice farmers had quite positive perceptions regarding fulfilling basic family needs, psychological needs, family development and self-actualization. They have adequate access to food sources, clothing, decent housing conditions, and health services. However, there are challenges in maintaining good health and earning a stable income. Perceptions about family development and self-actualization show that there is room for improvement, especially in the aspects of social contribution and participation in society.

Abstract

An act to increase the production of tomatoes needed since the Indonesian tomatoes production is still fluctuating. One of the efforts is to increase tomatoes’ production is the usage of certified tomatoes’ seed. The research conducted to analyze the farmers’ satisfaction level on the high variety marketed tomatoes’ seed. The research conducted using descriptive analysis method, Important Performance Analysis (IPA) and analysis using Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). The research conducted in Bandung Regency in the area of Pangalengan Subdistrict and Arjasari subdistrict. The survey included a hundred respondents in total. Sampling conducted using survey method through questioners. Sampling selected using multistage cluster random sampling. Result of the research showed that there are 12 attributes considered as important and good performance according to farmers. The attributes included varieties with high yield (X2.3); varieties with good weather tolerance (heat and rain) (X2.4); varieties with quality that corresponds to the expected quality (X3.1); high productivity (X3.2); amount according to the land area requirement (X4.1); seed delivery to farmers (X4.4); expired date (X5.1); easy to access (X6.1); seed stock availability(X6.2); affordable price (X7.2); price according to the expected quality (X7.3). Farmers’ Satisfaction Analysis Result showed that 70% of farmers satisfied by the attributes of marketed tomatoes’seed.

Abstract

Responding to environmental problems that occur in all countries in the world, marketing management science responds by developing the concept of green marketing which is now starting to be applied by companies as a marketing strategy as well as corporate responsibility for environmental problems. The application of green marketing by greenpreneur may indirectly affect consumer behavior, ranging from awareness, knowledge, to purchasing decision behavior. Work Coffee Indonesia is one of the greenpreneur that implements green marketing in Bandung. This research aimed to examine and analyze consumer knowledge of the application of green marketing by Work Coffee Indonesia. The research respondents were 100, taken by the accidental sampling method, which are consumers of Work Coffee Indonesia. The results of the questionnaire were taken as primary data and analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis. The analytical tool used in this research was descriptive statistical analysis. The results showed that consumers have good knowledge about green marketing through the dimensions of green products and green places, namely understanding of raw materials, packaging, and environmentally friendly production waste and understanding of green distribution channels identified through spatial design. Merespons kondisi permasalahan lingkungan yang melanda hampir seluruh negara di dunia, keilmuan manajemen pemasaran mengembangkan konsep green marketing yang saat ini mulai banyak diterapkan oleh perusahaan sebagai strategi pemasaran sekaligus bentuk tanggung jawab perusahaan terhadap permasalahan lingkungan. Penerapan green marketing oleh pengusaha hijau atau greenpreneur secara tidak langsung dapat mempengaruhi perilaku konsumen, mulai dari kesadaran, pengetahuan, hingga perilaku keputusan pembelian. Work Coffee Indonesia merupakan salah satu greenpreneur yang menerapkan konsep green marketing di Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini ditujukan untukmengkaji dan menganalisis pengetahuan konsumen terkait pendekatan green marketing yang diterapkan oleh Work Coffee Indonesia di Kota Bandung. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 100 orang, diambil dengan metode penarikan sampel accidental sampling, yang mana merupakan konsumen Work Coffee Indonesia. Hasil kuesioner diambil sebagai data primer dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan konsumen memiliki pengetahuan baik terkait pendekatan green marketing yang dilakukan oleh Work Coffee Indonesia melalui dimensi green products dan green places, yakni pemahaman akan bahan baku, kemasan, serta limbah produksi ramah lingkungan dan pemahaman akan saluran distribusi hijau yang diidentifikasikan melalui desain tata ruang.

Abstract

AbstrakKentang merupakan jenis sayuran umbi yang tidak hanya dikonsumsi sebagai sayuran semata, namun kentang dapat diolah menjadi chips dan french fries.Tingkat konsumsi kentang di Jawa Barat terus meningkat secara signifikan seiring dengan tingkat produksinya sehingga mampu memenuhi konsumsi masyarakat di Jawa Barat. Akan tetapi, pemerintah tetap melakukan impor kentang dikarena rendahnya kualitas dan kuantitas benih kentang. Benih G0 kentang merupakan salah satu benih kentang yang mudah untuk dibudidaya daripada benih kentang lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan finansial usahatani benih G0 kentang industri di CV. Bumi Agro Technology yang berlokasi di Lembang. Metode penelitiannya adalah desain kualitatif melalui pendekatan studi kasus. Pengambilan data dilakukan melalui observasi dan wawancara kemudian dianalisis penerimaan, pendapatan, dan kelayakannya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa CV. Bumi Agrotech layak secara finansial.Kata kunci: Benih G0 Kentang, Kelayakan, Finansial, UsahataniAbstractPotatoes are a type of tuber vegetable that is not only consumed as a vegetable, but potatoes can be processed into chips and French fries. The level of potato consumption in West Java continues to increase significantly along with the level of production so that it is able to meet public consumption in West Java. However, the government continues to import potatoes due to the low quality and quantity of potato seeds. G0 potato seeds are one of the potato seeds that are easier to cultivate than other potato seeds. This research aims to determine the financial feasibility of industrial G0 potato seed farming in CV. Bumi Agro Technology located in Lembang. The research method is a qualitative design using a case study approach. Data collection was carried out through observation and interviews and then analyzed for acceptance, income and feasibility. The results of this research show that CV. Abstract

Salah satu peningkatan produktivitas bisa ditunjang oleh tingkat adopsi dari penyuluhan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan karakteristik petani, lembaga penyuluhan pemerintah, dan lembaga penyuluhan swasta terhadap adopsi GAP pada kompetensi usaha tani petani. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei dan teknik wawancara kepada 50 responden di Desa Karunia, Sulawesi Tengah. Analisis yang digunakan adalah statistik non parametrik menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil menunjukkan Karakteristik usaha tani petani yang terdiri dari luas lahan, jarak rumah ke lahan dan ketersediaan modal memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat adopsi GAP. Karakteristik petani, penyuluhan lembaga pemerintah dan penyuluhan Perusahaan swasta tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat adopsi GAP dan Karakteristik petani dan tingkat adopsi GAP memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan usaha tani kakao. Tingkat adopsi GAP dapat memediasi variabel karakter usaha tani terhadap pendapatan usaha tani.

Abstract

Agrowisata Jeruk Siam merupakan salah satu potensi ekonomi lokal yang memiliki peluang besar untuk dikembangkan sebagai usaha berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan mixed methods dengan menggabungkan analisis kuantitatif dan kualitatif untuk mengevaluasi model bisnis Agrowisata Jeruk Siam di Kabupaten Garut. Pendekatan kuantitatif dilakukan melalui survei terhadap 100 responden pengunjung, sedangkan pendekatan kualitatif diperoleh dari wawancara mendalam dengan 6 informan kunci yang terdiri atas pengelola, pelaku usaha, dan pihak terkait lainnya. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan kerangka Business Model Canvas (BMC) untuk memetakan sembilan elemen model bisnis yang berhubungan dengan keberlanjutan agrowisata. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penguatan proposisi nilai, optimalisasi saluran pemasaran digital, pengembangan kemitraan strategis, serta inovasi pengalaman wisata menjadi aspek penting dalam mewujudkan pengembangan agrowisata yang berkelanjutan. Temuan ini memberikan rekomendasi bagi pengelola untuk merancang model bisnis yang lebih adaptif, kompetitif, dan berorientasi pada keberlanjutan.

Abstract

Large red chili is a high value horticultural commodity that plays a vital role in meeting Indonesia's food demands, both for domestic consumption and industrial purposes. The high production rate of red chili corresponds with increasing consumer needs, influenced by diverse preferences that shape purchasing behavior, perceptions, and decisions. This study aims to identify the attributes most considered by consumers and analyze the combinations of large red chili attributes based on consumer preferences in Bandung City. A quantitative descriptive method was employed using questionnaires, with perceptual mapping applied to evaluate consumer perceptions and conjoint analysis used to determine consumer preferences. The findings reveal that consumer perceptions of price and freshness attributes tend to be neutral, with average scores of 3 on a Likert scale. Meanwhile, shelf life, taste, and color are perceived positively, with average scores of 4. Regarding preferences, consumers prioritize a combination of affordable prices (<Rp20,000.00/kg), high shelf life (5–6 days), very fresh conditions, mildly spicy taste, and bright red color. Among all attributes, freshness is identified as the most critical factor based on its relative importance in shaping consumer preferences.

Abstract

CV. Berkah Tani is widely recognized as a reputable producer of lemon with a strong record of consumer loyalty. However, the company has faced various production challenges, including fluctuating yields and instances of crop failure. These conditions indicate the presence of risks in the cultivation process. This study aims to identify the sources of these risks, assess their probabilities and impacts, and formulate appropriate management strategies to help the farm achieve its production and profit targets. The research adopts a case study method with a qualitative approach, employing Z-Score and Value at Risk (VaR) analyses. The results reveal three main risk sources affecting CV. Berkah Tani's farming activities: Pests and Diseases with a probability of 33.50% and an estimated loss of Rp 20,522,514; Climate and Weather with a probability of 23.92% and an estimated loss of Rp 18,918,012; and Labor with a probability of 19.04% and an estimated loss of Rp 17,560,171. Based on risk measurement and risk mapping analysis, both preventive and mitigation strategies were developed to minimize the impact of these risks. Among the three, Pests and Diseases were identified as the most critical risk factor. Suggested strategies to mitigate this risk include the use of yellow traps to manage fruit fly infestations, rotating chemical and botanical pesticides to control pest resistance, and conducting regular monitoring and early identification of symptoms of pest and disease attacks on lemon plants.
